OH. MY. GOSH. Sorry I just found your page and have spent an unhealthy amount of time redoing my notion. Seriously, I cannot convey how much I love your work! Having cute stuff like this is the only way to keep my brain happy and organized (I have ADHD and am an earth biologist graduate student. was milton named after the guy from rdr2 or am i just too yeehawtistic

I've never played RDR2, shockingly. It's on my list, though since I love games with choices in 'em + frontier/cowboy stuff.

Milt was actually named after Milt Kahl, the famous Disney animator. Back in those days, Disney had 9 animators who were referred to as the Nine Old Men. They did all of the keyframes for the movies they worked on, then the in betweens + colours were filled in afterwards by other animators.

Usually they divided the work in those movies by giving different animators different characters to animated throughout. Milt had a tendency to animate cats. Aside from his work on the aristocats, he also animated Tigger in the 50's Winnie the Pooh movie and of course, designed + animated Shere Khan in the Jungle Book. If there's a cat that does a smug head wiggle, that's probably Milt.

Crown's family is thematically associated with cats, so I figured it'd be a neat connection to give Milt a name that compliments that theming :)

Masterlist

It’s your birthday weekend and Chris had the idea to surprise you with a trip to Paris. Not only to go to Disneyland but also to some other places. You were very excited when you were at the airport and saw that you were flying to Paris. It was always a dream of yours to go to Disneyland. Chris knew that, so he thought this would be the best gift for you. Chris chose the first movie in the plane and then it was your time to choose one.

“Of course, you’ll choose that one.” Chris said with a chuckle when you chose one of your favorite movies. While watching the movie you rested your head on his shoulder. You and Chris enjoyed your flight to Paris and when the plane landed you were very happy that there wasn’t anyone who recognized him when you walked out. While you waited for your suitcase Chris reached for your hand and pressed a soft kiss on the back of it. After you picked up your suitcase you went out of the airport and waited for your taxi to arrive. Chris told the driver the location while you looked out of the window to enjoy the view.

After you brought your suitcase to the hotel Chris said he had another surprise for you. He led you out of the hotel. After a short walk you stood in front of a Disney shop.

“We are going Disney shopping?”

“We have to.” Chris explained. You walked in with Chris by your side. You walked around and saw so much cool stuff. You showed him some stuff and he also showed you something. He loved to see you so happy and excited. A few minutes later Chris showed you some matching shirts and you had a huge smile on your face when you saw those. You looked around and then saw that there were also shoes that matched the shirt.

“We have to get those.” You said with a smile.

“Definitely.” Chris agreed and you walked to the counter. After paying you walked for a while when you suddenly walked past a shop where you could get piercings or tattoos. Because you wanted to get your ears pierced for a while now you decided to go in that shop. Chris followed you and when it was your time to get your piercing. Chris sat next to you and held your hand. After you went out of the shop you decided to go back to the hotel because it was already getting late. When you came into your hotel room you made yourself ready for dinner. You stood in front of the mirror and looked at the dress you picked out. Suddenly Chris came out of the bathroom and saw you the dress.

“Wow, you look so beautiful, honey.” Chris complimented you and you turned around.

“Thank you love.” He walked over to you, tucked a hair behind your ear and gave you a soft kiss. When you broke the kiss, you hugged each other and then decided to go to dinner.

When you came back to your room you cuddled up with Chris and he pressed a soft kiss to your shoulder.

“OMG Chris, there is Winnie the pooh. Could you please take a picture of me standing next to him?” He nodded with a smile. You both walked over to the bear and Chris took some pictures of you and then you took some of him. You went on a few rides and then finally came across a shop with Disney ears.

“Happy Birthday sweetheart.” Was the first thing you heard when you woke up on that morning. Chris covered you with kisses, and you cuddled for a while. When you were finished with breakfast Chris decided that it was finally time to go to Disneyland. You chanced into the matching shirts and shoes and then walked into the park and were so excited. You looked over to Chris who also had a bright smile on his face. After you have been walking around for a while you saw the first Disney character walking around.

“Chris can we please go in that shop?” You looked over to him and asked.

“Sure, we can.” He said and you walked into that shop with him by your side. You walked straight to the Disney ears. You looked around for a while and then found some that you both really liked. You bought them and then immediately put them on and walked through Disneyland again. You and Chris had a wonderful time in Disneyland and explored some other places in Paris as well. It was a vacation that you definitely won’t forget. Of all the presents you have gotten for your birthdays in the past few years this definitely was the best one.
