(this is going to be a thing that I do regularly so request)

Dean Winchester

The both of you have been dating for almost a month now. You weren't oblivious to the fact that Dean was a very touchy guy. He would go to bars and pick up women all the time before you came around. Maybe that's why you had a pit in your stomach. You go to dean who was in the main room of the bunker and ask dean if you could talk to him in private.

He gets up and walks into your guys's room. "what's going on. Something happen?" he asks and you shake your head. "no not yet. Uh I just thought I should tell you something" He sits down on the bed and looks at you. :alright what's going on?" you take a deep breath in and speak all in one breath "Im asexual. I know that you like sex which is not a fault but I just know i'm not going to be able to give that to you"

He asks you to explain it to him and when you do he nods and its quiet for a moment before he speaks. "babe this isn't going to change anything between us. You don't want sex. that's fine i can take care of myself if i need to. Don't feel bad" when you sit beside him hs places his hand on your thigh and you rest your head on his shoulder.

Sam winchester

Your boyfriend was sitting on the bed reading when you entered the room. He looked so nice in the sweatshirt and sweatpants he was wearing. You were taking a moment to think about how you wanted to tell him that you were asexual.

Sam had never once made you feel as if you had to do anything you didn't want to do. If anything he was always cautious for first moves. your first kiss he leaned in slowly, making you close the gap. He also never really asked or initiated for the both of you to go any further beyond just kissing and cuddling. You had a feeling he knew which made you less nervous. "whets going on in that head of yours" he asks as he looks over at you.

You sit onto the bed beside him. "there's something I need to tell you" he puts his book down to give you his full attention before nodding. You take a breath before saying calmly "i'm asexual. I don't ever want to have sex with you. I should have told you sooner and i'm so sorry I didnt i was just waiting for the right time an-" You stop speaking because sam has placed both of his hands on the sides of your face and kisses your lips. "its okay honey, I have had a feeling that you might be and I still love you either way. Plus i have a lower sex drive than most people so you dont have to worry with me okay?" You nod and you cuddle up against him as he reads a little while longer.

Castiel

You were sitting on your bed just thinking about how you were to tell your boyfriend that you were asexual. Your boyfriend had never really said anything about wanting sex or anything like that but it still made you nervous. You knew Castiel wouldn't break up with you because of it. So once you calmed yourself down a bit you prayed for him. "castiel I need to speak with you"

Wasnt even 2 minutes later and hes standing in front of you. "Theres something on your mind?" he asks and you nod. "yes there is. I just needed to tell you that if we are going to continue our relationship..there will be no sexual acts. Kissing and everything is fine but just not sex."

He looks at you for a moment before he takes your hand in his "That is perfectly fine. Angels dont need to have sex." you lean in and kiss his cheek and hug him

Crowley

Crowley had been in one of his moods today. Your boyfriend was a very moody person. One thing could piss him off so because of this you were not looking forward to telling him about the fact that you are asexual. In fact you were thinking about not telling him. Not for a while anyways.

However when he walked into the room he could see the way you didnt come up to him to welcome him back like you always did. So he crossed his arms and looked at you. "what" you asked as you looked up at him. "What is going on? You arent acting normal" this caused you to roll your eyes at him. "when have I ever been normal" he shrugs but doesn't say anything else which makes you sigh.

You laid down onto the big bed you two shared. "Crowley I am asexual. That's why I haven't made a move to do anything more than kissing" He uncrossed his arms and lays down beside you. "really that's what's got you so weird?" nodding in response he rolls his eyes. "I'm a demon and have lived much longer than you have. You being asexual is the least of my problems. I want to be with you either way"

Rowena

Rowena was doing some of her witchy stuff looking beautiful while she focused. You knew you shouldn't interrupt her but this was eating you alive. Your friends had been talking about their partners and how they were great in bed and everything else. You loved your friends of course but its started to eat away at you. That you couldnt and wouldnt give that to Rowena.

She was a woman and many women want that part of the relationship. That kind if intimacy and you were feeling awful about it. Rowena deserved an explanation so before you could talk yourself out of it you walked up to the table and took a seat. "Rowena Love" She looked up at you and when she noticed how you looked she stopped what she was doing. "what's wrong dear"

You let out a long sigh before explaining to her about what you and your friends were talking about and then you pause for a moment before speaking again. "I know that you probably want that and I cant give it to you. How could you possibly be happy like this" She places both her hands on the sides of your cheeks and kisses your forehead then your lips. "I am happy with you. There has not been a moment where I doubted us or my feelings for you. You are the one that I want to be with for the rest of our time here" She pulls you into a soft hug

Lucifer

You had just walked back into your home and Your partner was sitting on his chair that he had claimed as like his "throne". He had been talking to a few other demons that worked for him and so you tried to walk quickly past them but he made you stop. "where do you think your going?" he wasn't angry he was just confused because you usually greet him when you come back home. You look at him "i'm going to our bedroom"

He could tell by the tone of your voice and your body language that something was wrong. So he quickly made the demons leave before turning to look back at you. "come here" you walked closer to him and he looked at you sitting up more on his chair. "what happened while you were out?" He was very protective over you and it was written all over his face. You knew he was going to find out anyways so you begin to tell him.

