i got really upset over the design for looey in dandy's world, and i don't even like the game or want to play and enjoy it at all, but looking at him pissed me off so much that i kinda had to redesign him?

it helped! i'm alright now, i think he's okay now i guess, but he is such wasted potential.

i tried to keep it in the style of the game to my best ability, y'know keep to the design standards the game has while making him less. looey offical design. i'm sorry but that polka dot crop top was NOT it! where's the clownish attire???? are polka dots animation friendly???????
