Joyful February
Hello everyone,
Well its full steam ahead here for 2020. We are excited to be tweaking our offerings in 2020 so we can provide more value to more people. An underestimated element of renovating is being clear about the intention behind renovating. So often people renovate for their home/investment property to look good. We prefer to start with the intention of “How do you want the property to feel” after its been renovated? Do you want it to feel warm and loved, welcoming visitors and nurturing those that live there? If you do, what sorts of things do you believe will need to happen during the renovation process for this to be achieved? It’s a thought provoking question and you are the only one that can answer that for yourself. For a bit of guidance on that line of thought though, take a look at some of the articles we’ve included in this month’s offerings, especially the article on creating joy in your home.
On another note, I’m excited to let you know that I am involved with the Women Building Australia mentoring program this year. I am lucky enough to have been paired with a fabulous mentee from Melbourne and I am looking forward to giving back to the industry that I have been involved with for the last 15+ years.
On the flip side, we do need your help! We’re looking for our next round of exciting projects. So if you have a property that requires a refresh - contact us today as we will be able to make a start ASAP. Similarly, if you require assistance with selecting your fittings and fixtures, we can work with you to get this item off your to do list in the next couple of weeks.
Thats it from us for this month. Enjoy reading the articles we have personally selected for you and until next month, be happy, healthy and have fun.
