Currently running around bugging people and I want to know your thoughts on this: if you had full creative control of the show, how would you run season 5? You can pick and choose whatever leaks you want to include.

Thank you for the ask! 💕 A very fun exercise, and there has been some excellent speculation from the fandom. I’ve enjoyed reading everyone’s takes on it that I’m almost inclined to create bingo cards out of everyone’s nuttier speculations and play Riverdale batshit bingo for the season, a la Cabin the Woods.

I should say Riverdale speculation and leaks can leave me feeling overwhelmed at times, so I drift in and out when they are circling. Therefore, this rant is limited to the leaks/speculation/trailer gifs I have seen or heard about because I have no self-control. I’ve also not seen 4x17 or 4x18 (though I feel like I have through a mishmash of so many GIFs and recaps and speculations). In my mind, 4x17 is just *insert gif of Betty standing in the middle of the woods holding a bloody rock* Atm, no one knows how we got there.

Given the beginning of season five will be the tail-end of season four, perhaps start there? This got away from me, so it’s under the cut.

I imagine they will close four with the reveal of the voyeur and Chic/Charles plotline (with Riverdale you never know where they’re going to be selectively sloppy). In that case, I have fully adopted the following speculation/serenity prayer: see @sullypants theory here. It’s the perfect level of batshit Riverdale and it’s consistent with the hypnosis (cannot keep a straight face just typing it) plotline. I know, consistent and Riverdale should never be in the same sentence without some negative participle in between. So, that “cleans up” the Bughead infidelity but leaves Varchie in the weeds (sigh). It would ex out Charles/Chic. The fallout would break up Falice, possibly.

 FP gets busted for all the shady shit he’s done as sheriff and has to flee the country, so hi, Canada, but no wrestle mania with the grizzly bears this time. Or he gets eaten by a bear. I don’t care.

 Veronica gains some self-agency and leaves for college. Though I want her to get out from under her father, loyalty to family is so engrained with the Lodges that I don’t see it happening. Maybe we’ll get lucky and Hiram’s terminal illness kills him. If Toni and Cheryl break up, Cheronica may happen through their rum business, which takes off. I would not be remiss if Cheryl and Veroncia were endgame, but I know it won’t shake out like that, so. Also, if it is hypnosis, I hope Veronica and Betty would still be friends long-distance.

 Toni takes the reins for the Southside, ends the rampant Serpent misogyny, actually makes the neighborhood a safe space for the residents, and works to end the cycle of poverty. She manages the White Wyrm, and yes, there are still strippers because nothing wrong with that, but the Serpent Dance is barely a footnote. I am curious if they will shoot around Vanessa’s pregnancy, but if they incorporate it into the show, I would not be against Cheryl and Toni having a child together. If they did not break up.

 For Jughead, he got his MFA at Iowa, but in true millennial fashion, never made it past that (for a great fic on the plight of the underemployed over-educated millennial see @imreallyloveleee head underwater). He might have written a first novel that was semi-popular, received a few good reviews but overall lambasted by the bigger names. Head canon is that it becomes a cult classic in later years, perhaps a screenplay. Hard forever no to him being an alcoholic, but I can see some Sideways-level angst dealing with trying to get over writer’s block (plus anxiety block based on the mediocre success of his first) for his next novel and some bitterness about his first novel, which may be the driving wedge between Jughead and whoever ends up being his SO in this scenario.

 Jughead as an English teacher gels for me. I’ve written him as an English teacher. I like reading him as an English Teacher (*cough* *cough* @geekspen). Though they flopped with the Jug and Jellybean relationship in season four, I always imagined Jughead from season one and that brief moment in season three as a very present and considerate big brother type. Based on those brief interactions we have gotten, I would believe Jughead is good with kids, especially teenagers. He’s had experience dealing with dumbass adolescents, i.e. the Serpents, and (kind of) keeping them in line, mainly by out-extra-ing the morons (see declaring himself gamemaster by ordering Cheryl to shoot an arrow through a can on his head). I see him being that curmudgeonly teacher that gets along with those grab-bag students on the edge of committing a crime out of sheer boredom who linger in their English teacher’s classrooms during lunch and after school (that’s how we started our creative writing club in high school), and that leads me to a head-canon about him starting, yes, a creative writing club or running the Blue and Gold. I love full-circle shit like that. I think he would be an objectively bad teacher but a very good one in the context of Riverdale, if that makes sense.

 Bughead long distance did not pan out, and Betty being Betty immersed herself in her career – degree in criminal psychology, BSU at the FBI, the whole shebang. Reports of a giant man with red eyes and wings seen in the vicinity of places where people are disappearing. FBI!Betty investigates these at her alma mater until one happens in Riverdale, which drags her investigation thattaway.

 Veronica is unhappy with her SO for whatever reason (not exactly jazzed about her being with a douche but ok). She is successful but wistful. Her father dies. She uses it as an excuse to break up with her SO and return to Riverdale to help her mother manage the estate. Because Veronica is successful in her own right, most of the estate goes to her mother and Hermosa. She returns to Pop’s one night for nostalgia’s sake. She signed the diner back over to Tate years ago.

