"Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast" There are many situations when we want to react quickly and start moving, but in your efforts to move so quickly, you end up slowing down the operation. 23.2 is a wrap. My post number 1K is dedicated to the only sport that has changed my life in all aspects, #CROSSFIT. One more year in which we test everything that during the time we train, tells us if all the effort has been worth it. Some will think (like me) that #OPEN #2023 is it an exact and real measurement of comparison with other athletes, regardless of how honest or not they are when it comes to uploading their scores?????. My way of thinking is unique; I only compete with myself, myself, and the fact that this me is a better person, a better athlete, a better human being in a general sense. That day that happened yesterday no longer returns, therefore, enjoy the day that you are and worry about what you have not experienced yet, make it as pleasant as possible.
