Prompt 20: "Please. For me." "...okay. For you."

Bojan doesn't understand what the problem is. He just wants to make sure that they reach their deadline. Okay, maybe there's healthier ways to achieve this goal but-actually, no there isn't. They need to finish this album in a month and Bojan still has two songs to write. If only he could get his fucking brain to just work, damn it!

"Bojan?" There's an annoying knock on the door that rudely interrupts Bojan's flow of thoughts. Ugh. His bandmates have been knocking non-stop. It's like they're trying to keep Bojan from completing this song.

"Go away, Kris." Bojan says, not yelling but audibly irritated. He's had to lock the door just to keep his boys from constantly coming in and attempting to drag him away from his work.

A muffled sigh. Bojan hears some murmurs on the other side of the door, quiet discussions about "bringing out the big guns" but he pays them no mind. His bandmates don't understand the stress he's under. If Bojan doesn't write these songs, they won't have a completed album. He has to keep pushing through, no matter how tired he is.

Bojan continues to work, so caught up in trying to force his brain to come up with something useful that he gives himself a headache. Ugh. His glass of water is empty but refilling it would mean leaving the room and having to face his bandmates who will surely lecture him again. Oh well. The human body can survive without water for a few hours. He'll be fine. The headache will pass.

Another knock. This time Bojan does yell, head about to split open in pain and frustration. Why won't anyone just leave him alone?

"Fuck. off!" He snaps, tugging at his hair.

There's a beat of silence before a small voice speaks up.

"Is me, Bojan." Oh, shit.

Bojan leaps out of his chair, getting to the door in two quick strides and unlocking it. On the other side is Jere, standing there looking awfully cuddly, eyebrows furrowed. Damn it. How could his boys do this to him? They know well enough that he can't concentrate with his boyfriend around.

"I-I'm sorry, sweetheart, I didn't mean to yell. I thought you were-" He catches himself, clearing his dry throat. Hmm. He should probably apologize to his bandmates later for being a dick. "Ahem. Uhm, I just need to finish up some work-"

"No." Jere insists. Bojan shuts up immediately, looking at the shorter man with wide eyes. "Enough work. Bojan rest now."

"But I-"

"Shh." Jere gently puts a hand hand over Bojan's face, a strange way to tell him to shut up. "You need sleep and eating and water!"

"Jere...." Bojan curls his fingers around Jere's wrist, slowly pulling his hand away. "I really need to finish this."

Jere's stern expression melts into something softer now. Blue eyes slowly blink up at Bojan, pleading. "Please, Bojan. For me....."

Dang it.

Bojan hangs his head in defeat, knows this is a losing battle. He can't possibly resist Jere. ".....okay. For you."

Jere beams up at him and it must be a placebo effect, but Bojan thinks he can feel his headache grow less painful.

I may be very biased doing this lmao but the one I had the most fun writing is probably It Started With A Demodog, it’s like a 2-year project, I put in every single headcanon and trope I love in, and so many smaller side stories came out of it that I also had fun writing. I remembered smiling a lot while writing it, so I definitely had fun

And for my rarer pair creelson I gotta say Eddie Munson and His Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Cellmate has a real good second place in my heart. I had a lot of fun putting everyone in jail for this AU lmao. Also, riding off to the sunset with your cellmate is one of the most romantic things I’ve ever written yeah

I have 86 fics! I write all kinds of things! Case fics, angst, fluff, smut, and all that jazz. I like to think that I have a diverse range of stuff on AO3, which I find I'm really proud of :3

Most of my fics are Ace Attorney, but I have other fandoms like Stardew Valley! I also write in fandoms that are gifts for friends.

❣️What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Definitely Things Left Unsaid, that fic is SUPER angsty with a really sad ending. It's non canon Major Character Death, so of course it's angsty lol.

❣️What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I'm...not sure? A lot of my fics end in happy endings. But if I had to pick the happy ending that made me the most emotional, I'd have to choose Blossoming in the Rain.

❣️Do you get hate on your fic?

Surprisingly, no. I've only gotten support for my fics. Which I am VERY much thankful for. To all of my followers, readers, and supporters...thank you SO much for making my fandom experience so lovely <3

❣️Do you write smut?

Definitely lol. I used to be terrified of writing smut...and then I met a certain someone *cough cough* @mikaharuka *cough cough* and now I've written a lot of smut. This is all YOUR FAULT BESTIE.

❣️Do you write crossovers?

Nope lol. I like to keep my fandoms separate.

❣️Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I...don't think so? But if someone has stolen my fics, please be sure to tell me! I'm not exactly keen on the idea of my fics being plagiarized or stolen.

Again, I have no idea. I don't think it has since nobody has approached me before, so to my knowledge it's a no.

