OHMYGOD im gonna be yapping 1.-Autistic Raph : I rlly like this headcanon, it might not be as popular as the donnie/Leo autism headcanons, but I like it! since autism it's a whole spectrum and donnie is the one with that types of headcanon's specifically , in 2012 for example, I feel like raph would be a strangely raw and nice representation (IM NOT AUTISTIC! don't take my word as someone who has gone through it) like, he doesn't like his space being invaded, he get's mad at people crossing his boundaries, and it's overall nice! tottmnt raph makes the autism headcanon more seen and I LOVE IT 2.-Trans masc Rise Leo: im not a huge Rise Leo fan , but I sure do like these head canons >_< 3.- tottmnt donnie's gacha life phase : I SAW THIS ONE AT ONE OF MY MUTUAL'S REBLOGS AND UGHHHH I LOVE IT (Raph voice acting the alpha wolfs is so real) 4.- raph being artistically gifted is so real (Except 2018 probably..) 5.-LEO (2012) SNEAKS OUT AND STAR GAZES ..IT'S REAL PLS TRUST ME 6.- Mikey forgetting he's allergic to things and eating them anyway 7.- the turtles all chose their own birthdays! no matter the iteration, they all tried getting a special day for themselves besides the mutation day 8.- DONNIE AND RAPH ARE TWINS!!! This from the first two episodes, which is not much to off of, here are my thoughts. (Also for context my first show was 2012 and I’ve seen rise and mutant mayhem also)

First impressions of the turtles:

- Mikey is wonderful! He’s a little goofball but isn’t immediately introduced as the dumb one (like in 2012) which I love! He honestly is rlly funny and is looking like he’ll be my favorite, which I was not expecting at all

- Leo seems like he’s gonna be pretty good. I haven’t seen much of his personality besides acting like a leader/older brother but I do like him!

- Donnie is on track to be one of my favorites! He is such a nerd and I loved him trying to name the new lair with Mikey!

- Raph… idk. It’s a shocker for me not to have Raph as my favorite because I assumed he would be similar to 2012 Raph, but he is just mad. I haven’t seen anything about his personality besides “I want to murder.” Like Leo tries to stop him from sneaking and his first sentence is “I’ll fight you if I have to!” Idk I have a feeling he’ll get better as the show continues because, again, this is only the first two episodes XD oh also he sounds like a 50 year old with a heavy New York accent lol

And random other thoughts:

- Baxter stockman being famous is hilarious (I’m used to the lil Baxter stockman who is easily thrown in dumpsters)

- Baxter talking back to whom I understand to be the Shredder was also rlly funny

- Splinter is so weak! 4 mousers and he can’t defend himself at all!! But to be fair is is old in this one, or at least looks old.

- the fact that a car parked over the manhole cover making the turtles unable to go to the sewers is a funny touch

- all of the turtles look like they are in their 30s

And uhhhhh yeah! Sorry if this sounds rlly negative it’s not meant to be! I do like th show from what I’ve seen and I’m very excited to watch more :D

Writing rottmnt Headcanons because I have a whole folder on my notes app and I’m digging my claws into this show I will not lose hyperfixation on this.

Beware it is VERY LONG and some won’t make sense unless seeing other versions of the brothers first but I’m posting raph first

Raph (she/him) bi transfem

- used to chew everything or bite as a kid

- Had a big ass tail he uses to throw enemies

- Laughs/ smiles when he’s mad

- Once when they were younger, Raph changed his headband to like Leo and mikey and Donnie cried rlly loud because he wasn’t matching w Raph anymore

- Turtle food trash can

- Would often accidentally cut himself with his snaggletooth because he has a habit of biting his lips

- LOVES LOVES LOVES turtle plies

- Loves cats but bad with them (takes cat pics from a reasonable distance)

- Doesn’t like nuts

- Had a peanut allergy (I think this is in the show)

- Watched the pjo movie with mikey and listened to him rant about how bad it is

- Actually likes his human form (sometimes he puts on his cloaking brooch and stands in front of the mirror staring at himself) - mikey once walked in on him and they both got startled

- Sometimes his left eye will loose his vision and he’ll panic but it always comes back after a few hours

Yeah, he asks for help (his comedic “help! Help heeeelp!” In the giant bird episode is amazing), but it’s not only him, all of them do at some point.

