Like, imagine if the universe had even one, if not several, of the hostile alien races from our first contact stories. Imagine if the echidna knew this and sought to develop a weapon to stand up against ANYTHING

Driver's hatch and bow heavy bolter on my Salamander 3D model. Bow gunner's hatch and driver's viewport hatch in progress. Scaling issues continue to be wonky. Not sure I did the right thing using more and smaller rivets, but the ones on the tabletop model would be the size of golf balls once scaled up.
I wanted the bow gun to have some ability to aim, instead of being fixed-forward like the game model. It has a 30º horizontal field of fire, plus 5º up and 10º down. Not great, but better than having to turn the whole vehicle to aim!
Closeup of the driver's hatch from the other side, showing the hinge detail and periscopes.
I plan to make other Chimera-chassis vehicles as well, esp the Trojan, Basilisk, Griffon and Samaritan. My long-term goals are to 1) use these models to make art and maybe even fanfilms someday, and 2) drive it in virtual reality.

I've been working on the turbolift for my Star Trek starship model, using Mr. Scott's Guide as my primary reference since I couldn't find set blueprints or any actual dimensions. Also watched just about every turbolift scene in the first three movies about 800 times. :p
There's one shot, ONE, in Wrath of Khan that gives a glimpse of the ceiling, showing the four-panel light fixture. I love the shape, with the rounded corners--reminds me of that Simon toy from the 80s.
I took the liberty of adding some air vents and CO2 scrubbers to the outer ring of the ceiling--that TWoK scene the only shot I've found that shows the ceiling at all, and that part's in shadow--you don't know they aren't there! And this is a spaceship, you can't take air circulation for granted in space. There's enough room between the ceiling and the outer roof for some emergency oxygen tanks.
I had the idea that the escape hatch in the center of the ceiling could also be a grav platform, like the one in this scene from TMP:
Just the thing if you need to escape up the turboshaft in an emergency.
I found myself wondering how you'd operate the thing, since if you're standing on it you can't reach any physical controls. It's probably voice-activated. I made up the following commands:
PLATFORM HOVER: it maintains its current height.
PLATFORM RISE: it goes up slowly
PLATFORM EMERGENCY RISE: it goes up fast. Good thing it's a gravity generator, so it can hold you on.
PLATFORM DESCEND: it goes down slowly.
PLATFORM EMERGENCY DROP: it goes down fast.
Maybe using the emergency drop in an empty turboshaft is the 23rd century equivalent of bungee jumping. As long as you don't get cau--what? No, Senior Chief, I was just doing some maintenance on this, uh, plasma... dyne... flux-thingie.

