Journal Tree Part 4

Being back in California isn't gonna stop Dipper from investigating anomalies. I wanted his very first journal entry to feel special and exciting for him, but the codes reveal the tumultuous backdrop over which this section is set. Fun fact: these gum-eating creatures are based on the series of gum packs I had disappear from my car mysteriously in the last month. Kept buying them, leaving them to go into work, and bam: gone.

Who knows, maybe the California Menthol Magnets got me, too.
