making my own post because nobody needs my bullshit on their post:
Tumblr media
OP:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Reblog 1:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Reblog 2:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My response:
The IRA blogs were here and they were active and they were quite popular; their posting patterns did not match normal tumblr users (i was followed by lagonegirl and followed back only to be put off by the account reblogging the same five or ten posts every hour for a day before selecting another five or ten posts to reblog hourly the next day - it was clear engagement bait).
Tumblr has never been as transparent about these accounts as both Twitter and Facebook were, but several of the accounts had shared names across platforms and you can find a significant amount of data that was released by both facebook (ex: ads purchased by the IRA accounts) and twitter (over three million tweets from IRA accounts). Academic researchers have published papers on the data released from facebook and twitter. Several papers. So many papers. Soooooo many papers. We have a LOT of direct evidence that you can explore for yourself that there were hundreds (possibly thousands) of IRA accounts that were created on Facebook and Twitter. Of those accounts, some shared usernames across platforms, and of those accounts, a few had tumblr accounts that posted the same content on twitter and tumblr.
To quote a buzzfeed news article from the time:
The Russian-run Tumblr accounts used the same, or very similar, usernames as the account names contained on a list of confirmed IRA accounts Twitter submitted to congressional investigators. In some cases, the Tumblr and Twitter account has the same profile image or linked to each other in their bios. Some IRA Tumblrs and Twitter accounts also cross-promoted content between platforms, further linking them together.
Current tumblr user @ alwaysbewoke (who I don't want to tag because I'm sure he's got better things to do) is interviewed in that article and talks about following one of the blogs identified by tumblr as an IRA blog that had a matching account on twitter identified as an IRA account but unfollowing when the left-leaning blog supposedly run by a black creator started rooting for trump in the election.
Dr. Jonathan Albright is heavily quoted in the article; the data review he collaborated on is one of the only reviews of this subject that includes data from Tumblr and Reddit.
One of the claims that I've seen is that tumblr just deleted funny black people, but these were blogs with thousands of followers on tumblr who never recreated, never popped up on another social media site, never started a reddit account after getting banned; nobody ever showed up saying "hey this is 4mysquad, I got banned on tumblr and twitter, follow me to pillowfort". These very popular blogs got deleted and, as far as I know, nobody ever popped up claiming to be a person who was deleted - and it's not like tumblr users haven't figured out how to evade bans.
What you are doing when you make posts saying that the IRA accounts on tumblr never existed is *absolving tumblr of guilt for their utter lack of transparency.*
Tumblr is not the only tech company that has tried to fly under the radar as its larger counterparts face regular scrutiny in Congress and in the press. Earlier this month, Reddit revealed it too had deleted hundreds of accounts with ties to the Internet Research Agency. A WIRED investigation found more than a thousand links to Russian propaganda websites are still live on Reddit, and unearthed two suspicious accounts that Reddit immediately shut down.
So should you believe what Tumblr says? No, because Tumblr has been functionally fucking silent on this issue and the information about this subject aside from the list of blogs has come from the hard work of data scientists, journalists, and researchers.
(For the record; some of those bot accounts that were recorded by Dr. Albright also had Google+ accounts in 2017 - there is every possibility that they had myspace accounts).
Now, the reason that I'm popping onto this post as an annoyed anarchist is that I was tracking a similar group of blogs for a while and was discussing them and I stopped precisely because of the galaxy-brained liberals who are now trying to dunk on communists for criticizing electoralism. One of the people who was following my project was one of the ones who started calling out the "joe biden kills dogs" posts as disinfo and I realized they were using some of the guidelines I'd written up to "identify" misinformation and that is very a rock fucking stupid approach to what was clearly a leftist making jokes and was horrified and realized there was no way that I could continue documenting what I was documenting without someone attempting to call actual leftists russian bots.
