Happy 10th Anniversary, Yibo!!
Yibo likes to push his own limits, to learn and grow and try new things. Through these qualities and his abundance of talent, personality, humility, perseverance and incredibly hard work, he has managed to build a career that is filled with opportunity yet still gives him a fair amount of autonomy.
This might not sound all that exciting, but when you look back through his early days - and even looking at his debut photo for that matter* (the one on the left above) - you can see plenty of evidence of how little control he had over his career (or even his life) for so many years.
*He hated that look. More on that in this post.
A lot of fans talk about the crazy hours he worked, and I don't think that's necessarily even the strongest evidence of his lack of control. After all, he is a hard-working guy and he's perfectly capable of packing his schedule until he has no time left for himself.
No, when I think about the biggest change that I've seen for him over the years, it's all about opportunity. He has built a life for himself that gives him options. Projects and pursuits that are really up his alley and that allow him to work in the career he enjoys, but largely on his own terms.
I have seen this growing pattern over the past several years where he has taken a more and more interesting, increasingly distinct path. I first noticed it with his music and public appearances. For quite a while the heavy-handed presence of his management team could be felt in his image and even song choices, but increasingly these choices seem solidly his own.
And it's begun to permeate every area of his career. This past couple years especially have been completely mind blowing with the strides he's taken in his career, and with how very much these career moves feel like his chosen path.
To me one of the the most exciting choices has been this Discovery project. What an outstanding project for him to take on, and this was a project conceived and built largely by him. Traveling to interesting locations and taking on these intense personal challenges... It's just such a smart move at this stage in his career. I couldn't possibly be more impressed.
He has found a way to strike a balance between celebrity and adventure, and enrich his life while continuing to build his profile as a celebrity. Incredible.
He's gone from being the baby of a boy group to becoming a strong, independent figure who is wildly successful while still staying true to himself.
I couldn't possibly be prouder of him, and I am so excited to see what he does next. I guarantee you all it's going to be new, exciting and unexpected.
Happy 10 years, Yibo! It's only the beginning for you! 🥲💚.

I so wish more people would talk about Hazel and Dev reuniting in season 2. And how she, Winn and Jasmine try to mend fences with Dev again. And how the four of them become a team, getting into various adventures. It would be great if in one episode Dev was the one who saved everyone. It would be also great for his redemption arc. I don’t know, but I just don’t see Peri and Dev getting back together. At least not this early. I’m sure after the final episode Peri will be thinking clearly about something else. That is, about how this job wasn’t for him after all and he’ll try to find something different. And the fact that Dev stays with Dale isn’t such a tragedy as some people describe in fanfiction. Dale is certainly a bad father, but not to the point where it would threaten Dev. So to think that after the finale Peri will worry about Dev when his career (and even life) is going downhill is pretty stupid. Well, yes, he is now (f)unemployed ✨Who else to think about if not Dev 😒
I think that Hazel, her family and friends will be given more attention. Hazel will not make such big wishes for a while, but only certain small needs. While Cosmo and Wanda will spend more time at home. Perhaps we will even be shown more of what the house itself looks like, as well as what the other rooms look like. Probably there will even be a separate episode about this, where Hazel and her friends decide to explore Cosmo and Wanda’s house, discovering more and more secrets. So I think that at least at the beginning of the 2nd season Peri will not have much screen time. Perhaps we will be shown time with him for a few seconds and only by the 5th-10th episode he may be given his screen time (possibly related to his problem with choosing a career). There is also an option that until the middle of the 2nd season Peri will "disappear" in order to show him later at the most unexpected moment. So that everyone has intrigue.
For me, this whole "Dev and Peri reunion" thing is way overrated. Fanfics mostly only include this topic and have become painfully monotonous. And that's not even counting the typical cliches many give to characters that sometimes aren't even in the show itself. If you take only such fanfics, then usually there are: "Dale is a bad person and a bad father" - "Peri is of course the only one who understands this and tries to find a way to help Dev" - "Dev is rude and cold most of the time" - "Peri follows Dev like a tail" - "Later, Dev notices Peri's efforts and apologizes to him” - Good ending”.
