It’s 6am from where I am but every time is a perfect time to talk about TGCF. Here we go!

1. Xie Lian

I could write a sonata with how much I love this boy. He’s not perfect and that’s what amazing about him, all the misfortunes, torture and disasters that happened to him should’ve turned him into a calamity but he’s just that GOOD and his character now is a perfect mix of all the goodness of the world and a little dash of attitude, enough for him not to take bullshit from anyone (like he gonna risk his life for you but also not shy to smack qi rong around you know?) GAAHHH I LOVE HIM

2. Hua Cheng

HAVE YOU SEEN THE DUDE? Nah jk because even if he looks like rags, his complete devotion to XL (i’m in love with mxtx because of how she wrote HC), is an absolute fairytale. Despite his overprotectiveness he doesnt lose his absolute respect for XL’s decisions, he just cold sweats as he watches him make the most dangerous decisions humanly possible (SWALLOW A SWORD? REALLY???), its pure love, he is pure love

3. Yushi Huang

SHE’S JUST A POWER CHARACTER!!! She was introduced the latter part of the book but the moment she appeared and everything clicked together, like how she helped XL with Yong ‘an and how she keeps saving the whole circus that is the upper court and the princess who slit her throat???? PURE BADASSERY. I love how she’s so subtle yet so essential especially how even Jun Wu wasn’t able to do anything to her

4. Mu Qing

he’s got that attitude that would make you hate him but he’s just emotionally constipated, it can be seen in the novel how he truly cares for both FX and XL and that’s endearing for me (i wanna be your f-f-friend! 😞 ) also I’m a sucker for pretty boys??? Mu Qing's design in the manhua is *chef’s kiss*

5. Feng Xin

Because he’s the perfect sidekick, he’s loyal and he’s gonna laugh at your stupid jokes and most importantly, he’s got his principles straight, when he promises he come through and he knows his duties and i love that about him

6. Quan Yizhen

this fluffy child deserves all the love!!! he’s been misunderstood before he even ascended and he didn’t even do anything wrong!!! It’s way he seeks out his shixiong despite rejection and the subtle admiration he has for XL (yes everything abt my fave characters is how they are to XL) He’s just a pure child I wanna protecc

7. He Xuan

yeah he killed Shi Wudu but meh kinda deserved? If one goes through the things he did, isnt it understandable, besides its not as if he’s like White Clothed Calamity, killing off and traumatizing centuries of people, he was just getting his revenge, plus I’m loving that he seems to be the closest thing HC has to a friend (HE PUNCHED HIM TO THE GROUND I CANT WITH THEM T_T)

8. Pei Ming

I talked about him in my previous post, about him ending the novel with the most improved image and how he is a misogynistic son of a btch BUT he is honest and genuine and even HC acknowledges that he isn’t a shady man. Also one of Hualian’s earliest supporters

9. Shi Qingxuan

i mean duh??? purest boy ever, I feel like he’s the one that made XL experience true friendship yk? like FengQing are more like retainers, HC is a devoted believer, SQX is a mutual friendship like, he does things for XL (who can forget how he defended XL’s purity infront of the whole upper court?? he failed but still!) XL does things for him and them together is just the best friendship ever???

10. Ruoye/ E-Ming

they’re characters right?? Idk why I picked them over other characters but I find them adorable when they show emotions to their owners, like ruoye nuzzling XL or with e-ming rebelling against HC, trembling with excitement at the sight of XL, they’re amazing little weapons uwu

I wasnt asked for the reason but I went ahead and rambled because that’s me as a person also because I’m in LOVE with MXTX for creating an amazing set of characters, making them all out to have flaws and grave mistakes yet incredibly loveable at the same time. wow, everyone.  we’re here.  we’ve made it.  we’re reached the end of our bingo time, and i’m absolutely floored by the sheer creative output that i’ve seen over these last four months.  everyone, take a moment to give yourself a pat on the back!!!  no matter if you made 1 piece or 10, there’s now a work of art out there in the world that wasn’t there before.  and truly, that’s super heccing rad no matter how you look at it.

1. Vladimir Myshkin - Thot Energy. this man is a smol THOT and we have the PHOTO EVIDENCE but he is also such an adorable smol goalie (would defo ruffle his hair uwu) and HE DESERVES SO MUCH BETTER THAN TO BE KNOWN AS ‘TRETIAK’S BACKUP’, VLADIMIR IS HIS OWN PERSON FFS. probably my fav goalie, he’s a bean!!!! also he and Vasily (below) are Big OTP. 

