Last Tuesday week popped over to Grovelands Park to see how Co-founder Scott Wilkinson classes had grown since the first one last year in this location where only a couple of members turned up in much favourable weather conditions compared to the below freezing conditions. Also wanted to mention something else I did that was definitely not helpful to the recovery of my knee. You see girls chucking a 40Kg barrel over a bar. I tried same with a 90kg barrel couldn’t make it over bar instead did 15 squat reps carrying weight. I sometimes wish I didn’t have to learn the hard way. We’ll cross country skiing on my very old and today not too trusty cross country skis ended after 40minutes to a YouTube search on how to fix laminate on skis and a fun solstice project so I’ll have my trusty old cross country skis back... I would get new ones but they were my dad’s and he died 8 years ago so I don’t want new ones. I want his as I feel his spirit while making the course he used to make and ski on..