They finally showed who they are and why they’re like this! So the fandom taking away this important trait of them always makes me go feral.

Like I get flanderization in fandoms, especially when there is no new material, and fans are playing so much with fanons, they kinda get lost in it too much, so they forget the canon and strip off the characters of some of their traits!

Like, 'I like this one trait/I want to explore this trait more', this is liked by many, it gets explored some more and in the end people forget that it wasn't the only trait and it wasn't even that prevalent in the first place. Like Donnie's touch aversion. Some wanted to explore it, cause autism and all that and that's fair. But after some point people forget that he is aversed like 10% of the time. Which is NOT a lot, not the way people write him 'he is in a good mood so he bares his brothers touching him for a few seconds' =/

I won't say other versions didn't explore turtles characters cause I don't remember much xD I just know the basic characterisations. And I LOVE Rises spin on them!! Raph is still hot headed and angry, but he also directs it into aggressive protection and it feels REALLY nice, not just 'I am angry cause I am' xD Like I am sure other versions are protective too, they suppose to care, but I dunno, I don't remeeember if it was explained as well as with Rise Raph x) I like Rise Leo even more cause he is much more different from other versions while still having his core characteristics, like he is smart and observant and strategic, that's so cool!!! But he was not burdened by being a leader so he is a goof, which is kind of similar to 2012 Leo xD Donnie is just. Ohhh, can you elaborate on the Mutant/Yokai apocalypse au??

Okay funny thing: i wrote this au back in 2021 when Rise was just beginning to air its second season, so I had no way of knowing we were gonna get a movie, nor what its plot would be like, so imagine my surprise when I look back at this au and realize its just an alternate, (much more amateur) version of the Rottmnt movie premise. Now its not plot for plot, there’s a ton of differences OKAY LEGGO!!✨

Like the movie: the turtles are all adults and the leaders of the revolution, with the help of their friends. They are in hiding from the rest of the world because of lack of warning before the invasion/revolution and are slowly fighting back. All the turtles had roles to play: Leo was a fighter pilot/foot-soldier, operating from the air where he had a birds eye view. Rlly leaned into his cocky do-it-his-own-way attitude lol. He also adopted a small yokai girl he found one day on the battlefield.

Raph was the tank, the one always on the front lines, first one there and last one out. He got real tough over the years so he was always using himself as a shield. He also saw a lot of allies die so he became quieter and more stoic. The opposing side called him Walking Death because whenever he arrived he would lay waste to thousands of their kind, mind stuck in savage raph as a way to cope wt all the violence. Raph had a relationship with a mona lisa type character and he has a small kid named enan, who’s a mutant Gecko/turtle hybrid.

Donnie was the brains of the operation as usual, in classic neurodivergent fashion he forgets to take care of himself and holes up in his underground lab where he tries to constantly stay on top of the Yokai’s mystic magic with new inventions. A bad lab accident left his shell and backbone exposed along with destroying his left arm and scarred his side pretty bad. He now has a robot arm and is bionically attuned to his inventions. (I have a more on his inventions but i dont want to spoil it all as i might keep them for future ideas :D)

Mikey is the cook/home-base man. Making sure everything stays running and doing his best to keep the family together. He is fastly becoming more doctor Delicate Touch moreso then Soft Mikey as he used to be. He is also gets to babysit the most often cuz he’s always at home 🙄/lh

April became their resident Medical Expert and has appointed herself as Donnie’s daily nagger to get sleep and food. She also ends up being a sort of therapist for the resistance but doesnt give herself the same luxury even tho the bros offer many times. Because she stays in base most of the time her and Mikey end up shouldering the same responsibilities and they understand each other on a deeper emotional level then most of the family.

