NAME: Wicked Wheels

LOCATION: Downtown

This local haunt is hard to miss with its brightly colored lights and loud pop music slipping out through the doors. Wicked Wheels is especially popular with the college students in town and it’s easy to see why. The student discount on entry to the roller rink definitely doesn’t hurt, but Wicked Wheels also has cheap beer and concession stand food available all close to campus. The inside walls are painted with murals using UV activated paints making them especially vibrant under all the flashing black lights around the rink. These are only further illuminated by the giant disco ball that hangs in the dead center of the rink. Local cryptid enthusiasts like to tell everyone you shouldn’t skate directly under the mirrorball, but the owner, Esther, insists these tall tales are completely unfounded. She’s probably right about that. 

The rink does make a great backdrop for TikToks and as such, it’s not uncommon to see college students filming their skating escapades doing strange dances on their skates along to the music. 

Through the many speakers in Wicked Wheels, there is always pop music from various decades blasting. Except for on Mondays. Mondays are Metal Mondays. Local metalheads really go all out for this night in both dress and skating. 

On Tuesday Nights, different local roller derby groups reserve the rink to host competitions. Many students who have friends competing come to spectate and enjoy some cheap snacks while they root for their friends. 

Within Wicked Wheels, there’s a small milkshake cart called Bessie’s Treats. The milkshakes are some of the best and are a must-have for most people skating in the rink. 

Some patrons have reported seeing the reflection of a large lizard in the disco ball. Esther usually just laughs this off and chalks it up into looking straight into a bright light.

like, cool in the internet sense. because i have compiled all the data and i was right: queer shows are getting canceled twice as often. and earlier, too. we lost HALF of them this year!

i have all the data in a carrd (there's SO MUCH data) and it's kind of shaking out to be like. a legit thesis.

so even if your fave show is returning or finished already, it's still important to know this is going on in our current cultural landscape. and while LGBTQ book bans rise and our rights take hits, we need those messages that queer people deserve to be seen and loved.

i talked with a friend who organizes, and we're gonna make it a cross-fandom hashtag going live on Dec 16. 🥰

Time to give characters of my recent hyperfixation teams of Pokémon. This time, it's all currently playable (minus Miyabi) agents of Hoyoverse's Zenless Zone Zero. Hope you guys like the teams I gave them. I plan to make a Part 2 when more characters release like Lighter and Harumasa.

Agent's Pajamas Headcanons

Anby: loose shorts and a tank top

Billy: Sleeps in the "nude" or some Starlight Knights themed Pajamas.

Nekomata: Shirt, no pants.

Koleda: Full pajamas, probably very cute pictures of her favorite Characters. You could not get her to confess to this under any amount of Torture.

Grace: also shirt, no pants, but that's only if she cares enough to change out of her clothes. for the most part it's just whatever she happens to be wearing at the time.

Ben: Actual pajama bottoms, and an old t-shirt.

Anton: Sweatpants. Maybe a tank top if it's cold.

Corin: Something basic and a little bland/impersonal, but still comfortable, and 'Presentable' and made of actual pajama material.

Ellen: a shark Kigirumi or Onesie, and that's LITERALLY Canon

Rina: Simple white/cream sleep robe.

Lycaon: Not to sound horny, but he feels like a "Boxer-Briefs" Only kind of guy. Like her just takes his clothes off, falls into bed, and is out.

Qingyi: I don't think she changes her clothes. If she's not out of battery, I think she just. Stands in the Corner like a horse.

Zhu-Yuan: She owns actual pajamas. maybe not pajama shirts, but definitely pajama pants.

Seth: Same as Zhu Yuan.

Jane: Again, not to sound horny, but she wears the Bear minimum to not be nude when she's in private. She just lets the falsehoods, lies, and costuming fall away, leaving her in her most relaxed and carefree form.

Lucy: Something that's way too nice for the Outer Rim, or something Something in unnecessarily poor quality.

Ceasar: Shirt and Athleisure shorts.