Yes!!! I've co written SO many things with my bestiest of besties @tsunderesalty and I love every fic I've co written with him. He's just the greatest and he's an amazing writer. Check him out!

❣️What's your all-time favorite ship?

Hmm! For Ace Attorney, it's a tough choice between Klapollo and Franmaya. For Stardew, my top ship is my farmer and Sebastian (Sebakonnie)

❣️What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

My flufftober series. I started it in 2022...and it's currently 2024. I just kinda lost steam for that fic. I am very proud of all the fics I've written for it, though. Maybe I should revisit it...

❣️What are your writing strengths?

Nothing.

Ahem, knowing how my dearest besties would respond to that...I guess my flexibility with writing styles? I talked about this with my friends before, but I have multiple writing styles, five to be specific. I can switch between them pretty easily, and I like to think they're all distinct from each other but still being undeniably me. God, I really don't wanna sound like I'm bragging XD.

❣️What are your writing weaknesses?

NOT KNOWING WHEN TO SHUT THE FUCK UP. I literally cannot shut up for the life of me. It is a curse. My fics would be SO much shorter if I just shut up lol.

❣️Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Oh!!! Actually, so about this! For reference, I'm Filipino, born and raised in the Philippines. I can speak Filipino and Tagalog pretty well, and I can understand Bisaya (Cebuano is its official name, but everyone in the Philippines calls it Bisaya) well, but I can speak it only a little bit. Anyway, I've always wanted to incorporate Filipino and Bisaya into my fics but didn't know how...and then I thought of Filipino Phoenix! Happy to say that I'm planning on writing that soon :3

So yeah, happy to include languages other than English! Especially my native language. Otherwise, for languages I don't know. I use Deepl, it's a very useful tool!

I'm all for using different languages in my fics, and when I get something wrong, I'm quick to correct it!

The Writer Ask Game! (Gahh, these are so fun! ^_^)

1. the last sentence you wrote

Ah, this is a little sneak peak of the next chapter actually. ^_^

Instead, Iguchi just shoved him back onto the bed, then stormed back over to his own, muttering about what a spoiled asshole he was all the way over.

18. if you keep them, share a deleted sentence or paragraph from a published fic.

I started to write a chapter where MC, Shigaraki, and Iguchi go to a climbing/bouldering gym, but ultimately scrapped it. I still like the concept though, so I'll probably bring it back in some form or another in the sequel, though without this particular version of banter, since this takes place when MC and Shigaraki are still trying to deny their feelings for each other. xD

Little more than a paragraph, but I have a feeling y'all won't complain.

“I thought we were already rock-climbing,” Shigaraki said as she knelt down in front of him to adjust the harness around his waist.

“Nah, that was bouldering.”

“What’s the difference?”

“Besides the harness?” she chuckled, then nodded towards one of the walls they were actually going to climb, which was at least three times the height of the tallest wall they’d covered in the other section of the gym.

“Huh,” he acknowledged with a twitch of his mouth.

That actually looked kind of fun.

She secured the last strap and then tapped Shigaraki on his outer thigh for his attention, “Alright, is that too tight?”

He just smirked down at her, “I don’t know. Maybe you should give it a feel and check.”

“You realize I’m in prime nut-tapping position right now, right?” she deadpanned, “Might not want to piss me off.”

Oh, he was painfully aware of her position right now. About fifty different scenarios of her sucking his dick right now had cycled through his head just in the time since she asked that question.

22. do you every worry about public reaction to what you're writing? how do you get past that?

Hmmm, not much. Not anymore at least. When I first started this blog I was a bit worried about potential harassment since I do write dark and problematic content. But I've really only received one or two mean comments/anon messages in the, what, 2 years I've been posting this content? And I just deleted them.

Haha that being said, I think I'm actually a little nervous about whether or not people will like this next chapter. It's pretty much entirely Shigaraki and Iguchi backstory and it also weaves in a lot of really personal viewpoints and experiences with mental illness, so I do hope I do that representation justice.

23. pick three keywords that describe your writing

Ooooh, I'd say angsty and problematic, but also, ultimately healing.

I really love exploring toxic relationships and complicated dynamics in my fics, and particularly I really like to examine how characters can grow from and out of those dynamics and become better people. I love to write growth and character arcs.

...now, would it probably be a bit more moral if I didn't also write these fics as love stories? If Play Nice was a cautionary tale and I wrote about how MC is able to get away from Shigaraki and move on with her life? Haha, yeah probably.

But where's the fun in that?

My line: It had been a confused, last-ditch attempt – and, though she’d never admit to it, she might’ve been drunk – when Belladonna had sent Cassiopeia a message.