I have nothing against these fanfics and especially those who wrote them. I'm just wondering why so many people write mainly on this topic. And I cited the main cliche from what I once read before (of course, I will not read ALL such fanfics. Since I don’t like fanfics on this topic anymore).
That's why I SO want Hazel and Dev to reunite. Dev still needs to recover from what happened. He might not even go to school for a while. And if Dev does come to school one day, Hazel will probably be the first one to interact with him (as a parallel to episode 1 of season 1). I imagine how after everything that happened, Dev will become more quiet and withdrawn. And Hazel will be the one who will try to improve his condition over time by starting to be friends with him like they used to be. And over time, Winn and Jasmine will start to be friends with Dev too.
#fairly oddparents a new wish#fop new wish#fop#fairly oddparents#hazel fop#hazel wells#dev fop#dev dimmadome#fop winn#fop jasmine#fop peri#peri fairywinkle cosma#cosmo fop#fop wanda#cosmo and wanda#fop dale#dale dimmadome#I think that after the finale Dev can change a lot#and perhaps in appearance too#If he retains his memory he can definitely change in appearance#he won't want to look like his father anymore and will stop using the gel#And Hazel will be the first to notice all these changes in him#And even many other classmates will look at Dev with concern

Some History of Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy
youtube
Brandon and I have played a lot of TTRPGs, from nearly every edition of Dungeons & Dragons to half-finished playtests of things you’ve never heard of. Our history with TTRPGs is a love story, but one pockmarked with frustration. We found ourselves enjoying D&D 3.5’s vast character creation options, but wishing it focused more on grounded characters and historically informed combat; being drawn in by Call of Cthulhu’s horror and existential dread, but disappointed in its investigation mechanics for actually getting the investigators to those moments of horrifying revelation; being intrigued by Monster of the Week’s juxtaposition of both normal and supernatural PCs (for horror and/or comedy), but finding its lack of character options and reliance on genre tropes a hindrance; being unable to find anything that would be good for a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. inspired TTRPG campaign. We eventually found the OSR movement and AD&D1e and 2e to be far closer to what we wanted on the medieval fantasy front, but we still had nothing on the modern horror or urban fantasy front, and Shadowrun is… Shadowrun.
So, with around 20 years of TTRPG experience between us, we set out to make the game we wanted a reality.
The story of Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy’s creation really starts in late 2021, when Brandon asked me to help playtest a very early rough draft of an investigative horror game he thought up. Living isolated, impoverished, and unable to find work in England at the time, I readily agreed. Noticing that the game didn’t have a combat system and desperate to set my mind to something constructive in between tedious job applications, I offered to write a combat system for it. I soon had to use the last of my money to move back home to Louisiana where I eventually did find work despite a variety of health issues, and continued to work on Eureka as a system for our personal use.
As 2023 drew near, it became clear that my current job wasn’t going to be a permanent career, and I needed a fall back plan. Work towards making Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy a professional release began in earnest, with Brandon and I founding A.N.I.M. a few months later. It was initially set to go to Kickstarter in April of 2023, then May, then June, but each time we realized it just wasn’t ready. No one had ever heard of us, and we wanted to break into an industry and customer base increasingly financially hostile to any TTRPG that wasn’t D&D5e compatible. We needed to build an audience, and build a greater appreciation for independent and small-budget TTRPGs within the community at large.
Thanks to some assistance from one of the team members from Tuesday Knight Games (makers of Motherhship), the first beta copies went public in September of 2023 to a splash of instant (relative) success, and the A.N.I.M. TTRPG Book Club was founded on Discord two months later, a community dedicated to buying, playing, and analyzing less well-known TTRPGs - which includes almost everything except Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition.
Ash became friends with us through the book club, and after offering an increasing amount of assistance, joined the team proper in January of 2024, adding much needed copy-editing skills as well as another 15 years cumulative TTRPG experience.
The Kickstarter campaign for Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy launched on April 10th, 2024, was fully funded within 3 hours, and by the end of the campaign had reached a total of $15,455, 486% of the goal. That is where we are at now, working every day to put the finishing touches on the game and complete the stretch goals to the best of our ability before our tentative deadline of January 2025.
