Okay, so I'm guessing you want me to respond to the final part of this exchange?
First, I think it's fairly obvious that @womenarehuman is pointing out how sexualizing cannibalism is indicative of a problem – most likely linked to pornography use – to the average person. She's not suggesting that non-sexual cannibalism is okay, the fact that the other users appear to have missed this completely is actually anecdotal support for her assertion.
---
For the rest of the thread:
The last user says "You're mad at capitalism and misogyny not porn.", as if pornography is not one of the pinnacle intersections of misogyny and capitalism.
More specifically, the sex industry (which includes pornography) is inherently exploitative. It is incompatible with even basic labor rights and safety regulations. (Violence and harm are endemic to the industry.)
Moreover, you cannot "avoid" exploitative pornography by paying for it or looking for "ethical porn". You can never know if a video, from start-to-finish is completely consensual and free of coercion. (This post addresses "home made" videos specifically but the same principles apply to all pornography.) We also have evidence that "performers" are forced to lie in those "exit interviews" pro-porn advocates like so much, and you need only consider the material situation of those involved to know that consent cannot be revoked in pornography (and is, therefore, not freely given).
Beyond that, consider the fact that a simple age-verification law, has caused PornHub to pull out of multiple states, rather than comply. This is the barest minimum of regulation of this industry (equivalent to requiring photo ID to buy alcohol and cigarettes) and they cannot, or will not, comply. This indicates widespread resistance to adoption of "ethical porn" principles, which will prevent even the appearance of targeting exploitation.
Further, the conclusion of their post, that things might be bad now but would be worse if porn were illegal, relies on the same either-or fallacy I've addressed about prostitution. Namely, that there is third option here: the Nordic model, where buying/producing is criminalized but selling is legal. (This model was, of course, created for prostitution, and needs to be adapted to fully fit pornography.) We have solid evidence that conditions for "sex workers" (and larger society) are improved under the Nordic model and suffer under both full legalization and full criminalization.

Honey, you are messaging a non-binary person who was AFAB with PCOS, who is now taking testosterone *on purpose and with full informed consent* and knows exactly what they're doing. And yeah, I'm in therapy and psychiatry!
HRT is life-saving. Other medications are also life-saving but in different ways.
In any case, I'm not your audience, nor will you sway me to think that HRT is damaging in the way you suggest. If you're interested in understanding gender and sex dysphoria, then I highly recommend this accessible resource: https://genderdysphoria.fyi/en -- Often, when we disagree with someone, we lead with a reactionary approach, like "You're wrong" and "You're a demon." But... aren't you curious why people would take HRT?

This is actually hilarious when you take a second to look into any "mountain of receipts" and literally every link is to like Reduxx, Womenarehuman (a "Gender identity news" site) the federalist, or even better the huge amount of dead links to deleted wordspace blogs like "autogynephiaisreal" Many links go to deleted local news stories, many stories still available are cis men. Some of the few links that work have very little or nothing to do with trans people. Terfs do the same thing as conservatives where they rapid fire large amounts of false or misleading data to overwhelm their opponents (also very funny and interesting that terfs have the same opponents as conservatives 🤔) Anyway you can't even cherry pick well you dumbasses

The user ‘transmeowginistic’ is an actual transmisogynist (you reblogged one of her posts). If you just search ‘trans’ in her blog you will see a bunch of terf posts. Here’s some examples for you:

If you don’t want to use the link here’s the explanation:
“People charged with Sexually assaulting children in 2022”
“Drag Queens 0”
“Trans people 0
“Republican Men: 15,155”
Why do they lie? Why do they act as if it’s IMPOSSIBLE for trans people or drag queens to be bad people?
That's so dishonest it's unrealistic to be honest. I don't know how many people would actually believe that claim outside of people who are already sucked into the trans narrative.
But I would love to know what this person would have to say about all of the convicted transwomen sex offenders in US federal prisons right now (around 458), or sites like reduxx or womenarehuman that have hundreds of instances of real crimes committed by trans people logged there. On top of the thousands of receipts that radfems have accumulated of trans people wishing graphic death and rape on women and children. Do those people just not exist? Are every single one of them fake trans people or trolls?
What is their source for those numbers?

The person you reblogged this from is a radfem/transphobe.
https://www.tumblr.com/gingerpolyglot/759030148862443520 The OP they reblogged from seems okay though.
Thank you! I usually don't like to sleuth for stuff like this, but since this one's pretty obvious from the bio (I probably clicked on this blog by mistake, it's happened before but I usually catch it, I like going through the notes on posts) I'll delete and reblog from OP!

I cant trust this site to be wholly unbiased. Do you feel like the original japanese report was translated accurately here? womenarehuman com/female-with-male-identity-upset-at-being-treated-as-male-by-insurance-companies/
I'd say the translations were correct, but I do feel they spun it a bit unfairly. Admittedly the original also shares the title about insurance rates, but it mainly isn't really about that. I'll just share what I got from it. TLDR at the end.
'A-san' transitioned medically in the 90s due to gender dysphoria, but had no intention of changing legally. This was likely due to the fact that legal transition was quite difficult, apparently even expecting you to send pictures of your genitals and being very psychologically taxing. Even when transgender stuff started to take off more and get easier in 2004, she didn't do anything.
The reason she finally changed gender legally was because of the Koseki (family register), which is a big thing the article is complaining about. Basically Japan has a huge registry of all the families and their relation to each other and I've heard it's a big pain to deal with (especially in the case of foreign marriages, adoptions etc.). In this case, it does not grant any type of bond to two women (unlike het marriage), so in order to have their lesbian relationship recognized, A-san's partner pushed her to petition for the gender change.
Due to the Koseki being frustrating, there was a lot of unnecessary difficulty and phone calls and lawyers getting involved, but she made it through in the end, only for the Koseki to record it in strange nonsensical ways and the insurance companies not giving her the sex-specific treatment that she needs.
The thing that gets me is that she is aware of her female body and isn't trying to deny that. The whole article is actually written from the perspective of her friend who is angry for her, so it isn't even A-san complaining as far as I can tell. This is why I disagree with the spin on the original article - they seem to make it out like A-san is being unreasonable here, when she really just wanted to get married and have treatment for her menopausal disorders, and would face even more difficulty going back now that she knows. Honestly I'd be pretty frustrated at everything if that was me too.
Finally, the article ends talking more about the Koseki, saying it creates a heirarchy that devalues women while erasing sexual minorities and individuality. This criticism of the japanese family registry seems to be the core conclusion of the article - the author says:
"While accepting my real body, I want the freedom to live out my own sexuality with dignity. That is why I want to get to the bottom of what tries to steal my individuality. To look those who discriminate against women and sexual minorities, and make no mistake."
TL,DR: Imo, the english article made A-san seem like a petulant gendie when she didn't really do anything wrong and the system admittedly sucked. Also, the person complaining was actually the author of the japanese article (A-san's friend), who had additional valid reasons to criticize the japanese system.

We have the same problem in Germany too, from left wing to right, everyone uses this neoliberal argument with the comparison of "yes but we all sell our bodies". I really can't stand it anymore, it's everywhere in the comment columns (unfortunately I fell for this way of thinking back then too)!

#seguranca #segurancapublica #protecaoainfancia #protejamascrianças #violenciacontraamulher #violenciamasculina #violenciadegenero #prisao #transativismo #denuncie #denuncia #pl7582 #direitosdasmeninas #direitoshumanos #politicos #politica #womenarehuman https://www.instagram.com/p/By-PVPtHkyQ/?igshid=15xlcfwuwhhl1