 Jughead is there struggling to write after a fight with his SO.

 Side note: I don’t like love triangles. Even less, I don’t like setups for more infidelity, even if it would lead to my ship ending up together. I understand that is often the reality (I’ve witnessed it), but I think it is bad writing. So, for any of the core four’s respective SOs, please no cheating on them. Break it off. Learn from your mistakes. Therefore, Jughead soon breaks up with his SO after meeting Veronica in Pop’s.

 Veronica sits with him. Cue some reminiscing. Perhaps the mystery starts in the speakeasy, of which Veronica is still the partial owner. This connects Betty and Veronica down the road. Because Jughead witnessed it, Betty crosses paths with him.

 Initially, Betty is reticent to let Jughead get involved with her investigation. However, Jughead is just as obsessed with the mystery (because he’s him), so they keep running into each other. He gets in the way a few times (more tension). Eventually, Jughead ends up discovering some important piece of evidence that Betty needs, so she gives in. Before he joins her investigation, he may be keeping his own personal murder board in the Blue and Gold at school after hours… Lots of sexual tension. I’d even be down for friends with benefits because *insert gif of Donna accusing Betty of being addicted to Jug’s vitamin D*. But Betty knows she isn’t going to stay in Riverdale and they’ve already tried and failed long-distance, so she keeps putting on the brakes. Jughead starts to get his writing mojo back, too, because I will never not believe Betty is his muse.

 Archie. Oh Archie. Deployed overseas for a time, though I cannot stand the idea of giving this kid anymore PTSD. He returns, and for a while, spends most of his time alone at the old gym and in the Andrews home. His old army buddy shows up out of work. He works with Toni to create a real community center for the Southside youth because I enjoyed that poorly executed plotline in season four. This also gives his army buddy a job. His army buddy is from New Haven, so he ends up being a Mothman suspect, given it started at Betty’s alma mater.

 Through his work with Toni, he gets dragged into Jughead’s orbit. Maybe they both try to reactivate the community center’s big brother program together. It’s just very difficult for me to imagine Jughead accepting/forgiving Archie, and though I cannot imagine how they would resolve it, I would like to see it.

I love all of my gals, activity mostly goes by what I’m playing/if I have time to play or watch things that get that muse active or not and whoever is awake. Right now I’m adoring Ivy, but she’s also knew and a rare sweet as pie and shy as can be muse. She’s also my most recently played, though Aslaug and Sabella have been awake as well.

name of your very first muse:

An OC named Elizabeth who was a character in a book idea I’ve had shelved for a long while. 

name of your meanest muse(s):

Aslaug. There’s not much competition, and she might not seem like it yet purely because she just hasn’t had need or reason to bring out her bitchy side, but I have headcanoned that her friends call her bitch-log from time to time for a reason. She can be verbally nasty or just plain throw hands to be hinest, just depends on her mood. 

The second would be Sabella because while she’s generally nice and charming, if you piss her off it’s like you opened up a cage in a shark tank and she will make you bleed through words alone.

Ivy. She’s a sweet little cinnimon roll. Next to her would probably be Runa, who’s arguably nice because she’s the most stable of everyone and has kids to look out for and teach through her behavior.

This one is a toss up between Aslaug and Kalyn. Aslaug has parental and abandonment issues as well as a very high survival drive that's in overdrive and makes her a little neurotic. Kalyn has been through war though and had to make plenty of difficult choices she’s hated and deals with some guilt from that. Kalyn doesn’t show it outwardly, but she’s been through the most shit in her life from all the muses.

Aslaug and Kalyn would probably hate each other a lot, they have very different personalities. Sabella would probably be annoyed by both as well since she’s in the middle of Aslaug’s devil-may-care approach and Kalyn’s strategizing.

I feel Ivy and Kalyn would be really cute together. Kalyn has a tendency to go for the softer types and Ivy could use someone to help her come out of her shell a bit.

I’d probably bee best friends with Runa. Both of us are fairly blaise-types and go with the motions. Plus she’s got some sweet kids and I could babysit and dog sit so win-win for me!

Ironically, Sabella. While I might not hate her if I met her in real life, I feel like she’d get on my nerves very quickly since she’s much more brash than me and can be fairly judgmental. You’d think it’d be Aslaug, but I’ve dealt with people from very religious backgrounds and I’ve been in her place of neurotic abandonment issues so I feel like I could handle her particular brand of bitchy better than Sabella’s brand of bitchy. I could handle any of them I’m sure, but I feel like Sabella would be he first to hit any nerves.

My muse is:   canon / oc / au / canon-divergent (the mere existence of a post-canon verse is diverging from canon)/ fandomless / complicated

Is your character popular in the fandom? YES / NO. It depends on what you mean as popular. Whoever has ever played DA2 knows Orsino because he’s important to the plot (especially in act 3) but the opinions on him are conflicted. like they are on any morally gray character. Still, he is a side character who has like 5 scenes in the entire game, so I believe he’s not getting the attention he deserves.

