Hello guys heres more of the wild life superpowers drawings:D if you want me draw anyone else just let me know. Cleo and their zombies is probably my favorite desing i wanted to give them true superhero costume. I try to desing everyone costume but im super busy with school and work 🥲

HC abilities for the zombies in session 7 (if they didn’t die before session 7 and each got their own abilites instead):

Skizz: heart armor/golden hearts— similar to secret life where donated hearts would stack with existing hearts, he could donate little chunks of hearts as armor to others or add them to his own healthbar. Activation would be locked on a cooldown, but the hearts wouldn’t disappear when ability is used again. These donated hearts wouldn’t be refillable with food or anything though, once they’re gone they’re gone, just like in secret life. Could work sorta like a golden apple, with similar particle effects or like a halo of gold when activating. This whole ability would be a reference to secret life with the heart foundation obviously, but also it would be homage to last life and his final sacrifice there. Skizz is always super loyal to his teammates so it would fit if his ability was something that could allow him to help the people around him overtly, while also helping him to survive like the other red abilities. Grian’s mimicked hearts could also stack with his, for as long as the 5 mins the ability is copied.

Mumbo: I mean it has to be redstone obviously, but the question is how that would look. At first I was thinking maybe he activates redstone contraptions by proximity but that would introduce SO MANY opportunities for dying. Instead, he could have a sort of remote or zoom-in (similar to Martyn’s) that activates different redstone from a distance. Like, he could press a lever from across a field, and could know that there’s redstone there just by being able to look at it. Like x-ray vision for redstone and longrange activation once he sees it. He could set up traps that others wouldn’t be expecting, or use people’s own traps against them. It would also be really funny, in my opinion, if he had night vision, but that it tinted everything red instead of looking normal or green. Could call it ‘seeing red’ or something. It would also fit as a red life ability with some defensive capabilities since he would know where traps would be to avoid them, and similarly it would be great for offense if used to full potential. Also it’s sort of a watcher ability, which might freak Grian out.

Bonus:

Cleo: since she wouldn’t have her zombie goons, she should be able to summon real zombies (that wouldn’t attack her) on a shorter cooldown. They’d be more effective than Skizz, although probably not as effective as Mumbo, but they wouldn’t have nearly as much backtalk either. She and Bigb would have stronger parallels too, and the G’s team could do some interesting stuff with Impulse swapping people into a deathpit of zombies and creaking, or Scott disguising as one of her minions.

🧲 - Magnetic Marvels: Researchers Flip the Switch on Depression

1. New Zealand Government announces prescriptions charges will be free.

The $5 prescription fee at pharmacies will be scrapped in July. This is set to save about 3 million people a year money, and in particular 770,000 people aged over 65. It will make most prescriptions in New Zealand free.

Free access to medicines is also hoped to ease pressure on the over-burdened health system by helping people get medicines sooner.

2. Platypuses return to Sydney's Royal National Park after disappearing for decades

Platypuses have been relocated to the Royal National Park in Sydney, after they disappeared from the park's waterways about 50 years ago. A joint project by the University of New South Wales, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and the World Wildlife Fund has reintroduced five females to the Hacking River, with a group of males to follow next week.

3. 74-year-old musician Otis Taylor gets Denver high school diploma decades after being expelled for hair

A musician who was expelled from a Denver high school over 50 years ago received his diploma. Otis Taylor was kicked out of Manual High School in 1966 because of his hair. This was decades before laws ending racial hair discrimination. Denver Public Schools wanted to right a wrong.

4. Researchers treat depression by reversing brain signals traveling the wrong way (with magnets)

A new study led by Stanford Medicine researchers is the first to reveal how magnetic stimulation treats severe depression: by correcting the abnormal flow of brain signals. Powerful magnetic pulses applied to the scalp to stimulate the brain can bring fast relief to many severely depressed patients for whom standard treatments have failed.

The FDA-cleared treatment, known as Stanford neuromodulation therapy, incorporates advanced imaging technologies to guide stimulation with high-dose patterns of magnetic pulses that can modify brain activity related to major depression. Compared with traditional TMS, which requires daily sessions over several weeks or months, SNT works on an accelerated timeline of 10 sessions each day for just five days.

5. Electricity generation through solar, wind and water exceeded total demand in mainland Spain on Tuesday, a pattern that will be repeated more and more in the future

The Spanish power grid on Tuesday tasted an appetizer of the renewable energy banquet that is expected to flourish in the coming years. For nine hours, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., the generation of green electricity was more than enough to cover 100% of Spanish peninsular demand, a milestone that had already been reached on previous occasions, but not for such a prolonged period.

6. RI Senate passes bill making lunch free at all public schools

Free lunch for all public school students in Rhode Island is one step closer to becoming a reality.

Tuesday night the Rhode Island Senate overwhelmingly passed a bill by a vote of 31-4 that would do just that. If the companion bill in the House were to pass, that takes effect July 1. The bill would make breakfast and lunch free for all public school students in the state, regardless of their household income.

7. Critically endangered red wolf pups born at North Carolina Zoo

The North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro celebrated the arrival of “not one but TWO litters” of the world’s most endangered wolf – the red wolf – in late April and early May.

A total of nine pups were born – three to parents Marsh and Roan, and six to Denali and May – the zoo announced on May 9.

design notes/ideas below <3

basically, the reason lizzie is so brightly designed despite her powers revolving around the darkness is because she wants to uplift kids (in mha, everyone has powers) who have darker-themed powers like her. her design is HEAVILY inspired by magical girls, precure in particular!

i tried to keep ribbons/hearts repeating in her design for a cute touch, but the black cell-shading is intentional as those would be areas that i see as being very dark in her outfit, as a nod to her powers! i want it to seem like the shadow can spread when her powers activate

might draw some more when i get the time, this was somewhat rushed :,)

Wildlife Session 7 Superpowers!

This one sounds like a manageable one to collect, unless they change- like with the Secret Life tasks these will go in the Minecraft tab list order. If I’m missing any intricacies of someone’s power, please reply/ask about it! I like keeping this lists as thorough as possible.

Bdubs: Can sleep at night and set the time to day and can slow time down.

Etho: Gets a mace and wind charges launch him much higher into the air then normal, he also takes no fall damage.

Gem: Can astral project, which sends her into spectator mode and leaves a clone of her body behind. If that body is hit she’ll return early.

Scar: Can launch people back 30 blocks and can ride on other players/mob. While activated he also has thorns.

Grian: Can copy other people’s super powers, it lasts for 5 minutes in which he loses it.

Martyn: Can hear from any point that he can see, the audio has a radio-like filter over it.

Lizzie: Can inflict blindness on everyone nearby, she also turns invisible for a few seconds.

Pearl: Can launch herself into the air and has an invisible elytra to glide down with

Ren: Can disguise himself as any player

Scott: Can turn into any mob that he looks at. If he’s not looking at any mob he will change into either a cow, pig, sheep, or chicken.

Joel: Can triple jump and takes no fall damage.

Jimmy: Can turn fully invisible (including items) however long he wants

Tango: Gets super speed and frost walker, however it also gives him hunger.

Cleo: Can raise the dead (Mumbo and Skizz) and order them what to do, but they only have 4 hearts.

BigB: Can spawn three creakings that are friendly to him. The creakings won’t disappear and can still move even if he’s looking at them.

Impulse: Can teleport and takes no damage from using ender pearls. If staring at someone and activates the power he can swap places with them, however it gives the player swapped resistance for a few seconds.
