Fast forward to James, now dating someone else, gets rushed to the hospital, only to be treated by a very familiar (and very attractive) Dr. Black. Sparks fly and now James can’t shake the feeling that he'd met the doctor before.

He presses his nose into James’s neck, hand still curled up against his t-shirt, and James starts to feel the condensation from Remus’s beer bleeding through the fabric, pressing damp against his skin. “I want you to take me home,” Remus murmurs against his throat.
