United Assassins Factor
Nineth Goav Sai (Nine Lives, Something of Folklore; Now Cut It Away)
Tyrael Nox > I Became, Rissari Bailon, Gear Rockin, Fingertip Bazooka, Shogunru, Emera Soryn, Drexdurn, Whisker, Death of A Million & Blitzy
Kino El Tsurroro (When You Hear Things of the Wrong, He Will Sweep Them Away)
Devil's Hate > San Junipero, Jonno Ashton, Sunshiny, Empire Styze, Unhappy, Ms Warren, Symphony, Fotizo, Zinaj Gunava & Jam Ragious
After the wake of the Species Wars, several people believed that an order needed to be made. In order to prevent the mass genocide of chipping away all humanoid species. Pride was taken to Pandora's Box to be placed in it, so to speak; so it will never be revered amongst an entire species again. It took the most high, several orders to make this order a possibility. Of those that believe that universal atrocities shouldn't be witnessed again. A prevention order was made under the guise of assassins. Those with the morals of preventing humanoid extinction instances, dilemmas, developments, plans, secrets & executions; are welcome to join the fold when there's an opening. Psychics were given a very distinctive feeling; so that when children go through history. Those that experience the hatred of the Species Wars, give off a very ill feeling; as if they were dying right that instant. To recruit such children for the prevention of that. Those that were hurt the most by this history have been formed into weapons of mass creation & destruction. For the elimination of any type of leader that would provoke another Species War. Tyrael Nox & Devil's Hate are descendants of the families that created the oaths of Nineth Goav Sai & Kino El Tsurroro. Until they grow tired of existing, the ten people under their command will live immortal as well; until their dying breaths. For the protection of tomorrow, with no Species Wars in sight. From their classrooms to Space Colony: Devi Halriona; they have the license to kill to protect humanity at all costs. No matter the small time leaders to any of the world leaders; if a sentiment of destroying all humans, devils or angels is caught; they'll be the executioners no one will see coming. Between Heaven's Hydra VS Hell's Hydra, their hearts, their ten heads; knows no fear, knows no obstacles, knows that they must go extremely hard in the paint so that innocence will live on.
Their culture, the House of Seven; births children with the super powers of Heaven's Hydra. The House of Tabron; births children with the super powers of Hell's Hydra. They act as the two hearts, the two commanders of this order. Their ten underlings are considered heads, they will follow the hearts. For controlled executions, NGS takes the helm; for mass murder, KET takes the helm. The ten heads' ages range from 19 - 300; Blitzy being the youngest & San Junipero being the oldest. Tyrael Nox or Devil's Hate have no intentions of ceasing to exist any time soon. If a psychic were to read their minds, both of them agree they are trying to make it to the 777 year mark; which is something most immortals try to make it to. There are always anomalies that changes everyone's minds. No matter how much trauma they absorb, longevity is in their vision. No matter how many missions have come across their command center; the hundred year olds have longevity in their vision too. All members, since the end of the Species Wars; tend to live on as assassins until they are killed in action. A lot of them have buried their fellow comrades. Every time a new kid is brought into the fold; the celebration is unmatched. As they are presented with so much luxury before they become an assassin; they use that luxury to wash all of their past away. Then kneel down to be sworded into the fold; the oaths are different between the sides but they are one in the same. From then on, the likelihood of them seeing their family again is very low. UAF will become their new family, as they must stay shrouded beyond anyone's eyes or minds. As far as any technological entity sees it, UAF doesn't exist & will be automatically destroyed from the internet; if anyone or any member ever says the order's name. They won't recieve any backlash for saying who they rep, but that's all it is; an urban legend by the word of mouf. To ensure they remain a secret, their base of operation is located within a college on Dev Halriona; where majority of them act like faculty. Now that this briefing is over, yeah; thought you were going to get some personal summaries of each member huh? Nah, just forget you ever read this...

Danny is a house husband.
That's it, that's all it is.
As the years went on. Danny retired from being a superhero. There was no need for Phantom when the GIW were dealt with and all the ghosts were under control.