Is your character considered hot™ in the fandom?  YES / NO / IDK. Orsino certainly is not everyone’s cup of tea, I can say that much. Physical appearance-wise he is very attractive for what he is: a stressed/depressed middle-aged DA2 elf who has seen SomeShit™ in his life. He has aged way more graceful than what he could have, but still, he is in his late 40s/early 50s, which can be a deterrent factor to some; also, the elves in this game have distinctive inhuman-like features that people either love or hate. Personally, I think that there is harmony and beauty in his features, which makes him weirdly pretty to look at and i love the fact that they gave him an hourglass body shape. However, Orsino’s true beauty lies in his personality and his calm, collected, polite demeanor. His voice is another huge bonus.

Is your character considered strong in the fandom?  YES / NO / IDK. I mean... he’s a First Enchanter who keeps his knowledge on blood magic and necromancy a secret, there are hints that he’s a somniari mage throughout the game, he has some very badass scenes where he kicks the asses of bigger/stronger opponents than himself when he’s outnumbered AND he has one of the 2 boss battles in the finale of the game. There is no doubt that he is a force to be reckoned with in battle.

Are they underrated? YES / NO / IDK. I think he’s criminally underrated not just by the fandom, but even  the creators of the game, who gave him no backstory, only a handful of scenes and butchered his character just to add another boss battle.

Were they relevant for the main story?  YES / NO. Meeting him along with Knight Commander Meredith and Viscount Dumar earns you an achievement (the “friends in high places” one). He is one of the main antagonists in the third and most crucial part of the game and you can either choose to side with him or oppose him.

Were they relevant for the main character? YES / NO / THEY’RE THE PROTAG. Lots of elements in the storyline depend on the protagonist’s political views on what’s going on in Kirkwall, and since Orsino is a prominent political figure, he is relevant to the protagonist’s views. He can be either an ally or an opponent, depending to what the protagonist’s views are. Also, he had been involved to the protagonist’s tragic loss of their mother -albeit indirectly-, since he was an informant of the murderer.

Are they widely known in their world? YES / NO. He’s a controversial but VERY well-known public figure, to the point where he can be recognized in the streets -even if people have never seen him before, they can recognize the staff he carries, his distinctive robes and the fact that he’s an elf (an elven first enchanter is news in itself, so he doesn’t go by unnoticed). The protagonist has heard of him -along with rumors and gossip surrounding him- before he had the chance to meet him in person. He has such influence and people skills that he even carried out a rally to overturn the Knight Commander’s rule of the city and almost succeeded.

How’s their reputation?  GOOD / BAD / NEUTRAL. Depends on who you ask. Mage sympathizers see him as a brave advocate of his people’s rights who wouldn’t hesitate to put his life on the stake for them. The common folk and the city authorities see him as a potentially dangerous troublemaker and rebel.

How strictly do you follow canon? — I try to follow canon mostly in my canon verse, while taking some artistic liberties due to the lack of a concise backstory. In post-canon verses and au’s, I have taken all the insights on Orsino’s personality, views and way of thinking and I have adapted them to fit each verse’s context.

SELL YOUR MUSE! Aka try to list everything, which makes your muse interesting in your opinion to make them spicy for your mutuals.  —  For him ‘mage’ is not just a term describing his abilities, it is also a term describing his personality as a whole. He has that elegance, cultivation and mystical charm about him; he is morally grey yet charismatic; witty yet cunning and certainly not one to be toyed with. Despite the exterior of a powerful yet restrained scholar he maintains , however, there are many layers to him and each is darker than the last. He can be both the erudite conversation partner you’d like to have an existential conversation with over a glass of good wine, a trusted advisor you’d confide your problems to and a force to be reckoned with who would obliterate you or your enemies in battle, depending on the situation. Still, the First Enchanter has some very vulnerable sides too, but he tries to keep them to himself.

Now the OPPOSITE, list everything why your muse could not be so interesting (even if you may not agree, what does the fandom perhaps think?).  — In the main verse he’s a minor character; with not as much involvement in the protagonist’s life as other characters (such as the companions). He’s also kind of secluded and not in touch with whatever happens in real life -not just because he lives in the Circle, but because he has been institutionalized, like any other person who has been brought there from a very young age. Also, there is the age gap which can make him a bit harder to reach than someone younger.

What inspired you to rp your muse?  —  When I played DA2 for the first time, Orsino piqued my interest because he was the very definition of a tragic figure.  He was the only voice of reason in the madhouse that is Kirkwall; yet he was fighting alone for a just cause that was doomed. He had the whole city and the authorities against him; still, he did not give up trying to protect his people; and he did his best to refrain from violence until the bitter end. His death -a suicide, no matter how you cut it- was equally tragic as the life he led; it was seeing the bringer of hope for mages losing all hope himself and deciding to go fighting and not on his knees. That, combined with his sarcasm and sophistication convinced me that I had to do justice to this poor underappreciated soul and dig deeper into his character -even try to write an alternative ending for him. Hence, this blog was created.