Chiara Wilson (Homo sapiens) - Demon of New Zealand
“ Though my directors blunted most of them because they were cursed, I was not possessed by an evil plan monster. ”
– herself
Chiara Amira Wilson Miles (Maori: Kiara Amira Wirohono Mairuhu; Japanese: キアラ・アミラ・ウィルソン・マイルズ; Romaji: Kiara Amira Uiruson Mairuzu), later known as Ahorangi Yamamoto (Japanese: 山本・明るい / ヤマモト・アホランギ), is a fictional character introduced in Two Lights, a prequel to the Worldcraft series, as part of Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure set in the future.
Take Note: All of my drawings and photos of people, animals, plants, mythology, disasters, organizations, events, and more are purely fictitious. These are included in real-life situations and events with fictional characters or creatures that aren't real, be at your own risk. For nationality or indigenous, be advised. Ognimdo.
Physiology
Chiara is a 328-year-old New Zealander girl of British, Maori, and Japanese descent who looks like she is 18 years old. Chiara had pale brownish skin with Maori tattoos on her left arm and right leg, pinkish lips, brownish black hair and eyelashes, and brown eyes. Chiara's hair was drastically changed to pure black when Ryomen Sukuna possessed her, and the tattoos on both arms and legs showed up.
Personal/Early Life
Chiara is the descendant of Peter Jackson, Lee Tamahori, and Akira Toriyama, all of them are film directors. Chiara's parents' names were unknown, but some archives are kept in Hirawhassa and Ityosel, better known as Berbania and Reinachos, two exoplanets. These parents, Anne and James, are both Pakeha or Europeans, with Japanese and Maori bloodlines, but James is descendant of three film actors in 21st century.
Abilities
Chiara didn't acquire her own magical abilities until she was twelve years old. Many stories about Ryomen Sukuna come from Hida Province, the Tohoku region, Whakaari Island, and the Aoraki, and her parents think her mother was of Japanese blood. These stories are well remembered for Tangaroa and Susanoo's legends.
Because to Ryomen Sukuna's unique falling technique, Chiara—one of the characters she was introduced to in Leap of Faith—is more advanced than the Assassin Order, the Templar Knights, and the Monster Hunter. Chiara survived in many years as depicted in her genes are actually a demigoddess and human hybrid, and hibernate herself in the South Island caves.
Personality
Without any encounters or being portrayed by Ryomen Sukuna, Chiara is a gentle and lovely girl. Because Chiara firmly believes in "the value of life," she will work to ensure that others have a "proper death." As a result, she feels that it is morally wrong for her parents to take another person's life and will only do so in extreme cases. Because Chiara was considered unlucky, she was teased by many ethnic groups, including Chinese, Indians, Filipinos, Indonesians, Hawaiians, and British. As a result, her birthday fell on Friday, the 13th, and Good Friday was her birthday.
Story
Chiara Wilson was born in unknown year as she was one of Anne and James' thirteen children in New Nagoya (Nakōia) or Auckland, New Zealand before being occupied by Japanese Empire in Fourth Wave. Maoris in New Zealand worried that about the story that how Ryomen Sukuna killed in New Zealand as Pakeha or European descent, but Sukuna is a Japanese people or Tangata Nipono.
Sukuna possessed Chiara after being reincarnated via the cursed jade found in Poneke State, Prefecture of Aotearoa. The Cursed Jade was the temporary soul vessel for Ryomen Sukuna who was killed by Tangaroa for being ruthless and racist towards Maori people. His body was buried on Mount Tarawera and his soul was hidden and kept secret on Haast's eagle's nest.
Anne finally birthed Chiara and make her 13th children, but the New Zealand government want to killed her for in fact that she was reincarnated by Ryomen Sukuna. During the Japanese–Maori War on Dunedin/New Osaka (Tagalog: Digmaan Hapon–Maori sa Dunedin), Anne and James were hiding and now captured by the purebred Japanese people to kill Europeans and non-Japanese Asians, and make Polynesians dominated and leaving a New Zealand government into more related to Shinto influenced in existence the outside power evades all responsibility, while at the same time successfully paralysing the British government they tolerate Maoris and Japanese people.
Chiara is captured and incarcerated by the Japanese government for the experimentation, but she's reincarnated by Ryomen Sukuna and now worshipped by the Shintoists and use her as part of New World Order. Throughout New Zealand more than a million Europeans and non-Japanese Asians, composed of mothers, fathers, boys, girls, babies, and gay men, some as young as 1, were imprisoned, forcibly taken as "comfort women", and kept in sexual slavery for Japanese military personnel during the occupation. Each of the Japanese military installations in New Zealand during the occupation had a location where the women were held, which they called a "comfort station".
The worst part of Maori's religion was none other than State Shinto, displaced Maori religion, described as any state-supported, Shinto-inspired ideology or practice intended to inspire national integration, unity, and loyalty against Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania countries were all controlled by Japanese Empire. Chiara's birth religion was Calvinism, but she was possessed by Sukuna, and she was executed to death under Japanese law along with Sukuna because he's a demon.
According to the Japanese government, they wanted to Sukuna died because he hated Japanese royal family long time ago. Chiara was strongly encourage to become a Shintoist that emphasized the Tenno or Sukuna as a divine being.
The Tenno arrived in New Zealand to hunt down Chiara, but she turned into Sukuna and the Tenno used the jade sword that was used by Tangaroa for stabbed Sukuna's back and chopped Sukuna's fingers. Killing the Tenno and his military personnel by Chiara's powers like earthquake, and she was trapped in South Island. The Tenno is executed to death by the earthquake and Chiara knocked unconscious while falling on high places.
Chiara was awake on June 2996 AD, from unknown cavern in South Island, and she was rename to Ahorangi Yamamoto to avoid being Pākehā, but she's mixed (whakauru tangata) with White British, Maori, and Japanese descent. Chiara is reside in Whangarei and stayed in many years until Solcorvauld and Morrison families arrived in New Zealand or now Aotearoa, which now owned by British government, as Nihon (Japan) become part of Commonwealth under the British royal family.

Verse 1] Non existent and Tennō (numb?) Anaesthetics kicked in I want to sleep in Are you a victim of creation?
[Pre-Chorus] I'm fighting for the smallest silver of hope Suffocating in the shaddows Finding my air to breathe To release the truth of me
[Chorus] Look in to my eyes I understand I'll empathise Together we'll stand You don't have to hide Just take my hand Because we, we are human
[Verse 2] Oh broken mirror on the wall As I lay in the pieces on the floor A silent cry, slowly tearing me apart Will I be able to survive?