It had been very professional, even considering the glass of wine she’d helped herself to beforehand – she rarely indulged in wine, because fruit had a lot of calories, but she’d been in such a bad mood that she’d allowed herself to. A short message requesting a meeting with Cassiopeia, admittedly for personal business, and wondering if she might be able to take the time out of her day.

She’d expected to receive a polite form rejection, or, at best, a response in the same style indicating that perhaps they could meet and discuss concerns. Something very professional, as was always the manner among nobles.

What she hadn’t expected was for Cassiopeia to immediately open a personal channel – Belladonna had sent her message through their usual business channel, as was polite – and respond asking her when she’d like to meet.

My rewrite:

As a last-ditch effort, Belladonna worked up the courage to send a short message to Cassiopeia, asking for her to meet up for personal matters admittedly. She could only hope that Cassiopeia would find time out of her busy schedule to appear. Although she'd never admit it to others or herself, It was sent while in a wine induced incoherent state.

Somehow, the message managed to stay professional despite the alcohol altering all of her senses. Normally, she'd politely refuse the stuff as the fruit to make the wine was full of calories, but with her mood as grim as it was, she gave herself permission to indulge in it just for tonight.

She expected a polite form of rejection from her or, at best, a formal acquiesce to meet in private and discuss vital concerns as was customary etiquette among the nobles. Belladonna found herself stupefied when Cassiopeia promptly opened their personal channel, inquiring when they should meet up. She sent the message through their routine business channel and expected the response in the same manner.

Your line:

As I lay my head on my arms, I ogle the woman across the street, completely disregarding my homework. Before I realize it, the streetlights go on; I should leave, but something roots me in my seat. As darkness continues to fall outside, I spot the woman emerging from the store and securing everything for the evening. Something yells at me to follow her, and I begin haphazardly stuffing my backpack with all my belongings. As the woman begins to walk down the sidewalk, I sling my bag over my shoulder.

"Bye Sam, I've got to get back to the dorm before the RA throws a fit." I lie to my friend behind the counter while keeping an eye on the woman.

“Bye Jung, be careful on the way back." Sam replied gently, something that I always appreciate about her.

As she rounds the nearest corner between the two buildings, I make my way outside. Doesn't she realize how dangerous that is? A stalker or murderer might be nearby, or a rapist, or even... Taking my pale yellow hoodie off, I quickly tuck it into my bag. I have to make sure she gets home safely, right? If I wear this I'll stand out and I might scare her.

Ok but I'm laughing at how almost all of them start with the character uncomfortable, disgruntled or in pain (and the rest manic or horny). I wasn't expecting there to be that clear of a pattern. I'm actually kind of surprised so few of them are dialogue, and that they're all pretty short.

insane Bojan x enabler Jere my beloveds

Prompt 23, 28 and 35: Did they hurt you?", I don't hate you." "...you don't?", You deserve better than this. You deserve better."

Bojan is absolutely fucking seething with rage.

Why can't Jere just get one moment of peace? Is that too much to ask for? How fucking dare they ambush him while he's just walking on the street? Celebrity first, human being second, apparently. Unbelievable. They're supposed to be having a nice holiday in Finland together and here come all the paparazzi stalkers like predatory birds.

One of them is really pushing the already broken boundary. It's some kind of pushy interviewer getting all up in Jere's face, almost shoving the damn microphone in the rapper's mouth. Bojan can see that Jere is getting progressively more agitated but is struggling with the dilemma to act out while a camera is on him. Bojan can barely tolerate everything up until the interviewer literally starts shoving Jere towards a certain direction.

He snaps.

"Get the fuck away from him!" Bojan hisses, firmly planting himself between his dear friend and the glorified stalker. Both Jere and the interviewer look baffled by the unexpected interruption and so Bojan takes the opportunity to make a run for it.

He grabs a hold of Jere's hand, leading him away from the stunned tabloid folks. They run until Bojan spots the gates to a park. He practically drags Jere into the park, adrenaline rushing through his veins, white hot anger still bubbling in his gut. Bojan is so pent up that he can barely think logically. He pushes Jere against a tree in some abandoned spot without many people, gently but firmly holding him in place.

"Did he hurt you?" Bojan asks frantically as his eyes search for answers in Jere's. Those blue eyes look....frightened. "I swear to fucking God if he hurt you, Jere-"

"No!" Jere protests, squirming in Bojan's grip on him. "He not hurt me, Bojan, I just-"

Bojan gets lost in his own anger. It's not fucking fair. He just wants to protect Jere from the rest of the world, wants to give him the privacy and love he deserves but these animals keep showing up out of nowhere to practically violate his friend. Bojan could've attacked them, seriously.

