Whether or not Bruce should kill the Joker is a debate we can have for ages. However, let me raise you: Why can't Bruce just not 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 Joker?

There's plenty of people in the world that need to be saved and loads of tasks Batman could be distracted with at a time he knows Joker is going to be killed. If the Joker so happens to die when he's saving someone else, that'll just be another person he didn't save. Sucks, but what can you do? Should he have let this other person die? There's already so much suffering and death in the world that, even knowing about, he doesn't have the capabilities and time to prevent. He can only have so much on his plate at a time.

Hell, he could go on a space JL mission during a planned attack. He doesn't need to kill Joker, but he certainly doesn't need to prioritize that clown's safety either.

Not Just Suits & Briefcases: The Real Deal on Business Travel ✈️👔

Hey Tumblr fam! Let's talk business travel.

You see the pics – the airport lounges, the fancy hotel rooms, the quick snaps of a new city skyline. Sometimes it looks super glamorous, right? Like you're a globetrotting VIP living the dream.

And yeah, sometimes it is cool. Seeing a new place, even for a short time? Awesome. Meeting colleagues or clients face-to-face? Often way better than another video call. Those hotel breakfasts? Don't mind if I do! 🍳

But let's get real. Business travel is also about:

Early mornings & late nights: Red-eye flights, anyone? Catching that 6 AM train? Prepping for a meeting after a long travel day? Yup.

Living out of a suitcase: Mastering the art of rolling clothes, deciding which one extra pair of shoes you can maybe fit, and praying you didn't forget your phone charger (again).

Airport realities: Security lines, potential delays, navigating unfamiliar terminals while juggling coffee and luggage.

Solo dinners: Sometimes it's nice quiet time, other times you're just scrolling through your phone feeling a bit lonely.

The actual business part: Remember why you're there? Meetings, presentations, networking – it can be intense!

So, how do you make the most of it? 🤔

Here are a few thoughts on surviving (and maybe even thriving) during business travel:

Pack Smart: Carry-on is your best friend. Versatile clothing items are key. Noise-canceling headphones? Essential. Portable charger? Non-negotiable.

Stay Hydrated & Try to Sleep: Airplane air is drying, and jet lag is real. Drink tons of water and try to adjust to the local time zone as quickly as possible.

Sneak in Some 'You' Time: Even 30 minutes to walk around a new neighborhood, grab a coffee from a local spot (not the hotel chain!), or just decompress can make a huge difference. Explore if you can!

Embrace the "Bleisure": If your schedule allows, can you add a day before or after to actually see the place you're visiting? Talk to your company – it's becoming more common!

Connect (Beyond the Meeting Room): Chat with your colleagues over dinner, strike up a conversation with a local. It makes the trip less isolating.

Business travel is definitely a mixed bag. It's work, but with a different backdrop. It can be tiring, stressful, but also exciting and a great way to broaden your horizons (literally!).

Jane’s Day Off

Welcome to my little one day ‘get away’ from work. First off I will start by saying, I miss Henrik and Buster. I’ve gotten texts from Henrik that show that they’re doing just fine without me, lol.

I fly back home tomorrow to my two loves, and I cannot wait to see them both. This last full day in San Francisco has been picture perfect. All week, I was in and out of meetings, dealing with number crunching, you name it, we were facing it. As per one of my post during the week, you can see that coffee was a necessity. We had the best coffee shop on the floor level. I am on a first name basis with the crew there. Not sure if that is a good thing or not.

Today I woke up early to catch the local farmers market down by the bay. I couldn’t bring too much home with me, but I love meeting locals, seeing what people have to offer and their creative side blossom. You can almost always find a local artist, who has created a map of their city according to their art style and I make it a mission to find one before our work week ends.. Although I would LOVE to have my main two men with me, it’s fun to get away sometimes.

I just so happened to find this one seller, who had a couple styles. I purchased the pink map but I just had to show this other piece she made because.. wow.