Piper: Just a shirt, but a notably Raggedier shirt. If she's not napping in her normal clothes.

Burnice: Actual Pajama bottoms and top.

Soukaku: A onesie. It is horribly stained, to the point wear both Lycaon and Rina could not fix it.

Soldier 11: Military Sleepwear, or something pure white and SO uncomfortable and scratchy to literally anyone but her.

ZZZ Headcanons

Help this game has taken over my free time I love these characters sm <3 Billy Soukaku and Ellen my beloved

Nicole: has a not so secret hobby of bedazzling anything and everything. It’s a real problem in the Cunning Hares apartment, nothing is safe from pink rhinestones and stickers

Anby: cracked at rhythm games to an alarming degree. Can do a 2 person extremely hard DDR song all by herself

Billy: I don’t know how they did it but they programmed an android with autism. Has his own version of a skincare routine which is basically just maintenance on all of his tiny mechanical parts. Can also gain power multiple ways, including solar power. The apartment complex where the Cunning Hares live had a blackout once and everyone used Billy as a personal charging port. Nicole promised to pay him in Starlight Knight merch.

Nekomata: cuts her own hair and offers to do it for other people. DO NOT trust her when she says she’s good at it

Grace: did gymnastics as a kid which is why she’s able to pull off a ton of backflips and flexible maneuvers in battle

Anton: uses actual cement to keep his hair spikes in shape. Koleda caught him in the act once and instead of chewing him out, she decided to apply some to her own hair and now they’re cement combover gang

Ben: is completely vegan and loves chilling at hot springs a lot. Still sleeps with stuffed animals btw

Koleda: I’m making it canon right now Koleda is trans and you can’t do shit about it. Also has welding as a hobby and made most of her accessories from scratch

Corin: when not in Victoria Housekeeping Co uniform, is a Jfashion junkie. I’m talking super dedicated Lolita fits, menhera inspired clothing, the whole shebang. She ofc designs a lot of her own stuff like her bear backpack and is also responsible for a lot of the accessories Victoria Housekeeping Co wears (Rina’s bows, Ellen’s shark jaw head and neckpieces, Lycaon’s eyepatch and tail straps). She also has a massive crush on Ellen and is too scared to admit it

Rina: has a fur allergy and can’t keep animals around. Which also means she’s allergic to Lycaon. She has to take so much Zyrtec before clocking in but has such a good poker face that Lycaon has no idea. Ellen knows tho

Lycaon: specifically wears the heeled boots and has his odd posture because he’s self conscious about his digitigrade legs, he thinks they’re unsightly for a butler of his standing to have. He also tries to encourage Ellen to wear a long maid dress like Rina does to hide her tail.

Ellen: coincidentally falls into a lot of shark stereotypes. She loves seafood, has to constantly be fidgeting or she feels like she’ll go mad, and the kicker, she gets frenzied around blood, or if the thing she’s fighting puts up a struggle. Corin accidentally cut her hand while repairing her saw blade once and both Lycaon and Rina could barely hold Ellen back once Corin began bleeding. Ellen feels awful for scaring the already timid girl. Corin secretly thought it was hot and would die on the spot if anyone knew that

Soukaku: despite being a huge foodie this girl cannot cook for shit. Is also physically cold to the touch and during the summer her coworkers will ask her to hold their drinks because they’ll stay cold. Soukaku always secretly sneaks sips every time they do this to her.

Miyabi: has the worst sleep schedule known to man. Sometimes you’ll find her awake at 3AM and conked out by 4PM, other times she goes to bed at 8PM and wakes up at 4AM. It’s inconsistent and irregular and a gamble trying to contact her outside of work because she might not even be awake

Harumasa: GAY GAY HOMOSEXUAL GAY. Also pretty cracked at chess and other strategy games. Is also a major old fashioned guy and doesn’t own a lot of modern technology. He’s not into retro or old stuff, he just doesn’t like new stuff

Yanagi: her glasses are fake. When she was younger she needed them, but her vision had naturally gotten better over the years, so she now wears contacts, but for some reason still insists on wearing her glasses. Loses them constantly during battle.