2. Viacheslav Fetisov (Slava) - So Iconic, he deserves the whole entire world. but I will forever be salty that he now supports THAT OLD COOT WHO P MUCH RULES RUSSIA NOW. YOU’RE BETTER THAN THAT, SLAVA, YOU KNOW IT. anyways, stan the (future as of 1980) papa bear, Brendan Shanahan Was Right. 

5. Vasily Pervukhin - this mans is a grump in 90% of pictures he’s in but?? he also has such friend shaped energy??? so that’s his personality to me. he hates cameras but otherwise he is such a lovely friend. 555/5 would hug him. he and Vladimir 1) are BIG OTP, 2) are absolute BOYFRIENDS and later HUSBANDS in my ‘verse, 3) deserve so much better than to be remembered just for the Miracle. 

6. Valeri Vasiliev (Lerik) - MY FAVORITE. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and THICC, ABSOLUTELY LOVELY. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. yea, in the past year I went to not really knowing about him to simping for him 25/8. and yearning for him, I admit this. he is such a soft mans (and a Big Thot, have yall SEEN his bodychecking???). Lerik and Yuri (below) are Such An OTP but add my self insert and it’s even better as a triad, and have together stolen my uwus. STREAM BECAUSE BY DREAMCATCHER SINCE??? VIBES FOR LERIK MY BELOVED I WILL FOREVER BE SAD ABOUT HIM /pos 

7. Alexei Kasatonov - HIMBO ALERT HIMBO ALERT HIMBO ALERT. he looks like the kind of guy who MEDDLES and will give you SHIT the moment you have a crush, but in a good way. and also a THOT which Mandy and I can vvvv attest to. tldr: his energy is annoying, but good annoying. 

9. Vladimir Krutov (Vova) - cinnamon unit!!!!!! he may have been A Menace on the ice but I’ve read that off the ice???? he was???? such a sweet dude??? and just looking at him he has Wholesome Little Brøther Energy. Vladislav wanted to protecc this cinnamon roll with all his heart and tbh? he’s RIGHT 

10. Alexander Maltsev (Sasha) - Everyone’s Uncle!!!!! Has 1000% Soft Uncle Vibes, Enough Said. I feel kind of bad that in my fics he’s stuck being Dynamo’s lone franchise player from ‘78 onwards but he’ll be alright, he has a baby winger to train. he is So Proud Of Her. also he and his wife looked adorable together. 

11. Yuri Lebedev - BELOVED LITTLE SNOWDROP. I cannot escape this man and tbh, I’m glad he kept catching up with me in my subconscious/vibe checks since he is So Adorable and So Soft and has Such Kind And Gentle Vibes. I would vvv like many cuddles and kisses and soft words from him. he and Lerik (above) are probs my Favorite Hockey Ship excluding my OCs but it’s even better as a triad when I add in my self insert. 

12. Sergei Starikov (Seriy) - lowkey shy energy, highkey soft energy. he seems like he’d be a bit shy at first but would also give such good hugs. in my fics he’s in the (sorta unspoken) Book Club Trio who are all p much BFFs and just have each other’s backs no matter what and it’s So Soft. also, I read somewhere that he loved dumplings so SERIY IS MY SWEET LITTLE DUMPLING. 

13. Boris Mikhailov - TIRED DAD!!!!!!!! BUT GOOD DAD!!!!!!! I SWEAR this man has a resting tired dad face (which Miracle (2004) GOT WRONG, HE DOES NOT HAVE A MF RESTING SMUG FACE) and yeah he has to deal with everyone’s shenanigans and Accept A Lot Of Things so he deserves to have a nap and some cuddles already. but we stan a great captain. stop making him talk about the Miracle. 

14. Zinetula Bilyaletdinov - seems really cool! if memory serves me correctly I remember reading he was kind of a secretive person so who knows what cool tales he could tell us about? there’s gotta be something to be BFFs with Big Z over. 

16. Vladimir Petrov (Vladik) - OG CHAOS MANSSSSSS!!!!!! at least in my ‘verse, he is So Chaotic and is always Up To Something. or yearning. OR BOTH, WHY NOT, BOTH IS GOOD. at the same time he seems so soft nnnnn and in a lot of pictures his expression is So Gentle and So Tender so yes he may be plotting the next chaos run but he is also yearning for his equally chaotic husbands (again, in my ‘verse) who he is So Soft For and misses So Much during the Miracle ordeal, THEY DESERVE EACH OTHER PERIODT. 

