Behind in #mermay2017 cos I decided to delve into another character design endeavour. Over the past 17 weeks I've been doing @kayla_itsines's BBG workout guide as a way to combat the negative thoughts I had regarding my weight and body image. Plus I wanted abs and that dimple above your rump This has been the hardest thing I've had to do. Yes - healthy and stronger blah blah blah, but seriously as someone who struggled with the mental aspect of having an eating disorder, the journey was a fucking shit show.
