i know their interaction in the latest gakuen chapter was. well. minimal. but i really hope people still manage to see their potential and start shipping corasmoke...

i mean. look at them. corazon is so open and upfront about his feelings, he acts theatrically to say the least, while smoker is always so composed... and their very first interaction summarizes this difference perfectly. they would be so interesting as a duo because they seem like such an unlikely pair that they may actually work well together. i wish we could have seen them together in the main timeline too, it wouldn't have been that much of a stretch since they're both marines, but oh well </3

my toxic trait is that this weekend i've written armand supporting louis' serial killer era, wanting to shut down all of paris so he and lestat can get nasty in the middle of the street, and breaking and entering so he can chat with the guy he's been stalking for years and i still just said aloud, and I quote "he's so baby"

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I'm getting labs done, but I usually get really nervous before getting there and sometimes during the tests.

So I've made a method to calm myself down by just silently looking at the equipment/ machines that are being used while it's happening.

Mostly because I'm really into how they work and I just think they look cool, also I go home with a new thing to research and that's always fun.

so i went to the doctor today. as one does. because lately i have been experiencing these terrible migraines. also my hair is beginning to grey. both of these are concerning instances.

apparently! according to my doctor! i am one of those people who have been affected enough by the psychic type pokemon around them that they just become a psychic type as well! which was news to me! i will absolutely be blaming this on uxie. couldn’t stop at making my eyes yellow, you also had to grey me at 19 and give me migraines hmm???

anyways. he says the greying and the migraines are from me trying to actively block out all the psychic nonsense going on around me and not actually doing anything with the latent psychic powers i now posses. the solution to this is apparently to float around some pokeballs and make telepathic connections with the pokemon around me to share our thoughts with each other. which should stop the migraines but the greying is probably permanent. oh well.

This series makes me so incredibly happy because it's just got such wonderful neurodivergent vibes.

Reg has discovered that if he gives people candy, they:

1) do what he wants them to do

2) like him more and

3) are happier.

Simple cause and effect, right? WRONG. Correlation does not equal causation. These outcomes are correlated to his candy-giving, but not caused by it. They are caused by a secret third thing - him genuinely reaching out and connecting with people.

Except, that's confusing and undefined (what does "connecting with people" even fucking mean? Am I not "connecting" with the cashier at the grocery store??? HOW IS THAT DIFFERENT?), so Reg will stick to candy for the foreseeable future.

Idk, I just feel very seen by his sort-of-kind-of-almost-correct social-ing and it makes me happy 😌
