Adam is a constable at the Wellington Wells Constabulary and still lives in his grandparents' flat, long after they've passed.

I could seriously talk about it nonstop for days. Weeks, perhaps. But the creativity of this fandom is lovely to see, and so inspiring. So I had posted this on amino two years ago, I'll add what I wrote there.

I still need to develop him, but the man is pretty messed up lol (aren't most bobbies? Yes but he is a bit touched in the head). He takes a bit too much delight in stomping downers. He takes his job a bit too seriously, but he can interact well with most of the citizens and his colleagues.

He has his eye on a girl named Amelia, who seems mutually interested in him. He's not sure why he feels drawn to her, but maybe it's because of how peculiarly she acts around him. Or maybe it's all the flowers she throws his way. (The poor girl has a crush but is too afraid to actually talk to him.)

One time he saw a man flirting with her, which lit an angry fire in him (he's not sure why, but it made him mad regardless.) However what drove him to action was how uncomfortable and worried she looked.

He might've acted a bit rashly, but at least no one died!

tbh Amelia, the curly haired girl in the drawing, is gonna get pretty heavily modified so most of this lore will be obsolete. Both will undergo changes, actually. They're pretty dusty oc concepts lmao

It was a kind gesture, for starters; one that Barrett was not familiar with receiving. He smiled a bit to himself, reading over the note as he indulged in the dessert. He had enjoyed the outing, after all, so why not go out again? Especially when the pub was involved. The man could never say no to that… He quickly wrote up a note in his own much messier handwriting, handing it off to a fellow Constable to deliver personally to Vincent.

You’re rather convincing, you know that? I’d be delighted to meet you at the pub this evening, if you’re willing. Oh- and thank you kindly for the cake. Probably the best I’ve had.

Designed and based off of a random building in the Waterloo District from We All Fall Down. I imagine that because Victoria lives in Maidenholm and the Waterloo District appears to be full of shops, this shop is in northern Maidenholm. As you may notice, the other half of the building is boarded up and abandoned. :3
