Just start. ✨ I can’t tell you how far I pushed off restarting or starting things because I felt that in order to be considered acceptable you needed to have started in your teens or 20s.. just begin anywhere. Be awful at something. Start a hobby without the need to make it a side hustle. Enjoy without worrying what others may or may not think. Whether it was yoga, nourishing my body, painting, producing EDM or bringing the wellmiss community back to Instagram, I have never once regretted just starting 🙌💖

June 4, '97, Jeff Buckley's body was discovered floating in the Mississippi River. Buckley had disappeared when swimming in Wolf River Harbor, wearing boots, all of his clothing, and singing the chorus of 'Whole Lotta Love' by Led Zeppelin. Every single one of you is so incredibly important to me and it has been a true joy to watch all of you grow, thrive, and sometimes go through those tough times. 

Being able to provide a safe space that focuses on sharing creative content that is informative, inspiring, and inclusive has been a challenge and an incredible source of happiness.