I've seen the post that OP is referencing [it's one where someone makes a very obvious joke about the democrat presidential ticket and people jump on to call them a bot and then someone tries to do the "AI tell me a story" thing and OP is just like "I don't want to :(", proving that they are in fact a person and not an AI] and have deeply enjoyed the humor of watching liberals a) not understand a very, VERY obvious joke and b) become the unwitting butt of a joke they were trying to make, but also I am so exhausted by watching normie dems call leftists AI bots after years of watching normie dems call real live actual leftists who hold actual political views that real people actually have, like prison abolition, russian bots.
But I am also so fucking tired of left conspiracism and how stupid it sounds when leftists dismiss a preponderance of evidence that is easily accessible and publicly available for analysis as "lol so you just trust everything tumblr tells you?"
No, dipshit, learn to click a fucking link or twelve.

Kontextmaschine is Dead
(~1,000 words, 5m)
Noted blogger @kontextmaschine is presumed dead, following the discovery that the sole resident at his most likely residence was found deceased during a wellness check initiated by concerned Redditors.
Prior to his last post on Aug 22, which indicated a serious health problem, he reported taking over twice the dose of creatine he had been taking at the beginning of his lengthy post-COVID health saga, in which he also reported becoming bisexual, having "zero" anxiety, gaining 3D vision after years of not having it, becoming incredibly convincing, and having to learn to walk and use his muscles properly again. At the time, he felt he was becoming trimmer and physically stronger, and reported engaging in a long project of yard work, although photos from the inside of his house generally looked somewhat messy.
A Tumblr user who met him briefly in person after the beginning of the health saga but before these most recent events reported that he was friendly, charismatic, hospitable, and clean, but "physically, a mess," with motor control issues on one side of his body.
Topics of discussion were similar to the content of kontextmaschine's blog, such as differences in east and west coast government in America, said to be "totally on brand," but it was said that the prolific poster seemed "less self-grandiose" in person.
Redditors theorize that the decline of kontextmaschine's health following his first self-report of COVID-19 infection may have been due to undiagnosed brain cancer, which could be more consistent with observed changes in behavior than the after-effects of a viral infection, given that most reports of "long covid" are about effects like fatigue, and not total loss of anxiety or alteration of sexual orientation.
Despite multiple suggestions, from both anonymous and pseudonymous users, kontextmaschine refused to seek professional medical care for his condition.
Regarding the mourning of public figures, in 2018, a period of increased Progressive sensitivity during the Trump Administration, kontextmaschine wrote,
through the years realized that through whatever blind groping the ‘90s-ass “edgelords” were desperately trying to save us from this, through proper gatekeeping and filtering at first I’d thought it was gratuitous and supported it being relaxed, maybe not shaming everyone who publicly mourned a suicide, mea culpa, mea culpa, I have debts to pay
In 2019, he added:
That was how we kept the internet culture from growing mawkish and cry-bullyish: basically, if you were so weak as to get weepy over corpsemeat you got cancelled, the shame would follow you forever and you’d never be allowed to forget it.
Given his writing, it is likely that kontextmaschine would not have supported excessive public mourning over his death, though in 2017, following the theft of his motorcycle, when the popular blogger @argumate jokingly criticized him by writing, "no references to pinball, no insight into historical Americana, this isn’t the kontext I signed up for," kontextmaschine wrote,
“when bad shit happens people mock me accurately” is the community I’ve been looking for my whole life so
Like argumate, perhaps the most famous of the rationalist-adjacent bloggers on Tumblr, screenshots of kontextmaschine's Tumblr posts would end up on outside websites.
Kontextmaschine was generally considered an interesting, if controversial writer. One Tumblr user characterized him as a member of the "obnoxious Tumblr right," though another user asked, "wait, how is kontextmaschine is right wing?" After another user claimed that the nuclear bombing of Oregon would be a net improvement in the world due to kontextmaschine's residence in Portland, tumblr user @random-thought-depository wrote a 2,400 word theory post arguing that kontextmaschine's philosophy was a means to coordinate to join a future political coalition favoring the formation of a more brutal and oppressive hierarchy in pursuit of his own advantage.