You tell him about how your friends were asking about how you and your boyfriend was. Asking how the sex is going etc etc. Lucifer nodded and was actually letting you finish speaking. "when I told them that. We don't have sex because i'm asexual they started judging me and everything." He almost speaks up but you cut him off "why do you stay with me. Lucifer I know that you have had many demons and even other angels in your bed before. Why stay with the one who cant give you what you need"

Lucifer looks at you as if you just said something in a language he didn't understand. He uses his power to bring you closer to him and then he stops and holds his arms out for you. Silently telling you to sit with him and so you do. You sit on his lap and rest your head on his shoulder. "I may have had others share a bed with me. But none of them have had such a emotional hold on me before. You are the one that i fell in love with. Don't ever doubt me or my feelings towards you." he says the last part with such a serious tone and all you can do is nod and let him hold you.

My height is 5'3 (160cm). Im nonbinary and asexual, and I use any pronouns. I have brown, curly, short hair and green eyes. My skin is very pale, and I usually look pretty tired. I wear black clothes. Im a pretty calm and level-headed person. I really enjoy deep conservation, music, dancing, reading, and stargazing. I can read pretty much anything. I really like learning new things. Im sarcastic, and I like to tease my friends. I am extremely loyal to my friends, and I show my affection for them through gifts, quality time, and doing them favors. I tend to talk a lot about topics that I am interested in. I usually stay calm when people panic, (even if I'm screaming on the inside). Im trying to be as open-minded as possible to everyone, as long as they are doing the same thing to me. I love animals, especially raccoons. I think they are just adorable (I also have a cat and two dogs).

I have a pear-shaped body, but I'm also a little bit chubby. I have some scars on my arms and legs (mostly because I scratch my wounds when I'm stressed). Im anemic, which means that I get tired easily. Im also lactose intolerant. I often have random pains, but I don't know why. I also have an anxiety disorder (I bite my nails and lips a lot because of it). I would rather spend time indoors than outdoors, but I will not pass up an opportunity for a picnic :3.

I dislike loud noises and crowded places. I can't speak in front of a large group of people, and I have trouble making eye contact. I also hate when someone is bullied. I like spending time with someone when we both just do our stuff in one room. Im a pretty awkward person at first, but if I get close to you, I become more talkative and funny. People always tell me that when they first saw me, they thought I was intimidating. I often hum some music while doing something.

Yandere TFP Megatron

Megatron is a cruel decepticon with a distaste for organics, so when he grabbed you into his servo he went to crush you right before Prime’s optics. He grinned viciously down at you, and your dead stare made him pause. Even the bravest of his kind looked more fearful than you. 

Before he could even form a coherent thought, he had transformed around you and flown away. When he got back to the Nemesis he was angry with himself- but he didn’t realize that as he threw you to Knockout, ordering him to watch you.

While you were scared, you did like the quiet of this place. It was almost soothing. 

Knockout peered down curiously at you. At your obvious exhaustion, he commented. “If I didn’t know better about your fleshies, I’d say you’re half dead.”

You stared back up at him, not quite making eye contact. He noticed your avoidance, but said nothing as he scoffed and went back to working. 

Megatron questioned himself as to why he brought you along, but he couldn’t put his finger on it. He ended up sitting you on a table in his room while he worked. You were mostly quiet, but your curiosity showed as you looked at his computer. 

His booming voice asked what you were doing, and you covered your ears. Megatron wasn’t sure why he did it, but he lowered his voice and spoke again. “What are you looking at?” 

“....your screen. Sorry.” You bit your nails nervously. Megatron turned away, silent. 

It was weeks before he sat you on his shoulder. He didn’t speak, clearly unsure of how to communicate with you. For the first time in millions of years, he was truly unsure of himself. 

When he did start talking to you, it was to teach you about his gladiatorial days. He spoke of how he started the revolution, and how he fought against the corruption of the senate. 

Eventually you felt comfortable enough to ask questions with him, but you felt nothing but pity. He had been through so much. However, you also felt conflicted- the Autobots are your friends, but you feel like this war has no point anymore other than for Decepticons to get some sort of revenge. 

You slowly began to chip away at Megatron’s cold spark, and he cared for you- even if he didn’t show it well. He loved the way you hummed softly your favorite songs, and how content you were to merely sit on his shoulder. 

Megatron would often bring you to large forests so you could enjoy the nature he found you enjoyed. 

One day, when Megatron was on a comm with Soundwave discussing something, you decided to take off. You wanted to be back with the autobots- not to say that you even hated Megatron after everything you had learned. You ran through the forest, getting turned around almost instantly. 

Almost immediately, you were snatched up into the servos of a very furious mech. Megatron had a deep scowl on his face. 

“After I bestowed all of the knowledge I had upon you, did you really think I’d let you go?” Megaton squeezed you painfully tight. “Don’t worry, worm. I won’t make the same mistake with you twice.”

