The atmosphere of the set was buzzing with energy, y/n sitting in the directors set as she watched the chaos in front of her unfold. Her makeup artist was adding the final bits of eyeshadow to her smokey eye as y/n rewatched some old takes of a scene. Max watched, slightly awkwardly, from the side, a soft smile on his face, his reflection expressing awe.

From the corner of her eye Y/n could see him staring at her and turned to face him with a playful smirk, "How do I look?"

"Like your about to break the internet." Max said, a little smirk on his face though his eyes shone with pride.

She rolled her eyes, laughing. "You say that every time."

"Because it’s true every time," Max shot back, his grin widening.

As she went to get up Max kissed her shoulder quickly before letting her get to work. She laughed slightly at the simple display of affection before whispering in his ear, "You're my good luck charm, Verstappen." He watched as she ran off, intensely aware of the box that sat heavily in his pocket.

"Just don't forget me when you're topping the charts Schatje."

Before the cameras started rolling Y/n made eye contact with Max from the set, mouthing an I love you.

Y/n felt very secure, hidden away in her trailer which was only illuminated by the soft glow of fairly lights strung along the edges of her mirror. She lay on the couch going through her storyboard, Max on top of her, weight heavy. His head rested on her chest as his hand absentmindedly played with the hem of her top, occasionally pressing kissing against her stomach.

“Shouldn’t you be getting ready for your cameo, Mr. Superstar?” she teased, glancing down at him with a playful smirk.

Max grinned up at her, his eyes twinkling with a mischievous sparkle. “I am ready. My job is just to stand there and look good, right?”

“Pretty much,” Y/n quipped, running her fingers gently through his hair. “And don’t forget to smolder. That’s very important.”

Max chuckled, closing his eyes as he leaned into her touch. “I’ll smolder for you and only you, liefde.”

The door to the trailer creaked open, and y/ns assistant peeked in. “Y/n, five minutes to set.”

“Got it,” she replied, her fingers pausing briefly in Max’s hair. The PA disappeared, leaving them in their little bubble of quiet.

“You’re gonna kill it,” Max murmured, his voice soft but sure. He sat up, leaning forward to cup her face with both hands. “Every time I see you work, I fall for you all over again.”

Y/n’s cheeks flushed, and she let out a small laugh. “You’re ridiculous, you know that?”

“Ridiculously in love with you,” he replied, pressing a tender kiss to her forehead, then her nose, then her lips. “Now go show everyone why you’re the star.”

The soft hum of the TV filled the quiet apartment, but Y/n wasn’t really watching. She sat curled up on the couch, knees drawn to her chest, her fingers absentmindedly tugging at the loose threads of her hoodie. Her eyes were fixed on nothing in particular as her mind raced with negative thoughts and memories she wished she could forget.

Max walked in from the kitchen, holding two mugs of tea. His smile faded the second he noticed her expression. Setting the mugs down on the coffee table, he knelt in front of her, his hands gently covering hers to still their nervous movements.

“Liefde,” he said softly, his voice laced with concern, “what’s going on?”

She shook her head, biting her lip as tears welled up in her eyes. “I don’t even know how to explain it,” she whispered.

Max’s heart ached at the sight of her like this. He slid onto the couch beside her, wrapping his arms around her tightly, as if he could shield her from the ghosts of her past. “You don’t have to explain it,” he murmured. “You don’t have to do anything. Just let me be here for you.”

Y/n let out a shaky breath as she buried her face in his chest, her tears soaking into his shirt. “I hate feeling like this,” she admitted, her voice muffled. “Like I’m broken or something.”

“You’re not broken,” Max said firmly, pulling back just enough to tilt her chin up so she’d look at him. His blue eyes were filled with unwavering determination. “You’re strong, Y/n. Stronger than you know. What you’ve been through doesn’t define you. You’ve come so far, and I’m so proud of you for that.”

A small sob escaped her, and Max wiped a tear from her cheek with his thumb. “And when it feels too heavy,” he continued softly, “lean on me. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. We’re a team, remember?”

