Look at the way Jinx talks about Viktor in "Jinx Fixes Everything" when she knows his plans could destroy life as she knows it.
Now look at the way Viktor talks about Jinx in the RiotxArcane visual nocpvel when she's threatening to tear apart reality as he knows it.
They're both so willing to extend the other empathy and compassion when they can see the destructive path the other is on. It's so insane these kinds of dynamics are shafted into side media like the minigame and visual novel.

Dream's stage presence during the TWWTH tour was great, and frankly a lot more than I expected from a guy with little to no experience with live performances. I had no doubt he'd be good at it, but he truly blew me away. And the fact he was able to pull it off so soon after a major surgery that left him unable to walk on his own? Absolutely incredible
I really hope he decides to do another tour in the future, it would be awesome to see how well he could command an audience now that he has a better idea of what he's doing/doesn't have to rehearse through a recovery period

I've said this before but my Eras tour experience is now the barometer for what I consider "good value" for concert tickets. I know there are so many factors that go into it, but the fact that my face value floor tickets (granted they were GA and not seated) for Eras, the biggest tour of the year and probably ever, were like 125€ (iirc? something like that), and artists are now charging more than that for nosebleed seats in venues in North America, let alone these VIP packages and whatnot for better seats, not even touching the unfathomable scalper resell market... Like truly, how are people supposed to attend concerts now?!
I mean, I'm under no illusion that it won't be another bloodbath whenever Taylor goes on tour again years down the line, and also am presuming the chances of me ever getting tickets to her show again are slim to none if it's impossible to get tickets to shows like Gracie's now. The whole system is so predatory and untenable. And I'm not like, ranting here-- I'm very "it is what it is" about it. But it's just so late-stage capitalism hellscape of it all.
#like i've made peace with the fact that this is probably the last time I'll see Taylor#and not saying it in a dramatic way#but when the opportunity arose to see her in London and for again relatively cheaply#I was like 'well this probably won't ever happy again so yolo'#hell i saw one of taylor's openers for cheaper at eras#than the tickets were for their very own show on their own tour lol#and it's happening at even small venues in my own city!!! I'm sorry but who do you think are going to pay this!!!#(and they don't because they sit on verified resale even during the show!!!)

#the future liberals want#lmao!!! i died when i saw this#local aquarium is having an animal crossing exhibit#i had so much fun and i am so spoiled#my two fave things the aquarium and animal crossing#but they also decorated for halloween and as soon as i saw this i was like… he’s dead… they killed him#animal crossing#acnh#acnh community#animal crosing new leaf#gulliver's travels#acnh gulliver#baby looked around with pure shock and disbelief before falling asleep and taking a fat nap#austin also got us behind the scenes tour so we were able to learn about how the aquarium functions#and how they feed the animals + personal tour#then he got us frozen yogurt i had the dairy free mango one and we ate it in the car as baby finished her nap#it was a beautiful day#OHHHH and we met THE kk slider and took pics with him#austin told him he was a huge fan

yall I want TDS3 tickets so badly 😭 but I don't know who to even go with and I'm not going by myself.... but I'm also seriously thinking I'm just gonna go ahead and try to get tickets on friday anyway
#last year i went with my mom and she enjoyed it#but im not entirely sure she wants to go again#and then my best friend doesn't like kpop at all lmao#but I don't know i might be able to get her to go w me but#i dont know how she'll feel about the traveling in chicago by ourselves thing#bc when we last went there together for a concert we were with her ex and he did the driving#so my last option is my brother lol because i asked the other day if he wants to go to chicago#and he did say yes so i told him attendance at the concert is mandatory#kpop is also absolutely not his genre of music#even though he listens to a little bit of a lot of stuff like country and pop and broadway musicals#like dude you'd love the theatrics of kpop and the gaybaiting they do? thats something he might like#and then one of my choices was my moms best friend bc she said after she saw my moms videos of tds2#that she wanted to go see a kpop concert because she loves showmanship so she saw the eras tour and#fell in love so i think she would like kpop. she loved the wrist light things TS did so lightsticks are definitely#something she'd enjoy and the choreography#i really think it's just the language barrier that's preventing my brother and best friend from wanting to go#and the language barrier that keeps my mom and her best friend from probably enjoying the music as much#because my mom loved one direction so a kpop boyband isn't too far off from that#oh also i think my friend will tell me no because i've already turned her down for plans like a week or two before that#because i won't have PTO to use at work because i'll have just gotten back from a vacay that uses i all#and then i'm gonna turn around and take 2 days off for a concert (travel time sucks)
