thank u for being brave enough to say that dd is their worst album. i feel like saying that gets you a death sentence nowadays

LIKE ITS JUST TRUE. and listen i love dd. but it doesnt match up to the other three (official albums). the ppl who say tbp is their worst album tho make me homicidal. genuinely.

also i think it has to do with when you got into them, to some degree. i don't know a single pre-dd fan who thinks dd isn't the worst. and bc dd is fairly different from the other albums, there is also a sizable subset of ppl who knew dd before they knew any other mcr albums and thats their favorite. so i think thats a factor.

but just like in general. i know bullets is the least polished but its not about that. its so good. and dd is also good but its kind of lame comparatively.

15. what's the weirdest thing that's happened to you?

okay kinda long story but: so my mom's cat, missy, died when i was 19 and for weeks after i was still hearing her run around and lapping up water drops from the tap. at first i thought i was just imagining it because duh, i grew up with that cat, she was as old as me. and then like, not thinking about it, i called out "missy stop it" and. the noise stopped. i didn't tell my mom about it cuz i figured she would think i'm crazy and then one day, me and mommy were sitting on the couch and the noises started up and we both looked up and yelled for the cat. the noises stopped. and my mom was like "you can hear her too?" and that's why i believe in ghosts

28. an unusual song that's your favorite?

don't think it's too unusual but i really love 'oh my goth!' by aurelio voltaire. it's dark cabaret and one cool thing about it is that ray toro did the guitar parts for the whole album its on
