Here is my revised request lol
Where it's a one-sided love/crush with yushiro, mitsuri, Obana, and Lady Tamayo, how the reader wishes them all the best but also just wants them. If there is even a sliver of chance for them to return their one-side love. If you feel like it, maybe they might have someone who is helping them move on from the one side love?
Get ready for this to hurt.
And if you’re in love, then you are the lucky one.
FT. Yushiro, Kanroji Mitsuri, Iguro Obanai, and Lady Tamayo. Gender Neutral reader.
WARNINGS: Angsty as hell. I drew the title from the song Youth by Daughter. Some reciprocation in Obanai’s. I also hope I did Yushiro justice. I’ve never written for him before. Um pretty emotional overall. Don’t forget to put on your sad music while reading this. These are going to be pretty long. Some were very obviously cut short due to how long they were getting, for that, I apologize. Please bear with me 😭
YUSHIRO
Each day you awoke longing for a purpose, and every time the day failed you. It wasn’t until you caught wind of the Demon Slayer Corps that things finally started to look up. It seemed perfect. You’d undergo training and then participate in a simple survival event. Of course, it wasn’t as easy as it sounded. The training you underwent was harsh, and the final selection was even worse. Each time the sun set you feared for your life until you remembered that this was the challenge that you had been waiting for. You claimed it to be your calling, despite not being very good at it.
When it was all said and done, you picked the metal for your weapon and went about your business. There had only been one other person to make it out of the selection alive. You remember being surprised. How could so many people have trained so hard only to lose their lives? One would have thought that they would have been properly prepared before entering the challenge. Though, you were hardly prepared yourself. It was nothing but sheer luck that kept you alive, and you were more than grateful.
It wasn’t long before your crow had begun to send you all over to complete missions. Each demon you encountered seemed to be much stronger than the last, a thought that frightened you. With each one you killed, you felt yourself growing more powerful. Your breathing techniques were perfect, it was just your lack of physical strength that caused you to struggle. But you weren’t too worried about it. If you had been able to take down the ones before, then there was nothing stopping you from taking down the one now, right?
Right?
That’s what you thought when you chased the lower rank six of the Twelve Kizuki into a corner. You were sure that it had nowhere else to go, which would ensure that you’d be able to kill it and move on to the next place. You were sure that if your stance was just right, then you’d be able to land the perfect blow and come out victorious. But you were wrong.
The demon wasted no time freeing itself of your presence before appearing behind you suddenly. Your heart had dropped, leaving you with nothing to do but hope that a fellow demon slayer would sense your distress and come to your aid. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The foul beast beat you within an inch of your life, leaving you to drown in your own blood. You cried as you lay there, unable to move. Your life had been short, but you were willing to accept it as it was and move on to the next one. Everything faded to black slowly, and you heard the sound of oxides speaking over you as you lost consciousness. You recalled smiling at the sound. They sounded like angels.
Approximately three days later, you awoke. You didn’t recognize the room you were in, which put you in edge. Bandages covered numerous wounds scattered across your body, an observation that led to you noticing your uniform top was missing. Thankfully you still had the bottoms on, or else you would’ve felt incredibly uncomfortable. You groaned in pain as you sat up. Your head was spinning.
“We thought you wouldn’t make it.” A gentle, feminine voice spoke. You turned to look at the speaker, your eyes landing on the most beautiful woman you had ever seen. Her skin was pale and glossy, her eyes an alluring shade of purple. She was elegant. She was an angel. Behind her stood a slightly shorter man. While he too was beautiful, you noticed that he looked far from pleased at your survival. The woman saw you avert your gaze and followed it, giving the man a stern look before turning back to you. “You may call me Tamayo,” she paused, “and he is Yushiro. Would you mind telling us about yourself, demon slayer?”
“How do you know I’m a” you trailed off and sighed. Of course. They must be demon slayers themselves if they recognized your uniform. “I don’t really have anything notable to say about myself. I joined the Demon Slayer Corps in hopes of being able to do something with my life. Before that it’s all mundane,” you frowned and swung your legs over the side of the bed. You winced as your feet hit the floor. If only you had died. You would’ve spared these people the trouble of looking after you. You met Tamayo’s gaze. “Are you affiliated with the Corps?”
She hesitated, stuttering slightly before simply smiling at you. “Why don’t you join us out here for some tea,” she suggested. Her response confused you, but you nodded nonetheless. She and Yushiro left, giving you some time to explore the room you were in. Your uniform top was folded neatly atop a nearby chair. You reached out and grabbed it. The thing must’ve been torn to shreds by that demon, seeing as there were many different colored patches decorating it. You sighed and slipped it on over your head.
Your body ached with each move you made, yet you persisted. Slowly, you made it out of the room and into the hallway. You followed the sounds of voices to an open room that appeared to be the main room. Tamayo had her hands folded neatly in her lap as she spoke to Yushiro, who had his legs crossed and his hands resting on his knees. He gave you a disgusted look before continuing his chat with Tamayo.
Hesitantly, you sat down with them, resting your legs neatly to the side. Tamayo turned to look at you before taking a deep breath. “You asked us if we were affiliated with the Corps in any way. To tell you the truth, we are. We know of them and they know of us.” Yushiro scoffed. “But we ourselves are not demon slayers. We are demons that exist freely of Muzan Kibutsuji’s control.” Your eyes widened. You had no clue that such a thing was possible. “We mean you no harm, truly. Our goals align with those of the Demon Slayer Corps.”
She gave you a second to process the information. You had so many questions, but you feared being rude. Sensing this, she gestured for you to go on. “How did you break free of his curse?” You were immediately answered by an annoyed sigh from Yushiro.
“Such a foolish question! Do not ask Lady Tamayo such things!” He glared at you.
“Yushiro. It is only right for them to ask questions. Don’t shun them,” she paused, mulling over her next words. “I spent many years trying to free myself of Muzan’s control. But it wasn’t until I was spared by a very kind man that I was freed. Since then, I have dedicated my life to the study of both demon and human biology,” she hung her head slightly, averting her gaze. You could tell by her tone that she was thankful to have been spared. It nearly brought tears to your eyes.
“What about Yushiro? Was he not a servant of Muzan too?” You asked slowly, tilting your head. Yushiro crossed his arms and looked away, biting his tongue to avoid making Tamayo upset.
“Ah… Yushiro. He had a chronic illness that kept him bedridden for years. His condition would worsen each day I was taking care of him. He was practically dying before my eyes. I gave him the choice to go on living that way, or to be cured and live longer as a demon. There weren’t any promises I could make him about the treatment’s effectiveness, but I couldn’t bear to watch him suffer.” You listened in awe. She was so sweet, and you thought that it was the most amazing thing.
“So you…” were a human. You looked at Yushiro. These two beings before you had rejected their existences as demons and chose to aid humans instead. It really was quite wonderful. “You two… are amazing.” Tamayo’s eyes widened at your words. She seems taken aback by your honesty. Yushiro seemed equally as stunned, his eyes briefly looking over at you. After all, it was rare that they weren’t treated like the monsters that they were.
“Why… thank you.” Tamayo smiled softly, a light hearted expression gracing her features.
Over time you began to heal. The everlasting soreness in your body had finally begun to fade, which allowed you to help out around the house. Tamayo had gone out and bought you a casual yukata so you wouldn’t constantly be in your uniform. You wore it whenever it was clean to show her how much you appreciated it. Oh she was so sweet to you. Yushiro too. Since the time you had first joined them, he had really warmed up to your being there.
The two of you would often go out together and pick herbs for Tamayo. He knew all of the right places to look, and how to tell if what he was looking for was ripe or not. You admired his knowledge on the topic, often remarking on his experience when you were out. Every now and then he’d show you what you should look for, but you were mainly just there to provide some form of protection if the need arose. Not that you didn’t think he was capable of protecting himself— it’s just that Tamayo stated that it would be better if you went out and kept watch for him.
This time was just like the last, but only in the sense that you were on the lookout for other demons while he was working. It seemed that recently your feelings toward him had changed. He had grown close enough to you to tell you about his feelings for Tamayo, and you had grown close enough to him to realize that you had fallen for him. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. It just made things a little awkward for you.
“Here. Hold this,” he huffed as he shoved an armful of the plants into your arms. “Lady Tamayo said that she needed a lot this time,” he mumbled to himself. You nodded with a sigh. He admired her so much, and she only saw him as a friend. It was comical when you didn’t think about the pain that it caused him. In many ways, you and him were similar. But you knew he didn’t want to compare himself to a mortal being such as yourself.
“What else did she say she needed?” You asked, peering over the heap of herbs in your arms to look at him. He had frozen in place, his eyes narrowed. “What is it?” You whispered, now on edge. Instinctively, you reached out for your sword, dropping the herbs in the process.
In the blink of an eye, Yushiro pushed you to the side and blocked an attack from the demon that he had assumed was following you through the forest. He groaned as he fought it off, wincing at the relentless assault. You quickly rose to your feet, katana in hand, and leaped at the monster. You managed to cut its head off with one swift movement.
“Are you alright?” He asked, quickly turning to look at you. His hands grasped your cheeks, moving your face around to see if you were hurt in any way. The action caused your face to flush. Yushiro noticed that your face had gotten slightly warmer, taking his hands away and giving you a confused look before turning and picking up the herbs.
“Can I… tell you something?” You asked slowly, attempting to aid him. He moved away from you and muttered a sharp ‘no’.
The walk home was spent in awkward silence. Maybe he’d realized how you felt about him. Maybe not. You weren’t sure, and it bothered you horribly. He kept his distance from you, his head turned so he wouldn’t have an opportunity to glance at you. It broke your heart. In such a short amount of time, he had begun to mean everything to you, and yet, you were nothing. He’d push you to the side and focus on Tamayo, you were sure.
And you were right. In the days following that little incident, he avoided you. He went out by himself everywhere and hardly spoke to you when he passed by. It pained you more than you had thought, seeing as Tamayo could sense your hurt. She sighed as she stood outside of your room. Emotions to her were like a wavelength that she could visualize. What you were feeling was strong enough to suffocate her. It only made her worry about you.
“Can I come in?” She asked slowly, knocking gently on the door. You mumbled a response and she walked in. “Is everything between you and Yushiro alright?” She sat down next to you on your bed, her concerned eyes meeting yours.
