Wow... has the flu, C0VD, or RSV found their ways to your family yet? This season has certainly started out with a bang, and it doesn't sound like there's much relief in sight. Wild Cherry Bark This herb is a great heart tonic, and sedative helping with insomnia, nervousness, palpitations and restlessness. It is most known for treating lung conditions: coughs, asthma, lung infections, whooping cough, hacking cough, croup, catarrh, lingering cough after an infection. It also aids in irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory conditions in the intestines. This is by far the biggest batch of my signature Elderberry that I've ever made. 😍 This is the biggest jar I have, I then have 2 half the size and even used smaller jars to hook my mom up! 🙌🏼 This batch I used wild cherry bark, marshmallow root and cinnamon with elderberries of course.