Now what's left for him to do but to just sit back, relax, and finally be able to live his life.
Sam and Tucker on the other hand....
Well, they had plenty of pent up rage, wits, and chaos inside their mind to become villains.
But they had one rule.
Never bring work home and to never involve Danny in any of their supervillain business.
Okay that's technically two rules, but they're kind of synonymous especially since Danny has been taking care of their house while also entertaining himself with trying new hobbies.
Tucker and Sam both make sure that they never bring any of their villainy home to Danny, because all they want is for Danny to enjoy his happy hero retirement.
And Danny in turn, doesn't bat an eye when watching the news and seeing that there were magical plants that were attacking sites that oil companies were digging or that somehow Lex Luthor had lost five hundred million dollars and had somehow leaked records showing he was building weapons of mass destruction.
He also doesn't bat an eye when he sees that Tucker had brought home a telescope that definitely looks like it came from some fancy lab because hey, Tucker was making him an observatory so he can look at the stars and planets. While also how they were able to make a great gaming pc with computer parts that are definitely not sold in stores, because hey at least the newest update of Doomed wasn't lagging.
Or that Sam comes home with various plants and animals that are definitely not from planet earth, but hey the three headed wolf-lizard-eagle- hybrid thing (that Danny has affectionately named Fluffy) is pretty great at keeping the pests away from his vegetable garden and likes to eat any of Danny's new food creations and is a great playmate for Cujo.
So you can imagine how the Justice League thinks when dealing with the pair of new villains: Upload (Tucker) and Sam (I could not think of a villain name that would suit her, so it's up to you what you think her villain name would be)
And how they were currently wreaking havoc in the city either by cyber warfare with robots or by magic plant monster or a Frankenstein of both approaches. The heroes had all evacuated the civilians from the battle zone and are currently fighting a losing battle. When they've been effectively captured and restrained by the two. Right before the villains could go into a monologue, they hear a person clearing their throat.
Everybody looks to see a 25 year old man wearing a sweater vest (he made it himself, thank you very much) currently holding onto the leash of a giant glowing green dog and some kind of giant animal hybrid. The man's arms were crossed and was currently not sporting a very happy look on his face.
Tucker and Sam (looking at Danny with hesitant smiles): Hi honey.
Danny (frowning): you missed our anniversary dinner.
Tucker and Sam both pale as they quickly realized what the date and time was.
The league all watch as Sam and Tucker immediately start apologizing to the man that just walked into a battle zone.
Danny (still frowning): Hmph! I guess since you two didn't want dinner you can go back to your little fight. Don't expect me to make you any lunches for the next month, and since you two are having so much fun here, you'll be sleeping by yourselves for the next couple weeks.
The league all watch as they were let go as Sam and Tucker yell as they run after Danny yelling apologies as he was walking away from them.
This is not the last they see of Danny.
When Danny is displeased with either of his partners, he'll invite a hero over to have lunch of afternoon tea.
#dp x dc#dp x dc au#dp x dc crossover#danny phantom x dc#dpxdc#I'd think that Flash would be the one that Danny has tea/lunch with the most because that guy wouldn't turn down good food#And Danny is a really good cook#especially since the food doesn't come to life and try to stab him#Sam and Tucker be entering their home and then they see Captain Marvel there eating cookies because Danny offered them to him#dpxjustice league#dp x justice league#dp x dc prompt

thinking very normal thoughts
Animals could be invaluable to therapy. Zacharie had a peculiarly aggressive reaction to dogs though. Some of it made sense, like how the loud licking seemed to irritate already sore sensory issues. Other parts though seemed entirely irrational (or at the least, there was no logical way to explain it in a way that didn't tie back to an aversion to dogs in general.)
So next was cats. Therapy cats were less common, but they could be support animals as well. Strange essentially arranged a test meeting, the cat's trainer waiting outside the office during. Kronos and Zacharie hadn't been fully separated into different personas. It wasn't entirely safe, and he didn't want to ruin what might otherwise be a positive experience. After all, if it went well: they got a cat.