“Yeah. Everything’s fine. We just ran into a demon the other day, so it’s got him shaken,” you frowned, turning your head away from her. You could feel your lip quiver. Just thinking about it made your heart ache. After a few more seconds of sitting there, you sighed. There was a possibility that she could help you through your emotions. You turned back to face her, your tone slightly wistful. “I think I love him, Tamayo. There’s no realistic way for me to tell him or even be with him because he’s not human, but I feel so strongly for him in a way that I’ve never felt about anyone before…” you hung your head.
“I see…” she trailed off. There wasn’t really any form of advice she could offer you and she felt bad. “Don’t fault him for not knowing his emotions well enough to properly respond. He may not fully come around, but he will want to start being around you again,” she placed a gentle hand on your shoulder. “Just give it time.” You nodded, biting the inside of your cheek as you thought.
Just give it time.
But you didn’t have the time he did. You were doomed to die much sooner than he could ever dream of.
Tamayo left you alone with your thoughts. Of course you wanted to listen to her, but you knew it would be best if you didn’t. There was no sense in waiting when he had his heart set on Tamayo. And that hurt you more than anything. You laid back onto your bed, frowning.
Just give it time.
MITSURI
For years you had been a hashira alongside Mitsuri. Rengoku had trained you both when you joined the corps, but even then you had known her prior to serving in the corps. The whole reason you became a demon slayer was because she wanted to. She just didn’t want to go through it alone, which was fair. While Rengoku had taught you his breathing technique, neither you nor Mitsuri had resonated strongly with it. You made the choice to invent your own technique called ‘ice breathing,’ and she followed suit. Together, you made your way up the ranks and became hashiras.
It seemed that you did everything together.
If she were assigned a mission, she’d drag you along with her. If she wanted to go out to town, then she’d ask you if you wanted to go. Even your estates were in the same village. You really just couldn’t escape her.
It didn’t bother you much though. She was your friend, after all.
But you couldn’t help but want more. You had wanted more with her for such a long time you felt you were beginning to lose your mind.
There had been many times where you had gotten her alone to confess, but each time was interrupted by her crow calling her out to take care of something. Each of the hashira could see that you had fallen for Mitsuri, with the exception of Obanai. He had steered clear of everyone as soon as he gained the title of hashira. You on the other hand, had not. Tengen had been a good friend of yours outside of Mitsuri.
Actually, he had been the one talking you through the whole process. He claimed that since he had three wives, he was the right guy to ask. Because of this, you found yourself in many odd situations in the name of love. Unfortunately, Mitsuri just didn’t notice. She had always been told that she was undesirable because of her appearance, and yet, she was the most beautiful woman you’d ever seen.
You had a plan this time. A plan that was slightly guaranteed to work. Even if it didn’t work in your favor, it’d still work. You’d get her alone under the stars and propose. Yes, propose. Marriage amongst hashira wasn’t really accepted, due to the circumstances of the title, but no one had to know. As long as you had her you’d be happy.
“So what’re you going to do when you get her alone?” Tengen asked, attempting to lift up your spirits. He’d promised to keep the whole thing a secret, which you’d greatly appreciated. You couldn’t have been more thankful for his help. Especially now that you were so in need of it.
“I’m going to take her hands, look into her eyes and tell her how I feel!” You nodded, your expression serious. All of this seemed rather silly, but his enthusiasm was making you feel better.
“That’s right! And what’s she going to do?” He wrapped a large, beefy arm around your shoulder, pulling you close to him with a grin. You chuckled and pushed him away.
“Yes!” You paused, looking away in embarrassment. “This feels stupid,” you sighed, shaking your head. “Why are we doing this again?”
“We’re doing this so you won’t back out at the last minute,” he raised a brow as he looked at you. His hands landed on his hips. Why was this grown man full of such sassiness? You rolled your eyes.
“I’m not going to back out!” You argued, but to no avail. Tengen mocked you with his hand, a smirk growing on his lips.
“I mean, if it doesn’t work out you can always marry me,” the taller man spit out nonchalantly. His words caused you to choke on air. You gave him a look, feigning disgust as you stared at him.
“Yeah no, I’ll pass,” you shuddered at the thought.
“I’m just saying.”
You sighed once more, looking out at the scenery. The sun was beginning to set, which meant that you would soon be alone with Mitsuri. The thought both scared and excited you. After all, you’d finally get the chance to tell her a secret that you’ve kept for so long. Even if she didn’t feel the same, at least you’d get the satisfaction that came with finally having your question answered.
The stars shined brightly overhead, perfectly visible from the tree you had chosen to sit under. Mitsuri would be arriving any moment now. Any moment. Your heart rate only increased as the seconds passed. Tonight was different from all of your other attempts, but only in the sense that you were asking to be bound to her forever. Well, either way you’d be with her, but you wanted to be with her.
“There you are!” Your friend cheerily called out, grinning as she sat next to you. “I’m so sorry I was late! Iguro gifted me these pretty green socks and treated me to some sweets afterward! They were the most delicious sweets I’d ever had!” She giggled gleefully at the thought. “Oh if only you had been there! Did you know that Iguro is actually a sweetie? Oh he’s such a sweetie! And he’s cute, too! I had to refrain from blushing the whole time, it was so embarrassing!” She continued to giggle, trailing off when she remembered that it was you that had asked her to join you. Her face flushed and she looked up at the sky. “So how come you wanted to hang out all the way out here?”
You swallowed, hanging your head in shame. Of course. Obanai. Your heart ached as you sat next to her. She had said he was cute, but that didn’t mean anything, did it? She said that about everyone she liked. Your hands clutched your slayer uniform. This was foolish of you. There was no way you had thought that you stood a chance at getting with Mitsuri. It was almost laughable. You had no idea how Tengen entertained the idea for so long.
“Hello…?” She leaned forward and waved her hand in front of your face. The motion pulled you from your thoughts, causing you to jump slightly. “Ah! There’s my friend! I was starting to think I’d lost you!” She smiled widely and giggled once again.
“My apologies,” you forced a nervous chuckle, your face flushing a light shade of pink. Thankfully she didn’t notice. “I didn’t mean to zone out on you.” Your heart pounded. You needed to leave as soon as possible. You couldn’t bear to be around her in this moment. It was hurting you. “I actually had something I wanted to talk to you about—“
“Caw! Head west to the nearest town! Caw! Get moving! Get moving!” Mitsuri’s crow called out. Its raspy voice ruined the moment entirely, making you frown. Your friend rose to her feet quickly, giving you a sympathetic look.
“Would you like to join me?” She asked sweetly, but you declined. “Alright! I’m going to go find Iguro and see if he wants to go! I’ll see you later, friend!” You waved, giving her a soft smile as she ran off. As soon as she was no longer in your line of sight, you ran to find Tengen. He’d promised you that he’d stay in the area for your sake, a promise that you really hadn’t expected to see through.
You ran, your breathing heavy and your heart heavier. You cursed yourself mentally for being so stupid. Actually, you were mid swear when Tengen stumbled upon you.
“Woah there! I’m guessing that things didn’t go well?” You shot him a glare before simply breaking down. He took a step back, unsure of how to handle the situation. Of course he’s comforted people before, but that didn’t mean that things like this didn’t catch him off guard. After a few seconds of watching you cry in silence, he stepped forward and hugged you. In all actuality, he had thought that you had this in the bag. He really saw no reason as to why you wouldn’t.
You never really explained things to him until the next day, which even then you were reluctant to do. Of course he had told you that you should go out for it again, but you disagreed. Obanai made her giddy in a way that you felt you couldn’t, so you saw no point in competing.
Things would be easier if you just stayed her friend.
OBANAI
Days turned into weeks that turned into months. Soon those months would turn into years. You had been staying at the home of Shinobu Kocho for ages now due to an injury you had received while you were away on a mission. The demon had nearly taken off your arm, breaking several of your bones in the process. Thankfully, you were able to kill if before it could kill you, but it resulted in you calling for aid.
Only a handful of your fellow demon slayers had set aside time to visit you, including your close friend and fellow hashira Gyomei. Each time he visited you he wound up sobbing, praising you for your resilience and bravery. He cared a lot for you, and your recent incident had caused him to worry about you more than usual. He had even set aside missions to help Shinobu take care of you. He was a true friend.
Aside from him, only one other hashira had come to visit you. Iguro Obanai.
Obanai was someone that you didn’t really know all too well, despite both reaching the rank of hashira at the same time. You had always been friendly with him, of course, but it never really went farther than that. You thought of him as alluring and slightly mysterious. His silence intrigued you, as did his mask and his snake. He was an enigma in your eyes.
With your curiosity arose some issues. The deeper you dove into his history, the more you found yourself longing to get to know him. You couldn’t even think about him normally without getting slightly flustered, which upset you. After all, your feelings towards him were rooted in your curiosity, nothing more.
“How are you doing today, my friend?” Gyomei’s voice met your ears. He ducked as he entered the room, walking over and sitting on the chair next to your bed.
“Not too bad, actually,” you grinned, “I was able to walk around the corridor earlier! You should’ve been there! I didn’t even need help standing!” You chuckled softly and Gyomei smiled softly. Tears began to slide down his cheeks as he faced you.
“You are so strong! I’m so happy for you!” He clasped his hands together, tilting his head back dramatically. You rolled your eyes, smiling. “I hope that you continue to do well!” Your smile only grew at his enthusiasm. He was sweet, that was for sure.
“Gyomei, I’ve got a question for you,” you asked slowly, waiting for him to calm down some.
“What is it, dear friend?”
You shifted in your bed, suddenly feeling nervous. “What do you know about Obanai? I know it’s odd, but I can’t help but be curious. I don’t really know too much about him. Though, now that I think about it, you probably don’t either. He doesn’t talk much,” you sigh, chuckling softly. He was confusing, that much was true.
“I know only what I’ve been told,” your friend paused, “which is very little. I’m apologize, friend,” he rose to his feet, his hands still clasped together. “I will make time to visit you again next week. I cannot wait to see how much better you are doing then!” He smiled once more before leaving.
Your time alone was brief. The door closed, only to open again, revealing the man that you had just asked about. All you could do was offer him a smile. He walked forward some and sat, looking at you for a few seconds before audibly taking a deep breath.
“How are you?” He asked bluntly. The snake around his neck eyed you, its tongue reaching in your direction.