Lucy: even though she was forced to play piano as a kid, she really wanted to be a sporty girl and play stuff like soccer and baseball. Now she has the freedom to take part in the sports she likes and watch them surrounded by the people she likes

Piper: insanely picky eater to the point it drives Lucy up a wall. Is also picky about a lot of other things, like how different fabrics feel, different comfort levels of chairs and beds, girl is a complainer and will always find something to complain about

Lighter: has a side gig as a tattoo artist, has really stable hands too

Soldier 11: has 5 younger brothers, a younger sister, and 2 older siblings who she doesn’t see super often. Has divorced parents who also liked to adopt, which is why she has such a huge family. Her younger brothers love it when she comes home and plays secret agent military with them

Seth: can’t drive. That’s it send tweet.

Qingyi: is outwardly dismissive of meditation tricks and hacks and tips but utilizes that shit in private ALL the time.

Zhu Yuan: shares the vegetables she grows in her garden with all her neighbors. Is also a REALLY good cook to the point people have encouraged her to potentially consider a different career path

Jane Doe: the rat girl has pet rats go figure. But in all seriousness she’d die for her little guys. She has a white one named Cocaine and a brown one named Tobacco and a gray one named Crystal Meth. She thinks the names are hilarious and every time she introduces the rats to other people their facial expressions are priceless

Zenless Zone Zero Tier List Based On The Agent's Families

This is based on whether the current agents are orphans or if they're not orphans. Feel free to say there's a chance I'm wrong.

Tier 1 (Not Orphans): 1. Miyabi still has her father. 2 Lucy, Rina, and Zhu Yuan still have their parents (even if Lucy is estranged from her parents). 3. Seth is currently the only male with both parents.

Tier 2 (Orphan): 1. Soukaku may have been adopted by Yanagi, but only as her sister, not daughter, and her bio family died during the war. 2. Caesar's parents died when she was a child leaving her to be raised by Big Daddy. 3. Grace lost her parents in Hollow incidents. 4. Koleda's mom died when she was young and Khors got murdered (oof). 5. We saw Nekomata's adopted dad turn into an Ethereal, nuff said. 6. Nicole was an orphan but then got adopted, but then she ran away, which might mean she's back to being an orphan? IDK.

Tier 3 (Possibly an orphan): 1. Belle and WIse never say anything about their bio family, only their mother figure who is currently missing. 2. Harumasa was abandoned by his bio family with no idea what happened to them, and then he had to put down his adopted father (oof). 3. The devs kinda retcon giving Lighter a last name (it was originally Lorenz from the leaks) and I am scared to know why after knowing Lighter's backstory. 4. Lycaon's past only showed his ex and the place they used to live, and he doesn't say anything about his bio family. 5. Considering Anby was found by Nicole in a dangerous area with no idea of her past, and S11 often goes on dangerous missions, they're probably orphans (I think these two are also sisters, but like their parents have to be dead for them to go off on life or death missions).

Tier 4 (Where are the relatives?): 1. Piper, Corin, and Ellen have been mentioned as having family, so where are they? 2. Jane is a secret agent, so no info on her family, but we don't know if she's an orphan. 3. Burnice, Ben, and Anton haven't said anything about their families, but we can't count out that they possibly have family members. 4. I didn't know how to get a character between tiers (T4 and T3) because Yanagi probably has family other than Soukaku, but she's also a former soldier from possibly the Obsidian Division (S11's Division) so she might not have one.

Tier 5 (Can they have parents?): Since both Billy and Qingyi are Intelligent Constructs, can they even have parents? Do creators even count as parents? Qingyi possibly had a creator, but we don't know. Actually, Billy doesn't even remember his creators... (Damn, Billy might be an orphan).

Tier 6 (Upcoming Agents): Both Astra and Evelyn are upcoming agents, so we have no info on their families as of now.

I probably will create another one when 2.0 or 2.4 drops because then there will be new characters as well as updated family history.