Tropical Diploterro (Pseudosauropodus tropicalis) – Regal Grass Mover
“ A shaggy, grass holding queen. ”
– Rebecca Crane
Tropical Diploterro (Pseudosauropodus tropicalis) is the fictional species of cynodont introduced in Historya Davvun and Worldcraft series.
What is this grass?
The female used the grass and algae known as Diploterro's Hair Grass (Capillogramenus pseudosaurpodus), used as microhabitat for bugs and other critters on her back. The male one doesn't have, probably be ugliest.
Physiology
This synapsid resembles a sauropod, except for their feet and teeth, as a result of convergent evolution. The female one is microecology. The Tropical Diploterro has chestnut-colored skin with peach belly and limb pads, grayish nails on elephantine legs, a longer neck and tail, a low row of edges near the eyes, and ears set near the jaw. The male lacks the plant on its back; only females do.
Abilities
Diploterro had a super weight, and the limbs could cause stun, confusion, and stampede; even using their mouths caused bleeding, and the tail served as a tail. The Tropical Diploterro spits algae or plants with saliva, causing leafblight.
These fur-like structures are algae and grasses that absorbs photosynthesis, which are home to grasshoppers, moths, dragonflies, butterflies, silverfish, and springtails. The plant is called Diploterro's Hair Grass due to its relationship with algae and animals, which is involved in symbolism. This grass was considered harvestable by us, and it regrows after being harvested in just 8 days.
Behavior
The Diploterro is believed to be a land-based animal that lived in herds, similar to unrelated sauropods. Due to their extreme predisposition for violent aggression, diplodoterros will readily attack people and other carnivores.
Distribution and Habitat
The male one lived in plains, swamps, savannas, and others, and the female one was only in forests but migrated to another biome for mating.

CHAPTER 3 OF "YOU HUNTED", A BLOODBORNE LORE EXPLAINER IS FINISHED!
COVERING IN EXHAUSTIVE DETAIL: THE HISTORY OF ANCIENT PTHUMERU TO THE ATTACK ON CASTLE CAINHURST
"you hunted" is a laborious attempt to impart the plot, the themes, the ideas, and the morals of bloodborne to you, an audience scrambling for answers. it is a document that is not fucking around: i have been ripping the game apart at it seams to get at cut content to see it with my own eyes, i have make a point to prioritize the actual canon and delineate between my theorizing and what is explicitly stated, and i am deeply unsatisfied with many of the "fanon" explanations that we have come to erroneously embrace.
what i mean is: think you know bloodborne? well, you don't. and even if you do (you don't), you will probably learn something new from this document. don't think you know bloodborne? well, come continue to not know it, but with a greater understanding of the shockingly tightly wound worldcrafting fromsoft is capable of.
"you hunted" currently runs in two forms, a rough draft on my website and the above .pdf version intended to be the most refined version of the document. if you read my previous versions, this has been refined and edited to the moon and back with more to come.
thank you. please read my bloodborne words. i promise i try to make them entertaining for all humans. if you have an experience with any fromsoft game, you will find many of the themes and ideas in this game very familiar....

Maybe I'm not looking deep enough, but it's wild to me that the notes aren't filled with people repping The Cryptonaturalist
Cryptozoology is my favourite kind of fake science stuff. Wish there was also cryptobotany, like mothman but its just a really big fern in the middle of a field with literally nothing else around it , that spawned in the dead of night, might have killed a few people and never shows up in photos, and no one is sure its even real

I missed yesterday, so today's Glup Shitto is a two-for-one: the Coruscant Death Stars!
That's right, the empire didn't just build two death stars, or even three, but seven death stars! (not counting torpedo spheres, the Eye of Palpatine, the Tarkin, or either Eclipse)
I'm going to leave that tantalizing little tidbit handing for a later entry, and focus on these two orbs, depicted under construction over the Imperial throneworld of Coruscant. Oficially, these were designated habitation spheres, but a superlaser dish can clearly be seen on the closer one, hinting at a possible more sinister true purpose. A Worldcraft, another Habitation Sphere that had been turned into an artifical planet, appeared in The Crystal Star, in the posession of Hethrir, Imperial Procurator of Justice.
However, secret death star or innocent space station, the fate of these two spheres was indeed to be turned into battlestations. After Endor, both were taken posession of by imperial warlord Ennix Devian of the Kaarenth Dissension. One was turned into a (possibly mock) Death Star and sent to attack Endor, temporary headquarters of the Alliance. This event is depicted in the original Star Tours ride, which is real Legends canon, believe it or not. The other one was turned into a shipyard hub that was eventually destroyed by New Republic forces, depicted in the adventure Counterstrike in an issue of the Star Wars Adventure Journal, itself a source of countless Glup Shittos.
Out-of-universe, these twin battlemoons originated, like many expanded universe designs, in concept art by Ralph McQuarrie. The art depicted two death stars built in orbit of the imperial capitol, known in drafts as Had Abaddon, a city world who would eventually become Coruscant, orbited by a forest moon caled Jus-Endor. The stories associated with each sphere were created independently, and eventually retconned into connection by an entry in the blog series The Imperial Warlords: Despoilers of an Empire.
Glup Shitto Classification: The true unsung heroes of Legends are the sourcebook and blog authors that stitch together all these random unrelated sources from 30 years ago together into something that resembles a coherent canon. Also Ralph McQuarrie, of course.