17. Valeri Kharlamov (Valia) - TEAM COUNSELOR. HE IS VERY SOFT I DON’T CARE WHAT THOSE ‘EPIC’ TRIBUTE VIDEOS TRY TO PAINT HIM AS. somehow I??? got the vibes right for him??? since I guessed he was so gentle and so kind and loved to be outside in nature and I was right????? there are so many pictures of him out there which is Such A Blessing and I am very sad about him /pos, HE LIVES IN MY ‘VERSE SINCE HE DESERVES IT. AND SO MUCH. side note, Valia could make friends with anyone which I LOVE but in my ‘verse he has an extra soft spot for the book club uwu 

19. Helmuts Balderis - Mustache Man 1, I don’t know/write much about him but from what I read about him and how he Up And Refused to go into the military he seems iconic. also, sorry Helmuts but, aforementioned baby winger (yes, an OC) is going to be faster than you òwó 

20. Vladislav Tretiak - SOFT GOALIE AND BEST GOALIE OUR BELOVED!!!!! I don’t care what the Miracle does to his reputation, he was SUCH AN ICONIC GOALIE and it was so so so so sad how he retired so early since TIKHONOV WAS A DICK TO LIKE EVERYONE. anyways. Vladislav was also such a good friend to like anyone and I LOVE THAT FOR HIM, he has The Best Energy. 

22. Viktor Zhluktov - Mustache Man 2, has stache game but I don’t know/write much about him. 

23. Alexander Golikov (Sanya) - wholesome big brother NO CAP!!!!! his brows may be Menacing /lh but do not let that fool you, other than that he has such good brøther energy and, he and Volodya (below) seem like they’d be close and IT’S SO ADORABLE THAT THEIR NUMBERS WERE MOSTLY CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. BUT I AM VERY SAD THAT IRL THEY DIDN’T FIGHT TO PLAY TOGETHER. also Sanya was captain of Dynamo for a season and that’s???? so iconic???? and in my ‘verse he will also protecc Seriy (and Valia) in the Book Club Trio uwu 

24. Sergey Makarov - ULTIMATE SOFT GRUMP!!!! has outwardly grumpy energy, and was apparently So Stubborn which VIBES, but is also Very Soft especially for his kid(s) which is apparent in a bunch of photos. someone give this man and said kids a hug. they probably need it. (I spelled his first name differently on purpose, it’s to differentiate from another Sergei, a certain Red Wings gremlin.) 

25. Vladimir Golikov (Volodya) - Cryptid Bean. he looks like a mf CRYPTID in the very few non-team-picture photos of him and I’m guessing he does Not Like Cameras or the media in general which is VALID. also has shy energy but also soft energy when he trusts you. I love the thought of him and Sanya being close to each other, especially of Sanya being protective of Volodya, and Volodya CANONICALLY FOLLOWED SANYA TO WHICHEVER TEAM HE PLAYED FOR WHICH IS SO SOFT?????? 

26. Alexander Skvortsov - he seems p nice, and sometimes looked a lot like Slava, but I don’t know/write much about him.

OVERALL THOUGHTS - This roster first got me into Soviet hockey for real, and I do have to give credit to the Miracle for introducing me to it and inaverdently luring me down the rabbit hole. They were Such A Lovely Roster and deserved So Much More than what they got, some of these men missed their chance at their own Olympic gold because of it and?? that’s v sad in general??? To this day this roster is still my favorite of all time, since most of my fav players were on it. The above comments/vibe checks of them have come from almost a year of developing my Soviet hockey fic ‘verse which involves a LOT of OCs and has a bunch of AUs!

Favorite thing: I’m tempted just to say “he is pretty” but well a little more in depth than that, I think what’s completely underrated is his relationship with his demon. It’s nearly the opposite of everyone else’s, it seems like his demon is always telling him off and trying to protect him instead of hurt him like every other demon, and you really wonder what kind of personality would make a demon go “protecc”. But seriously though their relationship is gold.

