Here’s a photo tip for SF travelers… One of the best vantage points for the Golden Gate Bridge is near Fort Point. “The Point” is directly under the south side of the bridge and offers stunning views of the bridge. If you walk AWAY from the point by about 500 yards or so, you’ll get a great view of the GG bridge (too close to the Fort and you’ll be under the bridge). A bonus is that if you’re having a stroll nearby, you can also see Chrissy Field and Aquatic Park. #sanfrancisco #goldengatebridge #goldengate #sf #whattodoinsf #wheretostayinsf #wheretoeatinsf #sfblog #instagramspotsinsf #ilovetravel #justbackfrom #traveladdict #travelandlife #travelblogger #travelbloggers #travelblog #traveldiary #traveljournal #travelphotography #traveltips #travelwithme #iamtraveler #travelguide #travelcommunity #thetraveltribe #travellifestyle #mytravelgram #travelpic #travellife #wheretogonext (at Golden Gate Bridge) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSJ-Cy7H8Yj/?utm_medium=tumblr

An oldie but a goodie. One of the things I always recommend first time visitors to do in SF is to see a baseball game. I’m clearly a little (okay, a lot) biased, but I really believe that a baseball game offers a true Americana, fun-filled day for even non-baseball lovers. Even if you’re not a sports fan, you can enjoy some beers, eat their iconic crab sandwich or Gilroy Garlic Fries, and get stunning views of the San Francisco Bay from the cheap seats. Oracle Park is just so beautiful, with great food and drink options, and even some fun activities for the kiddos to do. That was a very long-winded way of saying: if you go to a baseball game, be sure to hit up Red’s Java House for my pre-game ritual. This place is no frills, but is a great locals spot for a cheap beer or some food before the game. Raise your hand if you’ve been to this iconic SF dive! 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ #redsjavahouse #redssf #sanfrancisco #sf #whattodoinsf #wheretoeatinsf #sfblog #foodie #foodblog #divebar #bestdivebars #divebarsf #sfdivebar #traveladdict #travelandlife #travelblogger #travelbloggers #travelblog #traveldiary #traveljournal #travelphotography #traveltips #travelwithme #iamtraveler #travelguide #travelcommunity #thetraveltribe #travellifestyle #mytravelgram #travelpic (at Red's Java House) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSE_1dxFkYD/?utm_medium=tumblr

Did you know that there’s a secret club behind the right outfield brick wall at Oracle Park? Most people don’t. But if you’re a Giants fan, you might know that the super exclusive Gotham Club hides behind those walls. If you’re sitting in the stands and looking toward the outfield brick wall, beneath the Arcade seats, you’ll find the scores of other games. Those scores are physically changed by people who’s only job throughout the game is to watch the scores of the other live games, and then update the scores by changing the wooden signs inside the club. With members-only access, the Gotham Club Clubhouse features on-field viewing before the game (in “The Bullpen”), a large bar and full service restaurant—all hidden behind the outfield scoreboard. From baseball shaped ice cube cocktails to Gilroy Garlic Fries and crab sandwiches without the line (IYKYK), the Gotham Club offers not just great food and cocktails but also a chance for true baseball fans to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, where you can peruse old NY Gothams, NY Giants and SF Giants memorabilia on the walls. If you thought that sounded cool, wait til you hear this: on the Suite Level there’s a second Gotham Club room hidden behind a door with a sign on it that says “Electrical Closet”. Behind those doors is a game room with two bowling lanes, a pool table, arcade-style video games, darts and more! #gothamclub #gothamclubmember #oraclepark #membersonly #sfgiants #giantsbaseball #giantsfan #gamerbabe #giants #sanfrancisco #sf #whattodoinsf #wheretoeatinsf #sfblog #sfblogger #sftravelguide #sftravel #coolestspotsinsanfrancisco #secretspotsinsf #bestbarsinsf #sffoodie #sffoodblog #mlb #mlbbaseball #sfgiantsfan #sfgiantsbaseball #gothamclub1883 (at The Gotham Club) https://www.instagram.com/p/CR9RIyglXeb/?utm_medium=tumblr