Though kontextmaschine's ideology advocates that humanity should adopt "r-selection," meaning more offspring with less investment in each (or youth, sex, and death), this blog dissented against the coalition theory, arguing that motorcycles, kung fu, women, Hollywood, and not having to report to HR are all traditionally cool, and the causality of the kontextmaschine ideology could easily run the other way.
Though he had a period of identifying as female in his youth, appropriately LGBTQ for a Tumblr user, his 2011 statement of principles, including "the lesser yields to the greater" and "suffering is the mark of a wrong person," and general body of work, could be described as a strain of right-wing thought, though not of the traditionalist Christian or rational technocratic varieties.
Prior to the post-covid health saga, kontextmaschine's health posting was primarily about his bipolar disorder, with both manic and depressive phases.
Kontextmaschine maintained generally friendly relations with other bloggers in his sphere of discourse, sometimes debating but rarely aggressive, except in response to anonymous hatemail. In response to one particular piece of hatemail, kontextmaschine stated that as a writer, of course his primary form of influence would be his posts.
In a post chain reblogged by dozens of Tumblr users, multiple Tumblr users wrote that they enjoyed his writing and are disappointed by his death, describing him as a unique thinker that will not be easily replaced. Several felt that there was not much they could have done, as after returning from his covid infection, he was not taking medical advice.
One Tumblr user wrote, "rip. Inspirational manic poster," while long-time and prolific poster argumate described him as, "one of the bloggers of all time."
Internet users speculate that Kontextmaschine is survived by his outdoor cat, Badger, about whom he posted frequently. He may also be survived by other members of his family, with whom he apparently did not live, and rarely spoke about.
It is recommended that enthusiasts of kontextmaschine's blog make backups of his writing for archival purposes.

i hope my misadventures aren't dissuading anyone from making their own website as a patreon alternative, when i first did this back in 2016/2017 it was actually pretty painless so most of the issues i am having right now are based on the fact that i already have a site with content and members that i don't want to lose or fuck over
more specifically i originally set it up with a service that did most of the hard stuff for me, which meant that when they changed from a free service that took a cut to a paid service that still took a cut it really fucked me
if i'd done just a teeeeensy bit more work in the beginning i would be doing much less work right now, which is the actual lesson you should be taking away from my Agonies

If anyone can rally up a base, it’s Taylor Swift.
When sexually explicit, likely AI-generated, fake images of Swift circulated on social media this week, it galvanized her fans. Swifties found phrases and hashtags related to the images and flooded them with videos and photos of Swift performing. “Protect Taylor Swift” went viral, trending as Swifties spoke out against not just the Swift deepfakes, but all nonconsensual, explicit images made of women.
Swift, arguably the most famous woman in the world right now, has become the high-profile victim of an all-too-frequent form of harassment. She has yet to comment on the photos publicly, but her status gives her power to wield in a situation where so many women have been left with little recourse. Deepfake porn is becoming more common as generative artificial intelligence gets better: 113,000 deepfake videos were uploaded to the most popular porn websites in the first nine months of 2023, a significant increase to the 73,000 videos uploaded throughout 2022. In 2019, research from a startup found that 96 percent of deepfakes on the internet were pornographic.
The content is easy to find on search engines and social media, and has affected other female celebrities and teenagers. Yet, many people don’t understand the full extent of the problem or its impact. Swift, and the media mania around her, has the potential to change that.
“It does feel like this could be one of those trigger events” that could lead to legal and societal changes around nonconsensual deepfakes, says Sam Gregory, executive director of Witness, a nonprofit organization focused on using images and videos for protecting human rights. But Gregory says people still don’t understand how common deepfake porn is, and how harmful and violating it can be to victims.
