Remember that enormous shoulder of @langholancs organic lamb I cooked in middle eastern spices earlier in the week? And the Harissa chops? Well, it didn't all get eaten so here's a remodel with the leftovers... Moroccan lamb pie. I sautéed red onion in butter and added cinnamon, cumin, turmeric and allspice. Whilst that was softening I added the lamb to my Ninja blender until it was minced. The lamb went back in the pan with the spices onions, couple of stirs and into a shallow roasting dish sprinkled with carrots and some salt and pepper. For the mash I steamed cauliflower and blended with feta and butter until smooth then spread on top as a 'mash'. Popped into the oven at 200c for 20mins whilst I steamed some broccoli and peas. Easy peasy revamp meal.