“I’m just as good as I was yesterday,” you tease but he doesn’t react. Talking to him is like talking to a rock. “They had me walking down the hallway earlier, which means that I should be doing more by the end of the week, though, it just depends on what Shinobu has to say about my condition.” You smiled. He was really good at getting you to ramble so he could avoid conversation. You found it funny, in a way. He’d rather listen to you speak than have to talk.
“Here, I brought you this,” he reached forward, revealing a brand new haori. You gasped at the sight. It looked just like the one you had lost when you got injured. Grinning, you took it from his hands and held it in the air to get a better look. Its resemblance to your old one was impressive. You hugged it and giggled.
“How did you get this?” You look up at him. His face looks slightly flushed, but you think nothing of it.
“I heard that you didn’t have your old one anymore. I know a seamstress in the town over, so I commissioned her to make you a new one.” He wasn’t about to tell you that he had memorized the patterns from observing you so often. No, that sounded weird. He was hoping that you wouldn’t question him any further.
“Thank you, Obanai. I really appreciate your gift.” You looked down at the haori, playing with the fabric between your fingers. Hopefully you’d be able to wear it soon.
After that, Obanai began to miss days. Once he had come in with Mitsuri, which hurt you to see. They looked happy together, so you couldn’t really be too upset, but it did bother you some. Each time he stopped by, he seemed to be less talkative than before, which you didn’t know could happen. With each day he missed, you seemed to be getting better. Within a week, you were able to go out on small missions in the nearest town. A few days after that, you were finally back to your regular routine.
Shinobu had discharged you from her infirmary, which meant that you finally got to return to your own estate. With everything going on, you had yet to stop and check in with Gyomei. You felt bad about it, but you couldn’t just skip out on these missions. There had been so much in your area that you hadn’t been able to take care of, and you needed to get to work on it.
“Caw! Head east, head east! Caw!” Your crow’s cries echoed into the air. Its shrill voice never failed to make you cringe. “Dangerous! Backup will be there! Caw!” You sighed and continued on. Hopefully it would be Gyomei.
You reached the area, looking out at the dark forest that threatened you. You couldn’t help but wonder what had hidden itself in there that was considered dangerous enough for you, a hashira, to need backup.
The sound of footsteps caused you to draw your blade, pointing its edge at the culprit. Obanai didn’t even jump, looking at you with his hetrochromatic eyes. He seemed surprised to see you already out in the field, wearing the haori he got you, no less. His face flushed slightly and he pushed past you, hoping you didn’t notice.
“Sorry about that. I’m a little on edge,” you admitted, sheathing your blade and catching up to him. “I didn’t know you were in the area.”
“Pure coincidence.”
“Right…” you eyed him before nodding. “So how’s everything back at the headquarters? I know you live relatively close to it. How are the others?”
“They’re all fine.”
“Gyomei too?”
“Gyomei too.” His tone got slightly more bitter at the mention of Gyomei, something that nearly went over your head. You froze, giving him a confused look.
“Do you not like Gyomei?” You tilted your head, your brows furrowing.
“I find him to be very respectable.” He paused. “… how do you feel about Mitsuri?” His question only confused you more.
“She’s a great slayer, and really sweet. I like her,” you caught up to him once again. “Why…?”
“Are you and Gyomei engaged?” He blurted out, turning to look at you. You were caught so off guard by his gaze that you took a step back.
“Of course not! He and I are just close friends! I thought everyone knew that.” Well clearly not everyone knew that. You cleared your throat, looking out around you for any signs of danger. Weird. You weren’t sensing anything. “What’s all of this about?”
“Nothing, I—“ he cut himself off, continuing on with his walk. He stopped again and turned back to face you. “Mitsuri and I aren’t engaged either.”
He turned back around, not wasting any time heading deeper into the forest. Your body was frozen in confusion. That whole interaction was weird. You shook it off and ran after him.
You couldn’t help but feel better now that you knew about him and Mitsuri, though. Yes it was weird, but it had bothered you since he had stopped coming around. Truth be told, you had fallen for him not long after he had begun his daily visits. The fact that he cared enough to give you his attention daily made you feel like you were special, and you liked that. Who wouldn’t?
Once he came back into sight, you slowed down, making sure he was aware that it was you instead of a demon. You rested your hand on the hilt of your katana, following him in silence. That’s how the rest of the mission was spent, in silence. The two of you never really found the supposed dangerous demon, but you didn’t mind. At least now you could rest easy knowing that you stood a slight chance with your fellow hashira.
LADY TAMAYO
For as long as you could remember, you had been under the care of Lady Tamayo and her assistant Yushiro. Your life prior to joining them was a memory that eluded you. No matter how hard you tried, you just couldn’t remember how you had met them. They had tried to explain it all to you before, but it never made sense. Demons? Demon slayers? It all sounded like a fairy tale.
Tamayo had entrusted you with taking care of the garden out behind the house, a duty you had accepted happily. You enjoyed watering the various herbs. Their lives were just as valuable as yours, and you made sure to treat them with as much tenderness as you could.
Every now and then Tamayo would come and help you, but that was rare. She usually spent her time inside, studying away at human biology. It interested you some, but you knew better than to interrupt her.
When Tamayo wasn’t available, you’d spend your time with Yushiro. He never really got a say in the matter, but thankfully he had learned to stop protesting a while ago. The two of you were walking down the streets of the town the house was hidden in. Despite it being late, there were many vendors that were still open. Their resilience intrigued you. You reached out and tugged on Yushiro’s sleeve, smiling softly.
“Do you think that Lady Tamayo would like this?” You asked, holding up an intricate painting of a woman looking at the moon. Yushiro looked at it, his eyes widening slightly. He was impressed by the strokes on the canvas. Tamayo was fond of art, so of course she would like it, but Yushiro didn’t want her to favor you more than she did him. He crossed his arms.
“Get it. But make sure to tell her that I helped you pick it out,” he said stubbornly before turning to walk once more.
Eagerly, you bought the painting, carrying it under your arm as you followed Yushiro. He stopped suddenly, holding his head in his hand. You recognized this behavior, grabbing his shoulder and leading him off to the side and sitting him down. He looked pale than usual, and you sighed.
“When was the last time you ate?” You asked, setting the painting to the side gently. The man only grunted in response, pouting as he avoided your concerned gaze.
“… last week…” he mumbled.
“Last week?! You know you’re not supposed to go that long without food!” You panicked and looked around. Nobody could see you. With a huff, you scooted towards him. “Listen, you can feed off of me just this once. It’s too risky to have you roaming the streets while starved,” you sighed, “you must’ve felt like you were going insane! Oh come here…” you pulled down the shoulder of your kimono, revealing more skin than you would’ve liked. Yushiro eyed you. The thought of eating even a bit of your flesh scared him. What if Tamayo found out? What would she think of him?
“Hurry up!” You whispered through your teeth, giving him a glare. He was taking way too long to make up his mind. Unfortunately, you didn’t have time. He sighed and leaned forward, taking a bite out of your skin.
About five minutes later, the two of you returned to the town. He seemed to be in a better mood now, which was good. You just couldn’t believe that he was walking around while hungry like that. Things would’ve been bad if he had snapped.
“Hey Yushiro?”
“What?”
“Do you think Lady Tamayo likes anyone?” You asked as you readjusted the painting. It was random, but you couldn’t help but be curious. His cheeks flushed a rosy pink and he sighed.
“I don’t think so. She’s too focused on doing her duties to set aside time for things like romance,” he frowned slightly as he spoke.
“Hey Yushiro?”
“What?”
“I think I like Lady Tamayo.” Your words made him choke on nothing. He hadn’t expected that in the slightest.
“You and me both…” he mumbled, leading you back to the house.
Tamayo loved the painting, choosing to hang it at the end of the hallway. Every time she saw you she made sure to thank you for the thoughtful present. Her compliments made you giddy, usually causing your face to flush a little.
You felt that your feelings for her only got stronger with each day that passed. Hell, you couldn’t even think of her without getting butterflies in your stomach. It was beginning to get in the way of your work. On times she’d come out to the garden to help you, you wouldn’t be able to speak. You were sure that if you said something, you’d butcher it so badly that you’d have to ask Yushiro to end your misery.
You sighed as you pulled another weed from the ground near the garden. The herbs were looking great, despite it being their off season. The luscious green plants surrounded you. They were nearly big enough to hide you completely, and you took great pride in that fact.
“Hey, are you ready to go out? Lady Tamayo said that she needed some time alone for a while.” Yushiro’s voice caused you to perk up. You nodded and gave him a smile.
“Hold on! I need to change real quick!” You stood up and went inside to your room. It didn’t take you long before you were standing in front of Yushiro, asking him what the plan was for tonight.
“Let’s stay in town.”
“Alright.”
There weren’t as many shops open tonight, unfortunately, so you and Yushiro just took to heading towards the park in the middle of the town. It was a small park, but that didn’t stop it from being beautiful. You sighed as you sat down onto the grass. A part of you wished to find another gift for Tamayo, but your options were limited.
You looked up at the moon, taking in its glory in silence before turning back to your friend.
“Does your love for Lady Tamayo ever cause you pain?” You asked.
“Sometimes.”
“Sometimes?”
“Yeah.”
A part of you understood what he meant. Sometimes she was so beautiful that it caused your heart to throb in agony. Maybe it was because you knew that she would never be yours. Either way, your giddy love for her was beginning to torment your weary soul. You didn’t enjoy being around her simply due to the fact that her sweet words wouldn’t fail to cause you some sort of pain.
“Yeah…” you repeated, sighing once more.

Swap au where Kokushibo defected and Muzan Frankenstein’s monster’d Yoriichi back to life as a replacement.
(Link to my divorce court post here)
Lore under da cut!
Muzan spent a good 300 years messing around with Yoriichi’s corpse in order to revive him; a measure that was equal parts revenge on Kokushibo and reassurance for the demon king himself.
Because of this, Yoriichi’s memory and personality are a complete mess— most demons take mental damage from working under Muzan, but it is much, much worse for Yoriichi.
He has no memories of his human life and is missing much of his personality. His Sun Breathing is also significantly weaker, and he is no longer stronger than Muzan.
Muzan abuses all of his demons to an extent, but I imagine he would take a lot of satisfaction from being particularly cruel to Yoriichi, or forcing Yoriichi to do things that he knows would be unforgivable to his human self.