She nodded, her grip on him tightening. “Thank you, Max. For always being here.”

He pressed a kiss to her temple, resting his cheek against her hair. “Always, liefde. You’re stuck with me.” He whispered softly, playing with the ring on her finger.

Y/n smiled as she watched her now husband chatting animatedly to Charles and his girlfriend, maxplaining as she liked to call it. She took a final sip of champagne and went to put it down, not expecting Lando to be hovering near her.

Y/n and Max had made the joint decision to invite Lando to their wedding, on the premise that he didn't start anything. They wanted to start a life together and part of that meant leaving any past conflict behind them. Y/n and Max had both moved forwards, she only hoped Lando had done the same.

"Hey Y/nn." He said softly, smiling at her with an unfamiliar look in his eyes. "Sorry I didn't mean to sneak up on you like that."

She smiled, laughing slightly, "You're good Lando, really."

"I'm sorry for everything else as well. I know that you've moved on and I'm happy for you I really am. But you deserve a genuine apology." Lando said, clearing his voice roughly before continuing. "You were amazing, you were perfect to me and I should've trusted you, I think I always knew you were telling the truth but their was this huge part of me that was just looking to jump ship, and I think their always will be part of me that will. I suck at relationships, I suck at trust. But that is no excuse for how I treated you, I was a dickhead and I am truly sorry, I will regret everything for the rest of my life."

"I forgive you Lando," She said, causing his head to snap up. "I think I forgave you a long time ago, and as shit as everything was, I wouldn't change it for anything. We had our time, but we were young and stupid and if everything hadn't happened I wouldn't be where I am now, happy, married to the love of my life, I even got a couple of Grammy nominations from it all so it hasn't been to rough."

"Yeah congratulations by the way, I always knew that you could do it, but now everyone else can see how talented you are as well." He said, a genuine smile on his head, the pair moved to stare out from the balcony. He cleared his throat, moving to speak up again, "Do you think we could've had this, if things hadn't of gone the way they did?"

"No." Y/n said softly, "I mean maybe I'm wrong and things could've worked out, but I think eventually we would've found some other reason to break up. We never loved each other the way Max and I love each other and love isn't supposed to be difficult, yes you go through your ups and downs, but you shouldn't ever be waiting for the other shoe to drop."

Lando sighed, rubbing his eyes, flinching slightly when a gentle hand was placed on his arm. "She's out their for you Lando, you might not think it now, but one day you'll meet the one, maybe you already have, and she will love you unconditionally." She pulled her hand from his arm, leaving goosebumps in its wake.

Y/n jumped slightly at the feeling of a possessive arm wrapping itself around her back. She melted into the familiar touch of her now husband. "Max." She murmured as he kissed her cheek, "Not in front of people."

Max looked up at Lando, smiling brightly at him although it didn't quite reach his eyes. "Lando." He nodded.

"Max, congratulations." He said awkwardly, averting his eyes from the overly affectionate Max. "I'm gonna go..." He trailed off, walking away from the loved up couple.

Once Lando was out of earshot Y/n hit Max aggressively. "Max Verstappen."

"What?" He questioned almost guiltily.

"You terrible." She said, laughing slightly as the man twirled her around before pulling her into a kiss.

"Just wanted to show him what's mine." He murmured, looking into her eyes before peppering kisses all over her face. "As if the wedding isn't enough."

"Not even close Mijn Vrouw."

Y/n laughed as Max pulled her into his chest before lifting her up. "Max be careful." She said as he carried her into their hotel room.

"You. Look. Extravagant." His said to her between kisses. "Words can not describe how happy I am right now." He placed her on the bed before opening his phone.

"What are you doing?" She questioned as a familiar tune made its way through the room. "Its our song." She said, smiling brightly and Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You started playing.

"Can I have this dance?" He asked holding out his hand for her. She laughed at him lightly. "We've already danced tonight Max."

"Yeah with hundreds of eyes on us, I want to dance, just me and my beautiful, amazing wife." Max said smiling down at her.