Megatron, secretly heartbroken that you’d try to leave after creating a bond, locked you in a cage hanging in his room- with no way to escape his clutches. You would never be allowed out unless Megatron was with you. His trust would be hard to earn back- maybe even take your lifetime.

FABULOUS QUESTION I LOVE TALKING ABOUT MY FRIENDS

LOGAN he is like so soft and cuddly it's unreal like like like i love listening to him talk about things he loves. honestly he's the reason i realized i like video essays and audio books because ralling asleep to someone rambling anout a cool topic is so fun. and he's so snuggly. AND HES SO SMART! sometimes he talks about some neat history fact i like history especially like WAR

BEN he's so cool. he's the best. Ben really gets me even when no one else does. he's also a really nice cuddler. Logan fits perfectly in your arms but Ben just wraps around you like a weighted blanket he's awesome. he's so sweet and im really proud of how far he's come. i know he cares about all his friends and just wants the best for them, i admire him a lot. he also has GREAT music taste. sometimes he plays guitar for me since Tyler taught him which is fun

TAYLOR she is SO COOL she is my BEST FRIEND!!!! Ben is my best friend because we are cousins and family and i love him but as for friend friends TYALOR IS MY BEST FRIEND!!!!!! i wanna teach her to skateboard i wanna go sky diving or bubgee jumping with her i wanna learn cool robot stuff. and she gives great advice and she's just super fun i trust her a lot.

while people are on the topic of finn, a little appreciation for our will byers' actor! noah!

i feel like he could have turned out like a model or something, if you see when he was younger, he was all in proportion and like very pretty boy, a traditional, good looking young man. but now thats he's older and grown into his features a little more - he's not entirely there, that wont happen until they finish growing at like 25 ish, but he is more oddly proportioned now in a nice way. he's EVER so slightly chubbier. he's also mega goofy, but in a different way to finn (although not THAT different actually). he gets away with it more cos he's still handsome in a traditional western way except for the obvious jewish features that im sure lots of bigots hate (see all the toxic milevens on twitter). his teeth are kinda goofy but also cute, but it's his smile that does it. it's kind of contained and shy, down-turned as though he has internalised not wanting to smile too widely, or perhaps just feeling shy and bashful when he's happy. which is VERY will. i think they are more similar than he let's on tbh. i think he's secretly a shy one, just like when he was a kid.

whereas finn seems to burst with light and laughter, then sudddenly realise he's in public and become self conscious again, and his face just turns sour af lmaooooo bless him

mad props to the casting director tbh - these are two performers with faces that are endlessly mesmerising, and acting skills to match. i feel so grateful to be watching their portrayals of this story unfold in real time. the fact that it may break new ground is a bonus, but even if fit doesn't, i've had a ball for the past couple of years! if nothing else, having their first adult scene together could work wonders for their professional confidence. if i was a pro actor, i would love to do an intimate scene with a close friend of mine, we would have a ball and the trust would be unreal.

and lastly, here's a funny little story...

years before i joined the fandom proper in 2022, when s2 was just coming out, my friend (who was very mainstream) showed me some pictures of a photoshoot with noah and finn. we were in our early 20s, fresh from college and no clue what to do with life. and my friend showed me this black and white photoshoot on insta (i think its the one noah recently posted to show his excitement of working with finn again for finn's birthday?), and she was quiet as i looked, waiting to hear what i would say.

and i was like... they look....

*massive pause while I look at her, incredulous and mildly disturbed*

and she said '... hot.'

and I was like YES, WTFFFFFFF

and she was like WTFFFFFF

and we were so uncomfortable and confused! they were young teens! but the fact that it was my mainstream friend who had literally just discovered the 80s through this show, who had a first class English degree from Edinburgh university, who had just started working at a prestigious publishing house in the city, who had a rather gorgeous boyfriend... i mean she was the most down-the-line person you ever met. and i was just so surprised and grateful she had trusted me to say this, and we proceeded to discuss wtf was going on.

basically - photoshoots, esp when the cast were teens, kind of passively sexualised them. im not talking explicit, but rather encouraging pensive brooding stares and poses that are something you would see in a couture magazine. they looked older because they werent smiling, and were emulating these poses that adult men would do.

on top of that, finn esp really reminded me of the first boy i ever had a proper crush on at 13. i remember it so clearly because its not the hair or the skin or whatever superficial stuff, but rather his expressions and attitude (and the freckles). finn, when younger, had this arrogant (and therefore irresistible) teen boy vibe which exactly matched this boy i fell in love with at 13. i realise now that thats all probably from a place of insecurity on finn + the boy's part, but even at 22 sitting in this cafe with my friend, browsing insta innocently, i could remember exactly what it was like to be 13 and my heart was just beating. whenever i think of that crush on that boy, i am 13 again. i am not a grown woman perving on a young boy. i am 13.

so i think, maybe, thats how many of us here connect with spicy byler tumblr.

and now, of course, watching them grow up on my screen (having rejoined the fandom post s4) has been a very... interesting experience for me. i think byler sex discussion on here speaks volumes about how we are all from different walks of life. if i wasn't an art major who has literally been drawing naked bodies from life since I was 16 at school, and a psychology student, i might not understand how to discuss all this stuff. as it is, i've got too much emotional education under my belt, and i know how to embrace my shadow self as long as im not hurting myself or anyone else. Even though your story is related to Finn IRL, I'd say a part of writing/reading a story is putting yourself in the shoes of the characters and seeing things from their eyes. And that includes temporarily "becoming 13 again" (or becoming the age of the characters you're exploring). And that's not creepy. It's just a part of the process. Art itself is messy and psychologically layered.