This is a far more ambitious project than a super-small team like ours should have attempted for our debut game, but with a mix of talent, luck, skill, and a whole lot of help, we have somehow managed to pull it off. We think the resulting game is a deep, robust, professional-quality TTRPG that provides a one-stop shop and extensive toolbox for any investigative or mystery game you’d like to run. A dark and moody noir, a classical British whodunnit, the lighthearted sleuthing hijinks of Scooby-Doo, Eureka does it all. (You can also get the latest PDF for FREE for a limited time by joining the A.N.I.M. TTRPG Book Club!)
Elegantly designed and thoroughly playtested, Eureka represents the culmination of three years of near-daily work from our team, as well as a lot of our own money. If you’re just now reading this and learning about Eureka for the first time, you missed the crowdfunding window unfortunately, but our Kickstarter page is still the best place to learn more about what Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy actually is, as that is where we have all the fancy art assets, the animated trailer, links to video reviews by podcasts and youtubers, and where we post regular updates on the status of our progress finishing the game and getting it ready for final release.
Beta Copies through the Patreon
If you want more than just status updates, going forward you can download regularly updated playable beta versions of Eureka: Investigative Urban Fantasy and it’s adventure modules by subscribing to our Patreon at the $5 tier or higher. Subscribing to our patreon also grants you access to our patreon discord server where you can talk to us directly and offer valuable feedback on our progress and projects.
The A.N.I.M. TTRPG Book Club
If you would like to meet the A.N.I.M. team and even have a chance to play Eureka with us, you can join the A.N.I.M. TTRPG Book Club discord server. It’s also just a great place to talk and discuss TTRPGs, so there is no schedule obligation, but the main purpose of it is to nominate, vote on, then read, discuss, and play different indie TTRPGs. We put playgroups together based on scheduling compatibility, so it’s all extremely flexible. This is a free discord server, separate from our patreon exclusive one. https://discord.gg/7jdP8FBPes
Other Stuff
We also have a ko-fi and merchandise if you just wanna give us more money for any reason.

DELVE is a complete guide to building and surviving deadly dungeons with 200+ pages of dungeon-building tools and plug-and-play dungeons – and more monsters, treasures, player options, and traps than you can shake a 10-foot pole at!
Want dungeons that are fun, thrilling, and easy-to-run without hours of tedious prep? DELVE is your guide – available for both 5E D&D and Shadowdark RPG!
Lair, shrine, tomb, crypt, catacomb, jail, vault – regardless of the form it takes, the dungeon is at the heart of all fantasy TTRPGs. There’s no better place for heroic adventurers to prove themselves as they match their wits against traps, monsters, and other deadly challenges – if they survive, of course...
With its unique blend of classic advice and modern resources, DELVE gives gamemasters a masterclass in building, designing, and running dungeons so they’re both fun for the players and easy for the GM!
DELVE also gives you 10+ original dungeons for 1st to 10th-level characters using a unique and innovative presentation that emphasizes ease-of-play and adjustability, making each dungeon easy to run with minimal preparation and adaptable to different levels, themes, and campaigns!
From the Shrine of the Oozing Dragon to the Tomb of the Sunken Star and the Lair of the Frog King, each dungeon comes complete with entertaining puzzles, devious traps, flavorful monsters, and awesome treasure!
We fear the dark because of the monsters that lurk within – and DELVE has more than enough mysterious monsters to excite and challenge your players!
From slime-oozing kobolds to the teeth-eating calcivore squid, every dungeon in DELVE is filled with unique monsters that’ll strike terror into the hearts of even the bravest adventurers!
Each monster is crafted to be tactically challenging for the players and easy-to-run for the GM – no boring bags of hit points or mile-long statblocks here! Monsters also come with boss actions, exploitable weaknesses, and insight into what the characters know about them and the loot that can be harvested from their remains.
And with awesome monster cards for each of the 40+ original monsters in DELVE, running encounters has never been easier. These tarot-sized (Shadowdark RPG) or postcard-sized (5E D&D) cards have all the information the GM needs to run the monster – plus full-color art to impress (and terrify) the players!
Treasure, loot, bounty, spoils, MacGuffins – the name doesn’t matter, players WANT 'em!
No need to worry, for DELVE has an abundance of cool new magic items for characters to explore! So how does an Oozing Staff or a Fallen Star Amulet sound – or maybe a Dwarfmaid’s Delight Warhammer is more like it?