Yoriichi, of course, doesn’t know any of that. He’s really not doing well mentally, but because he has no memory or reference point, is kind of just like, ‘this is my life.’
The few demons who’ve met him consider Yoriichi extremely unsettling and unnatural, kind of like how we humans might view a zombie or an uncannily lifelike animatronic.
His bare face is known to stun demons or give them extreme flashbacks, and has been mandated by Muzan to wear a veil at all times.
Yoriichi has never been challenged for his position by another Upper Rank.
He is NOT sun-resistant. Yoriichi perhaps could’ve been if Muzan hadn’t modified his biology so much (much of the modifications were born out of Muzan’s fear that Yoriichi would surpass or turn on him, as well as his spite for Yoriichi ever making him feel weak).
Yorriichi is not prone to cruelty or violence.
He doesn’t usually kill unless prompted to by Muzan or fed by Lady Tamayo, who, as Muzan’s lab partner and secretary, has frequent contact with Yoriichi.
BONUS FACT:
Because of his success in turning Yoriichi into a demon. Muzan has developed a habit of turning any demon slayer he encounters instead of killing them. There are a few Upper Ranks that were recruited through this method.
Nowdays, corps members will replace three or four of their back teeth with a potent wisteria toxin, as well as carry around an emergency vial on their person to inject themselves with in case they’re ever forcefully introduced to demon blood. It’s worth noting that this is a very modern invention, only recently developed because of the the joint efforts of the former shinobi clan leader, Uzui Tengen, and Kocho Shinobu, the corps head medical expert.

Demon Slayer AU where everything is the same except Yoriichi is a ghost.
He’s corporal/people can see him, he can change his appearance from when he was a kid to when he was old.
He follows Tanjiro around. They met sometime before the Hashira Training Arc for sure, but how early depends on what the writer decides. Has he been there since pre-canon? Or did he show up after the Entertainment District Arc (would honestly make most sense since Tanjiro didn’t know about Sun Breathing until after Mugen Train, but again this is an AU).
He meets Muichiro, and after it clicks that he’s Michikatsu’s descendant Yoriichi follows him around too, eager to be close with the family he could never have.
Depending on when they met, Yoriichi could help Muichiro recover is missing memories earlier than in canon.
Other things about/to include in the AU:
Kamaboko Squad centric (Tanjiro, Nezuko, Inosuke, Zenitsu, Kanao, Genya, AND Aoi and Senjuro)
each member gets a one-on-one interaction with him at some point, which will add to their own personal character growth
Whether or not Yoriichi can physically interact with others is up to the writer
making him able to fight demons seems kinda OP, so unless the writer can find a way to make it make sense about how he can maybe don’t do that
maybe he can exude enough strength to stun demons, but not fully kill them
can he pick things up, or do they just pass through him?
He helps train Tanjiro, making him more proficient in Sun Breathing
this can give Tanjiro more time to hone is Water Breathing. It always irked me that Tanjiro didn’t practice Water Breathing as much when he discovered Sun Breathing (don’t quote me on that, I get my info from TikToks and reaction videos. But why learn two breathing styles and not increase your skill in both?)
this can allow a Giyuu training session in the Hashira Training Arc that we didn’t get to see
Expanding on Yoriichi changing his age: I feel like the older he presents himself, the more power he would have. So when he’s fighting, he’s somewhere between his 20s and 80s. However, because this takes up a lot of energy, when he’s not fighting he’s typically in the form of himself as a child or in his teens
whether or not his mentality/maturity is affected when he’s at different ages is up to the writer so long as it’s not portrayed in an erotic/kinky way
Yoriichi can give tips to the Hashiras that those in the Sengoku Era used (information always has the potential to be forgotten, so maybe there were some tricks that were forgotten about?)
can provide more information about Muzan and his weaknesses, since he was the only swordsman who came close to killing the Demon King
Interactions with Lady Tamayo and Yushiro!
Fluffy moments! Slice of Life, Found Family, all the tropes! Let him be the father to the Kamaboko Squad that they never had/lost (let him have the chance to be the father he never got to be)
Lots of interactions with Genya (is my favoritism showing?)
bonding over being the younger brother
bonding over their endless love for their older brothers
bonding over their older brothers who do so much to hurt them, but they just can’t stop admiring them
Let Yoriichi give Sanemi a talking to
yes, I understand why Sanemi acted towards Genya the way he did. He wanted to protect him, keep him out of danger. However. Good intentions DO NOT give you a free pass on bad actions.
the way that Sanemi treated Genya was cruel and frankly unacceptable; he could’ve gone about it in a much more mature manner
Interactions with Giyuu and Yoriichi!!
mostly bc Giyuu is my fav Hashira, but I notice a lot of similarities between them
Maybe Yoriichi can provide information about Kokushibo/Uppermoon 1?
Yoriichi has the flute that Michikatsu gave him with him in his ghost form
Additional weaknesses up to the writer (this goes for powers too)
Kamaboko Squad showing Yoriichi present-day things
A mix of fluff, angst, etc.
rating is up to the author
ANY SHIP is welcome so long as it is:
legal
not a pro-ship
treated respectfully/with some level of understanding
^^continuing from this, it doesn’t matter if you include SaneKane, SaneGiyuu, ShinoGiyuu, ShinoMitsu, SaneMitsu, ObaGiyuu, UzuRen, or any other pairing, polyamorous included. It doesn’t matter if there’s no ships at all. Everyone has there own preferences, and it’s up to both the reader and the writer to be respectful about it
This is all I’ve come up with for now! I’ll most likely come back and add more at some point, but if you have any ideas or suggestions let me know too!
If you end up using this idea, credit me with my Tumblr, and if you want to as well my AO3 which can be found in my profile :)

Hi! So I saw that you are doing Isekai'ed reader in Demon Slayer and thought of this.
How about a Isekai'ed reader that was raised by Lady Tomayo? Like their mother either ran away due to not wanting to raise a child as a single parent or they died in childbirth and there were no other relatives?
Summary: Lady Tamayo and her companion find you in the middle of the Winter, alone and crying, so they take you in.
Warnings: Child Abandonment
A/N: Isekai, Gender Neutral Reader, Lady Tamayo, Yushiro
Lady Tamayo and her companion Yushiro were out in the forest during the night, trying their best to gather some medical herbs that could only be found during the cold Wintertime.
"Lady Tamayo, is this enough?" Yushiro asked as he showed the basket full of herbs to his Mistress and the beautiful woman smiled as she nodded, "They are excellent. Thank you Yushiro."
The young male smiled brightly as he was praised and the two of them gathered their stuff and were ready to leave the forest and return back to their base… When they suddenly heard a child's cry coming from deeper parts of the forest.
"What the-?" Both Tamayo and Yushiro frowned as they followed the crying sound and soon they found a child alone, small and crying their eyes out. That child was you.
What a pitiful sight you were, dressed in tattered clothes in the middle of the cold Winter.
"Ah, oh dear…" Lady Tamayo frowned as she immediately dropped her basket full of herbs and rushed to you.
"Dear child, you're freezing…" She frowned as she removed her jacket and wrapped it around your small shivering body.
"L- Lady Tamayo, you will get cold!" Yushiro gasped as he moved to take off his jacket, but the kind Demon woman shook her head, "I'll be fine, thank you Yushiro…"
The young Demon male still took off his jacket and wrapped it around his Mistress, not wanting her to feel cold even for a second.
Lady Tamayo frowned as she looked at you, observing and calculating your health. You seemed so thin like you had been starving and never had received a full meal before.
But what was weird was that there weren't any footsteps in the snow around you. As if you had just appeared there out of nowhere.
"There there…" The Demon hushed gently as she hugged you to warm you up faster and to offer you some comfort.
As she held you, your crying started to slowly die out, no doubt due to exhaustion. Finally, you couldn't cry anymore and looked at the Demon holding you through red teary eyes.
"W- Where is my mommy?" You asked and Lady Tamayo blinked, "Mommy?"
"S- She told me to wait… And if I did, she would get me candy… So I waited, but not because of the candy!"
"Then why did you wait?"
"I…" You swallowed as tears fell down your red cheeks, "I just wanted Mommy to be happy…"
"Oh…" Lady Tamayo frowned as she could already tell that you had been abandoned by the very same woman who gave birth to you and whose main focus should have been your well-being.
"B- But then it got dark suddenly and there was all this snow…!" You hiccupped as you started crying again, "I- I'm a bad child…! Just like mommy said…! I'm a mistake and I should never have been born-!"
"Hush, little one," Lady Tamayo hushed as she used her kimono's long sleeve to wipe your face clean, "You are not a mistake. Don't think that way even for a second."
"Mistress…" Yushiro frowned as he watched her comfort you. You were so young, what, maybe 5 or 6 at most. What kind of a mother would abandon their own child? These were the times when humans appeared more like Demons.
As you tried your hardest to stop crying, Lady Tamayo had made up her mind.
"Little one, would you like to come with me and Yushiro here?" She asked, much to Yushiro's shock and your confusion.
"B- But my mommy…?"
"Don't worry little one," Lady Tamayo smiled as she gently embraced you and picked you up like you weighed nothing, "Me and Yushiro, we will be the family you deserve…"
You sniffled as you nodded and with that, the Demon carried you out of the snowy forest and into her and her companion Yushiro's humble house where they hid from Demon King and Demon Slayers.
She and Yushiro weren't maybe the family you deserved, but they were the family you needed.
In the beginning, you were a little shy, but with proper clothes, big portions of food, and a warm home, you started to quickly warm up to the Demons.
You started to see Lady Tamayo as your caretaker and you would do anything to make her happy. For example, you would often pick flowers for her and she would always smile so gently as she thanked you for your thoughtful gifts.
Seeing her, your savior, smile made you so happy and proud, wanting to make her smile more and more and make her even happier. For example, you would clean without being asked to and help around as much as possible.
You would always walk after Lady Tamayo and follow her everywhere. It was honestly so cute, and it amused the Demon very much, but it also made Yushiro a little jealous.
Speaking of Yushiro, you were a little wary of him at the beginning… He could be scary when scowling… But he was nice to you also and you started to see him as your older brother, someone you could trust also.
You started to address Yushiro as big brother very early and he acted like he was annoyed, but secretly he felt… Happy that you trusted him so much.