"You're so cute." Y/n said, looking up into his eyes, "What did I ever do to deserve you?"

"Just being you. You deserve the world Mijn liefje, and I'll do my best to give it too you." He said before pulling her into a kiss.

"And this years Album of the Year is..." Olivia paused, dramatically opening her envelop, "Reputation, Y/n L/n." Y/n felt all of her anxiety melt away as she heard her name being called out, max rubbing his thumb comfortingly on her back.

As she made her way onto the stage she wiped a stray tear away, smiling at the room in front of her. "This, this is insane I can't believe I'm here. Um, a few years ago I didn't think I'd ever get the chance to do this again and now um now I'm up here and it's all because of you. Thank you, thank you the fans for continuing to support me and believe in my even when I didn't believe in myself. Thank you to my friends who pulled my out of my hole and continue to push me every single day. And thank you to my rock, my safe place, Max, who held my hand through every moment I wanted to give up. You reminded me why I love music so much in the first place. Thank you for loving me when I didn't know how to love myself."

When she made her way back down to her seat, Y/n pulled Max into a passionate kiss, smiling at him as a stray tear rolled down his face. "I love you." He murmured, his hand moving to stroke his thumb against her stomach.

POV this is your first time posting 2025. hi guys im back, idk how often i'll be posting though so…alot has happened over the past five months school wise (im in my final year), personal wise and in formula aswell (oscar winning twice - i dont wanna talk about ferrari and the australian grand prix). i want to come on here again and say thank you guys for the amount of support i have recieved, never in my wildest dreams did i think my writting would get this much support. I will try and update as much as possible but school has to come first which is why i ended up putting things on a halt. on a side note i've been working on my own book (nothing f1 related) which is why i've been putting less time into tumblr. however I will try to be updating more here. I've started watching 911 and i'm genuinely obsessed with it and have started brewing up some fanfics but i don't know if ill post them on here or if ill make a seperate blog and keep this one f1 focused. anyway i love you guys so so much and will post a couple of fics today to feed you lot <3.

I will work on my new up coming series here and a lando x journalist spin off and eventually i will add some bonus chapters because i don't think i can ever let this story go xxx. (i didn't read over this so sorry if it does not make any sense)

Blitz's avoidant coping once more. I am guilty of avoidant behaviour just like Blitz and while it technically eases stuff, it becomes too much when there's so many problems you ignore and they pile up. This behaviour also makes it hard for someone to be vulnerable, which obviously is the case for Blitz, too. It hurts to be vulnerable. We avoid being vulnerable, because we avoid being hurt.

So instead of trying to talk through with Millie, Blitz opts for being avoidant.

He's always been horrible, and I'm sure this is where Fizz too got his issues (with perfectionism that is) and made him an easy target for Mammon. This mdf really fucked everyone over! Fk him!

And then separating them when they both needed each other so much! Blitz and Fizz needed each other more than ever in that moment, and yet that POS preferred to have them suffer! I'm riled up honestly, we've never seen much of this mf but he's managed to make himself insufferable with just a few short scenes! He's horrible and if he's not dead then I wish him the worst.

Kaiser can only dream about the last time he had tasted your blood. 

A consistency thick and syrupy, like honey, not like the diluted contents of animal blood; no–something so, so sickly sweet, not like the overwhelmingly bitter, sour taste of other noble women. When his long fangs first punctured your skin, it was like biting into a crunchy apple, a sound that would make mortals nauseous, but it only riled him up more. His fangs were anything but dull, sharper than obsidian, it tore through muscles and nerves unapologetically.

The metallic scent of blood and the natural smell of your skin hitting his nose doubled the effect, your legs kicked and thrashed, but it was quickly shut down as he tangled his limbs with yours. You didn’t scream, per say, but the grunts and hisses that erupted from your mouth told Kaiser all he needed to know about the agony you were in. Your hands which fisted his ruffled blouse, sluggishly lost its grip, and only when you went slightly limp in his arms did he detach his lips from your warm skin.