Whether it’s fun or power the heroes are after (or maybe that’s one and the same to them?) DELVE has them covered. With 40+ new magic items for 5E and Shadowdark RPG, there's no shortage of new treasures to explore – each carefully balanced and with unique and entertaining magical properties!
Some heroes train all their lives to explore dungeons – and some are even made there, deep within those dark, hazard-filled halls.
With DELVE, players get new options to create dungeon-inspired characters. Play as the Relic Hunter fighter or grab the Glyph Mastery feat for 5E D&D – or how about starting your adventuring career as a Stoneborn or an Undead Adventurer?
If you're thinking "oh-oh, but the revised Player's Handbook is right around the corner!" fret not – all the new 5E subclasses, races (or species), and feats in DELVE will be perfectly compatible with your favorite version of Dungeons & Dragons 5E!
And for Shadowdark RPG, dungeon-inspired class talents lend new flavor to delving heroes –
Remember, samples are just that – samples. All content in DELVE will be thoroughly playtested, proofread, and vetted before being released in the final book!

Hey, how are you doing? I hope you’re doing well!
I have a question.
Do you think Branch remembers the reason why Floyd left for was because of sole career Floyd wanted to?
I mean Branch was like 2 years old, it can’t be a few months because we saw Baby Poppy who was most likely, several months old, too young to remember anything. (Not counting Tiny Diamond or other babies we saw in Trolls 2)
Also he remembers them was probably his grandma tells him about them to make sure he knows and have some photos (I know those photos were gone as was seen at Trolls Tree with Branch and Poppy in his old pod. (I wonder why but I guess we never knew why)
That talk between Floyd and Branch was like only few minutes, Branch with his brothers were bigger and important to him especially that childhood hideout which was turned into the bunker and his vest. He probably remembered the promise, Floyd made, it was serious and important promise.
I’m just curious because I’m working on a story.
Little kids can forget about small things or things.
So I’m not sure if Branch remembered why Floyd left or he would’ve forgotten about their little talk. He was too young.
I’m shocked that he remembers his brothers but not Viva, I guess he might have forgotten about Viva after those years because Viva was never mentioned at all as if she doesn’t exist. (I know she wasn’t planned until Trolls 3)
Hiya! Hope you're having a great day too!
Ok, so, I know it's annoying not giving a straightforward answer, but pleass, deal with me
Here's the thing: the movie opens with the flashback of baby Branch nervous from his first show, and ends with baby Branch saying "Bye, see you later", then slowly shifts to Branch listening to the old records.
Now, we don't know if this is supposed to be a normal flashback or Branch's flashback. Add to that, we don't even know Branch's age at the time
Let's take it from the top! Poppy was basically a baby during the escape from the Troll Tree, while Branch was a kid, since his grandma got eaten by a bergen, so that means they were still at the Troll Tree, meaning that, indeed, he wasn't a baby, and a while passed since the breakup
Still, though, we don't know Branch's age
But later, when John Dory shows up, Branch says, "So we can attempt to sing something we’ve only tried once and failed so miserably at that we broke up and never talked to each other again." And that means that he does remember the incident, but how old was he, still?
Now, in the first movie, Poppy says that they haven't seen the Bergens in twenty years, which means that the breakup happened twenty years ago, if not more, considering the timeline between Trolls and Twt, and there's a already a month difference between Twt and Tbt, since Tiny Diamond is a month old, and was born in Twt
So, how old was baby Branch? According to the Brozone website, Branch was born on the 2nd of January, 1999, as said by Floyd, making him 24 by 2023, making him 4 by the time they broke up. BUT since the latest update was made by John Dory on the 10th of March, 1999, then that means that they broke up when Branch was, what, two months old? And it makes slight sense since the escape happened a while after the breakup, and there's a noticeable age gap of probably two or three years between Branch and Poppy if we assume Poppy was two by the escape. Heck, maybe she wasn't even born by the breakup
Anyway, the Trolls timeline doesn't even make sense! So, yeah, you can totes use any of the options you want, whether you want Branch four years old or two months old. Cause, well, you have Tiny, who literally hatched rapping, and on the other hand, you have Poppy, who barely talked when she was still a baby. See? Nothing makes sense!
