Anger is a normal emotion we all feel. It all depends on what we do with that anger. We all have the choice to turn anger around into love (high vibration) or let anger control us (low vibration). One thing I heard is, "hurt people hurt people." If a person is hurt, that can lead them to lower vibrations, such as hate, bitterness, and selfishness. That is a choice, though. We all have more control over ourselves than we think. Negative emotions can also lead us to higher vibrations, such as love, kindness, and acceptance. Basically accepting the bad experiences for what they are. Bad experiences and emotions are lessons to be learned. We just have to move in love, think in love, and act in love. That's just a thought I thought would be nice to share.

Towards the Unknown

The question "What's next?" also makes me feel scared and excited. I am standing at a point where I hope to see a shining future as my aspirations stand by with reaching the heights.

I am not focusing on the difficult roads I will have to take but envision my future with my passion for communication and storytelling through center stage. I know I am strong with my communication skills and I wish to take that drive and build with creativity and impact, crafting narratives that will inspire, connect, and influence people around me.

To get there, I remind myself daily that progress is not always immediate—it’s often a collection of small, consistent efforts that pave the way to greatness.

To those feeling stuck: remember that every great journey begins with one step. Envision the life you want, take actionable steps towards it, and trust the process. The path may twist and turn, but with persistence, you’ll find your "next."
