#Day2 #abusimbel I woke up at 5:45 am, moved from the camp at 6:30, enjoyed the breathtaking scene of the sunrise reflecting its lovely colors on the great Nile, and reached the temples at nearly 10:30 am. What happens when your local favourite Souvlaki place shuts down unexpectedly for a few days? . You go on search to kill the food cravings that is and my wife and I ended up @meatme_souvlakeri in Oakleigh . Bit of a trip away from where we live but truly not disappointed. I had samplers because I couldn’t decide which Souva to have. My wife went straight up with Lamb with the lot . Sharing a Saganaki and the grilled Octopus was on my own otherwise if my wife ate it, I would truly be on my own (allergic) . Lamb Souva was on point. Juicy, tender meat with the hint of char. Nice sauce and right amount of filling to accompany it .