The thing is that most people like to portray newly-hatched trolls as normal babies, because cuteness! So if you'll go with the normal babies portray, that would make Branch about 4 or five by the breakup, since he can talk very well and does remember what happened
Though maybe he doesn't remember all the details, because in the argument scene in Rhonda, Branch didn't throw any accusations except the one of them leaving. So I don't think he remembers all the details about them, but he does remember the promise, since it turned out to be his flashback
Omg, that was loooong! So sorry for that! Anyway, hope it was helpful, and if anyone wants to add or comment on anything, feel free!

How to Choose a Stream?
With boards ending, a lot of you guys are wondering what stream you should choose, and a few people have hmu in my dms asking for advice, so i figured I'd make a post about how I suggest choosing a stream. Fair warning, I am a PCMB student so my advice will be a little science-stream focused because, obviously, I don't know what problems other streams might face, so additions are welcome from other people who have more to add <3
First off, this is one of the most important decisions of your life. This decision determines what the next two years of your life will look like, and it plays a strong role in determining your career for the rest of your life. So don't make this choice lightly.
Make an informed decision. I cannot stress upon this enough- do. your. own. research. Don't trust people who say there is no job opportunity in abc stream or that xyz stream will make your 'life set', all of it is bullshit. Half the time the people giving you these advices finished their schooling 20-30 years ago, respectfully- they have no idea what they're talking about. So sure, listen to everyone's inputs but check everything for yourself.
Websites are your best friend. And no, not "Top 7 High Salary Careers' type websites, I mean college websites. The best way to choose your stream is to explore various careers. For this, start with exploring the type of courses and degrees available, then head to the college's websites and check out the curriculum, the eligibility and the entrance exam requirements. Of course you don't have to choose a degree from now itself, in fact even if you have chosen something 9 times out of 10 you will change your mind by the time 12th ends, but knowing what options there are other than NEET, JEE, CUET and stuff will help you understand if you're more inclined towards science, commerce or humanities.
Subjects change after 10th, for example- what you think physics is and what 11th-12th physics is are two completely different things, so if you are more inclined towards a particular stream, go through the books. Either borrow from your seniors or go through the free NCERT pdfs (ncerts are the easiest versions of science subjects, at least, so your actual material will be 1-2 levels higher in difficulty, keep that in mind). Going through the material is not that efficient because everything seems easy at first glance but it still gives a general idea about the type of stuff you will learn so whatever piques your interest most should be a good choice to consider. I would suggest going through the books of all the streams if you have time, that way you can check which is the best fit for you. (Also go through multiple chapters, not just the first few ones)
Work on attraction rather than elimination. Dismissing a stream just because you don't like one subject in it is not a good way to go about it. Choose the stream which has a majority of subjects you do like, rather than choosing one which has the least number of subjects you don't like. Overall the purpose of a stream in 11th-12th is to get you into your desired course in college, so your biggest indication of stream will be the degrees you like, not the subjects you don't like.
Remember to prioritize yourself and your choices, trust yourself. People might have all sorts of opinions about what stream you should take and what career you should pursue. Of course some people have your best interests in mind, but ultimately it is you who has to go through with it. Being pushed into making certain choices is really harmful because there is absolutely no motivation to keep going once it gets hard (and it will). So it is best to choose your own poison so that when times get hard you know that this is something you actually really want and that way you will genuinely feel like working for it, rather than being forced to work hard for something you aren't even sure you want to do.
Don't stress too much. I know I said this is a super important decision, and it is, but it is not life ending. You can only do so much and there is no guarantee whether what you choose today will work out for you two years down the line. And that's okay. Remember that there is always an option to change plans, no matter how far along you are. So don't bind yourself to the choice you make today, you always have more options. Try your best to choose what feels right for you, and if situations change later in life, so can your plans.