"You deserve better than this, Jerč." The Slovene insists, leaning in close to stare into Jere's eyes to really show him he means it. "You deserve better!"

"Let go!" The Finn unexpectedly shoves at Bojan, startling the brunette into releasing his shoulders. Bojan flinches like he's been burned. Why is Jere looking at him like that? Like....like Bojan is one of those stalkers.

Like Bojan is out to hurt him.

He spontaneously bursts into tears, overwhelmed with emotion. Oh God. Jere hates him now. Bojan scared him and now Jere hates him. He was just trying to help. He was just trying to protect.

Bojan looks at the ground in shame, fat tears rolling down the side of his face as he trembles. "I'm sorry, Jere, I'm-please don't hate me...."

"What?" Jere's dark eyebrows knit together in concern while taking in the sight of the crying man before him.

Bojan can't meet his eye, standing there uselessly while Jere gently grabs a hold of his hands.

"Bojan...." The blonde coaxes Bojan to look at him.

The Slovene does eventually, cautiously lifting his eyes until they meet soft blue ones. "I not hate you, okay?"

"You don't?" Bojan asks, so relieved that he could cry.

Jere shifts awkwardly in place, visibly struggling to smile. His eyebrows keep twitching like he's trying not to frown. "Of course not. You just scare me a little, yes? But I never hate my Bojan. Never."

Bojan's face completely lights up upon hearing the words. He's so hyperfixated on the knowledge that Jere doesn't hate him that he doesn't even realize he's begun squeezing the older man's hands.

Hello from the other side - When meeting Beryl Ormerod for the first time, many people formed three impressions: that she was middle class, that she had a busy life, and that she was straighter than the shortest line between two dots. Surprisingly, all three assumptions were correct.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not? Ehhhhhh unreliably. I want to but get anxiety. I've been working on it and have done a lot better on more recent fic than older ones.

6. What is a fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? Me? Angst? Psh. girl please. i only tease the angst at friends via ps i love you au (😘) but like. maybe ch 2 of Help! I've Fallen and I Can't Giddy-Up or i've had some semi angst adjacent drabbles on tumblr. I guess. I'm not about that life.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? most are fairly open-ended but headed towards HEA. But i feel like maybe Live It Like It's Meow or Never because Reggie gets to be a cat and take a nap in the sun!

8. Do you get hate on fics? Nope.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? I do not. I'm just starting to get comfortable writing slightly heated kissing 😅 (comfortable she says! HA! she had a mini panic attack writing the kiss in Justice, Over Easy)

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? Remember that half Nancy Drew CW fandom i mentioned earlier? I did a JATPxND ficlet that went over surprisingly well.

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? nope. i currently have a hard enough time writing with myself lol

14. What's your all-time favorite ship? i'm assuming this means to write since it's a writers ask game. Juke, but if i bring alex into it much, willie is bound to follow (him anywhere)

15. What's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will? I had a really intense juke dream about a month ago... 2 months ago. that i started writing a scene from because honestly it was a pretty cool premise. but the further i get away from that night, the more other wips are being prioritized. maybe i will just share the morning text ramble of it i did in the group chat because i really do want to share something. I just don't think it will be a written out ficlet.

16. What are your writing strengths? IDEAS. I can see a thing happen and be like "BUT WHAT IF JUKE" for days on end. in apparently very strange places too. I feel like i have rather unusual premise for what i end up writing sometimes.

17. What are your writing weaknesses? despite knowing what a good narrative can look like, i immediately cannot recall it once writing. It's not like it's bad but i feel like it lacks a bit and reflects my short time since starting to write. Also, if i write it the simple dumb way to get it out of my brain. Chances are, it will take me 4 months to go from reading it and saying "well i wrote the thought out. it's there. it's done" unable to write it any different or better, to my editor brain kicking in and figuring out how to really say it.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? Um. If it's necessary within the realms of the plot and characters it's fine? I'm not multilingual so anything i did would be google translated or asking a friend that speaks it, so i don't really mess around with it. as a reader, if a fic on ao3 says it's in english, i normally don't want half a chapter to be in another language even if it is a native tongue to multiple characters since I don't know what they are saying without using a translator or scrolling to the bottom a/n so /shrug. take that as you will.

19. First fandom you wrote for? jatp. no other fandom i've been a part of has made me go quite this feral.

20. Favorite fic you've written? Picking a favorite is impossible. But I'd say i'm probably currently most proud of Help! I've Fallen and I Can't Giddy Up as it was the first (and only) chaptered fic that i've finished and i challenged myself with each chapter. But honestly, i add new elements to each fic i post, whether its learning new html, learning how skins work on ao3, making a gif/picture to go with it, or just challenging myself within the writing like getting more confident with intimacy.