If anything, this deepfake disaster is reminiscent of the 2014 iCloud leak that led to nude photos of celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton spreading online, prompting calls for greater protections on people's digital identities. Apple ultimately ramped up security features.
A handful of states have laws around nonconsensual deepfakes, and there are moves to ban it on the federal level, too. Rep. Joseph Morelle (D-New York) has introduced a bill in Congress that would make it illegal to create and share deepfake porn without a person’s consent. Another House bill from Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-New York) seeks to give legal recourse to victims of deepfake porn. Rep. Tom Kean, Jr. (R-New Jersey), who in November introduced a bill that would require the labeling of AI content, used the viral Swift moment to draw attention to his efforts: “Whether the victim is Taylor Swift or any young person across our country—we need to establish safeguards to combat this alarming trend,” Kean said in a statement.
This isn’t the first time that Swift or Swifties have tried to hold platforms and people accountable. In 2017, Swift won a lawsuit she brought against a radio DJ who she claimed groped her during a meet-and-greet. She was awarded $1—the amount she sued for, and what her attorney Douglas Baldridge called a symbolic sum “the value of which is immeasurable to all women in this situation.”
Last fall, tens of thousands of people registered to vote after the superstar posted a link to Vote.org on Instagram. And in 2022, her fan base, so enraged after waiting hours to buy tickets to the Eras Tour only to be beaten out by bots, reignited conversation around antitrust issues with Ticketmaster and Live Nation’s mega-merger. A cringy Senate hearing followed, and an investigation into Live Nation’s agreements with venues and artists is ongoing.
Swift and her fans could advocate for legal changes at the federal level to pass. But their outrage could do something else: lead platforms to take notice. “When you have a really massive group of users saying this content is unacceptable in this very high-profile way, the power there is about what it says to the platform about what users will and won’t tolerate,” says Cailin O’Connor, a professor of philosophy at University of California, Irvine and coauthor of The Misinformation Age: How False Beliefs Spread. X did not respond to a request for comment on the images and its moderation efforts regarding deepfake porn. Elon Musk bought the site in 2022 and quickly gutted its moderation teams. Advertisers have also dropped off recently after Musk’s apparent endorsement of an antisemitic conspiracy theory.
It’s not clear whether Swift will take on this issue. A representative for Swift did not respond to a request for comment for this story. Harassment of female celebrities is frequent and often brushed aside, but deepfakes are harming them and others without the same power. This could be a moment for Swift to use her powerful platform—or at least for her fans to push the issue before the public.

Since you've mentioned that you use Scrivener as a word processing software, I have a bit of a weird-ish question. I have looked at the programme and it seems incredibly useful, and then I looked at the pricetag and- gulp.
I currently use Word which costs 5 euros per year thanks to university, but am thinking about switching to another programme that isn't related to my uni as I feel too paranoid about my smutty fanfic ideas being looked at by my uni and them disapproving of my writing. XD (Word keeps marking "fuck" with a squiggly line and suggesting I choose another word to avoid offending my readers, but if canon doesn't give Barclay some holographic MMF action taking place during "A Fistful of Datas" and turning both his holographic partners into holographic Data and therefore inducing maximum tension and insecurity due to feelings in poor sandwiched Barclay whenever he meets actual Data after that, I will have to write it myself! :P )
According to the website where one can buy a Scrivener license, one pays for the current version of it and will have to buy later versions anew if I haven't misunderstood. You seem to have used it for quite a while, and I haven't managed to find out when the different versions came out. I know the current one is 3, but I am unsure how much time passed between 1 and 2 and 2 and 3, and am unsure whether it's a good idea to buy a license now or whether it would be wiser to wait if it's likely that another version might be released in the near future (that is within one year for example) because then I might wait a little while with my purchase, heh. It probably sounds quite stingy but I am solely getting it for my tiny and too seldom indulged hobby of writing fanfic, and currently have to kinda sorta pay more attention to my wallet and where its contents go, so to say, which is why I'm hesitant.