He watched his spit mixed with your blood run down and pool in the crook of your collarbone, the area around the bite marks already blooming an angry red and blue.

The first words he spoke to you was a love confession. It was also the first time a women had slapped him open–palmed in the face. God, could you blame a man like him for being hungry? It's not his fault you left your bed chamber window open. 

Ever since that day, he had not left you alone. 

And even now, as you walk briskly down the empty hallways, you try to ignore the casual sounding strides of footsteps behind you. A sliver of light came from the shut floor curtains, stretching across the corridor to the wall, stepping over it as if it was an object in your way, you stop abruptly, whirling around to see he had paused short before the light. For a moment, his cerulean eyes flashed crimson as they locked onto your neck–he seemed amused, his smirk ever so wide.

“Just one more taste, bitte.” He murmured. 

“No.”

He sighed dramatically, as if your words of denial were an inconvenience. “You're being unreasonable.”

“And you're insufferable.”

His expression is unreadable for a moment, before he reaches out carelessly, exposing his skin to the sun's light to grasp the meat of your upper arm. The sizzling of his flesh was instantaneous, the curling of smoke from the exposed skin finally made you shove him back into the shade and against the wall. He didn’t even seem fazed by the pain, completely ignoring it as you glared at him like he had grown three heads. 

You jabbed at his chest with your manicured nail, “Is your brain that full of madness? Are you that desperate you'll risk turning to a pile of ashes?”

He overlooked your scolding, smiling as if everything was sweet in the world. “I can make it painless this time–”

“–And you could also make yourself disappear.” You snapped, pushing him away before storming off, and this time, he didn’t follow you, watching you turn the corner, disappearing. 

You had almost forgotten the whole interaction, having been worked to the bone all day from your princess duties. By the time the moon had risen to shine upon the kingdom, your body felt like an exhausted pile of jelly. You basked in the quiet atmosphere of your chambers, the warmth from the fireplace as the mattress of your grand bed dipped under your weight. You spread out on your back, your legs dangling off the bed. You could relax–if only for a couple of seconds, before the door swung open.

You just knew from the disregarded manners of knocking, that it could only be one person. You groaned out loud, too vexed to hide the displeasure you were experiencing from his mere presence. 

“Eure Durchlaucht,” he purrs, and your eye twitches. “A simple request, from a very humble subject–”

“Get out.”

He shook his head, tutting under his breath as if you were a disobedient child, shutting the double doors behind him. “Now now, I haven't even said my request.”

You didn't need to hear it fall from his lips to know what he wanted, he had been begging pathetically ever since that day, and you hadn’t gotten any softer. Clearly he was tired from feeding from the criminals in the dungeons, as he described them as ‘virtually disgusting,’ to you. It was that, or him asking you to be his lover for the tenth time after you told him if your dear old father (or the kingdom for that matter) ever found out, he would have been tied to a pole before dawn and left for the sun to finish him off. 

“Kaiser,” you replied coldly, your voice leaving no room for argument. “I said no.”

With heavy lidded eyes, you observed him silently approach, his figure drawing nearer to the foot of the bed. Your eyes search his for his intentions the closer he gets. Your mind working overtime trying to decipher what you could as his leg knocked your knees apart, slotting himself between them. You sit up on your elbows, your heart beginning to stammer in your chest at the proximity. His cologne encases you, something roughly between musky and metallic. His features were indecipherable, his cerulean eyes shining with a certain intensity that made you tremble. He looms over your form on the edge of the bed, and an audible exhale is heard from you, your body warnings going haywire. 

There was nothing malicious coming from him, no–but you had remembered behind the cocky and arrogant front, he really was a beast of the night. Michael Kaiser wasn’t a gentle man, you experienced that first–hand from meeting him. He wasn’t the most patient, either. There was no way your constant denying of feeding hadn’t cut through the thin thread of patience he harboured. At any point in time he could have taken what he wanted, whether you were fighting it or not. 

But he hadn’t.

His voice speaks out in the suffocating silence, his words boring a sense of desperate begging. “Bitte, Princess.” 