Even though it was a bit chilly, the market was blossoming with fresh fruits & vegetables as well as freshly baked goodies, like bread, cinnamon buns, cookies, you name it, it was there and in your face. I even got to sample some fresh baked sourdough.. Oh the flowers too, they were stunning… Hey Henrik, if you’re reading this, take note.

I made my way through the day, shortly after leaving the market with a couple things, I noticed that I was well underfed and needed something in my stomach. Conveniently, there was this lovely little diner that was still serving breakfast. We all know I love my pancakes. At this time one of my coworkers met me for some food as well.

Safe to say I didn’t need to eat anything for the rest of the day. Look of the size of those cakes!

We checked out the famous ‘Painted Ladies’ and enjoyed the sun. Read a bit of my book and got some sun on my skin. As easy as it is to get caught up in the week, finding time to completely ground yourself is necessary.

We walked back to our hotel and caught the sunset catching corners through the streets and in-between street cars.

I think that Noah would know that he loves you for some time before he'd get the courage to say it. It would be at his place, he'd invite you for a movie night and sleepover, determined that he's going to tell you. The movie was almost ending, he'd notice that you started to fall asleep and he knew that was the moment. He'd be laying on your chest, cuddled into you, his head in the crook of your neck and you'd hear muffled "I love you". It would take a lot of persuasion to make him look up at you and say it again.

In my head Jolly is a classic gentleman and he'd do everything in the "right" order. He'd take you on a nice date, maybe dinner or a romantic walk. He'd take you for a month anniversary dinner in some private space and tell you "I love you" by the candlelit dinner.

Based on Nick's recent post of his little project and also the one he did before, I can see him making something for you. Maybe you're dating for a while and you have to leave for a week for a worktrip so he uses that time to work on a gift for you. He'd make something cute like wooden key chain in a heart shape or a picture frame with cute ornaments that you'd later use for picture of the two of you. He'd give it to you when you're back at his place, then you'd tell him about your worktrip, then you'd both admit how you missed each other and say the I love you's.

Folio being the funny and goofy guy he is, he'd just blurt it out in the most unexpected moment. Like you could be talking about the new book you just read, how good it was and he'd be listening to everything you say, but suddenly cuts you off with "I love you" and then immediately realises what did he just say and his eyes widen with shock. You're speechless and he thinks he just fucked it up. But then you smile and ask "You do?" and he tells you again.

So, Matt would tell you the first "I love you" in bed. Let me tell you the details - you've been getting to know each other for some time, you already had sex so it wasn't your first time together, but it was the most intimate and romantic one. Lots of exploring touches, slow kisses, grabby hands and stolen glances. He'd say it either seconds before he sinks into you and hearing you moan "I love you" back would send him to heaven. Or after you're both coming down, laying under the sheets he'd trace his fingers over your cheek and tell you he loves you.

So, imagine:

BSD Cast were aware of Disney. But, because mangakas can't show real-life brands without being accused of product placement or plagiarism.

So, BSD Cast have knowledge about knock off Disney.

After they got to the Real World, among other places, you and BSD Cast visited Disney World.

what about a modern clegan au where they’ve been married for years and to spice things up they do a roleplay where the other comes to pick the other up from a bar 🤭 bucky would be insanely into pretending gale is some unhappy & closeted married man on a worktrip that he starts to flirt with and eventually brings home to show him the best time he’s had in years 🤭 but gale… oh man he was so shy and inexperienced when they first got together his flirting was very lowkey but OH BOY does he take advantage of this opportunity to woo bucky now when he knows he’s a sure thing, i’m talking showing up wearing slutty clothes and pretending nonchalance while also being touchy-feely and getting bucky tipsy as he whispers low on his ear how stupid bucky’s husband must be to let him just walk anywhere looking that handsome, oh you must work out so much you could probably crush me with these strong arms, wanna play a game and guess the color of my underwear? while bucky’s fantasy is about him being the right one for gale even if he mistakenly ended up with someone else in the playpretend, gale finds it hot to think that bucky would want him so much that all his other moral compases would be second to his desire 🤭 like actual cheating in their loving healthy relationship is so far-fetched that none of real insecurities are even a factor in this fantasy and they can just enjoy being silly together 🥰