The question basically is: As a (probable?) long-time user, do you think it's likely a new version of Scrivener will be released within the next year or so or do you think it's likely the current version will be tha latest to purchase for a longer while than 1-2 years?
I hope this rambly mess makes sense, haven't really slept for quite some time, so I am sorry if this is terribly incomprehensible. Sorry for the weird stingy question. Have a nice day and I hope you have slept and will sleep better than I currently do, heh!
--
I've only used it for like three years.
A quick google suggests that Scrivener 2 was released in 2010. 3 was released in 2017 basically to keep up with OS changes.
(IDK what you searched, but this isn't hard to find, dude.)
Scrivener is a fairly... old-fashioned style of software, I guess I'd call it. Some dude wrote himself a program to write his own novel and then people liked it. Some other guy decided to port it to Windows.
They update approximately never. When they do, recent buyers of the old one upgrade for free and everybody else gets like half off. The trial period is 30 days of actual use. The current retail license for 3 is only like sixty bucks. It's a commercial product, but... not like you've been trained to expect by your average modern software that wants to nickle and dime you at every turn.
Do you need Scrivener? Well, no. Not unless you want customizable high-level ebook output formatting and fancy features like that. You could just use some other free option if you just want to type stories in something that isn't Word. But Scrivener is priced extremely low for what it is.

Exploration of the now-offline Far Cry 5 official websites
Part 12: Jacob Seed
Recovered content
Here is what the American website said about Jacob, from at least July 13th, 2017, to February 7th, 2020:
Tumblr media
THE SOLDIER JACOB SEED “Preparedness through pain.” This is Jacob’s mantra. As the Cult’s recruiter and former Army marksman, big brother Seed’s main duty is protecting the Project at Eden’s Gate.
On or before March 27th, 2018, a video was added. The text didn’t change.
Tumblr media
Here is the video:
youtube
The first two sentences of the description were not on the European website, but the rest was identical.
Commentary
I probably would have said Jacob’s mantra either was “Sacrifice the weak” or “Cull the herd” instead, but “Prepareness through pain” works too. I don’t remember the fact he was a marksman when he was in the Army is explicitly mentioned in the game or even in The Book of Joseph, but considering his weapon of choice is a sniper rifle, that makes sense to me!
Under the cut are all the available source files, saved directly from the website, of the images you see in the screenshots:

Here's a headscratcher for you
I'm working on the next installment of The Timeline (ooh, boy, were the crystal balls working in overtime). The way I do my research is searching for specific people on specific websites using specific dates. Then I open up my search to some more general "catch all" keywords restricted by date range.
I did a search on "meghan markle" and restricted results to the month of September 2017. And look at what popped up.
Tumblr media
(^^this is a screenshot. It goes to the actual Archie page.)
Interesting, isn't it?
Now I have *some* knowledge of how content management systems (CMS) work from having been in the CMS/website business at OldJob. Not a whole lot, mind you, but probably more than the average person. So what I *think* is going on here is that the webpage that became "Prince Archie of Sussex" was first created on September 4, 2017. Like as a placeholder page or a template - which is perfectly normal and standard operating procedure in the tech world. The actual Archie content was added, obviously, after the baby was born.
Which could mean that someone knew in September 2017 that Harry was going to get the Duke of Sussex title when he married and that marriage was "sooner" rather than later for him. It could also mean that the palace IT team is incredibly sloppy that they can't even change the properties of their own web pages, which is super plausible because we know the BRF doesn't give a crap about their website.
Yes, the saying is "when you hear hoofbeats, think horses not zebras" (meaning the simplest explanation is usually the correct one) so in all likelihood, this is really just sloppy website management. But it is suspicious the same way everything else concerning the Sussexes is suspicious...and you'll see people starting to make that connection in the next Timeline.