Other Characters Roles:

Shredder is back and is the leader of the yokai’s, but is distant and only using them to conquer the world and become emperor. Baron Draxum is his Star General and the one mostly in the spotlight, therefore directly influencing the yokai below them, (and any major decisions they came up with.) Big mama demanded to be called Empress and she commands most of the army

Shredder’s whole plan is to reach the core of the planet to find the source/core of all mystic energy (which was later revealed to be canon!?? in the s2 finale wt the empyrean spring beneath the hidden city.) the resistance has to find it before shredder can so they can turn the tide of the war.

i have several revival ideas but don’t know which to work on after my current long wip. i saw someone else doing it with their wips so i decided to do it for all the revival fic ideas i have, to see if there’s one ppl rlly like. so… i suppose vote for which one you all like best! no promises but wanna hear people’s thoughts

oh also if you wanna snatch any of these ideas, go ahead! well, you can take any except for the first, that one is my baby, i’m attached to it. but all others are free game. i just ask to be credited for such a cool idea 😌 cause i’m so cool and awesome /j

(some of them might be kinda nonsense… but it’s about the vibe yknow)

1. Flames of Fate.

one of two that’s currently a wip (but hasn’t been touched for so long). basically, leo is staying with piper cause his mental health tanked after jason’s death. he’s having a good time until they run into rachel who gives them a prophecy. leo, piper, and thalia are part of the prophecy so they all go together. during it, leo gets a power where he basically becomes a jack of all trades. basically, if he knows the name and godly parent of any living demigod, he can borrow their power. there are drawbacks since using the powers of someone else drains him (think shadow travel level draining) and the powers don’t always listen to him (since he isn’t a kid of that god). also, he can’t use his powers during until he swaps back to his own. during the end of the quest, he panics and summons the power of jason, the last person who made him feel safe and loved. to his surprise, the powers come, are as easy to use as his own, and his own powers stay. while recovering at chb, he summons the powers again and they come. as he watches the sparks and lighting dance up and down his arm, he realizes this means jason is alive (since he can only summon the powers of living demigods). on the quest, they went to get a dangerous box left by the fates, one that would kill the person who opens it. leo opens it and finds a string aside, one that attaches to his pinky finger the moment he touches it. he realizes he has to follow this string and he sets off on his own, not wanting to put his friends in any danger. basically, in this au it’s a thing where like jason was never supposed to die and the fates intended for leo to use the cure. originally, jason and leo’s lives got connected after his death, and they were supposed to die at the same time. however, their fates were messed up due to apollo and the whole mess he made, so jason died when he wasn’t supposed to. their solution was the string and sending three people who would be desperate to get him on a quest (his ex and best friend, his sister, and his best friend who loves him). however, the string doesn’t lead him to jason but instead to increasingly dangerous situations. eventually, he winds up in tartarus and dies. suddenly, jason is revived bc like this wasn’t their fate. and he panics bc dead leo and becomes a human defibrillator. and yay! leo is revived! emotional reunion! but… they’re still in tartarus and now have to escape together. not much plans for that, but after they escape leo is slowly dying (he can’t catch a break) so he uses his last remaining strength to shadow travel them somewhere… which isn’t the best idea since he’s shit at it. last time he did it was on the quest where, in a dangerous situation, he shadow traveled them out of it. he meant to go back to piper’s new cali home (apollo helped them out a bit) but instead brought them to percy’s closet at his college dorm (coming out jokes ensue). so, he only things that he needs to get them somewhere safe… which winds up being sally jackson’s apartment. poor sally, she just wants to celebrate the holidays with her family and her son’s gf when suddenly a boy who’s supposed to be dead comes stumbling out of her bedroom with a boy who looks like he’s dying. and basically after that jason iris messages will cause he’s the only doctor he knows. yeah, this one is like… the most thought out. i think it’s the only one that’s been seriously plotted out. so, that’s why it’s so in depth. I took rick’s habit of tossing couples into tartarus and applied it to valgrace (this may become a theme).

2. Red string of fate (that kills you)

basically, in this one the fates go to the seven (plus nico and reyna) and tell them there’s been a situation. jason’s soul never went to the underworld. his soul is missing and they have no idea where it is or how to get it back. they made a way to track him but they need a demigod to take on the job. basically, it’s a red string that will lead the demigod to his soul, attaching the two. however, there’s a draw back. it’s incredibly dangerous to attach two souls. if they die while on the quest, both of their souls will be destroyed. basically, permanent death, no after life or second chance at life. despite loving jason, everyone is hesitant, not willing to take on the risk of destroying not only their own soul but jason’s as well. no one… except leo. he volunteers for the job. in his eyes, an afterlife isn’t worth it if he has to spend eternity without jason. he’d rather cease to exist than to never see him again. he won’t abandon jason, to leave his soul to wander wherever it is lost and alone

3. Werewolf Jason

jason comes back but like… comes back wrong. he’s a werewolf now awoooo. he hides it from leo bc he doesn’t want him to think he’s a monster. however, leo finds out and doesn’t care bc he adores jason. wolf shenanigans ensue.