This bond you shared with Yushiro often made Lady Tamayo smile, happy that her proteges got along so well.
And speaking of your relationship with the Lady… You and Yushiro both thought highly of her, both seeing her as your savior.
As time passed, you started to forget your life before the Demons who took you in… But sometimes you dreamed of a world filled with buildings that reached the skies, automobiles, moving images in the box… And a woman you couldn't recognize anymore.
You would always wake up in a cold sweat after those dreams, feeling like your heart was grabbed and squeezed by this cold being… At those times, you would take out some herbs that would help you rest and forget the nightmares of life you didn't know anymore.
As you grew under Tamayo's gentle guidance, you turned into a fine young adult. You would do anything your caretakers couldn't do during the daytime and take care of them, just like they took care of you.
Why do this for Demons? Because they weren't Demons to you. They were your family and you would defend your family with your life.

Part 1
I’m going to do this a bit differently.
All of the Hashira were gathered for the Kamado trial. They were aware of the young Demon Slayer named Tanjiro, and he seemed to be traveling with a demon. According to the rules of the Corps, that was not allowed. Thus, they wanted to kill Nezuko, as all demons should be. Also, they believed that both Giyu and Tanjiro should be punished for going against the rules.
Right before they were about to, Ubuyashiki came out with a rather young-looking boy and girl. They seemed to be around Muichiro’s age, which made the young Pillar snap out of his in-the-clouds trance. They looked familiar, and they seemed to stare right at him. Then, the master claimed them to be the two Ultimate Hashira. Everyone let out a gasp and temporarily forgot about the Kamado siblings.
Of course, while this was a cause for celebration, there was the obvious still at hand. Ubuyashiki held his hand up to silence everyone, as he stated that the three rulebreakers would be spared. This obviously, as we all know, surprised everyone, and they promptly refused. However, the two new Hashira agreed to what the Master had said.
“Before we proceed, I have someone I would like to introduce to you all. Please welcome Y/N Tsugikuni, wife of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the former Ultimate Hashira, and now a demon. Also, she is one of my dearest friends.” At this introduction, you stepped out from the shadows and revealed yourself. A gasp resounded as the legend surfaced in everyone’s memories.
“How dare you all. I can’t believe you all have the audacity to call yourselves a Hashira. My descendants here are more deserving than the all of you combined. My late husband, the one who created Sun Breathing and thus all other forms, and I who have mastered each of them, are absolutely disgusted.
“Neither of you could see that this young demon slayer is trying to find a cure for demons so that he can aid his sister. Is that not a noble cause? And the Water Hashira was the only one who supported them. Would either of you kill me for being a demon? No. The young girl residing within the box has yet to consume a human, just like me. On multiple occasions, she has defended your comrades-in-arms, but you wouldn’t do the same thing for Giyu?
“As a matter of fact, if either of you would like to disobey Ubuyashiki, I am willing to fight in place of Nezuko. Sanemi, you seemed to be willing to challenge your master’s word, so I would like you to fight me. If you win, then the Kamados as well as Giyu shall be punished. If I win, then they shall be spared and the lot of you will be punished for disobedience.”
You turned to see if it was okay with Kagaya, and he made no move to stop the battle from happening. The Wind Hashira took his place, and put his hand on the tsuka of his blade and got in a ready stance. You did the same, and the others made sure that there was enough space. Giyu picked up Tanjiro and backed up a few feet.
Needless to say, you won using his ‘own’ Wind Breathing. He did not manage to land a single hit on you. The second he saw that you drew your blade way before him, he knew that he was done for. It seemed like the other Hashira knew as well, and they flinched upon seeing their fellow Pillar lying on the floor with the wind knocked out of him. Literally, he was wheezing and trying to catch his breath.
“I guess you all have your answer,” you stated. You didn’t even break a sweat.
Shinobu, Muichiro, Mitsuri, Obanai, Gyomei, Tengen, Rengoku, and Sanemi (mans was struggling) watched as you walked over to Giyu and Tanjiro to make sure that they were alright. You then gently opened the box that the younger girl was in and held your hand out gently to Nezuko. Both she and Tanjiro recognized your smell, but the former was the first to hug you. The sudden display of affection was a surprising one, and the atmosphere was suspenseful.
Then, a smile finally made its way onto your face. You realized that this was one of the few times where you had smiled after your husband’s death. Your children, long gone by now, had never gotten to know your smile. You then extended your arm out to Tanjiro and he gladly accepted it. They knew your name, and they knew your legend.
Afterwards, the eldest Kamado sibling asked the question: did you know anything about the Hinokami Kagura, or anything about Fire Breathing? You nodded your head, and promised that you would teach him both Fire Breathing and Sun Breathing. You saw that he was more than ready, and you would partner with Rengoku in his training, as knowing Flame Breathing would be important as well. You also promised the young boy that you would help Nezuko with the muzzle situation and control her Blood Demon Art.
None of the Hashira were punished for their disobedience. Instead, you used a tactic that you used for the generations after you within your family: threats. Sometimes you would deliver, as it was not easy to learn how to become the Ultimate Demon Slayer, but you knew that your family could handle it. That’s why you looked at Muichiro and said that you would be willing to train him as well, since he is eligible for the abilities within your family as well. You made a promise to Ubuyashiki that his children that were being taken under his wing would be okay.
You personally thanked Giyu for looking after the siblings like he did, and he had to admit that being thanked by the former Ultimate Hashira felt nice. He tried to bow, but you instead pulled him into a hug. Tanjiro and Nezuko joined the group hug, also thanking him for what he has done for them, and the Water Hashira could not mentally process the hug. Oh no! Giyu! He’s broken!
Once you had brought both Kamado siblings and the Mist Hashira back to your estate, they noticed how outside-focused it was. You stated that you preferred a low-key lifestyle, as you were hunted by demons as a ‘traitor’. Lady Tamayo was glad to reunite with Tanjiro and Nezuko, and you had to explain that both her and Yushiro were friends and not foe. They were temporarily staying with you until they had constructed a place that could be easily concealed from Muzan and his Uppermoons.
The first order of business was ordering a new sword from your old friend, Hotaru Haganezuka. Tanjiro let out a scream as he saw the swordsmith making his way to the estate, and you knew why. You stated that your sword was something that chooses you, rather than you it. Thus, every time he broke his blade, it was severing connection after connection.
But, as the swordsmith was about to kill the aforementioned slayer, you had asked him if he would be interested in making you a sword, as yours had collected a bit of rust. The man let out an almost girlish squeal, as it wasn’t everyday that the former Ultimate Hashira asked you to personally make your sword. You even said that you were willing to pay, but he tried to refuse. Unfortunately, once he got back to his forgery, he saw a pile of gold with a note saying that it was from you, and he let out an exasperated sigh before he got to work.
When you had gotten your sword, you gripped your new blade and it had turned red. Haganezuka was absolutely delighted, and you said that it was similar to your late husband’s sword. You turned to see that both Tanjiro and Muichiro were looking at you as you said it. You knew that you would have to tell them about him.
It was over dinner that you had prepared. You stated that you were, in fact, related to Muichiro, and were one of his ancestors that obviously wasn’t dead. You also said that your husband was acquainted with Sumiyoshi Kamado, and had given him his earrings. The same earrings that the present eldest Kamado son was wearing. He felt so bad, and he tried giving them back to you, but you refused.
You said, “It was my husband’s wish for the Kamado family to receive them. Thus, I will respect his wish.”
Training eventually began, and both Tanjiro and Muichiro were struggling. You had said that training was completed when Tanjiro managed to land a hit on you and when Muichiro would not master each breathing style but be able to. Then his training would be from your direct descendants, as it would be too dangerous to keep training for too long. You did want to honor your promise to Ubuyashiki after all.
Tanjiro eventually began wondering if it was even possible to land a hit. He expressed his doubts, and you bluntly stated that Muzan was able to defeat you more than 500 years ago, and if he could do it but he couldn’t, then there would be no hope to turn Nezuko back into a human. You even showed him the scars you had received from that battle. You then decided that this was now or never, and you challenged him to a fight. It would only stop when he landed a hit, otherwise he would keep fighting.
Even though it was incredibly hard and lasted a few days, he finally managed to knick your arm with his nichirin sword. Lady Tamayo made sure to quickly heal it, and you had a smile on your face. You pulled the boy into a hug, but it was a very quick one. You then said that Nezuko’s training would start and he needed to train against Muichiro now.
Speaking of, your relationship with Muichiro was very weird at first. Up until this point, he thought his whole family was dead. Come to find out, you were alive and looking over him and the rest of your descendents. You were able to read him very quickly as well, and you could see the anger surging within him from losing his twin brother. You knew what you had to do, so you just took him on a walk throughout the town to talk.
You could see that his interactions with Tanjiro were helping him get his memories back, and he brought this up to you. A sigh escaped from your lips as you sat down with him once you had gotten back to your estate. You pulled back your hair to show him the scar on your head, and you stated that, when you were younger, you went through a series of medical procedures that were meant to create the Ultimate Human Being. You lost your memories, and your husband helped you in getting them back.
Now that he knew he was exactly like how you were, the two of you grew closer. But, your training still remained relentless. You did not let up at all, and his training was more severe than Tanjiro’s. You knew what he was capable of, and when he got the memory of losing his brother, you made him channel that anger into learning the beginning stages of each Breathing Style. You went through each element: Fire, Earth, Water, and Air, as well as Sun. Yes, you decided that it needed to be passed down to him as well, since he was born into the family where it originated.
As for Nezuko, she looked at you like a daughter would to her mother. You would tell her that the muzzle did help, but she needed to learn control. So, you would ditch your sword and just use a replica of Muzan’s Blood Demon Art. That’s the thing: you couldn’t replicate his to a perfect T. He was still stronger than you, and you knew that you were preparing these three as well as the other Hashira, Zenitsu, and Inosuke to be ready and prepared.
Your training for the young girl was to have her fight with her muzzle off. You wanted her to go into town with her muzzle off. You wanted her to go through daily life with her muzzle off. This would teach her self-control, something she would need if/when she went up against an Uppermoon or even the Rip-Off Michael Jackson himself.
It was a bit concerning, how harsh you were on her. But, you knew that her immortal body could handle it. There were broken bones, twisted joints, dislocations, lacerations, etc. Tanjiro didn’t like to see his younger sister get hurt, but this was also a part of his training as well. You had said that while it seems inhumane, Nezuko could regenerate without assistance. You couldn’t have either getting distracted when their sibling was injured in battle.