What keeps your inspiration going?  —  My amazing roleplay partners with all the good work they put into their characters and the love they have shown me and my character so far. I love you guys <3

Do you think you give your character justice?  YES / NO / I SINCERELY HOPE I DO? i have my doubts sometimes, but i think i do ok. Still, I would love to have more feedback to see how i can improve even more.

Do you frequently write headcanons?  YES / NO / SORT OF Headcanons, metas, the works.

Do you sometimes write drabbles? YES / NO. I am not sure what is meant by ‘drabbles’ but sure, I’d love to write more of those.

Do you think a lot about your Muse during the day? YES / NO. All the time, especially before going to bed. That is where all those rp ideas come from.

Are you confident in your portrayal? YES / NO / SORT OF? Again, i don’t really get much feedback, so i am not that sure if I am doing any good and if my Orsino sounds genuine

Are you confident in your writing?  YES / NO / SOMETIMES. I like how i have written some threads more than others, I’m not gonna lie.

Are you a sensitive person?  YES / NO / SORTA. I am a sensitive person in general, but not someone whose feelings are easily hurt/triggered or someone who takes things that are not my business to heart.

Do you accept criticism well about your portrayal?  —  Criticism is welcome only when it is constructive; in the sense that there are clearly stated arguments as to what I do not do right and suggestions on how to improve. If someone sends me an ask like “i don’t like x just because” or anon hate, I am just going to ignore it.

Do you like questions, which help you explore your character?  — YES!!! YESS!!! YESS!!!!!!! I cannot stress enough how helpful it is for me to receive suggestions and questions that help me explore sides of my character i have not thought about so far! Even if your questions are the randomest things ever, i’d still LOVE to answer them. I have received some asks like “what would Orsino do in x situation” in the past and they were SO fun to write!

If someone disagrees to a headcanon of yours, do you want to know why?  —  Of course! As I said, so far the opinion is supported beyond the ‘just because’, I will be happy to consider it. Anything that helps me broaden my perspective is welcome.

If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it?  —  same as the above.

If someone really hates your character, how do you take it?  — I do not really mind; i am the first person to recognize that Orsino is a controversial figure and people may hate him for whatever reason. I might not agree with the hate, but each to their own I suppose.

Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors?  — If they do not do it in the typical ‘grammar nazi’ style i’m chill with it. Grammatical errors tend to happen more often than not, just because i almost never proofread. *shrug*

Do you think you are easy going as a mun?   —  I think so, yes. As I said, I am not easily annoyed, triggered or have my feelings hurt, and i am very excited to interact with new people. Still, i do recommend reading my verses/about/rules pages, if anything, to know what to expect from my portrayal and activity patterns.

Name of your favorite muse: Thats a toughie aaaaa! I suppose the one I feel the most unbridled joy towards is Shovel Knight. Pit, Shulk, and Bendy are very sentimental muses who got me through tough times (Suicidality, Gender Dysphoria, and Parental Dependence respectively), so they’re very important to me. and I genuinely do like playing Felix often because he’s flexible while also easily getting along with other muses.

Name of your very first muse: Sonic the hedgehog was my pen-and-paper or dream based muse, he’s not currently on the blog but will probably come back.

Name of your meanest muse(s): Shopkeeper was meant to be based on ‘the cynicism of a tortured writer’ in canon, so they’re played like that here, definitely making them the meanest, and intentionally so since they don’t want people close. Magnus and Bendy are also morally reprehensible at times, while their mannerisms and intentions are polite and good; murder is on the table if you’re an awful person for them, but it’s not a hobby they just do for fun (except for Bad End Bendy but we don’t rlly talk abt that)

Name of your nicest muse(s): Felix is the nicest, with Ninja at a close second, followed by Pit and Frisk. Felix wins out because he is a pacifist, and forgiving at that. Possibly to his detriment (sometimes to his mental health), but he’s actually capable of reasoning with bad guys and villains; I’ve had muns get shocked of how much their muse actually likes him. Ninja is very loving and affectionate, although not forgiving easily once things are established as awful bunts him down. Pit’s similar, though his affections are louder as is his resentments. Frisk is as nice as Felix is because he’s their role model, but they get bumped down because they’re impressionable and didn’t build their own personality per sé, and might not have been capable of forgiving on their own pre-game.

Name of your most troubled muse: Bendy and Felix have the most trauma, while Shopkeeper and Samus have the shittiest situations. Honorable mention goes to Blanque, whose situations sucks for him, but it’s also safe and he’s not excessively bothered, just perturbed.

Character you have the most muse for atm: Seems to be Denise and Shulk along with Felix. idk i’ve been going through an awful ‘validation-as-motivation’ phase yet again

Two of your muses that would never get along: Magnus and Candyman do not get along, because Magnus finds Candyman’s fuckboi-ish ways rather rude. to be honest, Magnus would piss off most of my muses, because they’re all protective, but he barely goes out on top of that. Bendy has similar issues when his trauma bubbles up, but it’s not typically permanent.