It was hard to tell at first if it was more Zacharie or more Kronos, but the rigid posture told him that it was more likely Kronos. That made enough sense--the person he would turn into Zacharie was a complete fabrication. Kronos was a more suitable default.
It was a bombay. Beautiful, black fur that shined in the light. Kronos was more stiff than usual, which was saying something, because it seemed like even trances couldn't force faer to fully untense. Fae had faers knees drawn up to faers chest, hands gripping the tops of them. Kronos watched the cat walk around the ground, tail up and friendly.
A trained support animal it was, the cat was very keen to faers distress. It meowed up at faer the way kittens usually meow to their mothers. Kronos flinched away as it tried to reach up and mark against faers foot--basically the only thing easily in reach of it.
"I would've expected a more positive response," was how Strange broke the silence.
Kronos evidently wasn't listening very hard. "I guess."
It meowed again. Though Kronos was glued to the chair, Strange wasn't behind the desk. He was beside the chair, debating how to go about this.
In the end, he reached for Kronos' wrist. Fae didn't resist much, but he did have to put forth effort to guiding faer to hold faers hand out within reach of the cat. "Let's give this a real try, hmm?"
"What if I hurt it?" Kronos blurt it out so suddenly that Strange wasn't actually prepared with an immediate answer.
"Why would you?"
It was marking against faers hand, but that was shaking. Perhaps this all struck an expected nerve, but he was learning too much to back out now. "Stuff pisses you off, you don't think... My first reaction to that kind of thing is violence."
"And it's made you oddly afraid." At least now he had the full picture.
"Yeah." Kronos must have trusted him a good deal to have even let him in on any of this. "Because what if it shits outside its litter one day, or it just keeps doing something. What if I don't think?"
"From what you've told me, you're rather fond of cats. So fond of them, you couldn't even cut open a dead one in a zoology class."
Kronos quirked a brow, focusing more on him than the cat (who at this point was licking at faers loose fingers.) "You seriously remembered that?"
Strange chuckled. "You think I don't listen?"
"No, well..."
"I think even if you began, you wouldn't commit to it."
Kronos looked back at the cat. Finally, faers feet touched the floor. It didn't ask permission--the perfect thing just jumped up onto faer. Its paws ended up on faers chest, stretched out across faer to get to faers face. Kronos did wince a little as it sniffed around faers nose, seemingly holding faers breath.
"You may get the urge," he went on, "but isn't that what we're striving to alleviate? Separating you from all the tamer parts of yourself?"
It started to lick faers nose. That tickled. Despite that--"explain."
"If you truly were going to do something that awful, then all I would need to do is say the word. You'd swap places with a neurotic, but ideal patient again. Someone who could never even dream of what you were thinking about moments ago."
"If you aren't there?"
"Paranoid?"
"A little."
The cat was purring--a loving sound from its chest, rumbling with all the love in the world. Strange was considering how to answer, but then Kronos spoke first. "Or... No."
Fae scratched the cat behind the ear some, tears welling up in the corners of faers eyes. He hadn't anticipated this being such an overwhelming event for faer, but it still seemed to be going rather well... Kronos tried to place a kiss on its head, but instead the cat just followed the movement to keep licking faers face. Each time its mouth opened came that sound of rapid breathing--the mechanism behind the purr.
"No, I'll be fine."
Because fae had hurt a lot of things, on purpose or in act of passion...
But fae had never hurt a cat.
Perhaps Strange ought to start likening himself to one in faers eyes.