His voice breaks you out of your trance, blinking owlishly at him as your body tensed under his hold. “Kaiser, I said–” you swallowed hard, voice barely audible as it trailed off, eyes darting to his chest, anything but meeting his heavy gaze. 

His eyes narrowed at your sudden hesitance, his rough fingertips creeping down your leg, eventually wrapping around your ankle, hostling it up on his shoulder. A gasp tore from your throat at the sudden action, mortification filling you at the suggestive position he put both of you in. 

“Bitte,” he begs again, a little more breathless than before, his lips finding the pulse point on your ankle, kissing it softly. You knew what he was doing, and your breathing rapidly picking up must have emboldened him, as his mouth got bolder, nipping down to the skin of your calf. He was keeping eye contact the whole time, as if quietly commanding you to keep studying his affection towards you.

By the time his mouth had gone past your knee, your chest is heaving, your face down to your neck warm with an almost feverish heat. His pupils were blown wide with an assured starvation and yearning, his blonde strands of hair tickling your sweltering skin made you shiver lavishly, something that wasn’t missed by him. 

“I'll make it painless, Ich verspreche es.” 

He was still begging, but at this point your ears had simply shut off, only paying attention to the sensations he was causing on your body. His finger tapped the outside of your knee, and you mindlessly obliged to his request, giving him more room to settle in between your legs. His eyes flashed with something, as if his patience had truly run out. His big hands slide under both of your thighs, pressing your knees to your chest, forcing you into a mating press, eliciting a loud yelp out of you. 

He was pushing his whole body weight on you, cheeky bastard. The skirt of your nightgown pooled around your hips, your legs bare. His choppy hair tickled your forehead, and you could feel his breath on your cheek. His head dipped even lower, peppering kisses up your jaw. “Bitte–” kiss, “–Bitte–” kiss, “–Bitte.” You almost choked on your own spit. The last straw was when he filthily, deliberately, licked the corner of your quivering lips. 

You finally yell out hoarsely in agreement, bolting upright, almost knocking into his forehead, making him laugh in amusement. Your shaking hand grasped onto his shoulder for stability, feeling feverishly overheated and disgustingly aroused. His hand left one of your twitching thighs to cup over yours, his thumb rubbing your knuckles as he hummed, giving your dumbstruck face a kiss on the cheek.

His nimble fingers skill–fully undid the top buttons of your nightgown, brushing your hair out of the way, leaving your neck, collarbone and shoulder bare to him.

“I knew you would come around, Prinzessin. Now show me that pretty neck.”

"What if this is a bad idea?" You haven't even gotten out of the car and into the building when you start second guessing yourself.

"Love, you've wanted this for a while, I thought?" James is getting out of the backseat and opening your door on the passenger side.

"I do, but it's my first face peircing, what if it looks bad?" James kneels next to your seat in the car while you fiddle with your hands, eyes focused on them, rather than the worry on James' face that will undoubtedly make you melt.

"Doll, you're gonna look hot as fuck, I promise you that much." Sirius turns in the driver's seat to face you, left hand moving to the back of your head, stroking the nape of your neck. "And either way, if you get it and, after a few months, hate it, you can take it out."

You all sit there for a moment before you stop fidgeting and look between the two boys. "Sorry, I don't know why I'm freaking out now, ive been planning this for weeks now." You laugh, trying to ease the tension that's accidently set.

"It's okay, love." James gently grabs your face, turning you to face him and kissing you softly. "You still wanna get it?"

You all manage to get through the door of the peircing shop.

You sit in the chair, Sirius holding your hand and James looking away because needles freak him out, but he was adamant he would be a form of moral support.

The piercer uses the forcep clamp and you're pretty sure the needle is in their other hand, but you've had your eyes closed for a while now. And honestly, based off the videos you watched, it's probably for the best you don't see the needle.

"Okay, breath in through your mouth." Their voice is soothing as you take in a breath, albeit a little shaky.