Two of your muses that could be best friends: Pit and Shulk are best friends despite the latter being shy, Fiora is also still best friends with Shulk. Felix has the most in common with Pit and Shovel Knight (as well as Link though he’s not on here atm)

Two of your muses that would make a cute couple: there’s an entire page for this for Felix, lmao. that said.... idk, the only other one I can think of is the fact that Blanque has an possibility in his canon to pair up with Poff, one of Felix’s alternates, so Blanque x Felix is definitely possible, just hasn’t been explored. Pit and Fiora would also be really cute! I’d also ship Pit x Samus if my Samus weren’t a lesbian, in fact i got really close to doing so when getting into Samus’s muse.

Two of your muses that are most similar: this one’s a hard sell, a lot of em are similar, But Felix, Blanque, and Frisk have the same......vibe? like a generic, adventurer-protagonist, open minded, stare off into space vibe, though in that order each have more emotional autonomy. Fiora, Opal, and Denise kinda have similar vibes, though their flaws sit differently.

Name of the muse you’d be best friends with irl: idk most of my muse’s creations outside of my own OCs are the concept of ‘hey dummy you’re loved/liked’ but like idk likely Pit. but yea my muses tend to pick me rather than the other way around, I just logic out and decide their background (and body in the case of OCs)  so i can speculate all i want but they’d all probably HELLO their way into my life.

Name of the muse you’d probably hate irl: Probably Naomi because I’m critical of people being nice more IRL, she’s just kind of an asshole scientist until you get to know her.

He has a hard to work around attitude and it takes a long time to know the true him past the heavy walls he’s built up. So many people only know him as the slightly off, lazy, jokester sibling of papyrus)

HOW STRICTLY DO YOU FOLLOW CANON?  — While i do follow some points of canon, I am 100% far more canon-divergent then full canon, It’s just part of how i play muses. I put my own on my favorite chara’s and in some ways, make them my own.

He’s more then meets the eye, but he doesn’t have the energy to put that forth because of what’s going on behind the scenes of the world they live in, He adores his brother and cares greatly for the people who get close to him even if it’s hard to manage some days, he walks a fine line between unaware’s and knowing all.

NOW THE OPPOSITE, LIST EVERYTHING WHY YOUR MUSE COULD NOT BE SO INTERESTING (EVEN IF YOU MAY NOT AGREE, WHAT DOES THE FANDOM PERHAPS THINK?).  —  He’s not easy to get along with despite what the joking nature may seem, it’s at best ‘surface’ level type of friendship, He doesn’t like humans and he doesn’t like you. He can put on a facade for his friends, his family, but if you disappeared and didn’t come back? he wouldn’t care. He wouldn’t look for you, he wouldn’t do anything to get you back, Because unlike papyrus or toriel or anyone else, You aren’t worth the effort and you’d have to put a lot of work to get anywhere near that point.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO RP YOUR MUSE?  —  I played sans in the past, a very, very long time ago. He was my first true muse on tumblr, but i didn’t play him well because i didn’t know what i was doing, It’s only recently that i saw the undertale fandom was still alive and well that i decided to jump back into this punny skeleton man i adored so long ago and turns out? my motivation for him never left! and i’ve laughed a lot in the short time i’ve played him.

WHAT KEEPS YOUR INSPIRATION GOING?  —  It’s fueled a lot by my own love for the game, the character and the fandom itself but, that’s not to say it isn’t fueled by the interactions i’ve had either. it’s chaotic, silly, sad but wonderful, i’ve felt incredibly welcomed in a very short time ;w;

IF SOMEONE DISAGREES WITH YOUR PORTRAYAL, HOW WOULD YOU TAKE IT?  — I’d be more then fine with it, they can tell me WHY if they want to but i’m also not gonna care if people don’t like how i do it personally, there’s plenty of sans out there, each with their own unique interpretation of the character. Don’t like this one, Go find a different one, If you don’t like any of them. Maybe write him yourself! :D

IF SOMEONE REALLY HATES YOUR CHARACTER, HOW DO YOU TAKE IT?  —  I’d just shrug, Not everyone is going to like a character from a game, Like. I adore undertale but i don’t really like muffet. Does that mean i’m going to shit on muffet rpers? no. Does that mean i won’t interact with muffets? no.

How strictly do you follow canon?  — I try to follow canon almost to the point, particularly for characterization purposes. unfortunately, trying to take canon development away from shirosaki / hollow ichigo is detrimental to him. without his connection to being the inner hollow of ichigo, most of his personality is taken along with it, leaving him with almost nothing in terms of character ( i won’t go into detail here ). 

i fully stand by my statement that without all the canon events, he is not shirosaki & would become a different person/muse entirely.