Dragon Age: Veilguard | The Ultimate Preview Summary
shinobi602 on twitter shared this amazing in-depth summary of all new information about the game that we have so far:
Coming to PS5, Xbox Series X and PC in Fall 2024
Consoles: Quality and Performance modes (60FPS)
Photo mode is confirmed
Fully offline single player, no EA account linking, no micro-transactions'
Play as a human, elf, dwarf, or Qunari
Choose your backstory, 6 factions to choose from when you create your character, all with "deep roots in Thedas": Antivan Crows, Grey Wardens, Shadow Dragons, Veil Jumpers, Lords of Fortune, The Mourne Watch
Each faction offers 3 distinct buffs each, like being able to hold an extra potion or do extra damage against certain enemies, and the odd reference in dialogue
You can customize your Inquisitor from Dragon Age: Inquisition in the character creator and "make a few key decisions that will impact how The Veilguard begins"
There are some "killer cameos" from past games that show up
Warrior Class: Use a sword and shield or two handed weapon to send enemies flying
Rogue Class: Utilizes quick movement and reflexes. You can wield a bow or dual swords with "powerful, precise strikes for lethal damage"
Mage Class: Use magic to incinerate, freeze, electrocute and crush. Some cast from afar, while others prefer close quarters combat
Each class also has 3 sub-specializations, such as duelist, saboteur, or veil ranger for the Rogue
Classes also have unique 'resource system's, for example, the Rogue has "momentum", which builds up as you land consecutive hits, and each will always have a ranged option
One Rogue momentum attack is a "hip fire" option we saw for the Rogue's bow, letting you pop off arrows from the waist
Another momentum attack for the Warrior lets you lob your shield at enemies
Quests are more handcrafted and mission based, curated with alternate paths, secrets to discover and optional content
There are also open ended explorable areas
Party size of 3 during combat, ala Mass Effect
Combat is focused on real-time action, dodge, parry, counter, "sophisticated animation canceling and branching", using risk-reward charge attacks designed to break enemy armor layers
Enemies have elemental weaknesses and resistances, and you can chain together elemental combos for extra damage
One example is a squadmate using a gravity well attack to suck enemies in, another slowing them down, and the player then unleashing a big AOE attack
You don't take direct control of companions like past Dragon Age games, but you can still pause and issues ability commands for you and your allies
There is a hub area for the player like Skyhold and the Normandy, called The Lighthouse
Companions can eventually start romancing other characters if you opt not to romance them
Each companion also has unique missions tied to them that play into the larger story
Nudity confirmed - romance scenes can get "a little spicy"
"Incredibly deep" character creator: 5 categories including: Lineage, Appearance, Class, Faction, Playstyle
Players can also choose different body sizes and shapes
Dozens of hairstyles to choose from, with "individual strands of hair rendered separately and reacting quite remarkably to in-game physics", pulled from EA Sports
Character creator lets you adjust the lighting so you can be sure your character looks good
The team wanted to balance the look of the game with both light and darkness. "When everything is dark, nothing really feels dark. For this one, we really wanted to build that contrast again."
Skill tree is "vast", you can also set up specific companions with certain kits, from tackling specific enemy types to being more of a supporting healer or flexible all-rounders
There are tarot cards you go through during the character creation process that will let you choose decisions from past games to implement into Veilguard
The team teases you may lose some characters during the story
#i found this super helpful because there was so much that you kind of lose track and get overwhelmed#dragon age 4#dragon age#dragon age: the veilguard#da:tv#vg: dragon age 4#series: dragon age

Fic prompt: SY is the chosen cleric of LBH, the world's most possessive divine emperor, accent on the divine. He did not sign up for this. (Meanwhile, LBH is trying to figure out how he can fit a divine empress into this pantheon)
i actually got very into this AU once i thought about it for 0.5 seconds, so here's a lil drabble that i hope to expand on and put on ao3 in the future ;>
---
Shen Yuan wouldn’t consider himself to be particularly religious. He believed in the gods, of course - the proof of their existence is written on every street corner and under every roof. The lights of the city that have no discernible power source outside of the goddess of invention herself, the unemptiable food basket that had been gifted to Shen Yuan’s father by the god of plenty, the buzz of raw energy in the air each weekend when the city gathers to say its prayers.
Undoubtedly, Shen Yuan had grown up in a city blessed by the gods, so naturally he believes in them. He just doesn’t much care for them.
A city blessed by the gods is also a city kept by them, after all. No inventions that could possibly be construed as a weapon would ever be approved by the ministry of creation. No civil courts existed when the gods could directly send down divine punishment to sinners.
No life in the city would ever survive if the gods found it unworthy.
