Pressé d'obtenir un chiffre d'autonomie, Winkelmann a affirmé: «Il y a beaucoup d'éléments que nous devons étudier au cours des deux prochaines années pour obtenir le bon équilibre entre la conception, les performances et l'autonomie. Il est un peu trop tôt désormais pour fixer un chiffre, mais je pense que 300 milles, c'est à peu près ce dont nous avons besoin en 2028. » Plus important, a-t-il suggéré, sera le caractère dynamique de la Lanzador de production, qui devra être un différenciateur évident par rapport aux autres voitures de sport électriques.

Though this is something less discussed and more researched ,we touched on it and discussed it in class and it spiked my interest wildly .During Stephen Sheehans visit we spoke upon the future of the art world and what is to become of it. With the ever evolving world of technology the invention of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) art is becoming less about the ability to draw and produce art and further from the traditional styles of painting. Though NFTs have been around since 2014 gaining notoriety now because they are becoming an increasingly popular way to buy and sell digital artwork. A staggering £123 million has been spent on NFTs since November 2017. Though as someone who doesn’t understand the appeal I would argue why spend money on something you don’t even really physically have, anyone can view the image so why are people willing to spend millions on something they could easily screenshot or download? Though I soon realised it was the ownership of the original item and the built in authentication serving as proof of ownership. The famous digital artist Mike Winklemann, better known as “Beeple” crafted a composite of 5,000 daily drawings to create perhaps the most famous NFT of the moment, “EVERYDAYS: The First 5000 Days,” which sold at Christie’s for a nearly £50 million which is the highest selling NFT to date. This shows the growing power of it, serving the question -will art all turn digital . I would say not for centuries upon centuries but it is a possibility. Stephen spoke about the future of his practice ,and had a moment of existentialism which he wondered what that future would contain of -which I would imagine many artists would currently be sharing the same. I become slightly lost when programming cryptocurrency bitcoin are all brought into it, however I can understand what the art world is slowly evolving into, and I would say NFTs are a major part of that and should not be ignored. It’s gotten to the point where technology has integrated to deeply into our society it’s unavoidable in whatever you do,I think it just puts it into perspective a lot more when a contemporary artist in the real world openly discusses his worries for his practice and his unsureness of the future as a result of the rapid evolution. The Clink Documentary (Art & NFTs) explained a lot of this in a way which someone who isn’t very good at understanding very technically advanced things could understand and it’s scary to think what situation we’ll be faced with in another 20 years. I see no other reality other than digital art growing in popularity ,and as someone who isn’t a fan I find it so disappointing and I just hope real art is never going to actually be stopped being made. I do understand this wasn’t typically an entire discussion session just a small sidetrack within a discussion of what was actually discussed ,I just felt it was interesting and wanted to touch upon it.

Beeple (@beeple_crap on instagram) in currently one of the most influential and widely known CGI artists in the digital space right now.

I found his work to fit with the current requirement of the brief mainly because he very successfully manages to create fantasy-inspired artwork and structures using the current events happening all over the world. He manages to combine themes such as tech, politics and other socio-cultural global occurrences with sci-fi and futuristic looking landscapes.