Least favorite thing: I think that one of my least favorite things about him can be summed up to Kagami’s issues, but like literally. Somehow Kagami manages to boil Shinya down to another love interest for Guren when HE LITERALLY WON’T EVEN SAY THE GUY IS IN LOVE WITH HIM. Like yes, I understand this is a lot of his character arc but Shinya kind of gave up literally every other aspiration and goal to stay with Guren, and he’ll really never say anything bad about the guy ever, he doesn’t really seem to have any of his own interests and such past catastrophe. That’s why I like to talk about them in catastrophe a lot more because that’s when Shinya was like, his own person. Don’t get me wrong I love Shinya in vampire reign but canon shinya in vampire reign (along with most of guren squad tbh) is somehow a damsel in distress constantly which is hilarious seeing as Kagami can’t even say he’s gay

The list has no particular order

1. Jotaro Kujo (Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure)

He’s my favourite Jojo (besides Jonathan he’s a cinnamon roll MUST PROTECC). I pick him over other favourite Jojo characters of mine (like Dio, Speedwagon, Giorno, etc.) because I feel so relatable to him—like somehow I must admit that I don’t show much emotions to everyone and people just thought I was aloof. Yes also I could see why people think he’s on the spectrum though I don’t really think so

2. France (Hetalia)

Hate him or love him, he’s one of the best characters from the franchise, hence being my fav though I have left the fandom for 2 years already. Yeah, I have even written a heckin’ fanfic of him and a self-insert of me being together and that’s the darkest history of me.

3. Javert (Les Misérables)

A nicely-written complex character created by the legendary Victor Hugo. Though I still love Enjolras and the entire Les Amis, Javert has a special place of mine for falling in love with Les Misérables.

4. The Phantom of the Opera/Erik Destler (Phantom of the Opera)

Yes I’m kinda a Phan. He’s one of my favourite antagonists ever.

5. Tybalt (Roméo et Juliet)

MY BIG GINGER CAT BOI UWU Tybalt is my favourite character from the musical and he is a big edgy cinnamon roll. And Nicolas Turconi is the cutest Tybalt ever, hands down.

6. Shouty Man (Horrible Histories)

One of the most iconic boi in the series. Love this man so much.

7. George Washington (Hamilton)

I think I got a short-lived obsession with him when I was younger but he’s a washingdaddy so that’s why we love him. (Also honourable mentions for my favourite characters from the Hamilton fandom are: Eliza Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, King George III)

8. Der Tod (Elisabeth)

Holy shit he is an amazing character in the musical and I’m just in love with Mark Seibert’s portrayal in the 2012 revival. (Need to watch this musical again because I love it so much🥺)

This man. The reason why I ended up choosing classical civilisation and he’s probably my future husband if he’s real and a being in the physical realm. Yes I love him even though my passion has faded.

Hi I was wondering if you can make some pregnant omega Connor headcannons. ( I've seen your headcannon posts on Google but I couldn't give you a kudos until I updated Tumblr again and I have very poor reception where I live UwU;)

1) When he gets pregnant, Omega!Connor starts to act a bit strangely. No mood swings or pregnancy cravings, but he eats twice as much and starts to get tired more easily; 

2) Like, one day Hank is driving them both to a crime scene and Connor falls asleep during the journey, and that’s when the Lieutenant starts to suspect something. Connor’d ever slept on the job, so something is clearly off;

3) And when they find out Connor IS actually pregnant, they’re like OMG???; 

4) Hank is so freakin’ proud of his son, like you don’t know, ok? He enters the DPD with a bottle of expensive champagne and screams: “Guess what, suckers? I’m gonna be a granpa!!!”; 

5) The RK900 (Junior) becomes the living representation of ATTACC&PROTECC. Junior can literally smell his mate carrying their child (or pup, since it’s an Omega!Verse), and he doesn’t wanna leave their side even for a second; 

6) For example, he ofter scents Connor to keep other Alphas away (or he kicks ‘em, it works just fine too). The RK900 loves this procedure, because he can sense their offspring’s scent too, which is as good as his mate’s; 

7) Omegas are known to be pretty independent when it comes to raising or giving birth to their young. At the end of his pregnancy, Connor prepares a nest in the most comfortable, tidiest and quietest room of the house; 

 8) Connor spends the entire day before childbirth in his nest, and that is a warning bell for Hank and Junior. That kind of behaviour means the Omega has to give birth soon; 

 9) Do you know how worried the two Alphas are while Connor is in labor? Those two keep running around the house to get clean towels, water, food, pillows… in the meanwhile Connor is stoic and calm, focused on breathing, pushing and cleaning himself; 

 10) Connor calls for his mate and father only during the most painful moment of the delivery;

11) Connor is the perfect parent. When he finally holds his newborn in his arms, he quickly soothes him and nurses him;

12) And Junior, despite his creepy appearance, is absolutely a sweetheart to his mate and baby. He enters Connor’s nest and guards on them both as they finally rest;

But Johnny and I both have more similar interests personally, like photography which is a big one. And he’s super tall so I feel like he would hug with his whole body rather than just his arms if that makes sense?? And hugs are ideal for friendships anyway It’d probably be johnny.
