Draft of this comic from a while back. When I'm drafting, I write the script first, dividing it into speech bubbles and text blocks. Then I do the visual draft. I don't really add text to it usually. Sometimes stuff doesn't make it into the final cut, but that's just how it goes. Then I just jump straight into the final, add text, color, effects, do one last read-through for spelling errors and visual continuity, and it's ready for posting

Criticism towards that isekai maid webcomic are a lil silly with the way they say the author is exaggerating about how frequent maids get slapped by isekai-ed mcs when they're commenting on why the trope even exists in the first place when the mc comes from a time more informed about class and work dynamics and it's not the only trope addressed by the webcomic. Trying to make this seem like a exclusively english-speaking audience/westerner nitpicking when in-house maids are still a thing in Asia, immigration is a hell hole and xenophobia is rampant?? A commentary on the problematic themes in the rofan/isekai genre is suddenly too preacy but dozens of manhwa awarding its entitled narcissistic mcs are ok, groundbreaking even? Who's picking needles from haystacks here?

It's a goofy slice-of-life comic that's a side-story of Minding Q's, and it follows these two goofballs: Faith and Lex. (I currently don't have an update schedule, but I'm hoping to settle into a routine where I update it every two weeks!)

Frankly, I so shouldn't be doing this - I have a ton of WIPs as is, and not enough time, but... I really, really miss making comics. I'd also like to take actual steps towards completing more ambitious Gonta-centric projects; and this is an old idea I was regularly mulling over.

So since it's now fully storyboarded anyway, I'll keep going, even if it's gonna take a while. I may post standalone fanarts sporadically, but inking/toning all these pages is my main focus for now!

Btw. no, this isn't going to be shippy lmao. The story is rather serious tho, I'll do my best to do it justice.