If you don't know what exactly you want to do with your life, stop blaming yourself for it. I promise 90% of us had no idea what we were doing when we were your age either, even if we thought we knew what we wanted, we didn't. It's okay to not know what you want to do for the rest of your life when you're 15 or 16. Trust your gut and try your best to be informed about the stream you're choosing. As you go along, you will find your calling when the time is right. It's never too late, you'll be fine
lots of love to everyone starting on this really tedious path, the next two years will teach you a lot about yourselves and I hope you all make the best of it, all the best <3

AFTER CAREFUL EVALUATION of my ask box and prior posts i have determined that nessus will be getting a follow up expanded post similar to medusa's and aphrodite's! i will tag you so that you get a reminder when it is published, so you can read more about 10h nessus!
10h chiron: you could have anxiety or extreme stress when it comes to your reputation. due to this, you could struggle with self-esteem due to the uncertainty/self-conciseness you experience. you could be an extremely well-known and prestigious individual where your career is involved - you could be the expert of your field (in my experience, i see quite a few doctors with this placement). it is likely that your career involves a level of humanity or caring - note that you will likely build others up and help them to succeed / reach high heights meanwhile you will likely be self-made.
chiron (10h) - mc: positive aspects: you can be seen as a superior - people look to you for guidance. you are likely very up lifting; you help others to achieve greatness and increase their self-esteem. you could be a unique leader when compared to previous leaders before you. negative aspects: you may experience a social anxiety - it is likely you could have a fear of people seeing you as weak or incapable. these people never want others to see them when they are down or at a low point. responsibility and expectation may be your greatest burden. existentialism is the name of the game - some days you like are caring and believe you are special then other you lack confidence in yourself and feel incapable of counseling others.
hope this helps!

Are you going to fail in life?
Introduction:-
For new viewers, let me give you a quick information of what I write. So, I write blogs on what I learnt from the whole day because every day has it's unique sense and it always taught you some tiny lessons but in pressure of your goals, you forget those micro learnings. In simple words, I write blogs on everyday's learning. This particular blog is about what I learnt from today. Therefore, be with me till the end and most importantly enjoy the blog of today.
Incidence:-
Today was the first day of school after summer holiday's. So, no teacher had a mood to teach anything. Some were checking projects and files in the classroom and some were giving lectures on life. My science teacher, she told us that she was a topper, she had got 95% in 10th and 12th. After having such a great marks and percentage. She got no job because of which she choosed to be a teacher by profession to run her household or to be financially independent. She also told us that some of her students which are performing outstanding in their studies, got no job after their graduation. So, to be financially independent, they became tuition teachers to run their house. She said, it's because of high competition. Therefore, she want us (all the students) to work very hard to get a job. She had a very wrong belief system:- she thinks that because competition is high, all the students must have to work hard for securing a 50000-60000rs salaried job. But I seen her ignoring the fact that there are plenty of opportunities available in the academic field. In this world of competition, if someone wants to get a job by graduation, it will be so hard. But there is another way too to get a job, it's a field of technical skills, where you can get a job of above 1 lakh per month but the condition is you have to be consistent while learning the skill and you have to give it a minimum time period of 3 years. Even now, I had seen the society, teachers saying engineers & doctors are the best career options. They literally ignore the number of students applying, they know that their child will not qualify but then also they sent them to kota and other places. They know the rate of unemployed engineer but still they ignore all this. It's like closing our eyes to not face the truth. They gave their belief system to their children which causes lot's of problem for a child. If the child is not able to qualify the exam, he/she feels himself/herself a failure that's why the suicide rates are increasing in india. I asked from many of my classmates, "hey, what do you want to be?". Most of them replied:- doctor, engineer, ias or banker, they were all taking name of any competitive exams without realising that most of them are going to fail according to the fact. But why they are ignoring the real fact? They are the future of india, they are youth of india. How can be our next ruling youth be that narrow minded or blindfolded?, But Whose fault is this? Is it of that innocent child?
No, the fault here is of our society, relatives which pressurised the child so much badly that the child ability to take decisions, to understand the logic, to think critically, to realise a pattern or a fact declined because of which the child is not able to think logically. It's the fault of the society that they are not prompting or changing their perception and giving the same mindset and logic to their childrens as well. That's the reason of failures. They are destroying there childrens careers and they are making them unemployed. I realised one more pattern here which bursted my mind and I just want to stop this massive destruction, that's the reason of why I am writing this blog. The pattern is right below in the learning section.