Eventually, you had gained three new scars: one from each of them. You told them that you were so proud of how they grew, and you were delighted to hear Nezuko’s voice for the first time. You looked into the Kamados’ eyes and said that their mother, father, and siblings would be so proud at how they endured through this. You then turned to Muichiro and told him that his brother would be happy at how far he has come with his memory recovery and also him actively learning each and every Breathing Technique.

Okay, so this is a little thing that I just thought of about Demon Slayer. And I'm just going to kind of glaze over everyone's trauma in this post because, let's face it, about 99.9% of those characters have an immense amount of trauma.
Okay, so if a human eats another human after some time, they'll most likely go insane if they keep doing it, especially if they eat the brain( don't ask me why I know this) but what if the reason why a good portion of demons is not most go insane is because they ate human like the actual flesh. Because whether you want to admit it or not demons were once human. While demon like lady tamayo and yushiro don't go insane really because they just drink the blood, not eat the flesh. And what if the reason why genya ( I know that it could just be the way he is or have another mental issues but this is just a thought with my insomnia kind of kicking my ass) keeps changing like personalities is because he is eating demons that have been eating humans kind of like in the case of if a human eats another animal that has been eating humans kind of like those few cases where pigs ate humans and then people ate those pigs kind of go a little mental ( I like to look up some weird stuff and one of my favorite book series is the Asylum confessions that are based off of true stories and one of them talks about this killer that would feed his victims to the pigs and then eat those pigs and him and his boys kind of went insane well not really but mental it's a good series I do recommend) so what if they went truly insane because they ate humans and the reason genya switches personalities so quickly is because he's affected by that. And what if that is why Tanjiro actually is a bit more merciful with some demons it could also be he's just a very kind heart which he is but he can smell that they're sick as well as them being demons. It has been confirmed that he can smell like sickness and death on people, so why couldn't he be on demons. And what if little spoiler here when he and his dad went and killed that bear that was killing villagers he smelled a sickness on the animal like he smelt it wasn't right and what if in his travels he was able to piece together that the bear kind of had the same smell as the demons that it was sick from ingesting human.
I know that I'm pretty sure somebody else has thought about this. I'm most likely not the first I just thought this was kind of a weird thing and it's also that was kind of cool how it kind of plays into that I don't know if it was intentional or not but it's kind of cool. Please add your own thoughts if you like

My Mama Doctor
KNY Tamayo x Child ! Reader
A little drabble
________________________
Warning: Hurt , and Fluff
Credit of the icons: NOT MINE
A little child was walking in the depth of the city , in the dark corner , wounded to the point , they couldnt walk properly and the wounds were too severe for a child like that.
Y/n were walking , while mumbling "Help, please" , as they tried to walk . But unfortunately their vision went black , it was previsible that the child would fall
As the child woke up , they found themselves , in a bed as they looked around to see where they were as they saw a woman coming to them , wearing a kimono with flower pattern , and her ravenette hair was tied into a bun. "Hello Dear , how are you feeling?" the lady spoke as the child answered "I am feeling good" , The lady smiled softly "Glad to hear that , i am Tamayo" the lady introduced themselves as the child introduced themselves to Tamayo "My name is Y/n , nice to meet you lady Tamayo" Tamayo smiled at the small child , as she caressed their head and the child Y/n asked : "Can i call you Mama Doctor" y/n's family has been eradicated by the demon , and that demon has hurt Y/n badly , that explained why Y/n has been wounded badly and seeked for help but that demon , when Yushiro Tamayo's assistant found out that a demon was chasing them , Tamayo asked the silver-haired to take care of the demon . But back to Y/n and Tamayo as Tamayo smiled and answered
"Of course , you can call me Mama Doctor..."
(A/n : hehe , i cant feel my right leg , since its in a plaster😭)

Lady Tamayo X Dead Human Child Reader Together Again
Child can be boy or girl whatever you are! Enjoy!
-WAY BACK WHEN TAMAYO WAS HUMAN-
YEARS AGO
Your POV:
It was a normal day at home. I was cooking, mom was resting due to her illness and dad was at work. As I finished making shrimp and miso soup for my dinner as I walked to Mother’s room however I heard an unrecognizable voice. ‘Who is that?’ I thought. I peaked to see a man that looks like MICHEAL JACKSON?!?! (LOL HAD TOO SORRY) ‘is that Micheal Jackson? The king of pop? Why would a man like that be in our house? Is he paying my mother a visit to hope she gets well?’ Millions of questions flooded through my head. When I looked through the door the man was gone. ‘Maybe I am seeing things’ I thought I went into my mother’s room and gave her dinner. “Anything else you need mother?” Mother looked at me and weakly coughed “everything is fine my love. Thank you.”
“Are you sure mother? Who was that man? Is everything okay? Was th-“
”That man was a ‘old friend’ of mine and came to discuss some things so no need to worry my dear (Y/n).”
I sighed and nodded “good night mother. Enjoy call me if you need anything. I love you mother!” as I walked away and got ready for bed and got in my pjs.
The pjs: www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=DChcSEwj3rZOpycCEAxXXAa0GHWONAIMYABAtGgJwdg&ae=2&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI962TqcnAhAMV1wGtBh1jjQCDEAkYBSABEgKUJfD_BwE&sig=AOD64_0V0NGtiEtgMiZwRpUZObJYCEkMnA&adurl&ctype=5&ved=2ahUKEwimj4GpycCEAxU0O0QIHUKbDYcQp6wHegUIARDwAg&nis=8
I was nice and comfy as I sat on the couch and waited for father to get home. When father greeted me I hugged him and said good night. So I went to bed.
TAMAYO’S POV:
My husband lied beside me asleep. I got up and went on my balcony and side. ‘I feel weaker and weaker. Is it almost my time? T-o d-I-e?’ I thought till I heard that man named Muzan again. “It’s not to late for my offer you know?” He said. “How exactly does this cure work?” I said. He looked at me and smirked and said “like magic” I was desperate I thought about my beloved child ‘if I die I’ll miss things’ I thought and so I looked up at him and said “I agree to your deal.” All the sudden I felt weird as my body felt like it was changing. ‘What’s happening?!?!’ I thought. All the sudden this hunger came inside me and I did something unthinkable. I attacked and started devouring my beloved husband. I tore him to shreds and ate him. ‘STOP! STOP! STOP PLEASE!’ I thought and begged but I couldn’t control myself. I hear my child coming ‘NO GO AWAY (Y/N)! DON’T COME GO AWAY!”
YOUR POV:
I was a woken from a blood curdling scream coming from my father I jumped out of bed and ran to their bedroom. As I opened the door my eyes widen to the scary sight of my mother?!?! NO! A MONSTER! Killing my father. When the thing looked at me I gulped as I realized it was my mother. “Mom?!?! What are you doing?!?! Is everythi-“ I screamed as she attacked me and things went black.
BACK TO PRESENT
POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR SKME
TAMAYO POV:
I thought about my beloved daughter and husband. I hate myself everyday for it. However today is the day I am working with Shinobu to make a potion that will permanently destroy him.
CLIP FOR REMINDER: twitter.com/tanijrou/status/1234157626633707521
As I slowly left I saw my beloved child and husband smiling “we were waiting for you mom” my daughter said. I replied “why?” My husband said “did you really think we will let you go to hell without us? We love you.” My daughter hugged me and I started to cry and apologize over and over again. My daughter said “we don’t blame you mom. We love you after all we are together as a family again.” I smiled as flames slowly appeared bringing me, my husband, and beloved child into the cruel darkness where I was forced to go. ‘Why did they forgive me?’ I thought. As my daughters words “we love you” repeated over and over in my head I smiled as we faded away together.

Hey! Can you write a Yushiro! Reader with Yan! Record of Ragnarok, where they are chosen to fight for the humans, and they fight solely for Lady Tamayo, who's in the crowd with tears in her eyes, along with her husband and child? With either the gods or humans, they gain their attention with their demon blood art, and with how much they talk about Tamayo and her beauty?
-You were definitely a prickly person, choosing to keep to yourself, if you had your way, and not interacting with others, and if you did, you weren’t the nicest person.
-You were a hostile and crass person, insulting others around you, calling them weak, since you were a demon- in your eyes, they were beneath you.
-You weren’t always like this- you used to be more cheerful, more willing to be with people, but time is a cruel mistress, and with time, you closed your heart off to all except for your one true love, Lady Tamayo.
-It was amusing for others to see how quickly you would turn if someone would mention Tamayo or if you were to see her. You could have a fierce glare on your face but as soon as you see her, you’re like a child getting your favorite treat, big smiles and bright eyes.
-You always denied this however, which amused those around you, including Tamayo, who knew of your rough personality but never berated you for it.
-When you and her ascended to Valhalla, despite being demons, she was elated while you were broken hearted as she was reunited with her family, her husband and child. While you were happy to see her so happy, you knew that she would only love them the way you loved her, and you couldn’t do anything against them, as that would make her sad.
-Tamayo still welcomed you into her family, her husband and child accepting you as well, as you had been her for far longer, but you were just her assistant in her eyes- her good friend, her little brother, she would never love you like how she loves her husband.
-When Ragnarok was announced, you couldn’t care less, as you were a demon, so it didn’t matter who side won because it wouldn’t affect you, at least until you visited Tamayo who was in tears, as she was at risk of losing her family a second time.
-Despite wanting her love- you would never willingly do something or allow something like this to happen- nobody was ever allowed to make Lady Tamayo cry.
-When you told her that you were going to fight, you found yourself in a group hug of her family, something that made you flush, yelling at all of them to let you go. Tamayo couldn’t help but giggle, thinking you were adorable- being so shy.
-You didn’t interact with your fellow fighters, not wanting to bother, as you were only fighting to keep the smile on Tamayo’s face, and you couldn’t help but beam as you thought about what she might do if you win! Like a hug or a head pat! You were very quickly fired up.
-You looked bored against your opponent who sneered at you, “A demon- why are you fighting for humanity?!” you just shrugged, looking bored, “I used to be human myself- but my reason is to make sure that someone I care about doesn’t lose her smile.”
