Rumor has it, Meow is just a polymorphed dog trying to throw us off.
Seeing as it is now the 2nd of April, I can assure you that that’s not the case.
...but for my next character... >.>

Satele Shan. She's Bastila and Revan's descendant in the SWTOR storyline and Grandmaster of the Order when the story starts. She's great.
this is super cool and my desire to find a way to play that game has increased. which is pretty impressive because my desire was already pretty high

wolfinsheriffsclothing replied to your post: as much as i’m tired of the whole “naming kids...
Makes sense to me.
finn and rey also are very much people who, because they were raised in emotional isolation, connect very deeply with the people who genuinely cared about them and han i think was really the first good mentor either of them had, and he was the one who brought them together, so it’s logical that they’d honor him in that way
han, from the afterlife: this kid better not fuck up and sully my good name like my son did with obi wan

You better be real careful with that slash there buddy. Folks might get the wrong idea and the Clois shippers will come after you. :D

I think I would leave her offerings of poetry, recited with deep sincerity. Swatches of comfortable materials, pleasing to the touch and warm to wrap around, with plums as a shared sweet between paired deities.
The fun part about sharing plums is kissing the juice off your partner’s chin where it’s dribbled down. Even if he is a deity.

@wolfinsheriffsclothing has lost their way . . .
The Beast’s eyes slowly looked this strange man over, head to toe. He was certainly an intimidating fellow, large and strong and possibly someone with anger management issues. All those strong folk seemed to be, especially when they’ve gotten themselves lost in such a foggy, dark wood. “Sir..”
The Beast called, allowing himself to shift out from behind the trees. He stayed just out of the other’s view, only a dark silhouette against a darker forest. “Just what are you doing so far in these woods?”

What's the most important part about being a Paladin for Heldane? What has he learned about the Light that he wishes others could understand?
This is a very good question, thank you for sending me it!
For Heldane, the most important about what he does is helping people in need and do whatever he can to aid them be it mediating an issue, giving council or advice or being than any of those things. As for something He’s come to learn about the light that he wishes other, specifically the younger paladin’s he trained and seen out and about is that the light is a tool, and far too often he’s seen younger paladins use it as a sledgehammer when the situation dictates a carpenters hammer. The whole “Round peg, square hole” Dilemma. Ontop of that he’s really starting to realize that far too many people rely on the light to do things for them, and for many it’s become a crutch.

Cheshire
A feline of taste is Francesco “Little Frankie” Masseria of the Maranzano crime family who experienced the prime of his life in the roaring twenties as one of the most infamous gangsters in the East Coast. At least until his untimely demise.
A native Italian, Frankie was force to flee his homeland like many other members of the Sicilian mafia in the wake of the crackdowns orchestrated by Benito Mussolini. Seeking new prospects in America, Frankie brought a lot to the table to make him an appealing agent.
He had the look of an enforcer, and if push came to shove, Little Frankie could crack skulls with ease. His true talents, however, were illustrated by how quiet he was. The man was an expert cat burglar, making him the ideal trigger man in any situation, whether that was theft or murder.
One day though, someone got greedy, and blameless or not, Frank was the one who bit the bullet. And like many other mobsters of that era, his legend seemed doomed to fade.
Except, he never really went away. For the past 90 years, Frank’s been sticking around, still dressed in the sharp suit they buried him in, leaping roof to roof with narry a sound. No one knows for sure why he’s sticking around, but his killers lived their last days in terror as they witnessed those ghostly eyes hidden behind every corner.

janitorial-jumper wolfinsheriffsclothing the-reclusive-fable
Matty looked from the paper in his hand. it held the name of the sister he’d never met and her address. it was still hard for him to wrap his mind around it. the woman he’d always thought of as his family was a lie. But he was here now, trying to find the person he’d never known about.
he was full of nervous energy and, his palm had begun to sweat. But Matty couldn’t turn back now. So taking a deep breathe, he hurried into the building before losing his nerve.

nightmare: You thought you knew what it meant to be cold. You've survived so many cold nights before today. But it all pales to this moment, because you now know what it feels like to move without a heart beating in your chest, to walk with putrid blood in your veins. Even as pieces of you rot away in the heat of the sun, you only feel the chill of undeath consume every piece of who you are. Then you see him. Lee. Alive. You should care. But all you want is to devour whatever light he has left.
Send Clementine a nightmare!
Clementine shot up, the sudden lash of air freezing the sweat on her brow that she swore was as cold as the very body she had in her dream, her hands came to her face in fear to feel those gaping wounds that engraved her face, soaking it in sticky red crimson that’d rot to a putrid brown after some time.
Her cheeks were warm to touch, She could hear her panicked heart beat like a drum in her chest and , of course shewinced when her fingers blindly prodded at the dent in her face, but other than that-- she was alive.
She was alive. But Lee was not.

Nature, Stealth
From the “Game Master Ask Prompt”
Nature - Do you like using props/minis or do you prefer using a bare table?
I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s how I initially played, or if it’s a result of my dislike of strategy-focused combat simulation, but I generally like to get by without minis. I’m not a great strategy player and really dislike games such as Risk or Axis & Allies, although I enjoy non-combat strategy games such as Othello and Khet. I often feel like using minis is less immersive than just a bare table, because you focus on the distance, layout, and positions, rather than the story or the aesthetic of the game.
Stealth - Have you ever completely surprised your players?
I like to think so. In one campaign my players spent a good deal of time trying to identify who was the traitor in an organization. I don’t know that they were really surprised so much as disappointed when they found out it an NPC they really liked. The spent the next several months tracking him down and shot his ship out of the sky. Unfortunately, they didn’t find the remains (players groan), meaning he could return later to cause them more problems.
A few short sessions later and they are exploring a seemingly abandoned ship with a crazed, sickly, and cannibalistic Hutt residing inside. After dispatching the Hutt and his droid minions, they were exploring the ship and found their traitor in a meat locker half-dead and missing some appendages. I’m pretty sure THAT surprised them. They were prepared for some sort of glorious final showdown, and instead they had to decide whether to kill him or heal him. It was a genuine shock for the players, probably even moreso than for the characters. They thought he was going to be the primary villain they were facing and trying to hunt him down, and suddenly they realized that wasn’t the story they were in.

Morrigan from dragon age. Practical, driven towards a goal that's shrouded in mystery and world changing probability, looks, and chemistry with heroic members of certain code driven orders. Can't blame em.
(Would you believe I’ve never played through any of the Dragon Age games?)
*glances at a picture*
That outfit looks horribly impractical for saving the world in. But chemistry with men with code of honor...well, that’s not something we can help, is it?