4. Nyx fucks around

basically, in this one if nyx takes a life due to a broken promise in the styx, she gets their soul. so, she gets jason’s soul. she remembers the prophecy about one of zues’s sons overthrowing him so she decides to revive jason and train him. she wants to have fun, to fuck around and find out. also, everyone hates zues anyway. it’s a win-win. she won’t allow jason to visit his friends until she decides that he’s done. however, she does allow him to have dreams about them. meanwhile, leo is going on a quest with his friends on a rebuilt ship. it’s not as cool as the argo II but still p cool. while he’s talking to percy on the deck, percy gets possessed by eidolons. they force him to fight leo. leo is fucked since he isn’t a great fighter, they’re right next to the ocean, and he doesn’t want to hurt percy. percy tries to fight them off but there’s two of them and every time he fights one off, another takes its place. eventually, the fight results in percy being forced to kill leo. oh also he gets like stabbed through the back like jason :) possessed percy pushes leo into the water to drown him, ensuring he dies. while underwater, with hands around his throats, leo mouths “i’m sorry” to percy since he knows his friend will blame himself. before leo dies, his last thought is that he will get to see jason again. also, percy is suddenly knocked out somehow. when poor percy wakes up, he ofc asks “where’s leo?” bc that’s the classic heartbreaking question. poor percy get escape guilt. nyx is watching and she kinda needed an alive leo for her plans (since jason went on long, love sick rants to her) so she uses her powers to just pluck his body to her place (which is why his friends couldn’t find his body). jason wakes up from having a dream about that and rushes to nyx and finds leo’s dead body lying there’s. he’s ofc devastated and breaks down into tears, holding leo’s dead body and sobbing his heart out. jason’s grief results in his powers going wild and nyx thinks he’s strong enough. she says that she can’t revive leo, but that there’s somewhere jason can go and ask for a favor from the gods. perhaps, one of them will make a deal with him and bring him back. she places a spell on leo so his soul will stay in his body and his body won’t decompose. so, jason sets off on a journey while carrying dead leo’s body and he’s very emotional. when he appears at the place, eros shows up cause he wants to have some fun. he says he’ll revive leo is jason makes a deal with him. i have like… two thoughts for the deal. one is that he admired achilles and how crazy he went after the death of his lover. the deal would be that if leo gets hurt, he’ll be filled with the ‘rage of achilles’. the other idea is that he wants to punish jason for how his father is, not wanting him to follow in his steps. that deal is that jason has to be loyal to leo, even if they aren’t dating. if he dates or is romantically with anyone who isn’t leo, he’ll slowly die. jason doesn’t care and would be willing to agree to anything to get leo back. (if achilles curse he sees at as a better way ti protect leo. if loyalty curse, he would rather remain single than live in a world without leo. also, if he and lie ever dated, he’d NEVER cheat on him). whoo leo is revived and they’re happy! but also they have to track down their friends and finish the quest (there was a line in the prophecy about seven demigods and reuniting the seven. he now realizes it means the og seven). shenanigans and gayness ensue

5. Valhalla

i died and ended up in the afterlife of an entirely different pantheon?! yeah jason in valhalla. basically, his soul is kinda just… around after his death, no afterlife. sam finds it and brings jason back. confusion comes when he says that he’s the son of jupiter. now, they have to find out how a roman ended up in the nordic afterlife. also jason befriends the gang and copes with his death. they go on a quest and at the end of it, magnus asks his reward to be jason getting revived, getting a second chance at life. magnus also decides to help his pining ass by calling annabeth and asking where her friend leo lives. he tells jason and jason goes there the moment he gets his life back and has an emotional reunion with leo