Shen Yuan knew, objectively, why the rules of the gods were so strict. Divine Emperor Luo wrote them himself, and each one had been crafted specifically to prevent the sort of strife and abuse that he had witnessed when he was a mere mortal. Every schoolchild learns the story of the pitiful Luo Binghe who struggled to reach the heavens, faced every day with proof of humanity’s dishonor and ugliness.
When that pathetic Luo Binghe had awakened his blood as the Divine Emperor, he’d immediately sought to rewrite the rules of the heavens to fix the issues he’d seen as a mortal. It made sense. It even worked, to some objective degree of measurement: starvation and war between human lands was barely heard of, these days.
Shen Yuan casts his eyes up to the ceiling of the chapel. A mural of Divine Emperor Luo is painted in bright splashes of color, his eyes piercing down at the viewer as he holds a drink in one hand and a woman in the other. An image of wealth and wellness; a warning to stay in line if you wish for a similar happy ending.
Shen Yuan thinks that the Divine Emperor must truly have had a hard life, to rule as such an immature god. A child that never got the chance to grow up freely, now imposing their black-and-white outlook of life on an entire land of people who are mature enough to understand that life isn’t so simple.
Shen Yuan looks back down, peering through barely open eyes at his feet. He isn’t supposed to have his eyes open at all, during prayer. It’s just - despite the issues he has with the gods’ reign, and despite the apathy he feels in place of admiration or piety, he really can’t help but think -
How pitiful, to have ascended without first understanding the joy of being human. How sad, to have your ‘happy ending’ worshiped by the masses without understanding it yourself, believing it to be good only because it follows your own strict rules.
Shen Yuan sighs, a quiet release of air in the quiet of the chapel.
His next breath in feels electric.
The vaulted ceilings of the chapel suddenly feel claustrophobic. The quiet hum of hands rubbing against hands in silent prayer rises to a crescendo of skin and movement and life. What low light the candles lining the pews had provided now burns as brightly as the light of a hundred divine lanterns, but there isn’t anywhere Shen Yuan can cast his eyes towards that is less shocking to look at.
And there, at the front of the chapel, is a god.
Shen Yuan’s breath catches. He can’t look away. The god is beautiful; more divine than any blessing that Shen Yuan has ever witnessed.
He is also looking directly at Shen Yuan, meeting his gaze through half lidded eyes and with the laziness of an apex predator.
Around Shen Yuan, the other church-goers have begun to break from their prayers, startled and choking on the divine presence around them. Many of them dare to sneak peeks at the descended god, but none of them seem able to look directly at him, their eyes sliding off of him before they quickly duck their heads and take up the pose of prayer once more.
Shen Yuan still can’t look away.
Slowly, the god steps down from the pulpit and begins to approach. He doesn’t bother to look at Shen Yuan as he moves forward, casually glancing around the chapel as if assessing it. His eyes catch on the mural on the ceiling - his own face looking down at him, though paling in comparison to the beauty and power of the real thing.
And then he pulls his eyes back to Shen Yuan, and Shen Yuan realizes with a start that he’s stopped walking, standing directly in front of the pew Shen Yuan is sitting in.
Shen Yuan wets his lips. His pulse beats jack-rabbit fast in his throat.
“Divine Emperor Luo,” he greets. “How - how can I serve you?”
The weight of the Divine Emperor’s attention is no lighter than if Shen Yuan had held the entire ocean on his shoulders. He looks at Shen Yuan as if he might eat him, and expects Shen Yuan to thank him for the honor of filling a divine stomach.
“Do you think you can?” He asks, and Shen Yuan shudders at the sound of his voice. An infinitely powerful being, and he’s speaking to Shen Yuan as if Shen Yuan were a peculiarity, something fit to either be played with or disposed of once the god has finished assessing him.
“Can I - um, my apologies, Divine Emperor, can I…?”
“Serve me,” The gods says. “Or did you offer such a thing unthinkingly?”
Shen Yuan stares at him. Divine Emperor Luo stares back, his gaze sharp as he takes Shen Yuan in.
