This is Queen Solstice of the SkyWings, she had a twin egg years ago and feared what her firescales dragonet would become- what she would do to her kingdom- so Solstice killed her, believing she did the right thing - the necessary thing to protect her family at the time... yet still regrets it to this day, and can't stand the way her living daughter looks at her now in the present.
