"i'm so sad the season is over" not me. i've aged ten years. goodbye and good riddance.

As much as I love this sport, the hyperfixation is going on hiatus for at least a MONTH while I rediscover some of my other interests. I'm going to spend my weekends hiking and writing and reading and not trying to plan them around races, I honeslty can't wait. I also desperately need to delete social media for a while. All in preparation for manifesting that Charles Leclerc 2025 championship of course.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 1

happy new year everyone!! 2025 came much earlier than anticipated but honestly, i'm all for it. classes start the day after tomorrow and i'm not ready yet to give up on my holiday lifestyle i.e sleeping in till the afternoon and doing whatever the hell i want. but i have different subjects this semester, so i'm looking forward to the change. most of today was spent organizing everything for the new semester. i also journalled and reviewed 2024. i also started making a study guide for all my courses, but i'm going to work on it a little bit more tomorrow.

Finally finished one of these! I have at least 3 other versions that I never finished because my art style changed so much as I procrastinated too long lol, but, at least it's done now… hope to do this again a year from now, make it a tradition of sorts, see how me and my art have changed and all that fun junk!

“Yes, yes.” Glinda waved off her girlfriend’s words impatiently. “More importantly, let the man under the umbrella, Elphie. Look at him, his pretty face is getting just horrendously soaked!”

“Oh!” Elphaba held the umbrella up just a little, in deference to the few inches he had on her. “Sorry, yes, duck under, it’s bigger than it looks.”

“Well, if you’re sure, I won’t say no!” He shook a bit more water off, and then stepped forward, winking down at Elphaba as he sidled under the cover, such as it was. Elphaba found that a blush was rising to her ears, despite her arm still twined around Glinda’s waist. Glinda looked up at her and winked too, which only made her blush more.

“Anyway,” Elphaba said loudly, ignoring the fact that all three of them were practically pressed up together, “what did you say your name was, again?”

“Oh! Sorry, must have forgotten. Too charmed by you lovely ladies,” he deferred, grinning down at them. “It’s Fiyero. Fiyero Tigelaar.”