A lot of Bylers seem to believe the Duffers would be creepy for including a sex scene in S5, even with the characters aged up, because they watched Finn and Noah (and by extension Mike and Will) grow up. But really, it's all a part of them engaging with the coming-of-age themes they've set up and "becoming 17 again" to properly tell this story how it's meant to be told, wherever that journey takes them. And in the context of a gay coming-of-age tale, it just might include sexual exploration and discovery. *Gasps*

Im again going to go to the point here: Keith!

He hates it when she talks to another man and seem to have a nice time with them (generally only when he doesn'tknow the man) .

He would get overprotective for nothing.

Once, they were in another planet with their friends for a party that had been made for the paladins. She would be standing with some people and Keith noticed that the guys seemed to pay her a little too much attention. That really made him angry and, he couldn't help but get closer and get a lil more contact with her to show that she was taken.

He some time, When she is texting someone, would ask with whom she talks and that would often get them to argue... He trusts her! He really does! but he can't help but asking...

That jealous aspect especially comes from his galra instincts... Galrans doesn't keep a same mate for long but they are very possessive towards them... Keith is half human, so, he keeps a same partner BUT, he has that galra part of him telling him that he has to protect her from other mans... It even happened to a women that was getting too comfortable with pidge, Keith scared the shit out of her and she never came back. That also got Pidge mad, she thinks he is too hard with people.

coming back to his galran part, I let you imagine what it is when it's galran's mating season... She barely goes outside. ( which is fine to her, she is an indoor person... That gives her an excuse)

As for Pidge, she is more chill about this... She trusts him with her lide and knows that he loves her and that he would never cheat, he is to "possessive" for that and WAY too scared to lose her... ( She gets that Keith is protective in his own way, that he has trust issues towards people and that he has a galra instinct. She always try to be understanding... It stays hard some times, when she had a long day, for example.)

She also gets jealous, tho. Keith is handsome and, she feels like next to him she is... Well, ugly which is untrue, She is the prettiest and the cutest... She never really said it out loud, but she thinks it.

So, when a "gorgeous" woman gets too close to Keith and that he would politely smiling at her, She feels like they would fit better together than she would ever with him. She ends up crying and reminding herself each of her imperfections in the bathroom. She would stay quiet about it, she will never interfere because she feels ridiculous next to these tall and pretty womans. But eventually, Keith noticed. He reassured her without even really talking to her directly. He literally was introcing her to every womans that he was meeting has the most gorgeous and smart woman he knows and that he is a lucky man. They did had a talk about all this and it helped her to feel better. Anyways, these insecurities came back when she noticed that she had took weight after their last kid.

I love the real life inspo it's taken for the game universe, plus I love the medival vibe it has. Husk is an understanding lover who tends to be rude at first and takes time to warm up. But when he does he really cares about you in his own way.

On the outside, people really wonder how 2 individuals with an RBF got together. While in reality you two are an exemple of grumpy x sunshine. You're silly and he secretely loves it. It can be seen in the way he looks at you when you do your things. He even broke a glass once cuz he was watching you. Angel never let him forget that. Husk actually likes your jokes and always add a little comment of his own. He's also funny but in a sarcatic way if it makes sense. His humor also tends to be dark.

Husk is really proud of you for wanting to help people and for choosing your field. In his entourage, he is surrounded by selfish people (besides charlie and vaggie but they're recent and an exception). To him you're the sole light in his dark world. He always has your back, supporting you the best he can by making your life easier (he keeps the house relatively clean etc).

You two always have quiet date nights at home. He enjoys watching horror movies with you and probably has some nice horror recommendations but they're books. Those dates also include a dinner made by him or the both of you. He shows off by making some dishes only made in his time lol but you're the queen of snacks he admits it. He makes some very good cocktails for the both of you and the nights is spent watching movies and having talks that rabge from serious ones to silly talks that make him sigh lovingly.

He doesn't mind that you're not a big fan of touch and respects that. Overall he's a rough boyfriend but still very caring. He'll do his best to make you feel loved despite his flaws

Honestly, I am genuinely at a lost as to why some people get so mad and unforgiving over honest mistakes, especially when I mean it when I say I never meant any harm, and will listen and change my behavior if it's not appropriate. I have been in this fandom for a very long time, and I've always tried my best to be nice, and to do better when I can do better. And anyone who takes the time to actually get to know me at all, unlike those people who have honestly been very closed-off from the start, knows that I'm the opposite of an asshole, and that my life motto literally is 'let's be kind and show empathy'.

