Well, that seems odd. It seems that, you know, TLT is sort of for the necrophile crowd. I don't want to cast any aspersions, it just seems directly aimed at that base. That's like looking at Borderlands fan-art and saying "I enjoyed the art, but obviously I don't approve of people killing other people for their guns." It's counter to the message of the franchise.

I suppose there are options to negotiate there. Scaphism would probably be the best. Hard to be godly or kingly when you're covered in flies, shitting yourself to death, etc.

I've considered reading The Locked Tomb series multiple times and hesitated basically only because trying to reconstruct it from scant evidence and first principles is very fun and funny as a game.
