"Prince Harry made quite a positive impression on kids during his latest charity event in London.
"'Harry was so warm and charismatic on stage,' an observer at the 2024 WellChild Awards exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, October 1. 'The reaction to him was very good...Harry’s amazing with kids and spent time backstage with all the winners for a long time before the event started,' the observer told Us. 'He was just chatting to them all and had even learned things about them all first, so it was intimate and touching. He is so good at that sort of thing, hanging with kids.'
...
"During his speech, Harry vowed to continue his support for the organization. He also shared that working with the foundation is something he is 'immensely proud' of.
"'For many of us, it is a daily life we can hardly imagine, and yet somehow, the young people I meet are always smiling and every room they walk into seemingly lights up with warmth and positivity,' he said. 'So keep being you. You’ve got this. And we’ve got you.'"

An oldie but a goodie when Harrys mask slips. by u/Harry-Ripey
An oldie but a goodie, when Harry’s mask slips. https://ift.tt/BSwkjzV media has always been selective about what images and videos they choose to show featuring Harry, and TW, but if you watch the unedited videos uploaded by those in the crowds during engagements, you’ll see a very different side to both of them. In Nottingham, their first engagment in 2017, Harry was seen being rude, and pulling a ‘face of thunder’ to members of the crowds when they jeered them. He was under the impression that anyone that came to see them would be cheering them, but it’s not a crime to boo or jeer someone. It’s not pleasant or polite of course, but it’s not a criminal offence, and no one can stop members of the public from expressing their disapproval of someone. TW has been seen to pull faces, and ignore people too, and images exist, yet the media has chosen to conceal those images for now.Oh and another pic of Harry with his phone -We must also question as to whether they are setting up the paparazzi for another lawsuit, with Harry seen filming the paparazzi while he was en route to the WellChild awards. Is it for a Netflix special, or will to be used as evidence for another lawsuit? It’s also amazing that Backgrid knew what time Harry was arriving back in Los Angeles, and knew which car he would be getting into. All these leaks can only come from the Sussex PR team, and are they baiting the media so that they can attack them and try to extort money from them again?Nothing much changes this this toxic couple, but it shows he is just as unpleasant as she is… post link: https://ift.tt/YSTZRl8 author: Harry-Ripey submitted: September 18, 2024 at 04:06PM via SaintMeghanMarkle on Reddit disclaimer: all views + opinions expressed by the author of this post, as well as any comments and reblogs, are solely the author's own; they do not necessarily reflect the views of the administrator of this Tumblr blog. Hello !
I wanted to know why you say that Harry's trip was "semi-successful" ? Because I personally saw nothing about him. Nothing in NYC (except Queen Mathilde and Fallon) nothing about Wellchild (the first article I saw was days later - today actually). What's the successful part ? Because he clearly has a PR push but if nobody's listenning it's wasted money. And what will happen after that ? They have this event with Tyler Perry I don't remember when, and he still has trials that show his entitlement. I don't understand what they are doing. A reputation is steadily built with time but their PR is like "we do this now and now people will respect us, love us". Their PR has been saying for years that they had potential without showing it. How is it different ?
Meghan wasn’t there. She is an energy vampire who sucks all the life from Harry and all the energy from the room. So Harry has a better attitude at events without her because he isn’t dealing with her, her demands, her ego, and her controls. He also looks better, smiles more, engages with people around him more - you see his personality more. He’s more “real” and not as guarded or quick to anger.
Don’t get me wrong. He still has his churlish moments and he still word-salads mumbo-jumbo his speeches, but on the whole, without Meghan, Harry can be the British Prince he thinks he is and it’s received well by his audiences, the media, and the people around him.
And it’s not new. We’ve been saying all along since 2018 that Harry is happier, looks healthier, gets a better reception, is more warmly received, and has better coverage from the press when Meghan isn’t there. We’ve also been saying that that’s going to be what forces Harry’s hand with regards to a separation or a divorce - realizing how much easier everything is without Meghan and realizing that he’s treated better, more respectfully, and more like the prince he was born as than the outcast he actually is. It seems like he’s moving closer and closer to that realization. After all, this latest trip is something like 12 days away from Meghan - that’s the longest they’ve been separated. Usually when Harry does a solo trip, it’s just an overnight and then he’s back to Montecito but this trip constantly seems to get extended; first it was a few days in NYC, then the London leg for WellChild was added, then the Lesotho leg, now a South Africa leg.

"Prince Harry was thinking of his children at the 2024 WellChild Awards in London.
"The Duke of Sussex, 40, traveled across the pond to attend the event in London on Sept. 30, and referenced his family in a speech on stage. Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan [the Duchess of Sussex], are parents to Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3, and while they didn't tag along, Harry referenced raising his kids in his remarks.
"'The WellChild Awards is an event that never fails to inspire me. The stories of young people who battle against the odds, living lives filled with medical procedures, hospital stays and endless appointments, remind us all of the strength of the human spirit,' the Duke of Sussex said in part.
"He proceeded to thank 'the superhero parents, carers, siblings and professionals' who work 'tirelessly and selflessly to ensure these young people have the best lives possible,' and offered the relatable comment.
"'As a parent, I know a little about the emotional rollercoaster of parenting!' Prince Harry said. 'But when I hear about the care many of you mums, dads, and family members provide, the level of round-the-clock care you offer, the skills you've had to learn and the battles for support that you fight every single day, I am truly in awe.'"