SELL YOUR MUSE! Aka try to list everything, which makes your muse interesting in your opinion to make them spicy for your mutuals.  — honestly ??? he’s literally the only instance of a highly intelligent & humanoid hollow that is NOT an arrancar. most of them are "forced” evolutions & they took in shinigami powers with its power, which put them down an evolution line different from the hollow one. they have most likely gained traits that shiro DOES NOT HAVE. he is not an evolution. his soul is entirely hollow, a derivative of white & nothing else. he is a base hollow that was made and became a zanpakuto spirit through unforeseen methods. he’s new. he’s unknown. he is entirely different from an arrancar & almost can’t be compared to one. 

 every single part of his being is a contradiction. he’s a hollow & and a zanpakuto. he’s destructive & protective of ichigo’s soul, even if they are for selfish reasons. there is a not a shadow of a doubt that he’s the only person of his kind, so any character in the entire series ( aside from ichigo ) will be faced with something new. will be faced with an unknown. his entiRE EXISTENCE IS INTERESTING and terrifying at the same time. 

not to mention, have you seen how he fights ??? 

Now the OPPOSITE, list everything why your muse could not be so interesting (even if you may not agree, what does the fandom perhaps think?).  — for one, he’s untrustworthy, he’s suspicious, he’s a maniac that will attack at first attack. i would say it is pretty common to avoid him. & he would avoid everyone too cause that’s how he is. not to mention the fact he is trapped inside ichigo & has little to no screentime. 

tbh i don’t blame people who skip from entirely & just make him off as some sort of plot armor. without digging into it, it’s pretty hard to catch a substantive personality. in the long run, he didn’t do much for canon. 

What inspired you to rp your muse?  —  LOOOL see. he was my favorite character and that’s really it. he was just a cool character at the time, but he’s been really fun since he feels so different from writing other characters. 

What keeps your inspiration going?  —   kari. i don’t even need to say more.  writing with other people has been a blast & i truly love everyone here, but without her i probably wouldn’t still be on tumblr right now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Do you accept criticism well about your portrayal?  — i gladly take criticisms !! i have never read the manga of bleach & i actually don’t remember much of the series in general, so i am confident there are things i miss that are either directly or indirectly related to shiro. & i am also sure there are better ways to approach & ‘justify’ some of his more odd actions in the series, so please go ahead and critique me all you like !! however, i will note that if i can find evidence to argue against a criticism, i will most likely not take it. 

Do you like questions, which help you explore your character?  — absolutely <3 questions are very important because they make you think about things that you may not have thought about before. exploring things about shiro is one of my favorite things to do because of just how he is. 

If someone disagrees to a headcanon of yours, do you want to know why?  — yes, i would want to know why. when it comes to arguments or disagreements, i am very adamant about how they should go. arguments must include insights on both sides in a mature manner, so you can learn from both perspectives. who knows, you might see something you like & decide to combine it into something entirely new. 

If someone disagrees with your portrayal, how would you take it?  — just fine. with shirosaki especially, i don’t think one person has the same idea about him as another LOL in fact, i’m pretty confident many views between me & friends go against each other. there are so many ways to interpret him due to a lack of canon material, it’s just bound to happen.

If someone really hates your character, how do you take it?  — i’d think you’re a little crazy tbh. that or you missed everything that made him interesting. i may get not seeing much in him & ignoring him but omg i don’t really get how you could hate him ??? tybw solidified that idea even more, but eh. if you hate him, you hate him. don’t bring that hate over to me :P

Are you okay with people pointing out your grammatical errors?  —  yes. i am a grammar disaster. literally the worst. fuck grammar, man. 

Do you think you are easy going as a mun?   —  uh. depends on who you speak to ??? i’m pretty intimidating at the first few glances, i’ve been told L O L. but i am actually very very very easy going & am okay with a lot of things. also i crave social interaction like all the time so.

Takumi is an officer of the 5th Division who has a lot of anger issues and teeters along the edge of an unhealthy obsession for revenge. While he isn’t the smartest guy around, he is serious and extremely perceptive, being able to quickly discern the fighting capabilities of his opponents and rely on his own battle prowess to turn things around.  Despite how abrasive and ruthless Takumi may seem, he has a compassionate nature and a desire to protect.

♥ is there an article of clothing that means the most to your muse? Yep, several. Nope, not her jackets. All the special shirts and other garments that weren’t initially hers but somehow ended up in her possession for some reason or other... (except for stuff that was just discarded or forgotten at her place that ends up in her closet without having any special meaning to her).

❀ what does your muse’s daily routine look like? Most days Gidge gets up at the asscrack of dawn to go surfing - unless the weather won’t permit it (in which case she either goes back to sleep, wakes up her woman for a different kind of workout or catches up on chores and whatnot instead). After a quick shower she then shows up for work barely on time and spends her day there being her glorious sapphic psychologisty self... then after work there really isn’t much of a routine anymore, it’s more of a day to day thing... either back to the beach, or when stuff is piling up, it’s time for chores/errands/paperwork etc and she does the adulting thing. The nights that are all about her girl and spending time together doing whatever they feel like really are her favs though (especially when those also happen to include beachy-surfy and/or lesbionic stuffs). If she’s single though, she might turn her axe-effect up to 11 and hit some lezzie nests for starters... Just hanging out with friends in general is never a bad idea either. And of course the more or less sporadic lazy and quiet nights in are good for the soul too. Naturally, with a lifestyle like that, there also are the days when she’s just beyond exhausted because all that lack of sleep for various reasons caught up with her and she just goes to bed early to recharge properly.

