Happy World Burlesque Day! Here's a shot from my very first solo way back in 2008. Photographer unknown maybe Rocky. This is the routine that originated my name. The name was the only thing I kept and I never did this routine again. I took classes for two years before this performance. I joke that I have the equivalent of an associate's degree in burlesque and it cost me just as much. Of course now I teach after solo performing for over a decade.