I swear twitter puts a negativity filter on everyone's brain, they expect the worst of everyone. The fact that they thought I'd sent people after them to 'harass' them, when I wasn't even aware of what was going on until my friend reached out to me to tell me about it, at which point said friend had already gotten involved, just baffles me. I'm a 36 year old adult with bad social anxiety, I live my life hoping to avoid drama or situations in which people will get angry at me in any way. The last thing I would ever think to do is have that kind of vindictive behavior, especially about something I knew I could have handled better. But you can't have conversations with the twitter crowd, you just can't. They will assume the worst of you and that's it.

I haven't been on twitter for a couple weeks now, except to post fic links for my followers who care about them, and honestly, I don't know if I'll be back, not when there are a few people who seem to enjoy scrutinizing the things I do or say.

I still want to do the Anna project because I want her to receive love from her fans, but my anxiety about this is too high at the moment, and my brain a bit too unkind.

i can definitely see a life where they’re born gender swapped, and i think it would be a really interesting one.

(we’re still going to refer to baelon and visenya as the names and pronouns we know them by, just to keep it from getting twisted up in my head)

honestly i think baelon born as a girl would be a lot like silver and moonstone’s version of visenya. she’s a lot angrier and more intense and more violent than the dragonglass and gold version of herself, and that’s…basically baelon. angry, intense, violent. so much of that kind of gets brushed over when he’s a man because princes kind of just blaze through life with no consequences, but princesses don’t get that same grace.

baelon channels a lot of his emotions into physical stuff—sword play, trying to best the shit out of daemon, etc etc—to work through them. as a woman, there’s just less options for that. it isn’t proper for a princess to be sword fighting or hitting her uncle in the face, so he’s just this ball of furious energy that has nowhere to go.

having to fit into that box of societal expectations for women, having to play nice and be good and stay still…he’d lose his damn mind.

also, considering they’d probably…swap faces, in a way? baelon would be the one who looks like aemma.

baelon, who is so damn angry about his mother’s death and feels all this guilt about it—which would be even worse in this life, because viserys kills aemma in the hopes of getting a second son and is faced with a daughter he has no use for instead—and has so much rage towards viserys because of it. and all he ever hears is how much he looks like his mother??? with none of the ability to be like “i’ll be the best king ever to make her death worth it” like he does in d&g because literally he was useless to viserys as a girl?? he’s going to explode.

i can definitely see him being like Saera Targaryen 2.0, except instead of taking men to bed he’s just like getting into screaming matches with random people and setting things on fire and trying to fistfight god while visenya stands behind him like “therapy hasnt been invented yet just let this happen”

and visenya, well. i’d never describe her as quiet or kind, exactly, but she’s definitely much calmer than baelon is whenever they both exist. she’s very much what anchors him to himself, and he’s what settles her, and that doesn’t change even though they uno reversed each other. largely, she’s the same except for weapons training and a much better grasp of how to run the country.

but as a man, i think visenya has a different relationship with her father. viserys largely ignores her when baelon exists, except to compare her to her mother, and he uses her as a kind of ghost crutch whenever baelon dies, but it’s just kind of different when she’s a boy. he still doesn’t really see her, who she is as a person, but he actually looks at her instead of the dead mother in her face. and visenya doesn’t have the same fixation on their mother that baelon does because, to be blunt, she didnt kill her and she wasnt the reason why she died. she never even knew the lady. it makes everything a lot smoother with viserys than it is when she’s the only surviving twin or when baelon is the son. they’re definitely not close, but visenya’s more…neutral i guess.

they don’t have kids when baelon’s a girl.

visenya as a woman is willing to risk herself and get baelon to face his fears over pregnancy, but visenya as a man is never going to tell baelon he has to risk his life just to give them heirs. baelon says “no thanks, im terrified, hell no” and visenya goes “okay <3” and sends a letter to rhaenyra’s kids telling them to play rock paper scissors for the throne.

when the maester says the twins should separate so heirs can be conceived with someone else, he still dies. visenya gives him a three strike policy though.

it’s difficult to say whether it would be better or worse than the d&g universe, but there’s this: visenya wouldnt have a dragon and so wouldnt be sent to the Stepstones, which means they’re never even separated for war. literally their entire lives just…together. these codependent weirdos have not spent a day apart in their entire lives

You met Rachel at an art course where you were both flexing out your skills. She probably wasn't too impressed or intimidated by your personality, which let her talk to you easier than other people in the course could.

While you were both vaguely aware of each others' existance at the course, your first conversation was Rachel asking you to share paint as some colours were being used faster than the organiser anticipated and it was in short supply.

Your personlities probably clashed at first- in an awkward way rather than a conflicting way(if that makes any sense)- but your similar interests and speaking about them made you both understand each other a lot more, so by the end of the few days you'd both come to this sort of truce.

Rachel isn't as competitive as you are, as she mostly focuses on herself rather than what other people are up to in the same field, but I think she admires your attitude and how you present yourself.

Rachel is the definition of energetic but calm idc idc. Her strong moral code definitely leads to her being stubborn, but her open mindedness leads her to only be stubborn in specific situations and with specific topics. You were visiting Avidya Forest and ended up leaving the forest right as Tighnari was leaving to return a recent report to the other Forest Watchers.

