For her first grunge-inspired look, Gaga opted for a full look from Yohji Yamamoto's Fall/Winter 2024 collection, which shouldn't be a stranger to you—red tartan wool apron-style maxi dress with built-in pouches, and asymmetrical blue and red tartan wool hooded jacket with bell sleeves.
To perfectly mirror the only shoes used in the "Disease" music video, she chose these vintage Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 1993 elevated court pumps in glossy black patent leather.
Lady Gaga then transforms into the The Widower Poet chocolate astrakhan velvet dagger collar shirt and matching flare pants from emerging designer Maximilian Raynor's graduate collection.
