Wild Cherry Bark This herb is a great heart tonic, and sedative helping with insomnia, nervousness, palpitations and restlessness. It is most known for treating lung conditions: coughs, asthma, lung infections, whooping cough, hacking cough, croup, catarrh, lingering cough after an infection. It also aids in irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory conditions in the intestines. Great as an anti-inflammatory and fever reducer, this herb can be used topically for sores, ulcers, shingles, herpes. This is by far the biggest batch of my signature Elderberry that I've ever made. 😍 This is the biggest jar I have, I then have 2 half the size and even used smaller jars to hook my mom up! 🙌🏼 This batch I used wild cherry bark, marshmallow root and cinnamon with elderberries of course.