Just thought I'd share, especially since Meghan's PR is currently making noise about the Wales kids' webpages being updated recently, but not the Sussex kids.

nicolas maduro: since becoming president of venezuela in 2013 i've overseen more than 20,000 extrajudicial killings and 7 million venezuelans have been displaced
nicolas maduro: the state controls the media and content that makes the government look unfavourable will not be broadcast
nicolas maduro: i'm fully in support of russia's actions in ukraine and have close ties with vladimir putin
nicolas maduro: i rewrote the constitution in 2017 to make it easier to hold onto power for as long as possible, then i called an election early and banned the opposition parties from participating in it
nicolas maduro: this year's election had significant irregularities including censorship of voter information websites and suppression of voter registration leading to millions of venezuelans being unable to cast their vote
nicolas maduro: i announced the results of the election before the votes had been counted and i have refused to release the vote tallies. i definitely won though. the vote count was accurate to within
nicolas maduro: i announced the results of the election before the votes had been counted and i have refused to release proof of the vote tallies
nicolas maduro: the only countries to publicly congratulate me on winning the election are russia, china, cuba, and iran, none of which have free and fair elections
nicolas maduro: the carter center, an independent pro-democracy organisation, have pointed out numerous electoral irregularities and concluded that the voting figures i reported are 'statistically improbable'. they have concluded that they cannot verify the results
nicolas maduro: when other countries in south america asked for confirmation of the election results, i responded by suspending flights and cutting off power to their embassies
nicolas maduro: vote tallies supplied by poll watchers do not match the election result. so i've had a lot of them detained and many have had to flee their homes
nicolas maduro: i'm also cracking down on protesters and encouraging people to use an app to anonymously report protesters to the state. protestors and opposition politicians are being detained and killed and i have assured people that the full force of the law will be used against them
nicolas maduro: the united states, and many other countries, have expressed concern about all of this, and indeed have been expressing concern for several years about me, my policies, and the many ways that my presidency resembles a dictatorship
nicolas maduro: free palestine tho :)
people on this fucking website: the man is a hero! the people have spoken! the usa are trying to stage a coup because they don't like the fair results of a democratic election because the leader that venezuelans have chosen is pro-palestine! daddy maduro says fuck zionists 🥰

With the recent enshittification of a lot of social media, hate speech running rampant and staff not listening to user feedback, it's very refreshing to find a website/online social space that does address these issues and does listen to its userbase.
Never in a million years did I ever expect that website to be Gaia Online, but you know what? I'm glad to see it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Link to the thread in case you don't want to deal with tumblr's shitty aspect ratio.
For those who quit Gaia a while back due to the site turning into an e-commerce nightmare, things have gotten a lot better! Gary Schofield is long gone, Lanzer's been back in charge since 2017, Ask the Admin is back, they're working on new content for the site, and while it's a long way from how it used to be back in its heyday, the site is steadily beginning to improve.

i don't think anything noticeable will happen to this website any time soon, but since the discussion of beginning palliative care for tumblr has begun, the best way to follow me into the beyond is subscribing to my substack. i also have a personal instagram but i don't use it much.
once i get an invite code to bluesky i'll check that out, and i was considering starting a youtube channel and/or relaunching my patreon. i started a dreamwidth in 2017 and didn't really get the hang of it but i'd be willing to move over there if that's where fandom-at-large ends up. i'll also make sure all my writing advice asks are saved and made public somewhere.
i'll be honest, i hate the content creator hustle. tumblr has been the one place i still feel like i can be part of a community without turning myself into a commodity or developing a persona. i really hope that either tumblr pulls through or we find another tumblr-like platform which can be a haven from algorithms and traffic chasing.

An honest ask
Dear @outlander-online,
I have read the following endorsement on your page:
Tumblr media
Would you be so kind and clarify which photos are old, according to you? The photos @brian-in-finance posted to refute me and other bloggers, or all the pictures related to these two events I did post in good faith, believing they were newly released by Getty?
