love your tags about queueing, they're so creative!
Oh thank you so much! They’re mostly just plays on song titles from my youth. I love nostalgia more than just about anything.

Esme does not often have cause to chastise her children heavily but when the agreement was made for the family to leave Forks and for Edward to leave Bella behind, she was none too happy and she made her feelings clearly known. She sat down with Edward and tried to understand why he was doing it and try to convince him to see the damage that it would cause him, the pain that both he and Bella would be in. Edward would not listen to reason though and left after their conversation. Esme was devastated as she believed that he would not return. Carlisle reassured her that Edward would always come back and reminded her that he had left them once before and had returned and he would do so again.
Still, despite that, Esme was very worried for him and she would ask Alice on a regular basis what she had seen. She tried to call Edward but he did not answer and she was ready to leave and try hunt him down herself. At that point, Edward chose to check in on the family and she was appeased to an extent.
Esme mourned when Alice told her that she had seen Bella jumping from a cliff. It caused her great pain and she physically shut herself away, ignoring everyone but Carlisle. He was the only person who could reach her, who could console her. It hadn’t taken long for Esme to view Bella as her daughter and the loss of another child was too much for her and brought back those misty memories, the pain from her human years that she could never quite forget.
Esme was beyond distraught after she discovered what Edward had attempted to do in Volterra and she grew considerably angry with Rosalie for one of the first times in her life. This anger manifested as coldness and being dismissive of Rosalie when she tried to speak to her. This only lasted for a very short period of time and Esme and Rosalie reconciled with Esme warning Rosalie to be more careful with her words in the future as she will not always know the consequences of what she may say.
Believing Bella to be lost to her and nearly having lost Edward was a large motivation for Esme voting for Bella to become one of them. She barely needed to consider the question in light of events that had taken place.

Rosalie's vanity is part of the image that she has carefully crafted and curated across the years. To the outside observer (and that includes even her family) she is vain and self centered but internally, she is almost obsessed with her gains and losses through vampirism. Her self esteem is very low and although Emmett has helped her heal from a lot of her past pain, she still feels it keenly. Rosalie's vanity is a form of armour, the cold, perfect beauty to keep everyone at bay because even she doesn't even know how to handle the wreckage of her soul, let alone how anyone else could.

Hera has a book and it is a particularly special book that only a very limited number of people know about. In that book are images of couples who have married and the results of their marriage, all in pictures. Hera is quite fond of looking at the book and seeing what has happened to all those who married and made their offerings to her. If you see Hera with this book then you are privileged indeed.