Being unfamiliar with the area, you asked Tighnari for some recommendations on where to eat, local things to do, etc etc. Really just small talk seeing as you needed directions to the fastest way back to town.

He quickly escorted you back and made sure to find a map for you to use so you wouldn't get lost. He was very sweet and helpful.

You had both assumed you'd never meet again, but you met him more than you thought you would while enjoying your stay in Sumeru, so your relationship blossomed from there.

He's a private person who finds it hard to keep relationships, but he enjoys your company. I feel like he's patient enough to give you space with your projects, as he understands how it becomes a priority in your life. Still, he's slowly become sensitive enough to your patterns to remember to check up on you to make sure you aren't too stressed.

Definitely appreciates your sense of humor, especially since he knows that someone people just don't have real humour(cough cough cyno cough cough). Honestly, he's very vibey and fun to be around. He has a good sense of humour and doesn't really get offended or worked up over much, so he's pretty easy going.

Definitely stubborn about specific things- though he's justified, you shoudn't eat random mushrooms off the ground- and his knowledge leads him to be a bit pretentious at times, but he means the best, and honestly his pretentiousness if how he opens up more of the time. He's usually good at keeping his cool, so it's honestly kind of fun to see him let loose and complain a bit.

HANGING OUT

Tighnari is no doubt a great person to go to if you're in need of something to paint or sketch. With him, you'll soon find more and more plant pictures in your skech book or on your canvases. He can take you to magnificent landscapes to paint, and he's kind enough to acknowledge that you need a lot more green paint now.

I feel like you'd both go out and make your own paints together sometimes. His familiarity of the forest really helps you find the perfect colours you need for your newest project.

everything i have to say abt every burner character, my interpretations of every one as of rn because i quite literally cant wait for episode 3 so i need to distract myself. disclaimer of sorts, if you couldn’t tell, i see these guys as way more human than probably intended. like i feel as close to them as you would with say your childhood neighbours (DISCLAIMRR i was actually going to do all of them but i ended up not feeling like it. i overestimated myself for once with burner isn’t that crazy. i hope what i ended up writing is good)

roomy to me is one of the coolest types of characters like ever. shes been completely isolated for her whole life apart from daddy long legs being close with her, and she seems to be very desperate to please people and to just do whatever is “nice”. she doesn’t necessarily want or dream of anything because she hasn’t seen anything to want. episode 2 was the first exposure to the real world she’d ever gotten. also she really likes kit and spraypaint and was referring to them when she said “all for you two to explore”

-daddy long legs

despite him being the host, i dont actually think he’s the one behind burner. i don’t think he’s the one who teleported them in. and he definitely wasn’t born in the realm! he used to have a normal life in the real world until, thanks to the same being that teleported the contestants, he got sent to the realm without warning one day, and he has been instructed to do the same to other people and make them compete against eachother, for a reason which i havent exactly gotten figured out in my head yet, and hey, maybe he isn’t entirely sure either. anyway personality wise, i think his shyness and how he gets talked over indicates that during his time in the real world, he was seen as the quiet kid, and was shunned whenever he’d try to join in a conversation, and when he got teleported this of course stayed with him, although because of the burner contestants this will slowly begin to fade the more time he spends around them. also yes i do think our cast are the first people this is happening to

i love erasey and i am so crazy excited to see what’s going on with them as the series progresses. they used to be completely different as a person, sort of like limey or pilly. they were sent to the realm for a few minutes when they were a kid, even way before daddy long legs was, and from that point dedicated their life to figuring it out. however, during a sort of experiment of theirs that went wrong, they lost an eye and left arm, and were sort of broken by that, it was realised they’d bit off more than they could chew. that was when they became the erasey we know now, laid back and apathetic about most things. not hanger though. erasey loves hanger the way a mad scientist loves their lab rat, but in this case in the non fucked up Im Going To Torture You For Results way. lol

ah playdoh my least favourite one but really that doesn’t mean too much considering i love them all so dearly so i honestly love him too. he has no like psychological reason to be the way he is he’s just. a bitch. like that’s it. he expects everything from everyone around him and for him to do nothing in return for that to be deserved. the realm is his first experience where that is not the case and people are actually opposing him, hence why he’s the most hostile towards rosey and hanger. i like to think hes gonna be changed by the end of the show.

oh my goodness this guy. he is my 2nd favourite! i say this about every character but i mean it the most with him when i say i am super excited to see what their whole deal is and what the extent of his powers are and why they seem to know way more than he lets on. i also just really like his personality lol. one of my favourite moments in the show so far is when record said she was warming up for the challenge and tissues thought she meant literally warming up and got all worried that she was sick. them and record remind me of simon and marcy for literally no valid reason

I’m defining “deep cut” here as like. Any character I have thats underdeveloped bc I have to add more to a lot of them. I’m also gna pick them randomly bc if I picked the best cha tra cuter for every question this would take even longer than it already has LMAO 

💋 How affectionate are they with their friends? Their family? Their romantic partner(s) (if they have any)? Are they more physical or emotional when it comes to displaying their affection? Why?