Being understood that the 2019 Scottish BAFTA Gala was reflected on your site by this series of photos, NEW HQ Pics of The Cast of The Cast of Outlander at The Scottish BAFTA Awards - Outlander OnlineOutlander Online (outlander-online.com), I have to say I do not see these 4 black and white images, apparently released by Getty on January 29th:
Same goes for the last two BTS pictures in the series I posted here....
I simply do not see them in the series you posted at the time and to which the user @brian-in-finance refers to.
Perhaps they were posted elsewhere. In that case, I wouldn't know: it would take forever to do a Google Image search and the Lens option is not any better:
Tumblr media
I simply went with what Getty was showing.
All the pictures posted by me and dealing with the 2017 Scottish BAFTA Awards, here
are on your website, at this link:
I had no intention to mislead or overlook anyone.
I do not wish to drag you into a conversation that you probably do not want or need to be a part of. I would simply very much appreciate an answer to a simple question related to the content posted on your website.
Sincerely yours,
Me

something I want some people to understand is that it’s completely fair and fine to have boundaries, to not want certain people to interact with them, or people who like certain content or whatever
That’s why features like blocking and muting exists. It has been made so easy to avoid rather than to engage with people and content you dislike. For example, tumblr had no in built filtering system until 2017, you could block accounts but not filter tags, which meant people had to rely on 3rd party apps that only worked on desktop to filter stuff out!
Every website nowadays has a filtering system because it became a necessity. But instead of avoiding, certain people seek content and people they KNOW will upset them out. These people seem to ride on the thrill of calling out people in the kiwi farms style and call themselves “normal” without ever being that
because there’s nothing normal about using fiction and fantasies of someone as an excuse to defend or engage in harassment, often targeted, calling people racist or queer/transphobic slurs, pedojacketing and or doxxing.
no normal person in fandoms and no one outside CARES what people get off to. Fantasies are just that - fantasies. They’re not actions, they’re thoughts. Unless someone actually starts harming themselves or others, THATS what people should care about and find concerning. Because THAT is not normal
Ffr anon. You are so cool and correct B)

So there's a homestuck rp server run by Antis called Serverstuck where they literally banned the creation of adult fantrolls that aren't important to server lore, basically everyone outside the staffs team, from 2017-2018 to early April 2023
I made 2 OCs there a week prior to the creation ban was lifted, got banned and called a pedophile for putting my OCs who was 13 & 15 in a relationship (nothing NSFW)
They decided not to put a banner that literally said [TERFS, TRANSMEDS, ZIONISTS, PRO-PARA, PROSHIP, AND EXCLUSIONISTS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT] on the ads they put for Homestuck Requiem Cafe event last year, 2 people got banned from their local homestuck community because the mods decided to ban them since one of them allows people to commision dead dove content & made everyone in their local homestuck community label them as dangerous. I had to email the requiem team about the server because they will put another physical ads at the event area.
The server owner is Derry Luttrell, he has a TTRPG podcast named Dice Will Roll where for suspicious reasons there are no mention of any Antis rhetorics. His name is already public knowledge through the prodcast because he linked his PROFESSIONAL TWITTER on the podcast's website
I have screenshots, I would rather stay anonymous though because there are people who came forward saying the mods harassed them after being banned
(there's another server called Serverstuck +18 on Disboard, both servers aren't affiliated with each others)
I will always be baffled about antis in the Homestuck fandom. Like uh, excuse me? You mean the media where minors are required by law to fuck their relatives and have the business of repopulating the world or else they die? That's your fandom and yet you're still an anti? My brother in christ you've got EVERYTHING in there.
Anyways, if you open my account but aren't logged in, you should be able to anonymously send screenshots if you desire. Photo hosts online work too. If you're really desperate, I can reblog posts from sideblogs. Or you can just not bother. Up to you.