"And a deep breath out..." your hand forms a death grip on Sirius' hand as the needle punctures your nose.

"Good job. I'm going to put the jewelry in now; one more deep breath in." Your hand keeps its hold on Sirius, "and out." The jewelry swiftly replaces the needle. "Okay, and you're done."

While paying and leaving, your hand never leaves the boy until you reach the car.

"Let me see." James once again gently grabs your face once the three of you are near the car. "Dear Merlin, that looks amazing."

"Yes it does, and you took it like a bloody champ, doll." The other boy adds.

"Yeah? It looks good?"

"Obviously." He overlaps one of James hand and leans in to kiss you.

"Wait- no- no kisses right now." Both boys drop their hands from your face.

"Are you okay?" James brows are furrowed in concern.

"I'm- I'm just scared you'll hit it and it will hurt."

The paler of the two laughs a bit but looks at you so fondly you could melt into a puddle like the wicked witch of the west. "Fine- fine then. No kisses. For now."

You're sitting on the couch when James gets home a few days later, book open as you read.

James toes off his shoes and walks behind the couch, tilting your chin to lean down and kiss you.

"Fucking-" You pull back, hand going to your nose to shield it as if some invisible source is gonna sucker punch you.

Padding down the staircase in your townhouse, Sirius sees you and James on the couch, you with tears lining your eyes.

"Bloody Merlin, baby, don't try and kill the girl, prongs." Sirius jokes as he makes his way to the couch as well.

"I didn't do anything!" James whips his head around to Sirius, who cuts him off with a kiss before he can continue to defend himself any further.

"He kissed me and it hurt like a bitch." Your voice is slightly whinny, desperately wanting your shorter boyfriends attention.

"Oh, my poor girl, James is hurting you with his love again?" Sirius coos as he sits between you two, but it's more like on both your laps, grabbing the sides of your face to place a soft kiss on your forehead.

(Often ends up sitting on the floor even to rest even though its such a hassle to sit down or push themselves up)

Scary dog privilege ghost being such a good emotional support, being so gentle with reader to use their mobility aid while also being so scary to someone if they try to say something or give a look.

Ghost being like a human reminder to take breaks, fix posture (you know with hypermobility and 'knee locking'), take your cane, pain killers for more busy days etc. Cause he just cares so fucking much and wants to make sure reader is in the least amount of pain possible.

Ghost understands your chronic pain, after all, he's getting shot at on the daily so he's pretty achey all over. He's always reassuring you whenever you're having one of your bad days, cuddling you close to him when you sniffle and sob into his chest from the pain :(

He's such a sweetheart about it and always carries a spare cane with him wherever he goes. People don't question an older veteran carrying around a cane so you don't have to worry about people giving you weird looks about it.

And if it's one of those days where you're really feeling anxious about using your mobility aids in public, Ghost will just carry you. He doesn't want you sitting on the hard, dirty floor so he'll have you on his back or holding you bridal-style.

He calls you his little backpack when he's carrying you on his back. Sometimes people look at him weird because why is Ghost carrying a full grown man on his back? Ghost just glares at them, gives them a 'don't say anything bad about my partner or I'll kill you' type of look.

He is like a human alarm clock sometimes, pops up behind you and whispers "Have you taken your meds?" in your ear before magically producing them, pulling them out of his pocket. (and an entire water bottle??)

I need him to lay me too, dude. After a long day of you using your cane, he'll feed you and make you take your medication before laying you in bed and putting his entire body weight on top of you.

This man will become a heated, weighted blanket in an instant. He'll have you lay your head on your wedge pillow and will flop on top of you, nuzzling his face into your neck and praising you for how well you did today and how you took all of your meds and used your mobility aid when you needed it instead of trying to push through the pain.

“so, yeah, that’s what happened.” sunwoo finishes her lore dump. you’re left to sit in the boiling pot she brewed for you— it was a lot to digest. yoru, someone who you had believed to be a new potential close friend, was a playboy who you have to now be careful of… why? it’s not like you two did anything last night. hell, you forgot you were watching anime with him because of how quiet he was. it was only until he asked if you wanted to hop back on the game that you remembered you in fact weren’t alone.

