Today at work, I had a customer whose voice was dripping with sugary sweetness, who was upset bc she had received a past due notice in the mail and darling, honey child, sweetie pie she has NEVER been late paying a bill. I explained to her that the payment just crossed in paths in the mail with her notice, bc her act was at a zero balance, but she would not be satisfied. She insisted I remove the past due notice from her act. Again, I explained to her that her act wasn’t past due, but was at zero balance, but no she said she had the letter right there in her hand🤦🏻‍♀️ after circling around SEVERAL times with her, she finally said, no, you don’t understand 😳 you made a mistake and I was very offended that you sent me this letter, and I just wanted to tell you that you were erroneous, thank you, goodbye, click.📞 she hung up on me......OY TO THE VEH PEOPLE! This was definitely what my friends and I call #firstworldproblems or what the Bible calls #lightafflictions but the GIANT PROBLEM is this....when I told my boss what happened, he was not surprised. In the past this client has informed my boss that she read her Bible 4-5 hours every day, well my boss doesn’t believe this for a second. He thinks she is a big fat liar, bc he can’t believe that anyone reads their a Bible for every day like that, and why is it so easy for him to disbelieve such a thing? Bc her LIFE doesn’t reflect such an endeavor. She is a person that can never be satisfied and clearly is obsessed with outward appearances. This is her reputation. 🙇🏻‍♀️ As completely frustrating and annoying as my convo was with her I can say I am completely MOST annoyed and frustrated at her TERRIBLE witness for Messiah, and all I can do is cry, LORD! Fan Friday ~ Read How Devoted Georgia Is About Paul!

Below is Georgia’s story about meeting Paul twice – once in England and the second time she traveled to the United States just to see him! I met Georgia this past December in Orlando and she is very sweet and soft spoken and just adores Paul!  I mentioned to Paul that she was one of the fans that supported him about  “Cal In Camo”  last summer even though he had to cancel the conventions in Europe (which he appreciated). Thank you for sharing your story Georgia.

Hi I’m Georgia I’ve recently turned eighteen, and I’m from the Peak District in England. Ever since the TVD pilot I was a hardcore Stefan fan, the moment I laid eyes on Paul I was in love. Those deep green eyes, Just WOW! Paul’s humour and love for animals made me love him more and more. Before I dedicated my twitter account to Paul I used to use Instagram to make edits of him and The Vampire Diaries. Then I decided to make the twitter handle @GeorgiWesley where I made friends with fellow PDubbers & enjoyed talking to others about TVD and Paul.

Then in 2014 I got the opportunity to meet Paul at Insurgence 6 in Birmingham in England. It was by far one of the best days of my life!!! I remember I’d never met anyone remotely famous before and going up to have my photo with him I was completely star struck, somehow, he was even more beautiful in real life than he was on a TV screen. When I went for my Autograph with him I remember him asking where I was from and I said England which was rather obvious given where abouts we were and my accent, looking back I wish I’d given him my address and asked him to pop round to see me whenever he wanted to ha-ha.

This past December after him cancelling the events I was going to in Paris & then UK I decided to go to Orlando, Florida to meet Paul at TVD Orlando, I’d wanted to meet him again for so long and given TVD ending I was afraid it would be my last opportunity. So over 9 hours on a plane and it was all worth it for sure! I had so many photos taken with Paul and when I went up I had 7!! The woman told me ” You know he doesn’t do poses, right? ” but when I got there Paul was so nice and asked me what poses I wanted to do I asked for a couple of looking in the eyes ones and he was so happy to do it. He wasn’t fazed by it at all and was open to a variety of poses but I was too scared to ask most.

  By far the greatest part of meeting Paul again was the meet and greet. In the meet and greet I was originally quite far from Paul, but my friend Annie kindly offered her place next to him, which was the greatest moment of my life and I’ll forever be great full. Annie and Cindy were telling Paul all about my love for him and #WesleyWednesday’s because I was so nervous and he gave me a hug once he found out how far I’d come and was just SO NICE he asked how long my flight was etc. & was just all round lovely. He really liked the gifts I got him and found the Paniel mug pretty funny, just making him do his slow laugh was the highlight of my trip! By the end, I got my selfie with him and he called me sweet and gave me another hug I’ve never been happy in my life, and the smile still hasn’t left my face from this incredible experience.