6. Monster Jason

basically, hera decides to sneak around. she takes jason’s soul and makes a new body for him. however, around fall time, jason’s soul gets restless and she’s worried about the gods finding out. she goes to echidna, wanting help to make a new body and hide him. she can’t make exactly make humans so she makes him a human body with monstrous qualities (my idea is just like… very tall and crazy strength with wings, claws, and a like feathered mask around his eyes). hera asks where they can keep him while she works on finishing his human form (so he can switch between the two forms). echidna’s solution is to just… throw him into tartarus. so they do. and he’s down there… for MONTHS. so he’s very changed by his time there. he’s more ruthless. one day, leo falls in while on a quest. when jason hears about a human, he investigates and is shocked to see leo. he hides from him but secretly watches and takes care of him (by giving him food and protecting him). he doesn’t want leo to see him and think of him as a monster. even if leo sees him and doesn’t think so, he’s been with his thoughts. he knows he’s lost some of his humanity. it’s easier for him to hurt, to kill. eventually, leo sees him when jason protects him from a sudden monster attack. he is just happy to see his best friend again. by now, the time hera needed to make jason a new body is up so they escape tartarus together. jason gets a new body and leo gets a tall, strong bird bf.

7. Psyche and Eros

current has a short wip. same as last one, but they decide to rebuild the eros’s palace. basically, nobody can see his face or say jason’s name. if they do, he won’t be hidden and the gods will know what hera did. also, he wears like a skull to hide his face. however, he has like a mirror that shows him his friends. he sees leo in danger and goes to save him. he… goes a bit crazy and takes leo back to his palace (while he’s unconscious) to heal him. however, he decides that leo will be safer there and decides to keep him there. when leo wakes up, he’s ofc very angry about being kidnapped by some weird bird man. he’s even angrier when the guy won’t let him leave and instead gives him a mirror so he can still see his friends. jason hates leo being upset with him (and that he can tell him the truth) so he says that leo can ask for whatever he wants and he’ll make it for him. he also makes a whole room in the palace where leo can invent it his heart’s content. eventually, leo warms up to this nice bird man who gets him what he wants and is more than happy to hear him ramble about his inventions. eventually, against his better judgement, he confesses his feelings and he and jason get together. despite jason’s warnings, he’s curious about the bird man. so, when jason is sleep, he lights a flame in his hand to see and takes off the skull mask. he’s shocked when he sees jason. his flames accidentally go out of control due to his emotions and he accidentally burns jason. jason wakes up and is upset that leo didn’t listen to his warning bc now his life is in danger. so, the palace crumbles and leo is left with his regret while jason flies off to go hide. what happens after this? idk haven’t planned that far

so honestly my 2012 lotus is more different than 87 lotus than i expected when i created her lol

their main similarity tho is their impulsive nature,,, by which i mean that they make up their minds on the spot and jump to action immediately. both of them can feign confidence for their career but are actually pretty antisocial otherwise. they’re also both pretty stubborn aha.

now onto their differences.

for one, 2012 lotus is a lot more flirtatious and more of a romantic lol. she’s had more of a love life, tho it wasn’t exactly the best experiences. deep down she longs for a family just as much as 87 lotus, but she doesn’t quite realize yet that her longing for love goes beyond just romantic love. i personally hc that 87 lotus never rlly considered romance before meeting leonardo, and he sparked those feelings for the first time hehe. not that she didn't have experience flirting for her job lol but she never enjoyed it until she tried flirting with leo haha.

87 lotus cares a lot more about her reputation than 2012 lotus does. 2012 lotus gave up her honor a long time ago and has a dark reputation. she has a moral code, but usually hides it for her career. 87 lotus seems to work only if the terms meet hers. also she was offended when shredder accused her of being a traitor.