“Can you,” Divine Emperor Luo says, voice low and dangerous, “serve a god that you see as pitiful?”
Shen Yuan jerks back as if slapped. How useless would it be to say that he hadn’t meant it? If a god can hear any thought about them, not only directed prayers - for certainly, Shen Yuan’s private ruminations about the tragedy of Luo Binghe’s story had been nothing like a prayer, and yet they had clearly been heard - then there is no point in lying. If Shen Yuan were to claim one thing with his mouth and another with his mind, he’d only be branded one of the many sinners to be smited by the Divine Emperor’s just hand. Deceit was hardly looked favorably upon; to lie to a god that could hear the truth from your own mind would be suicide.
Shen Yuan hesitates. At his back, he knows his family must be terrified, and yet he also knows that they dare not look at the Divine Emperor, and that their heads must be bowed in prayer like everyone else in the chapel.
A room with a hundred people, and it may as well just be Shen Yuan and his god.
The Divine Emperor’s lips quirk up. It isn’t a friendly expression.
“Your god, little Shen Yuan?” He asks cruelly. “You can pity me, and you can know in your heart that you are incapable of serving me, and yet you claim to be devout to me in the same breath?”
“Aren’t I yours, Divine Emperor?” Shen Yuan asks. His voice does not waver, but it is a near thing. “If I didn’t belong to you, could I dare to live in this city? Every living thing here must live by your rule; naturally, we must all belong to you.”
“What pretty words,” Divine Emperor Luo says. His eyes glint red from beneath his lashes, and Shen Yuan thinks -
Ah, so red is truly the color of the divine.
Divine Emperor Luo’s eyes are very suddenly the same deep brown that his murals all portray him with. Shen Yuan lowers his gaze deferentially, and wonders idly if all the other too-sharp pieces of the Divine Emperor would smooth out if Shen Yuan’s thoughts lingered on them.
“If Divine Emperor Luo finds my words pretty, then I will dare to keep speaking,” Shen Yuan says, keeping his eyes turned down.
“Go on, then. Speak.”
Shen Yuan takes a shuddering breath in. His family is still cowering behind him. The old lady who lives down the street is shaking in her pew across the aisle.
And Shen Yuan has never considered himself especially religious, because believing in the gods is very different from placing your faith in them.
“To spy is the manifestation of distrust,” Shen Yuan recites, the words long since memorized after a lifetime of growing up under the gods’ many rules about morality and punishment. “A lack of trust in others implies something impure within yourself. Spying should be punished with ten lashes.”
Shen Yuan’s mother lets out a quiet sound of alarm, stifled so quickly it sounds like a whimper. Shen Yuan does not bother to send her any sort of mental apology; it would not reach her, and would instead be intercepted by an outsider.
Besides, Shen Yuan had known well what he was doing, quoting the rules that the Divine Emperor had written right back at him, implying that a god should be punished. It would be foolish to apologize for something he had done so purposefully.
“Spying,” Divine Emperor Luo says, after the silence in the chapel has stretched long. “What a funny way to describe listening to the prayers of my followers. Is it spying for you to hear a call made to you from within your own house?”
“If all of the prayers that the Divine Emperor receives sound like what he heard from me,” Shen Yuan says, glancing back up to meet the god’s eyes defiantly. “Then I wonder why he hasn’t bothered to descend before today to scold us all.”
“Does little Shen Yuan think I will scold him?” Divine Emperor Luo asks, voice soft.
“I think,” Shen Yuan says, “that a god normally so busy with punishing us would not bother to descend unless it was to fulfill those duties.”
“The world is good, from the work that I do,” Divine Emperor Luo says sharply.
“Is it?” Shen Yuan asks, and he finds that his fear has been pushed down, his chest tight with a lifetime of reading about the gods and wondering why, if Luo Binghe’s life was so miserable, would he be unable to recognize misery in his own subjects, living every day in fear of him?
Luo Binghe had been pitiful, and he’d never been allowed to grow up peacefully, and Shen Yuan truly thinks it sad that a divine being could live in such a tragic way.