Learning:-
After having such high percentage in school, she didn't got a job. So, she start teaching for earning and she is teaching her students to study to secure a job. Her students didn't got job too and they become tuition tutors or teachers. Then, there students will also become teachers after getting no job as you know that the population is growing, competition is increasing, number of seats are decreasing. What you are observing in this pattern? Do you find something strange here? Let me tell you if you hadn't:- The strange part is the one's who are failing are becoming teachers and those failed peoples are teaching our young youth, how to get a job which they hadn't got themselves. Tell me how can a person can explain you the things which he hadn't achieved in his life and if they are telling you means, of course, you are going to fail. Are you alone? No, you are not alone, the same teacher teaches your classmates too and may can be in some cases at coachings too. So, there are 500+ students which study from the same teacher and there are going to fail. This is the cause of massive failures of students or this is the flaw of indian education system. In Indian education system, peoples who fail become teachers and then they produce massive failures. This burst my mind, I just want to stop this to make you realise the seriousness of the problems, I written this blog.
[Note:- I do not have any intent to disrespect teachers. I just want the peoples to open their eyes. But there are always exception. In this world, there are some generous teachers as well which provides education for free and are real strugglers, they had seen the struggles and they are telling everything from their real experiences through what they had faced.]

Hi! I'd like to participate in your Valentine's Day Game.💕 I choose option 1 and I have included my solar return chart for 2023/2024. Thank you for hosting this game and for your response.🥰 Happy Valentine's Day!🩷🪷
Hi! Happy Late Valentines Day! Thank you so much for participating 💕💕
When it comes to relationships I just know you may have a work crush or date your co-worker. Your 7th house is in Virgo and the ruler mercury falls into your 10th house in Capricorn. You could learn a lot from this relationship and gain more knowledge and wisdom. Your connections may show up as teaching you life lessons and help further your career or they bring intellectual benefits. There are a lot of squares to your 7th house's ruler Mercury which makes me think there might be some tension and confusion between what you want vs what you need in your life rn. It could bring a head vs. heart dynamic into the year for sure.
Your 5th house is in Cancer and contains Lilith in Leo at an Aries degree. I get the vibe you may overindulge in pleasure this year or anything sensual that makes you feel comfortable. Leo is a dramatic and sensual sign while Aries is impulsive so Lilith here is seen as jumping into romantic connections recklessly without thought or chasing after lust. There's nothing wrong with that but you may need to develop moderation in what you enjoy as Lilith often brings backstabbing situations or betrayals. Considering this is in the house of pleasure and casual relationships and sex. Watch out a little with one-night stands or fwb. It seems like a dramatic and fun year for love though.
Okay so Venus is in Aquarius 12th house in a triple conjunction with Moon & Saturn. You could feel emotionally restricted and unable to express your feelings of love. Perhaps a little detached and feeling lonely this year? You could struggle with being emotionally open however you will probably delve deeper into spirituality and that could give you a better self-understanding of how to express your emotions to loved ones. With Venus in the 12th house conjunct Saturn you may have a relationship with someone older that's hidden; it could last longer but be a bit turbulent as the moon is present in this conjunction. I think an on-and-off relationship will be significant this year.

All You Need to Know About Insurance Agent Qualification
There are five skills required to become an insurance agent or POSP: product knowledge, communication, sales, customer management, and time management. By improving these skills, you can help customers choose the right insurance and strengthen your career.
With the growing insurance market in India, the demand for qualified agents is increasing. Working with insurance brokers gives you more options, increasing your chances of success.
What is an Insurance POSP?
An insurance POSP is someone who is authorized by an insurance company to sell insurance products. POSPs help individuals understand different insurance policies, explain the benefits, and assist with the application process. Unlike traditional agents, POSPs are often independent contractors who work on behalf of insurance companies but don’t require an office or high overhead costs.
Qualifications to Become an Insurance Agent
To become an insurance agent, you need to meet specific qualifications set by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). These qualifications are straightforward and are designed to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to sell insurance products responsibly. Here’s what you need to do:
Minimum Age Requirement The first qualification is age. You must be at least 18 years old to become an insurance agent in India.
Educational Qualifications A minimum educational qualification of 10th grade is required to become an insurance agent. However, many insurance companies prefer candidates with higher educational qualifications.