“you know i’m not looking for a partner, sunnie, right?” you deadpan. “especially not after…” your voice dies in your throat, your heart aching at the thought of your most recent heartbreak. you never let it show to anyone, but even if it was almost three months ago, your wounds were still healing. every time you spoke of anything regarding relationships, it would always make your heart bleed a little bit. your ex’s fingers were intertwined within your soul; getting rid of his impact would be as if you are trying to breathe under water.

so, you tried to let time heal you. sunwoo had tried getting you to confide in her, but it was no use. after trying and trying she’d realized you will come to her about it in due time. she just wished for you to be okay from all of it, from him.

“i know—“ she interjects, already knowing who and what you were going to mention. “i just, i know you get attached easily. i just want you to be careful, n/n.”

sunwoo only ever mentions your nickname in serious conversations. her voice was still as energetic as ever, the worry easy to miss, but you knew her. you knew your sunwoo, and she knew her y/n. she was right, to an extent. but who was she kidding? you’d never be that desperate or lonely enough to fall for a guy online. you knew you were better than that. after your last breakup, you don’t think you can move on— not for a long while.

“alright,” you nod, a heavy sigh following afterwards. “but like i said, i promise nothing sketchy happened last night. he seemed cool.”

sunwoo laughs at your statement. “i cannot believe my ears. ‘yoru’ and ‘cool’ in the same sentence is actually insane!”

you let out a soft giggle. the two of you sat in a comfortable silence until you heard a ping notification coming from sunwoo’s server.

“they’re so nice,” you voice as you accept & return clove’s follow request on instagram. sunwoo agrees and starts talking about how she met clove— but that was all drained out when you saw another two follow requests right after.

one was ‘n3onbluues’, who you’d obviously assumed to be neon. the other by the username of ‘y0rukai.’

you’d swiftly accepted neon’s follow request without hesitation and requested to follow back.your thumb hovered over the second user, already knowing who it is. tapping on the username, you noticed that the page was public. it had very few photos; only three. all followed that dark blue nightly aesthetic; it was pleasing to look at. one was a photo of the night sky with the stars shining bright. another was two stray cats he was petting and feeding on a dark city street. one particular photo you found quite pleasing to stare at was a photo of who you’d assume was the owner of the account.

it was a selfie illuminated by the city lights that hovered over him within the dark path of the night. his hair was messy, worn completely down with a vibrant blue streak mixed along the soft sea of black. his eyes tired and squinting at the camera, brows furrowed slightly but not entirely to be a scowl. his ears pierced with silver studs, and two others can be found that framed his left brow’s arch perfectly. he adorned a scarf and a leather jacket, a dark blue shirt underneath. the only thing you would complain about is the black mask covering half of his face, a mystery yet to uncover. a scratch that needed to be itched— you wanted to see the rest of the photo— the rest of him.

his eyes are so pretty, you thought to yourself.

“y/n?” sunwoo asked, snapping you out of your gaze.

“yeah? sorry, what did you say?” you asked, still looking at your phone. you knew you’d just promised her to be careful with yoru, yeah. and you were— hell, how bad could it be to let him follow you on instagram? it’s harmless, no? friends do that. clove and neon followed you, why can’t yoru?

you accepted yoru’s follow request and followed him back, completing the mutual. you placed your phone face down on your desk next to your keyboard.

“did you wanna play some val with iso, yoru, phoenix and i? we can five stack!” she proposed excitedly.

you smiled and accepted, swiftly prompting you two to move to the server’s main voice channel.