-Tamayo smiled softly, her hands covering her lips as tears welled in her eyes as you pulled out your paper talismans and stunned all by turning invisible, masking your presence only until you attacked with your knife strike and various other combat attacks, having honed your skills over the years.
-Many were intrigued about your Demon Blood Art, curious on how it worked, and it brought some questions about Tamayo and her own skills as you were announced as the winner.
-Your sharp hearing picked up someone insulting your lady, “She must not be strong if she’s not fighting as well- must not be anything impressive-GACK!!!” you were instantly in front of this pig who dared to insult your lady, your eyes blazing, hand around his neck, pain and death were the only emotions in your eyes, “You dare insult the perfection that is my Lady Tamayo?!”
-Tamayo came over and pulled you off by the back of your shirt, and you turned, a bright smile on your face, stunning all those around you, who you had been threatening moments ago.
-She couldn’t help but smile softly, “Don’t threaten others who won’t even fight for themselves.” The man who insulted her held his chest in an offended manner as she insulted him back as you escorted her back to her family, enjoying her praises of your hard work and winning your fight.
-If it was to keep her happy, you would do anything for Lady Tamayo.

CAN YOU DO THE (adult) FEMALE DEMON SLAYER CHARACTERS WITH 86, GENRE SMUT OBVI🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It’s pride month u better accept
OH OH OH YES 💪💪
Prompt 86- “Don’t be shy now, sit on my face.”
Ft. Kocho Shinobu, Mitsuri Kanroji, Hinatsuru Makio & Suma, Lady Tamayo
Warnings: Cunnilingus, Oral (f!receiving) (duh-), duh con, first time in Mitsuri’s, weird demon hormones in Tamayo’s, Afab!Reader (no real pronouns used, just female anatomy). Mdni, I will block you if you do. Also not proofread because I’m too silly for them rules.
KOCHO SHINOBU
“Oh I don’t know Kocho, now’s not the time and I’m really not feeling tha-“
“Love, I don’t really care.” Shinobu smiled, her hands neatly folded in her lap as she sat across from you. She looked so unnecessarily calm, which meant she was planning something. “You’re a horrible liar anyways, so just let me relieve your stress already.”
“Kocho.” You said sternly, your lips forming in a pout. This argument had been going on for roughly an hour, where Shinobu would bring up the idea of eating you out and you’d decline because you’d ‘had a long day’.
But Shinobu was right- you were a terrible liar.
While you had missed her while she was away, Shinobu had the tendency to get a little… carried away.
“Y/n…” She returned your serious stare, getting up and slowly moving to where you sat on the couch. Slowly and teasingly, she pulled off her butterfly haori and began to unbutton her corps uniform. She leaned back and propped herself up on her elbows, her hair falling down into her face making her look ten times sexier than usual.
“Dear god Kocho.” You rolled your eyes, your face flushed as you began to strip yourself of your clothes. “You’re relentless.”
“Can you blame me?” She whispered seductively, her eyes taking in every inch of your body. “I’ve missed you so much love.”
You scoffed and crossed your arms over your chest stubbornly, pouting at her slightly. “You see this? You’re so mean to me.” You cracked a smile and slowly crawled over to her.
“Hush and hurry up.” She reached out and put her hands on your waist, her grip harsh. You huffed and placed your thighs on either side of her face, hesitant to sit down fully. Her hands moved from your waist to your thighs, forcing you to put your weight on her.
“Don’t be shy love, sit on my face.” She smirked into your skin and buried herself in your cunt.
MITSURI KANROJI
She brought it up a while back, explaining shyly how she wanted to sit on your face and have you taste her that way. But she was incredibly nervous since she wasn’t exactly petite, and while it sounds far fetched, she was worried about you suffocating or something.
“So about you sitting on my face.” You stated bluntly as she crawled into your shared bed. Mitsuri’s face flushed a bright shade of red and she swallowed thickly, avoiding your gaze and sitting on the edge of the bed.
“O-Oh you want to do that…?” She nervously ran a hand through her hair, internally cursing herself for being so nervous at the thought.
You rolled over onto your side, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. She slowly looked over at you, giving you an anxious smile.
“We don’t have to if you don-“
“I want to.” She interrupted, turning quickly to look you in your eyes, her face mere inches away from your own.
You chuckled and rolled onto your back, pulling her close to you.
“Well don’t be a stranger darling, sit on my face.” You placed your hands on her thighs and helped her put her weight onto you.
Oh boy was she glad she suggested that.
HINATSURU, MAKIO, & SUMA
Oh they’re evil. All three of them. They gang up on you while Tengen is away for business (demon slaying ain’t easy folks), since you’re their favorite little housemaid.
Makio is the most cruel though, and she sure does love picking on you. Watching you do your job just isn’t enough for her, and she likes to sneak up behind you and wrap her arms around you, her body grinding up against yours as she whispers the WORST things into your ear.
If anything, she’s the one that wants you the most out of the three.
And here you are, standing in their shared bedroom in front of her, dressed fully in uniform while she lays down onto the futon, smirking as you make eye contact. She motions you forward and suddenly the other wives come in, gently pushing you forward.
They keep saying that they’ll take good care of you, and it’s not like you’re worried about I then hurting you… you’re just incredibly anxious. You’ve never been intimate with someone like this before, since you’ve been working as long as you remember, you haven’t really had time for any of that.
“Do you want us to help you undress..?” Hinatsuru whispered sweetly, giving you a soft smile as you stood over Makio’s nude form.
“No. The maid outfit stays on.” Makio interrupted, and Suma chuckled quietly behind you. Her hands snaked their way up to behind your knees, pushing slightly so your knees would buckle and you would land on her.
She pushed your panties aside as the other two draped their arms around you, giggling here and there.
“There’s no need to be shy, just sit on my face already.” Makio gripped your thighs and pulled you down, and you moaned loudly as she began to eat you out like you were her last meal.
Hinatsuru and Suma’s hands trailed along your body, looking for your sensitive spots as you rode Makio’s face.
It was pure bliss.
LADY TAMAYO
“Tamayo? Is that you?” You carefully turned on the light, revealing the figure in your doorway.
She looked rough, her hair messy and her chest heaving slightly. Without a word, she walked over to you and crawled onto your bed. Her eyes refused to look anywhere but yours as she got closer, and you noticed that her face was flushed slightly.
Could she be sick?
No she doesn’t get sick…
“Y/n, my love.” She panted weakly, desperation shining in her eyes. “I need to feel you.” Tamayo smiled up at you, her body lowering down onto your bed as she awaited you.
You offered her a kind smile and went to take off her kimono, but she stopped you, her eyes shining seriously.
“No. I need to taste you.” She was incredibly straightforward, her fingers beckoning you to come closer. “I want you to sit on my face. Full force. I need you.” She sounded incredibly out of breath, and that’s when you realized that she must be in some form of heat.
“Are you su-“
“I wouldn’t have said it if I wasn’t sure.” She retorted, her fingers twitching as if she wanted nothing more than to tear your clothes from your body and ravish you. “Now.” Her lips curled into a small smirk. “Don’t be shy. Get over here and sit on my face already.”

Please for the love of god share your smut ideas
OKAY LISTEN LISTEN
I was writing a few ideas at work on my notebook. Its for my new beloved Yushiro, a mutual over insta just awoken something inside me for him….
Here JUST A SNIPPET-
Warning: Nsfw, smut, mentions of suicide.
KNY SPOILER WARNING
So it takes places after Tamayo’s death. Yushiro had to take care of the place they both shared by himself now, he had to attend to Tamayo’s patients by himself and tbh he hated it… every second of it. He loved her so much… it was unfair that everyone got their stupif happy little ending and not him! He didn’t care about Muzan’s death! Tamayo! Tamayo is all he cared about.
He wanted to keep her safe, hidden from danger, his lady… but she wanted to help other so.. who was him to stop her from what she desired most… it was obvious her love wasn’t for him but for her passion. He has come to terms that she’ll never love him back but he wanted to follow her and love her for the rest of eternity by her side but that was brought to and end when lady Tamayo was killed by Muzan… his world collapsed, he found no reason to continue living this eternity with out her, his lady Tamayo…
Tanjiro made sure to remind him that ending his own life was something Tamayo wouldn’t wanted, he should live to keep Tamayo’s memories alive, her story, her work, her passion, her love…
A few years had passed since lady Tamayo’s death, Yuchiro was roaming the busy streets of the Asakusa city doing some groceries until he bumped into a young lady, she was taller than him, she had a kimono decorated with flower patterns and decorative flower accessories.
Yushiro’s eyes widen at the realization this was no ordinary woman but a demon! He quickly stepped back and let out a soft growl getting ready for any sudden moves from the demon. The young lady just giggled as she realized she was just unmasked by another demon.
“I mean no harm to you or anyone in that matter… oh! But where are my manners? I’m L/N, L/N Y/N” you let out with a soft smile as Yushiro did not drop his defensive stance.
Writing…
The idea was having Yushiro bump into a demon y/n who used to be a doctor when she was human. She lets out this information to him and he trusts her enough show her his patients since he wasn’t so skilled on Tamayo’s “healing” practices.
Y/N and Yushiro end up working together like he and Tamayo once were. Yushiro ends up falling for Y/N while Y/N returns his feelings and it would lead to some pent up smut!
Yushiro would be all shy and gentleman like until you give him the greencard. He will press his lips against yours like if he was trying to eat you, he’s desperate, hungry and he is craving for you, his new lady…
He will throw you into his private room just to ravish your guts.. all his sexual frustration for years were finally let out and it was all for you, his y/n.. he would have you pressed against the wall while shoving his finger into your mouth to avoid such loud lewd noises as he pumps your insides like an animal, inhumane even. He would go harsher and harsher by the minute, he barked for your silence, to keep it down so your patients wouldn’t hear both of you but deep inside he wanted you to go against him and get louder so everyone could know how good he is making you feel, that you’re his lady now…
“Pretty… so pretty”

𓆩♡𓆪 Welcome to my blog 𓆩♡𓆪
Hello there:) my name is michelle and i’m 19 years old. i’ve been using tumblr for a long time now. I actually used to write but i stopped doing it awhile ago. however, i’ve decided to give it another try! I remember i stopped awhile ago because i wasn’t as passionate about it. plus, i wasn’t feeling so great and that was the very reason why i quit temporarily.
