[ Due to the length of the trip required (and lack of direct routes, even as Cybertron continued to develop), Ratchet did not often visit home from Iacon. On one of the rare few occasions he did, however, he invited Orion to join him (as he had expressed interest about his language and culture more than once).

He accepted, and they shared the long road trip to and from Domus together. In addition to the drive and stops along the way, Ratch enjoyed sharing his home, its surrounding plains and caverns, and the individuals he knew for the first portion of his life after he was forged, with the closest friend he had made in Iacon.

It is one of Ratchet's fondest series of memories from before the war.

Ratchet's helm tilted as he listened, before observing, "Well, you sound determined." That was a decent start. Determination was not all that was required, at least not in Ratchet's opinion. Care, too, made a great healer. If one did not care, they could become careless, or provide less than their best.

But that was a discussion for later.

"Everyone begins with basics, regardless," he continued, "You can always change your mind later, after an introduction and learning hwat you should know for maintaining your own health and assisting others with injuries, even if only until a medic is available."

As an afterthought, Ratchet questioned, "Were you looking for one-on-one mentoring, or do you want to be in a class? I do not know you well enough to guess your social preferences."

He wished he could give Ratchet context. Whatever remained of files aboard the Harbinger had not been enough to teach him everything he wanted to know, but it was enough to pique his curiosity. He wished he could explain the seeker in his care, too. Something told him that Ratchet would not approve of either of those things.

There is a hole. In the ground.

He steps over to the edge, kneeling down. Instinct takes over and he merps into the hole. Does he want a response or dread one? He doesn't know.

After much planning and work to make a trip to the outlands of Nevada , the brunette found what could only be described as "old nesting" material scattered among the area .

There's not much to look at , but based on the tread marks and other things this has to be where Derecho is . Only one way to find out .

Cue the social , high pitched chirps as she further wanders into the area . Minding her step .

Riella would like to think she’s getting used to living in a city where fliers might drop out of the sky at any moment without it being a reason to go to full combat alert. And maybe, if she was in Iacon right now, she could roll with a strange Seeker crashing out of the sky.

Unfortunately, she is not in Iacon, she is on Earth, and she has yet to encounter this particular chaos creature. So when he lands, she squawks, and goes diving off the road in a quick roll from alt-mode to root mode, coming up with one blade active and all of her combat protocols online.
