Human beings need other people in order to survive. But if everything you do will be based on what people want, you won’t actually live for yourself. You’ll be living a life based on other people’s terms.

When you think you're a little too overwhelmed, remember that you don't have to please anyone. You don't have to seek anyone's approval. You know how much you've worked hard to get here; you know how many sleepless nights you had just to finish what you've started. So if you feel like resting today, do so. Take a breather. Slack off a bit. Besides, you know that even if you take a break, you won't have a hard time starting again. You're strong. As you always were.

Even when the doors are finally open, you’re still scared to go outside. Not because being inside is comforting, but because we don’t know what the ‘outside’ has in store for us. 

The truth is, the world will never be the same again. But at some point, we have to step out. Stepping out is living. Stepping out is breathing. Stepping out is braving the storm. Because the faster we accept that the world is changing, the easier it will be for us to adapt to whatever normal looks like now.