Currently, i am insanely hyperfixated on demon slayer! i’m mostly obsessed with the KNY demons so this blog is for my demon lovers/simps! i’ll be writing for only the demons because those are the ones i’m most passionate about. Don’t get me wrong, i adore all the characters endlessly but i can only see myself writing for the demons right now. So if that isn’t your preference then please kindly leave and don’t bother hating. As for my lovely demon lovers feel free to stay and send me requests in my inbox!
I’m still (sorta) new at this so my sincerest apologies if my writing/grammar is crappy in any shape or form!!
☆ Characters i will be writing for ☆
- Muzan kibutsuji
- Kokushibo
- Douma
- Akaza
- Hantengu clones (Sekido, Karaku, Aizetsu, & Urogi)
- Gyutaro
- Daki
- Enmu
- Lady tamayo
- Nakime
〖 Rules 〗
-okay so just going over some basic ground rules because this part is required.
-please do NOT spam my inbox! it’ll just stress me out further and only compel me to not wanna write anymore.
-i will not do ships! (ex; character x character) only x readers! (ex: character x s/o)
-i prefer to do preferences/imagines/headcanons but i’ll do short stories(one shots) as well! however, those take more time to write.
-i will write about the ideas that get submitted that i like the most. please don’t take this in the wrong way but i’m only writing for what i know how to write about if that makes sense?
-also, minors aren’t allowed to interact with my NSFW posts.
-PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT YOU WANT WHEN YOU REQUEST! and please specify whether you’d like it to be NSFW or SFW.
-if i haven’t done your request please do not take it to heart! i only write for what i know how to write for, you know? i hope that makes sense!
-I will do my best to complete every request i get! It takes me time to write because unfortunately life gets in the way but please do not mistaken me for giving up! I will get it done in my own time.
-writing is a hobby of mine. something i want to do to help me relax and feel comforted. i’m not too keen on making it feel like a chore or a job i hate. i will write for whatever i want and do whichever request i feel motivated to write for. thank you!
➤ what i’m comfortable writing;
NSFW/SFW (i won’t be doing NSFW for Daki)
Fluff/Angst (I love writing these)
Violence (i’m okay with this jus nothin’ too crazy💀)
Yandere!Characters (Then again just nothing TOO crazy)
Gore (this is demon slayer we’re talking ab so gore is okay obv)
self harm (for comfort purposes only! i won’t be glamorizing/romanticizing it)
Poly relationships (ex: character x character x reader)
I will write for fem, male, trans & GN reader! (i want everyone to feel included, plus it’s fun to write for all)
i’ll also write for child!reader but only platonically.
I will not write full-on smut fics. (simply because i’m terrible at it and i have zero motivation for it) But i can do spicy scenarios or NSFW headcanons!
➤ what i’m NOT comfortable writing;
Pedophilia/underaged/incest (obviously💀)
Non-con/rape/SA/grooming
Suicide (i can write fluff fics where it’s only suicidal thoughts and the characters help the reader but that’s about it.)
pregnancy/birth giving (nothing wrong w it js makes me uncomfortable)
Mother or Father reader. I’m not the best at writing domestic stories like that.
non-sexual Age regression. (nothing wrong with it, it’s just not what i prefer to write about)
necrophilia/foot fetishes/age-play/vore/any weird kinks in general. (you get what i’m saying?)
Daddy kink (i just can’t take it seriously lol)
Smut fics/stories for male!reader (I identify as a woman, so writing a full porn one-shot for a male reader would be a bit awkward in my opinion. But i can still do headcanons)
In conclusion i won’t be writing anything that’s offensive or highly controversial or flat out problematic! however, my writings will contain somewhat dark topics and that’s about all. but i won’t go overboard with anything. (i’m sure you understand)
Feel free to leave me requests though!! i am sooo desperate‼️ i don’t bite so don’t be scared lol
ANYWAYYY that’s about everything. bye-bye :))

Hiii🤗 gosh i just love your writing so much, and by far you have been my fav to reader fanfics on here😊 if you can, i would like to ask for a Teacher!Gyomei x reader, where the reader is a new teacher in the academy. (they tech Any subject of your choice.)
Summary: You're Gyomei's wife and the newest addition to the amazing staff of the Kimetsu Academy! How do students take the news?
Warnings: Cute, Fluff
A/N: Modern!AU, Kimetsu Academy, Female Reader, Reader, Gyomei Himejima, Teacher Gyomei Himejima, Lady Tamayo
It was a big day for you. You were finally accepted to Kimetsu Academy as their newest assisting Health Teacher. Miss Tamayo was an excellent teacher, but she wanted to spend more time in the school's infirmary and you were dying to teach children.
Principal Ubuyashiki happily hired you since you used to be one of many Kimetsu Academy students, who graduated at the top of your class. It also helped a little that you were married to one of the oldest staff members in the school, your gentle giant Gyomei Himejima.
But you were slightly nervous as you checked your hair for the seventh time in the last 15 minutes. Principal noticed this and smiled, "Please don't worry, Miss Himejima. I'm sure that the other teachers are happy to welcome you to the Kimetsu Academy family."
"I know…" You smiled, "I'm just nervous, that's all."
"You're going to do great." The beautiful woman smiled as she knocked on the staff room's door and stepped inside, you following close behind her.
"Everyone, I'm sure you have already heard the news that Miss Tamayo is going to focus on her work at the infirmary; so here we have a new Health Teacher, Miss Himejima herself." The Principal smiled at you, "Won't you introduce yourself?"
"Alright," You nodded with a genuine smile on your face despite being nervous earlier, "Hi there everyone, as some of you may know, I used to be a student here, but now I'm joining you guys as we try to teach kids to survive out there."
You looked around the room and your eyes locked with your dearest husband who gave you a silent thumbs up, giving you more courage to keep on smiling.
"I know I'm new, but please feel free to correct and guide me. Thank you." You bowed humbly and the teachers clapped, and someone even whistled.
You blushed a little at all the nice attention you were given and the Principal nodded, "Well said, Miss Himejima. Please, you can take a seat next to your husband."
"Thank you, Ma'am," You bowed humbly to the kind woman and took a seat next to your husband who immediately turned to congratulate you, "You did well, my dear!"
"Thank you, love!" You smiled excitedly, "All that practicing in front of the mirror paid off!"
"Welcome to the teacher's club young lady!" The art teacher Uzui smiled as he stepped forward to congratulate you. You smiled as you nodded, "Thank you, I'm very excited."
"We have some unruly students here…!" The math teacher Shinazugawa growled from his seat, "So remember to rule with an iron fist!"
"I prefer a gentle approach, but I will try my best to understand and guide students." You nodded happily. Then you noticed the P.E. teacher Tomioka gesturing you to come closer to you and you excused yourself so you could talk with the silent teacher, "Yes, sir Tomioka?"
"Good luck." The man nodded quietly, "Look out for any troublemakers and if you find any rule breakers, you can report them to me."
"My, thank you, sir Tomioka. I make sure to tell you if anyone is giving me a hard time!"
"Speaking of that, classes are starting." Goto the English teacher thought out loud and everyone got their stuff and headed out, you included. You knew the school like the back of your hand and headed toward the classroom where you would be holding your classes.
As expected, the students were already there by their seats, waiting for their new teacher to come. You stopped by the doorway, took a deep breath to still your beating heart, and you stepped inside.
"Hi there everyone," You greeted the students as you walked to the table in front of the classroom and put down your notes. You looked around the room and one or two hands rose up. You nodded, "Yes?"
"Who are you, Miss?"
"Where is Miss Tamayo?"
"Miss Tamayo will be working in the infirmary from now on, so don't worry, she is still here."
"Then who are you?"
"Are you a substitute?"
"Almost, I'm your new Health teacher, Miss-!" You were saying when there was a soft knock on the door and your husband stepped inside, "Dear, you forgot your-!"
"Ah, love, I was just introducing myself to students." You smiled as you motioned the huge man to join you and he did just that.
"Class, this is sir Himejima, the Civics teacher and my husband!" You said cheerfully and the whole class gasped out loud.
"WAIT, HIMEJIMA IS MARRIED!?"
"AND TO A TOTAL BEAUTY!?"
"CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU!"
You and Gyomei both blushed softly as you nodded happily, "Thank you, everyone. So, remember, if you cause any trouble I can always call my husband here!"
You were kidding, of course you were, but most students took your joke a little more seriously. But despite that, they were happy for their teacher for marrying a kind woman like you.
"I better head out, my own class is starting," Gyomei smiled at you as he handed you, your small pocket mirror, "Have a good day, dear."
"You too, love." You smiled back at him, suppressing your need to kiss him because you didn't want to show such things to your students. So your husband left and you smiled at the students, "Alright everyone, we will start this class by talking about healthy foods and ways of life!"

Demon Slayer Thoughts
I'm 11 episodes into Demon Slayer Season 1. I know a bit about the story from spoilers, but here are my out-of-order thoughts so far. (Spoilers, of course.):
-First off, I love the art style. It's got its own thing going on and I'm just here for it. Sometimes the visuals lean into the more drawn style, sometimes in smaller scenes or details you can see some 3D/CGI/whatever it's called. And then there are the rarer scenes where you can just see where the budget went to. It's gorgeous. And the transition art is beautiful. Visually, this anime is gold.
-Second, I'm loving Tanjirou as a protagonist. He's just so kind hearted in a way that doesn't make me want to bash my head through the dry wall. I can't put my finger on what makes him different from all the other 'super kind and strong' shonen protagonists. But there is something there.
-Nezuko is adorable and really interesting. Not much personality in her current state (understandably, she's a demon and muzzled), but I'm still just as invested. Her strength and abilities, plus the whole seeing humans as her deceased family is neat. And having a female character who's strong like her and the story actually using her is refreshing. I really liked seeing the scenes with her and Lady Tamayo.
-Speaking of Lady Tamayo, I hope to see more of her character. Interesting concept, plus I love healer and science-y types. Her buddy was annoying as hell though.
-The training stuff at the beginning was dull at first but I think it got better. Turned out interesting in the end.
-I'm loving this sibling relationship that isn't weird or incest-y. I see too much of that shit and it makes me drop a show more often than not.
-I like the different and often creepy designs of the demons. It's nice to see a variety in character design.
-Final thought, Zenitsu is annoying as hell. I hate this little orange fuck.
