The list of people I’d save if Markarth got attacked is as follows:
Bothela (owner of the Hag’s Cure)
Dibella Priesthood members
Ghorza gra-Bagol (owner of the main Markarth forge)
Tacitus (can’t learn to be a master smith if he DIES)
Brother Verulus (Markarth’s Priest of Arkay)
Calcelmo
Calcelmo’s nephew Aicantar
Moth gro-Bagol (owns forge in Understone)
And that’s it, everyone else in that stone Oblivion hole can DIE for all I care!
If you could nuke one city from any Elder Scrolls game, which one would you choose?
I would nuke Markarth from Skyrim. Fuck this city and the people who run it. The Reach belongs to the Forsworn.

What are their religious affiliations, and how does their worship (or lack thereof) affect their day-to-day life?
Ginnie ended up in the Riften orphanage at a fairly young age, so she's more familiar with religion in Skyrim than khajiit religion. She's generally lax about religion but I think Mara's message would really resonate with her, so maybe she has a very small shrine in her room. (Art commissioned from Pricklypaws ♥)

Do they regret journeying to Skyrim? Or, if they were born in Skyrim, do they wish they could leave?
Miz'ri has complicated feelings about journeying to Skyrim. She wanted to seek out adventure and generally enjoys being in a new place rich with history and danger, but sometimes the danger is a little too much. She had a pretty posh life beforehand so she's having to adapt quickly. I would say ultimately she likes being in Skyrim, though. It's thrilling! Lowkey though she does kvetch about showing up right as the place got infested with dragons

How do they feel about consorting with daedra? Do they collect their artifacts? Are there some they would never interact with vs. some they would consider calling upon?
Phantom can be a little reckless, to say the least. She's here for a good time, not a long time. She finds it fun and interesting to consort with the daedra and, being a master thief, wants the daedric artifacts just because they're precious. She doesn't care much about how powerful they would make her. She does definitely have the Sanguine Rose mounted above her bed. However, she isn't completely without morals. As much as she would probably enjoy beating people up with the spiky Molag Bal mace, she would never do his bidding.

...On the downside, now I have to figure out how to get the 600 lbs of crap Lydia was carrying out of this dungeon.
Or I wait and get a new companion and bet on the PS3 not fucking up and erasing her body before I get back to loot it.
I guess all I really need to take is the Mace of Molag Bal. Except I also am a 45,000-aire so I mostly just buy soul gems anyway. ...To refill the Mace.
That she never used, because she was busy using a wooden bow she made herself.
You know what? Maybe I just leave it and let Molag Bal work it out. Asshole basically leaves it lying in puddles anyway.

Idk why people worship molag bal in elder scrolls. Not that I think there aren’t people evil enough to do it. Clearly there are. My question is that in a world where you know for certain that the gods and some form of the afterlife and/or reincarnation exists, why are you making deals with a guy known as the “tormentor of souls”? Like do you honestly think you’re so special that he won’t torment your soul? He will. He’ll torment it real good. And not in a kinky way. It’ll just be bad. It’ll just suck. He likes it when people are upset.
It’s like my same problem with deals with the devil stories. Like not only are you evil but you’re also making stupid decisions. Selling your soul for knowledge? You’ve got knowledge. The unquestionable knowledge that there’s a cartoonishly evil guy looking to poke you with a pitchfork forever. Forget morality. Forget theology. You know now. And still you said yes and for what? An enchanted mace? Light your sword on fire if it’s so important to you.

Skyrim temporary fixations always feels like a latent memory unboxing video, because I'll be playing the game for a week straight then drop the game and never touch it again for half a year.
Then when I come back it's like, surprise! You are out of bounds near volkihar, surrounded by dead bodies with the mace of molag bal firmly gripped in your hand. The gods are pleased with you. Which ones? No idea. And also there's bread floating everywhere.

