You know what’s weird? My vibrava, Lanayru, has been fascinated with snow, ever since she was a trapinch. Whenever it snows, she stares out the window in what I can only assume is either contemplation or confusion. I’ve never let her outside while it’s snowing for obvious reasons, but would it be fine if a brought like a handful of snow inside to show her? I’m kinda curious to see how she’ll react.

bringing snow in for hot-weather mons to experience is a great form of enrichment! it's a really novel experience for them, so it allows them to investigate and see something new in a low-risk way.

of course with lanayru being a dragon type, any snow play needs to be monitored carefully. snow in and of itself isnt a huge problem to ground types (since it contains no type energy), but many dragon types are ectothermic and need supervision around temperature-based enrichment. and make sure that you're watching out for your own health, too, since vibrava's first instinct when presented with a novel object is to blast it with ultrasonic waves! depending on how strong her reaction is, you might need to limit her time with the snow so that she doesn't induce a headache. as long as you're prepped and careful, though, bringing in a small amount of snow is a great way to enrich her!

Danny, despite his bad grades, manages to become...a doctor. A neurosurgeon, specifically.

He's the best in his field, practically a god when it comes to removing tricky tumors that everyone else said were inoperable. What he's doing is using his intangibility to help get at angles he normally would not be able to.

He's not cheating by any means, he still worked his butt off in school and is perfectly capable of doing his job without his powers. But since he has them, why not use them?

And he doesn't hide this.

Him being a meta and using his powers to assist with his patients is well known.

So when Superman goes down in a fight, impaled by a sword made of Kryptonite and with shards from that same element embedded into his flesh, Danny finds himself being kidnapped by the Flash to treat the Man of Steel.

Because if they want to cut him open to remove the Kryptonite, they need to use more Kryptonite, and that'll make things a million times worse.

Now Danny is in an Operating Theatre, preparing to use his gloved, ultra sterilized hands and intangibility to treat The Superman Himself.