Training and Examination Aspiring agents need to undergo specific training to understand insurance products, policies, and sales techniques. After completing the training, you will need to pass a certification exam conducted by the Insurance Institute of India or other authorized institutes. This ensures that you are equipped with the necessary skills to help clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Get Licensed Once you’ve passed the exam, you need to apply for a license from the IRDAI. This license is required to legally sell insurance products. As an insurance POSP, the licensing process is relatively simple and involves completing an online registration process and training course.
Choosing an Insurance Company After getting licensed, you can choose an insurance company to work with. Many insurance companies offer POSP programs, allowing you to sell their products and earn commissions on each policy sold. You can partner with one or multiple insurance providers based on your interests and market needs.
Why Become an Insurance Agent?
Becoming an insurance agent offers many advantages. First, it provides an opportunity for flexible working hours, as many agents work independently or from home. Second, the insurance industry in India is growing, which means there are plenty of opportunities to earn a good income. Commissions and bonuses are often offered based on sales performance, and there is no cap on how much you can earn.
Conclusion
In short, it is easy to acquire the required qualifications to become an insurance agent in India, but education and certification alone are not enough to succeed in this field. A willingness to learn along with good customer service, communication, and sales skills will help you get ahead in the competitive insurance industry.

How to Prepare for NDA After 10th
Understanding the NDA
The manasa Defence AcademyNDA) is one of the most prestigious institutions in India, serving as a gateway for candidates looking to join the armed forces. After completing the 10th grade, many students look towards this pathway as an exciting career option. Preparing for the NDA involves more than just academic knowledge; it demands discipline, dedication, and a clear strategy.
How to Prepare for NDA After 10th
Preparing for the NDA can be an exciting yet challenging journey. Here are some steps to help you set off on the right foot:
1. Research and Understand the NDA Exam Structure
Before diving into preparation, it's crucial to understand what the NDA exam entails:
The NDA exam consists of two main papers: Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT).
Mathematics will cover topics like algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus.
The GAT includes English and general knowledge, which comprises history, geography, and current affairs.
Knowing these details helps focus your study efforts effectively.
2. Create a Study Plan
A well-structured study plan can keep you on track. Here’s how to create one:
Allocate time daily for both Mathematics and General Ability Test sections.
Incorporate breaks and revision periods to avoid burnout.
Set realistic targets and regularly assess your progress to stay motivated.
For instance, dedicating the early morning hours to Math when your mind is fresh can work wonders.
3. Gather the Right Study Material
Having the right resources makes a significant difference in your preparation:
Use NCERT books for foundational knowledge, especially for Mathematics.
Refer to NDA-specific guidebooks and previous years’ question papers to understand the exam pattern.
Online platforms and coaching institutes also offer mock tests that simulate the real exam experience.
4. Focus on Physical Fitness
Being physically fit is essential for candidates looking to join the armed forces. To enhance your physical capability:
Engage in regular exercise—run, swim, or play sports that you enjoy.
Include strength training in your routine to build endurance and core strength.
Also, don't forget about a balanced diet. Eating healthy can boost your stamina.
5. Join Coaching Classes, Such as Manasa Defence Academy

Manasa Defence Academy offers structured training specifically designed for NDA aspirants.
The experienced instructors at the academy can provide personalized attention, helping you tackle your weak areas.
Joining a coaching center also gives you access to peer study groups, which can be very motivating.
“Training with peers who share the same goals can create a supportive environment that enhances your learning experience.”
6. Stay Updated on Current Affairs
Being aware of what's happening around you is crucial for the General Ability Test:
Read newspapers, journals, or news websites daily to stay informed.
Prepare notes on important events, especially in politics, economics, sports, and international relations.
Incorporating current affairs into your study routine can enhance your understanding and makes answering GAT questions more manageable.
7. Practice, Practice, Practice
Consistent practice is the key to success:
Solve previous year’s question papers to get a feel for the exam's format and time management.
Take regular mock tests to build your confidence and identify the areas where you need improvement.
Conclusion
Preparing for the NDA after completing your 10th is indeed a challenging journey but with the right approach, dedication, and support, it can also be incredibly rewarding. Embrace this adventure with an open heart, make the most of your resources, and let your passion for serving the nation shine through.