Tora (<long story short she’s an oneiroi which is like a dream demon) is overall a pretty serious person, especially when dreaming. She doesn’t feel as at home in the surreal landscape as most other oneiroi do, she likes to be in control of every situation. Because of this, it usually surprises her coworkers to know that she is very nice towards her family— she isn’t all that close with her parents, but she is with her grandparents and younger siblings, being the oldest of four. With people older than her, she more so tries to be kind and respectful rather than actively affectionate, she really wants to impress her parents and grandparents and make them proud. But with her siblings, she likes teasing them in like an older sister way, but she can also be very nice and encouraging. She’ll like affectionately put them in a headlock and things like that a lot of the time, she’s only like verbally nice to them when something is wrong and she’s trying to cheer them up. (For the record she is (the equivalent of) 28 but her siblings are significantly younger, they’re 16F, 12M, and 9M.)

She’s capable of acting this way around people she’s close to outside of her family, but due to her frigid disposition (distant at best when she’s not being overly confrontational), she doesn’t tend to make a lot of friends, and has an even more difficult time finding romantic partners since she hates small talk and appearing fake or insincere. She also tends to be openly critical of other people, even when she doesn’t know them that well.

Nadia’s favorite meal is probably something like a specific flavor of cereal or something that she eats every single day. The type to have the same meal over and over again and not care. I don’t think she likes eating snacks in general. Dessert probably a milkshake, she likes sweet things in general but I think would prefer something you can just drink bc it is less trouble to eat and to clean up afterwards.

Drink hot chocolate or tea she likes both a lot she thinks hot drinks are calming. Obviously not coffee bc it has the opposite effect.

⭐ What is your OC afraid of? Any crippling phobias or some such? How do they act when scared and what helps them calm down? Does anyone ever find your OC scary? Why?

Victor is of course afraid of bodies of water due to the circumstances of his original death via drowning. I don’t want to go into every other thing he’s become afraid of due to the way his second life went before the story because it would be depressing, but like he doesn’t like being around unfamiliar adults basically and he is like shy and nervous around people in general. Unless if he thinks they’re much, much weaker than him and as such don’t pose any threat. This is why he was able to become friends with Joseph and Angel (<this is a joke because Victor is 15 Joseph is 13 and very sheltered at that but Angel is 19 and pretty physically strong so it is a joke at his expense. I should have just said that and not given any context these posts should make sense only to me)

When scared he’ll either like get angry and confrontational (if he’s around people he likes + doesn’t think he’s in actual danger) or like shut down completely like go very quiet and try not to be noticed. He can calm down by going to like he by himself or honestly just by having someone talk him down and reassure him. Not a stranger but someone he actually knows, even if he doesn’t believe them he’d like appreciate the effort. 

After the story, he stays living in Zeolan, where most people are surprisingly ok with demons even after that whole incident— the culture has a lot of like respect for the dead or whatever and there aren’t any negative superstitions that people associate with demons at all. People would only be scared of him if they were 1) small children who didn’t know what a demon was/didnt fully understand the concept 2) particularly paranoid abt the whole world collapsing event happening again. Maybe if he went abroad to somewhere where they were more familiar with demons and seeing one was considered bad luck/a sign of death to come or something. Then they’d probably be scared of him. But ordinarily not really.

🌳 Compare your OC to themself from 10 years ago. How has their mental state changed since then, how have they aged and grown up? Would they say they’re in a better place than they were back then or do they need help? What advice would they give their younger self? What advice would their younger self give to them now?

When the story takes place, Anjara is I think 22 let’s just say so she’s still very young. She’d probably tell her younger self, like, where the vent is that she can use to escape the factory. She’d warn her about the fire. Honestly, in personality, she’s still pretty similar to how she was at 12– obviously she’s more mature than a literal child. But in terms of her priorities in life and like her worldview, she still wants the same thing, which is to help her family and keep them safe. Only now, they think she’s been dead for 8 years since she has no way to contact them. So she’s like obviously very distressed over that they meant the world to her and still do etc etc but she feels like she at least has a plan now so that helps like keep her going or whatever, whereas before she was acutely aware they could all die at any moment. So like she’s not really in a worse place mental health wise necessarily. She’s just more lonely. Her younger self would probably be nice to her and tell her not to give up, maybe also to try to find friends/allies to help her instead of going it alone. In the last she was more appreciative of other people whereas she’s more paranoid now.

💙 What did your OC want to be when they grew up and why? Did they have any lifelong dreams or ambitions they never got to work on or are they currently working to achieve this dream? Has their life taken a very unexpected turn and put all these plans on hold for a while or have they given up on any dreams?