2012 lotus is more fun-loving than 87 lotus is, tho 87 lotus isn’t above a good joke here and there. (“i’m all tied up” “you could not be more right” *literally ties him up*)

and 2012 lotus is very affectionate, while 87 lotus is more shy about physical touch. 2012 lotus enjoys makeup while 87 lotus prefers a more natural look. and ig other little things like that.

their stories have a lot of differences too, especially since 2012 lotus’ story is more drawn out and complicated. ofc her story has references to 87 lotus’. for example, when lotus finally breaks free from chaplin, she decides to leave nyc to cover her trail just in case, and leaves a lotus flower for leo as a promise that she’d be back (which is what that one recent artwork i did was about).

as for how i’d think they’d interact, i like to think they’d be impressed by each other’s skills, tho 87 lotus would encourage 2012 lotus to have more respect for herself. i think they’d both love painting watercolors and could enjoy doing that together. honestly i think 87 lotus would become more of a mentor/older sister figure to 2012 lotus, encouraging her character growth and teaching her what she’s learned from her own mistakes. and ofc they’d gossip over their blue boys and about how much they love them x3 (and how stupid they are)

I have some hard anger issues but never take them out on people, at least I try not to, I do enjoy a good argument tho,, i also tyoically yell or curse in german when im mad my friends think its the funniest thing ever. But once you get past most of that I've been discribed as much of a protective father/brother figure by a lot of my friends, I always try to be there for the people im close with, I have the Humor of a little teenager boy dispute the fact it's hard for me to laugh with Alexithymia. (Ex; I giggle at the word balls :")) with Alexithymia I typically have a monotone expression and voice as it's hard for me to express or tell what emotion im feeling.

I LOVE listening to people talk about the simplest things they find interesting, even if it sounds dumb I prefer to listen to those around me speak. I don't like talking due to my Alexithymia and stutter, but I could talk about Space and Science for hours!

My main Hobby is writing, but I enjoy doodling my friends or landscapes!

Plo Koon is one of the most down-to-earth living beings you'll ever truly meet and just an overall sweetheart.

Despite the disposition that you appear to portray- that being of someone on the more vocally or physically violent side- Plo could sense your good nature resting underneath. He never once doubted that you were a decent person.

That said, he found it quite curious that you tended to keep to yourself, given the aura you almost seem to give off with the force. I don't imagine that it would take too long for him to put two-and-two together that you were just shy, but the reason for that level of withdrawn attitude would be a question that nags at the edge of his mind.

Unlike other Jedi who would either keep their distance from you entirely or jump right into conversation (or at least try to), he was definitely on the more tactful side when it came to initiating conversations. He didn't want to make you uncomfortable, and conversely, didn't want to risk you being lonely either. He sought a healthy balance.

Amusingly enough, the monotonous way in which you speak isn't something that would bother him all too much in the long scheme of things, nor with the lack of expression. Plo is keen when it comes to communication, so if he isn't sure about something there's no doubt that he'd ask for clarification.

Furthermore, when it comes to speech patterns, you're both in a similar boat considering that his speech is slightly unique as well. He thinks about what he says, and there's this draw of emphasis he seems to put on certain syllables and words. It's not so much that he's sluggish as he is slow and deliberate. Fairly refreshing, actually.

As for conversational topics, I imagine that you both would have many things to discuss- common interests or otherwise. He doesn't mind carrying the conversation if it makes you most comfortable, but you'd find that no matter how much you stutter he'd be right at your side, gaze fixated on you and only you as you speak.

He thoroughly enjoys your rants on space, science, and the like that you both share in your free time, finding them both interesting and insightful. Quite a few things you've mentioned have drifted in and out of his mind when he's out on missions, and a fact or two has come in very handy.

Though he's less argumentative than quite a few of his peers, debates between you two are also something that he looks forward to. They can be quite amusing, although not much can quite chalk up to the feeling seeing you curse under your breath in german gives him.

More than likely, he's walked in on you while you were with his men doing so, and at least once you were shouting. The boys in white might not have known exactly what you were saying, but he certainly caught on quick.

Let's just say he got a good chuckle during those excursions.

When you start changing up your look, you'll find he almost immediately notices- especially in regards to your hair. He compliments it frequently. Your style of dress, though quite unlike his own, also interests him. He's done a bit of research in an attempt to locate where the style originated from, to varying levels of success. I don't imagine you'll ever catch him partaking, but he makes sure you know he appreciates the looks you do.

As far as amusement goes, he probably trusts the force to gauge just how pleased you are by certain situations to better get a grasp on your humor. He finds the level of 'immurity', as some would call it, in your tastes amusing... in that it's just another character trait of yours that makes you unique. He also may or may not have tipped off his men so you could have a good time hanging with them, not that he openly stated so. He'd probably tease you a tad if you questioned whether or not he was the culprit.

