#TBT: Happy Thursday everyone!! This month, I’ve been attending some good shows every Thursday at the Town of Schaghticoke Town Hall Gazebo in Melrose,NY!! The Summers Eve’s Concert series has featured some entertaining music from “Soul Provider”, “The Lustre Kings”, “The Beatles Guys”, and tonight’s entertainment featured country music from “Whiskey Highway”!! These shows have been a great way to hear some live music and support my friends during these crazy, unique times!! The live music is here in Rensselaer County!! Come on out and support your local bands and your community events while summer is still hot!! Be sure to head over to the Town of Schaghticoke to listen to “Skeeter Creek” next Thursday!! #SundayFunday: What a great season it’s been this fall to catch some awesome live entertainment at Windy Hill Orchards-East in Caselton-On-Hudson, NY!! At this venue, I got to support & enjoy music from Brian Kane & Tony Pellagrino, “Matt Mirabile Band” Ft. Alison Jacobs, “Wild Adriatic” @wildadriatic, & this afternoon’s performance by “Whiskey Highway” & Chris Sanders!! Awesome job to everyone who I saw perform here at this nice venue!! Be sure to check out Windy Hill Orchards-East to purchase your apple donuts, go apple picking, and enjoy all the fun fall festivities with family, friends, & excellent staff at Windy Hill!! #SaturdayThrowback: Happy Saturday everyone! My photos of @whiskeyhighway “Whiskey Highway” are now posted!! #WaybackWednesday: Happy “Wayback Wednesday” everybody! About two weeks ago (8/20/19), I attended the Town of Brunswick Summer Concert Series Held At The Brunswick Community Center in Troy, NY to watch a fantastic show from Capital Region’s Country cover act, “Whiskey Highway”!! This gig was significant for one reason; it was the final time that singer/songwriter, guitarist, and lead vocalist, Robert Ruark, would perform with the band. Ruark is moving to Nashville, TN to further pursue his music career. Ruark had begun performing with the band exactly 3 years ago to that date of the town show in 2016. 2019 on the same date would be his final summer concert show at the Town of Brunswick. Be sure to see Ruark perform one final time as he opens up for “Skeeter Creek” this upcoming Saturday at Rivers Casino in Schenectady, NY. Best of luck & well wishes to you in your future in music Rob! Safe travels my friend!!