Wanna know something kinda funny about me?
So when I first got into the elder scrolls with Skyrim at like 7,8 or 9, I had a very different favourite Daedric prince to who I have now.
So imagine young Nathaniel, he loves Villains, evil characters and big maces, ( thank you Sauron) and one day he wanders into a house in markarth and is met by all three.
Yep, for a decent while Molag bal was my favourite, and the more I learnt about him the more liked him, from the lord domination part to the necromancy part and he was even the father of vampire, little young me never bothered looking further into that.
So years later playing ESO I learnt how he made the vampires and it was all downhill from there.
But now I'm happy to say my favourite Daedric prince is now hermaeus mora who is my boy.( Sorry jyggalag it was close)
But yeah when I was young I went around saying Molag bal was very cool and my favourite. Lucky I was (and still am) more obsessed with Destiny, so I was infodumping about the hive instead, Lucky me

Unsurprisingly, there's no contest in my mind for which game has the best daedric quests in the Elder Scrolls.
It's Morrowind (Shocker!!)
Because, at least in Skyrim, and to some extent in Oblivion, they follow this formula of "go here, kill or hurt or use or fetch x/y/z, come back and boom. Artefact of immense power (except it's scaled to your level, so, lmao get rekt nerd.)
And sure, Morrowind has couple of those. Go kill Menta Na, get the Mace of Molag Bal. Go fetch this rusty iron dagger, get Mehrunes Razor.
But hey, want Goldbrand? One of the best one-handed swords in the game? Find some dude to sculpt a rock. Let him do it. Boom. Sword.
And the artefacts, like the rest of the game (mostly), aren't ginped by your character's level. Becaus ewhy would an "Evil" god of noncreation limit the power of the blessing they confer upon a mortal who has done them a minor, trifling duty?
And, not all daedric artifacts are locked behind daedeic quests. Several are just. Hanging out. The Bitter Cup, the Skeleton Key, hell the Masque of Clavicus Vile is just. Chillin.
Because of course others have comitted grave and reprehensible sins to acquire artefacts of untold power!
Now your job is made easier:
"It's not theft if they're dead, and it's not murder if they hit you first!"

i apologize for the slightly unorthodox formatting, but tumblr only allows 12 poll options and there are 15 artifacts, so i used this format as a workaround to prevent having to make two polls.
thank you to @jaypilled for the suggestion!

𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞;
Yotul was born in an Orc stronghold in Skyrim. She proved to be a very capable and strong warrior at a young age, and thus was often juggled between other strongholds to serve as a guard or train others. As an adult, she eventually fell in love with one of the chiefs, but was never even considered to become his wife. One of the wives knew this, and she mocked and bullied Yotul relentlessly for it. She could only keep her anger buried for so long. After the wife smacked her for a snide comment, Yotul retaliated; it resulted in the woman's murder. The chief, devastated by his loss, banished Yotul from the strongholds for good. While in the wilderness, Yotul was attacked by a sabrecat. She managed to kill it, but suffered fatal wounds and resigned to die. Lord Harkon, who had watched the fight from afar, respected her skills and decided she would become his weapon. He embraced her and brought her back to Volkihar Keep to recover. When she woke, she realised that he had saved her, and swore her undying loyalty to him.
𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬;
♙ Yotul is the main antagonist of Petrichor, the first book in my AO3 series, The Threads of Blood. ♙ She was gifted the Mace of Molag Bal as a reward for her loyal services to Lord Harkon. ♙ While she was originally embraced and became a Vampire Lord through Lord Harkon, Yotul did ascend to a Daughter of Coldharbour by offering herself to Molag Bal on his summoning day, just as Serana and Valerica had done. ♙ As an Orc, her features played heavily into her Vampire Lord form, especially as a Daughter of Coldharbour. ♙ Yotul's utter devotion and admiration for Lord Harkon was obvious. Whether Harkon himself returned her feelings is unknown. ♙ She's right-handed. ♙ Some time after she awoke as a vampire, Yotul returned to the Orc stronghold she was born in and slaughtered everyone, even going so far as to burn it all to the ground.

He doesn’t know what a boobs is.
[Image ID: An Argonian dragonborn is standing in front of Skyrim mountains. His skin is green and scaly, and he has horns on the sides of his face, brown feathers on his crest, and red face paint. A quiver of arrows is attached to his back, his right hand holds the Mace of Molag Bal and his left hand is casting a restoration spell. He is wearing the bottom half of the female Forsworn armor set, but his chest is covered in a black T-shirt that has a graphic in the style of a piece of Skyrim inventory. The graphic reads as follows: Light Armor Boobs (Legendary) Armor 999 Weight 9 Value 99999 Bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun. -50 to male intelligence. Look but don’t touch.]