Character One: Sunday

HIS KINDNESS !!! One of the main things that made me fall for him was how much he loved and cared for his sister as well as the citizens for Penacony. I love. Kind character so much. I love characters who have so much empathy and love in their hearts for humanity (if I were to ever play hi3 I KNOW I'll end up loving Elysia. But Hi3 scares me. So.). i also have a thing for older brothers so. but it's moreso how he cares for everyone and looks after them that is so UGHHOSGHGSOOHGSHO

The fact that he plays musical instruments!! His trailer was beautiful and as a former musician, instruments are very dear to me. I love that he's a violinist and a pianist (ik he has nice nice fingers), it's both beautiful and very fitting of him, and it adds to his very gothic aesthetic that i just <333

How eerie?? He can be. In the beginnings of Penacony, especailly during the 2.2 quest, Sunday was - to put it frankly, WEIRD. The way he talked was like he's always holding himself back, and like one of my friends Crow has said, you could hear the anxiety and stress in his voice. He sounded like he was constantly on the brink of a mental break down which is fair, considering the situation he was in. But he's also sinister in the way that most manwha priests are, in that he is kind and looks friendly, but there's just something... off about him. His obsession with control contributes greatly to this, and that's why I love love love him.

The way he's a gentleman??? Like. God I wish he'd call me my lady because that's so fine. He's very polite and chilvarous and I love that for him - WHEN HE CALLS US SIR/MA'AM????? god. every time he calls someone miss/mister i just want to squeeze him because oh my god he's so cute.

His androgyny. The way you can draw him as a handsome man in a suit but also as a more feminine princess type character??? The way he could ROCK a corset? ngl both halosiblings are gender envy the way they can be handsome and beautiful depending on how they dress up. Whenever I see Sunday in a more feminine suit (like do ygs know what i mean. like the ruffles. and the corset. but not a dress) of some sorts I want to eat him.

this is cheating but i just want to say his entire angelic aesthetic makes me want him so bad

Character Two: Yaoshi

The tragedy of their existence. I'm sure that Yaoshi ascended out of a want to end suffering and to prevent death, however, they cause so much pain in the process. Mercy doesn't come without a price, and neither does endless life. And what's worse, they either are unaware of the consequences of their blessings, or they are aware, but they can't understand the gravity of it all because they're so consumed by their path. So in the end, they end up hurting and/or being hated by the ones they love.

Their moral ambiguity. The way that Yaoshi, a deity of paradise and life, is seen as an ENEMY is so good to me??? Like said above, Yaoshi likely does NOT give a shit what happens to you as long as your heart is beating and your brain is working. If you descend into mara, they wouldn't consider that suffering because you are still alive - to Yaoshi, to die is to suffer, and there is nothing worse than dying, so aren't they doing you a favor? Yes, it hurts. Yes, you're losing your mind. Yes, you're no longer you. But you are alive, and isn't that enough?

Like Sunday, I love how much they love life itself. They CARE. They care so much and they love so much to the point that they bleed. Herta also mentions that she sees them as a lonely and romantic existence, because they're so loving and smothering that they end up hurting the things they love. Lan was once a child of Yaoshi, being of the Xianzhou, and now they are forever hunted by that same child. Do you think that Yaoshi runs because they cannot bring themselves to kill or to end Lan, because they wouldn't want to make even their greatest enemy suffer? Do you think that maybe, just maybe, Yaoshi still sees Lan as their child, and therefore cannot bear to harm them, even as their other children are killed by them? Who knows, they're still an Aeon so their mind is kinda weird to us mortals.

THEIR HAIR. sorry their hair is so pretty but this can go for their whole design honestly. Like they're GORGEOUS. The multiple arms? The long hair? The eyes everywhere? The antlers???? The color scheme??? IMMACULATE. they look like a tree and i think that's beautiful because on god i need to gnaw on them like a beaver

Their potential. Again, they're a very tragic existence, but I want to see how they'd interact with other Aeons because I think it'd be so interesting. Funnily enough, I think they'd absolutely hate Nanook because Nanook represents everything that is wrong in the universe to them - Nanook is death, so Nanook is suffering. But they'd love the Preservation (except maybe not when qilpoth was tearing tazzy apart like a shredder), and also Tazzyronth. I really want to see how they'd see Sunday or Xipe, as a fellow god of paradise <333 IT'S JUST SO INTERESTING HEHEHE