He finds your 'big brotherly' and 'fatherly' attitude towards those around you quite endearing, especially to those younger than yourself. He's been fairly well known to have a good reputation with the younglings (or at least Ahsoka) and has a similar relationship with her that you have with others, so it's something he understands quite well.

Of the potential suitors in the Jedi Order, he's fairly logical, which means that you are going to have a lot more leeway when it comes to what missions you do and do not go on. While others like Skywalker or Kenobi would have openly objected to you going on more dangerous missions had you been their partner, Plo lets logic take the lead and knows that you're capable of defending yourself.

That said, don't think he'll just let you partake in whatever mission you want whenever, regardless of the danger. You will be debriefed on the situation for your safety if you are going, and when the rare circumstance arises that he 100% does not want to see you on the gunship with him and his men, he isn't really going to be someone you can negotiate with. Not that you can't try- it's just that he'll have an armada of rock-solid arguments that'll be extremely difficult to counter.

He's the type that would rather you avoid violent situations if at all possible but feels much more comfortable knowing that you have legitimate fighting experience under your metaphorical, pastel belt on the off-chance it becomes unavoidable. The safer you are, the more he can focus on his work without worry.

I imagine exchanging feelings was a rather interesting situation for him given his position in the order, but when he did share them with you it was heartfelt and in the comfort of a quiet room, or hallway. Perhaps located by a balcony or window with a view.

Personally, I picture quality time as one of his love languages, which works quite well for both of you. As for physical touch though? He'd recognize and respect your fear and reserve such contact for moments he was certain you were fine with it. It probably wasn't common during the start of your relationship but became more frequent as you got comfortable over time.

On the notion of fears, Plo is the type to help you with them if at all possible, even if it takes a long time to do so. The long haul doesn't bother him much- not with how long he's lived.

One of Plo's favorite ways to spend quality time with you together is when you're drawing. He finds the process quite enjoyable, and never hesitates to compliment you on your technique. Your skill never ceases to amaze him.

He almost certainly has a drawing you've made of him and/or the boys in his quarters. Likely framed, and either sitting on a desk or mounted on a wall. He makes sure to value any gifts he's given.

Overall it's a very trusting, wholesome relationship and one that doesn't often yield issues. You simply set his heart aflutter.

AN: There are few words to describe this relationship other than "Wholesome." It's not one that drudges up particularly chaotic scenarios in mind, but the sheer stability that comes with a relationship with this man is rather comforting. read the tags on ur reblog AND U ARE SO RIGHT ABT THE 2018 TMNT FANDOM- It’s honestly like the tumblrifcation of the franchise which i dont rlly mind cuz its still SUPER fun it just attracts those kinds of people- (literally traumatized by the yaoification of leo)

I’d say you should rewatch the 2012 since thats the one i grew up with too and its good outside of the weird side romance narratives they keep pushing- ROTTMNT is good but its pretty short and wayy less serious in its theme so it all rlly depends on what you like specifically :3

I barely touch it, so much so that idek how or why yt algorithm constantly spits out the kinds of videos I mentioned in the tags at me. Like I report them each time YouTube, stop telling me to watch it! It can't be the same video it has to be multiples, which makes me even more concerned at just HOW pervasive the homophobia must be within the TMNT 2018 fandom. I really rather liked TMNT when it remained a relative 'fringe' media to be into. Like, it wasn't a huge thing for teen girls or tumblr chicks to be into and instead you just had weirdo deviantart chicks into it. Who while also incredibly fucking weird, at least weren't... tumblr about the show.

The yaoification of Leo and somewhat Donatello that I've seen has nearly completely put me off the new show lmao. I only still consider watching it bc my gf shows mild interest in TMNT and it seems ROTTMNT would be her choice of entry, but if shes fine watching the 2012 series I'm choosing that one XD. I'm fine with a more lighthearted fun show, but I enjoyed the 2012 series for being fun and also kinda dark at times (that rat episode man). That's what I like about TMNT at least lol, weird radioactive tutrtles fighting evil shredder guy. I may rewatch the 2012 series for old times sake and to actually finish watching it! I think my sister and I left off around the ep where they made a submarine propelled by pedaling.