Let’s do Remy’s backstory back when he was a little frog alien growing up in an evil generic sci fi empire, he dreamed of escaping and living far away from it on a nicer planet that wasn’t a police state and actively arbitrarily evil. Genuinely he just wanted to live a peaceful life, he thought of becoming like a farmer or something, but nothing specific necessarily. As he got older he became more jaded and not as interested in this idea, and became 1) resigned to a life of misery 2) more resentful of the empire, putting up mild resistance to it and eventually getting into enough trouble that he had to escape and accidentally crash landed on a planet as of yet untouched by the empire. However, it was touched by comically evil sci fi corporation and so he was forced to become a shill for them and also make mediocre pop music. He’s famous he has a lot of dedicated fans and a lot of people who hate him and he’s stuck supporting a sinister institution so essentially it is still the exact opposite of what he was hoping for. At this point he’s like mostly given up on his dream as impossible since he’s like a prisoner and there are no off planet ships how sad 😞✌️

🌷 In what ways would your OC alter their body if they could? How would they do it using mundane means (hair dye, surgery, make-up?). What is their ideal look for themself?

Every single character I think of it’s either “they wouldn’t” or “they’re transgender” the only one this really applies to is Rocio and I refuse to cave and do her Ive talked abt her over and over again already. Ummm ok Henry would like to go back to being human, of course he’s used to living underwater by now and he doesn’t hate it or anything but he does resent it and at the end of the day he misses seeing the sun and the sky and breathing fresh air and et cetera. Obviously this is impossible to obtain via mundane means. Instead he compensates by wearing like a lot of jewelry accessories whatever he can find that he thinks looks nice. 

His ideal look for himself would be how his human self looked but with nicer hair and incredibly expensive clothing and taller and more conventionally attractive in every way. Also he’s from like the 1500s so he’s working by 1500s england standards.

🔹 First impressions of each other? for me: "sick, this guy loves animals and handles them with a lot of care, so he must be a decent guy" and for him: "what a shame that this girl is so painfully quiet and shy because she's really quite the looker" LMAO

🔹 How close were you as friends before you got together?  pretty damn close!!!! i'm demisexual so it takes a large amount of trust and familiarity with someone before i can develop feelings. at the start of our friendship i call him "dude" and "bro" (still do sometimes) and tbh the 'best friends' aspect of our relationship is still very prominent

🔹 Who fell for the other first? diego LMAOOO he's weak for a girl who bites back at him and can match his energy, which is something that's easy for me once i'm close to someone.. one day i jokingly told him to shut up and jabbed him in the ribs and he was like "oh shit 😳"

🔹 What initially attracted you to them versus what they were attracted to?  besides his charming personality and beautiful accent? im a sucker for that pretty face of his 😩 his short stature is soooo charming too.. seeing him in normal clothes outside of work was also a Big source of attraction. for him i'm sure it was initially the fact that i was playing hard to get HJKFDHKGS he loves a good challenge

I think all of these are the same person. My apologies if I've grouped in some that aren't, but they're all kind of talking about a similar topic, so I wanted to answer them together.

Making and maintaining friendships can be really hard, and I think it's gotten even harder in the past few years since people were so isolated for so long. Without knowing any of you, I can't really guess as to why these friendships aren't working out. Sometimes, it's just that the people a person is trying to be friends with aren't the right people for them, whether that's because they don't share common interests or values, whether that's because they have trouble communicating, or whether that's just because they don't "click". That's not the problem of either party- it's just something that happens sometimes. Other times, people grow apart from one another or become closer to other people. That really sucks, too, but again, it's not something that any one person did wrong. It's just what happens sometimes.

Sometimes, a person makes the people around them feel awkward or uncomfortable, usually because they have trouble "reading the room". They might violate the expectations other people had for how a social interaction would go, accidentally cross personal boundaries, fixate on a specific topic of conversation, ask questions that are too personal for the relationship they have with the person they're talking to, have trouble empathizing with other people's points of view, have difficulty reading nonverbal social cues, just have trouble maintaining a conversation, or a thousand other things. That doesn't mean that that person will never have friends or that they can't have positive social interactions with other people. But it does mean that sometimes, those skills need to be learned or practiced, or that the person does best with friends who don't mind those quirks.

Other times, people have patterns in their friendships and relationships that they don't recognize, but that push people away from them. Needing constant reassurance about social interactions, being too clingy or smothering (in the context of whatever that means for the person), ignoring boundaries, being critical, controlling, dishonest, or selfish, gossiping or spreading rumors about a person, being inconsistent or flaky, making insensitive remarks, or a thousand other things can contribute to a person feeling like a friendship isn't for them, even if it seemed like it would be a great match at the start. Again, this doesn't mean that someone who struggles with these patterns will never have friends or that they can't have lasting friendships with other people. But it does mean that they may need to become aware of these patterns and work to change them so that the friendship can continue to grow.

It's also important to remember that it's okay not to be everyone's cup of tea. Our self-worth isn't dependent on the number of friends we have or what other people think of us; it's dependent on how much we like ourselves and can recognize our good qualities. And, somewhat paradoxically, I think that liking ourselves makes other people like us more, too. It sounds cliche, but one of the best things you can to do make friends is to be a friend to yourself first. And as long as you can find a few good friends who like you for who you are and care about you, it's not so important what other people think.

I hope this is at least a little bit helpful. Without knowing you or what your friendships are like, it's hard to guess at what's going wrong or what could be going better. But those are some common factors in why people may have difficulty making and maintaining friendships, even when they are really great people.