◎ does your muse plan for the long-term or short-term? Both. Realistic goals and all that. Of course she’s only human though, so while she may have the sapphic psychologist skills professional knowledge beneficial to maintaining a healthy balance in general, advice is always easier given than taken. In consideration of that, in most matters, she not only encourages clients and friends alike but also tries to live by it herself. On the flip side of that, nothing wrong with indulging in occasional crazyass notions either. Even the wildest dreams come true for some people after all... In advice-mode she’d also insist on cautioning against actually expecting the more unrealistic stuff to happen though. Cause that kind of thinking has the potential of providing the ideal environment to the birth of delusions.

◆ what is one secret your muse has? Her girlfriend Franky is probably the biggest one... and the canon one... other than that, in verses where she did the pro-surfing circuit thing, it’s not so much of a secret as a part of her life that she just doesn’t share with people at work... with the long lost kid trope, there’d be that... then I have plenty of ideas about the reasons why she got into psychology in the first place... like being forced to go to a mental institution/straight camp when she was a teenager... as in shit was done to her there by the people who were supposed to help her and it becomes her calling to provide therapy done the right way and save people from suffering the likes of what she had to endure... lotsa stuff along those lines. And then there’s the ever classic infinite roulette game of insanity: ‘paid for college (or whatever) by being/got rich by being/gets off on being/leads a double life as/is undercover as/used to be/is mistaken for/pretends to be/wants to be/is forced to be/is being lured into becoming/is basically the same person {cause you’re playing the same muse - a stripper/porn star/lingerie & nude model/hooker/high class escort/assassin for hire/notorious thief/criminal in general/heir to a famous crime family/rockstar/other type of celebrity/is married to/divorced from/related to (somebody rich and famous)/vampire/mermaid/witch/werewolf/alien/ghost/superhero/immortal/time traveler/pirate/ninja/dinosaur/rocket ship/shark toast/swirly whirly junglepants/several or all of the above/is basically the same person {cause you’re playing the same muse - and somebody knows/finds out/stumbles over the intel/gets dragged into it/starts investigating by looking into something unrelated/gets an (anonymous) tip/comes from that world too (and is either keeping the same secret or the complete opposite, is well known for it/comes from another but equal/similar/conflicting/antagonistic situation/is basically the same person {cause you’re playing the same muse}’ {you get the point, these could all go on forever and range from slightly canon-divergent to the crackyassest bloody shit you could ever imagine... Now, I’m not saying I could imagine Gidge in any and all kinds of scenarios, but I’m never not up for at least spitballing, no matter how cracky and insane it might seem.} {Back to the serious side though, I love the whole secret thing so much, so there’s gazillions of headcanons/ideas that I have, but not too many that I’d just ascribe to Gidget in general, so it really depends on the thread.}

ϟ who means the most to your muse? why? Her girl. She’s the love of her life and the world wouldn’t make sense without her in it. And while Bridget had a life before her, since she met Franky/Lorraine/*insert your muse’s name if you wish*, she can’t imagine ever going back to that because she doesn’t even remember what she was living for before she experienced the love they have for each other. 

☛ what is your muse’s biggest regret? {I’m gonna leave this basically open for now because I think that would heavily depend on plot and thread and whatnot.} For example, if she did have a kid that she lost somehow, obvi it’d be that... but ‘kids are gross’ versions of her never even would’ve had said child and thus would have entirely different biggest regrets... ex pro-surfer Gidge might forever mourn the loss of that career and might not ever stop resenting whatever ended it... {so yeah, options, options, options... with variations... and alternatives... so just scroll back up to that roulette wheel and we’ll leave it at that until something specific comes along.}

❥ is your muse cool? She thinks she is anyway... XD Nah, she’s chill, but she def has that adorkable side too. Especially when she’s actively trying to be cool... like that ‘I’m not a screw’ scene... {Sorry babe, but your inner Elsa had her gloves on there...}

Particularly so when the lover brings out the fighter. (That goes for kinkyass passion-motivated activities as well as the ‘my love for you will make me fight to the death and I ain’t letting nothing and no one get in my way’ thing.) 

✎ what does life mean to your muse? Biologically, she’s pro-choice. Philosophically... okay, yeah, nope... not gonna go there. To answer in some profound yet vague and still revealing way I’d have to write a fucking epos. So I’ll pass. Your call whether you wanna ponder the meaning of life or disregard this one too.

name of your favourite muse: Oh Jesus, this is difficult. Probably Ghost, since she is really malleable in the directions I can take her character in, and I love writing a pacifist who is so stubborn about doing the right thing, even when it means they get hurt.

name of your very first muse: Ghost

name of your meanest muse(s): Post-Nibelheim Sephiroth. He’s the only muse who revels in suffering with little/no remorse. Yes, more mean than Hojo (Hojo does everything for science or some kind of ‘good’ reason he managed to justify in his mind, the suffering is just a side-effect).

name of your nicest muse(s): Ghost. Obviously.

name of your most troubled muse: OH JESUS. Okay, the issue is that they are all really traumatised, so it depends on your definition of troubled. Personally, I would pick Pain!Blade.

character you have the most muse for atm: I feel a lot for Blade I guess? He’s really fun to write. But, honestly, I have a lot of muse for all of them.

two of your muses that would never get along: Athena and Andromeda, Rebel!Blade or Sephiroth. She despises anyone who causes trouble for Shinra, and is completely unforgiving about it. Ghost gets a slight pass for being her sister, however much she hates to admit it.

two of your muses that could be best friends: Blade and Ghost, because in some verses, they are best friends. Or at least they were, before they got separated.

two of your muses that would make a cute couple: Ghost and either Andromeda or Sephiroth, I think? Light/dark dynamics have some serious potential. Plus Ghost is kinda the only one of my muses I would say is cute, so any combo without her wouldn’t really be a ‘cute’ couple so much as it would be an insane one.

name of the muse you’d be best friends with irl: Ghost or Rebel!Blade. Everyone else is either too violent, crazy or narrow-minded.

name of the muse you’d probably hate irl: Athena. I get annoyed by people who blindly follow something without question.

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE?:

It’s not as if he’s had that many canon interactions yet.  I’m leaning toward Tengai since I really do enjoy their snarky dynamic.  I’d like to see more of their interactions.  Aside from that, I don’t think he’s the kind of guy to get along with that many people.  He’s pretty much focused on beating the shit out of people and little else.  He’s definitely not used to anyone being concerned about him.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?: No underage muses or muns, that’s a given.   For everything else, chemistry is key.  It really would depend on how comfortable I am with my writing partner, and how the characters interact. 

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?: Definitely no one under 18.  We’ve got no idea yet of Rappa’s age but for now I’m placing him in the late 20′s early 30′s.  A 5-6 year difference is probably the highest gap.

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?: Yeah.  First off, the chemistry has to be there, and our writing styles need to mesh too.

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NS.FW?: I’d probably put anything more than kissing under a cut since people tend to have different levels of comfort.

WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH?:   Don’t really have any atm.  I haven’t done a lot of interactions yet here.

DOES ONE HAVE TO ASK TO SHIP WITH YOU?: Yeah, I’d appreciate it, although if our interactions naturally start to go in that direction then I’d probably roll with it.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU LIKE TO SHIP?: It really depends on how the chemistry develops.  I’m a sucker for things like fluff, but I don’t like shipping just for shipping’s sake.  The most enjoyable thing is to actually develop a relationship and take time to explore the characters and their interactions.

ARE YOU MULTISHIP?: I guess? Though like I said, don’t know how much shipping will happen with this meathead.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SHIP IN YOUR CURRENT FANDOM?: Bakushima, possibly Rappa/Tengai?

   i already answered that question on another ask but since that one was so big no one´s gonna bother to read through i´ll just copy and paste it into the readmore at the bottom !!!!! 

   why were you drawn to each one of your characters?

again, just copy and pasted from an already answered ask bC I´M LAZY !!!! 

mhm well it´s basically the same reason why i love acting so much ? bare with me here omg but for me, writing a muse and acting are basically one and the same thing. i´ve spent the last few years acting in a improv group with other teens and we basically improved our entire play and created our own characters before we wrote all that stuff down for the public showing on stage;; writing a muse is essentially the same for me ;; with the only difference being that i do this a lot longer than a play that lasts 3 weeks. i get into a different headspace than mine and explore that character, think about what makes them tick and eventually act it out ;; just on screen instead of a stage. and i guess the reason why i´m so drawn to it is to kind of ;; escape being me for the time being ? frankly said i dont like myself most of the time but writing/acting lets me escape from that by slipping into a different skin and experience different thoughts, emotions and feelings that i, myself wouldn´t really feel.

 so the reason why i´m drawn to each one of my characters is that they´re all vastly and incredibly DIFFERENT from myself ;; they´re confident, have the drive to achieve their goals and the strength to achieve them ;; ofc they have their flaws like every other human being but that´s why writing them is even more fun bc COMPLEX CHARACTERS are great and exploring that is so much fun to me. this turned into a really weird self analysis which idk if i was ready for yet omg ;;

do your muses get along with each other?

i´d like to think that most of them would ? kuroo especially is a very easy person to get along with the usual type of muses that i have ;; he and shinsou would probably get along great considering they have a simliar taste of humor as well as sanada ;;; nanashi too considering he´s pretty lax 

the one that visibly would NOT get along with most of them is bakugou no doubt, though mukuro would rub a lot of people in the wrong way too ;; he can be a straight up creepy asshole so honestly i cant blame anyone who hates him. 

have you ever considered making a multimuse/is it easier having a multimuse?

  yES IT IS !!!! having this multimuse helped me out so much and took a lot of pressure away from me ? just having everyone neat and organized on one blog is really relaxing for me especially since i´m able to write whoever i want whenever i want !! so that´s definitely a huge help. the only two other rp blogs i have now are diafated & bararaqsa, the first one simply bc i feel more comfy with him having his own blog and the second ?? is to get me some fresh air whenever i feel unmotivated to write on here which is sadly the case atm