But that doesn’t make him blind to the way that Luo Binghe’s immaturity has scorched the mortal plane, nor does his pity completely dissolve his anger over such a thing.
Shen Yuan’s fate had been sealed from the moment they the Divine Emperor had descended. If he’s going to be punished regardless, then it will be for having said his piece.
Dying from bitching this pathetic god out is a far better story than dying from having only thought it.
And yet, before Shen Yuan can open his mouth again -
The Divine Emperor turns suddenly, facing the cleric at the front of the chapel. The old man is clutching at his prayer book with shaking hands, and he ducks his head instantly when the god looks his way.
“Take him in as a disciple,” Divine Emperor Luo commands, gesturing lazily in Shen Yuan’s direction. “I want him trained and moved to the main church by the end of the year.”
Shen Yuan looks at the cleric, and then back at the god in front of him. He - what?
The Divine Emperor glances back at Shen Yuan, his lips quirked up and his eyes once more a blazing red.
“There’s another reason for a god to descend than to administer punishment,” he says. “We must also appoint clerics.”
And then Divine Emperor Luo is gone, the space where he once stood crackling with divine energy.
In disbelief, Shen Yuan - the first cleric to be personally appointed by the Divine Emperor in nearly a century - falls to his knees. Fuck, he thinks, and he hopes that the god is still listening to hear it.
#and then bingge keeps bothering this cleric that he appointed half out of curiosity/pettiness#and half out of genuine desire to be around someone who's willing to bitch him out / not be so deferential#and he naturally starts falling for sy and tries to remake the world to sy's tastes 😌#svsss#binggeyuan#fic drabble

sexuality: aroace lesbian
in her mimic form, she uses a variety of weapons to dispose of innocents she doesn’t deem “worthy” to inhabit. her favourite is the chainsaw due to its messy tendencies. being stuck in hell for hundreds of centuries and only now escaping to the surface, she is fascinated with man-made weaponry, and finds it satisfying to kill humans with their own creations.
in her true form, she has sharp misshapen teeth, sunken eyes, long thin hair, sharp horns and claws. she is not made to be comprehended by humans, so to mortals, her body is a thin, constantly altering and pulsing mass of black vines. this is used to disorient victims.
gaia’s mimicry can be identified by the blurry/muddied, almost glassy eyes of her hosts. she has yet to find a way to disguise eyes properly. this detail is almost unnoticeable to mortals, however to other demons and hunters from hell like lynne, its very easy to spot.
as gaia is a runaway sinner, she is actively being hunted by lynne. however, despite lynne’s orders, she seems to have formed a strange bond with gaia. whether it is genuine or simply a form of deceit to lure in and dispose of the mimic is unknown.

Weapons & Armor
(Gorgeous picture above by @bikiniarmorbattledamage!)
Weapons
When you first meet Minthara, she is fighting with two maces, leading me to believe her fighting style is the same rare technique Drizzt Do'Urden uses: draa velve.
"As the name "two sword" suggested, the style was based around fighting with two weapons, one in each hand. What made this style special was the simultaneous use of each of these weapons for both offense and defense, that is, to attack and to parry, using each weapon like a shield."- Forgotten Realms Wiki
When you first meet her, Minthara has two maces- one is just a mace ("A simple but effective mace, cast en masse by human blacksmiths" is the official description) and the other is Xyanade. Both are one-handed, which is lovely for my theory that Minthara is ambidextrous.
Here is Xyanade's description, rather similar to the Handmaiden's Mace: Cast deep in the Underdark by duergar slaves, the head of this mace is engraved with spiderwebs. It is ice-cold to the touch." This weapon, obviously, is from her time in Menzoberranzan. I wonder why she still has it in her possession, alongside her lyre and armor, which also seem to be from Menzoberranzan... Was it returned to her after she was "converted", or were her weapons never confiscated in the first place?
Rarity: uncommon. Price: 330 gp. It is uncommon and applies Faerie Fire on targets the wielder misses, once per short rest.
Maces are the go-to weapon for a cleric, so it's tempting to wonder if this is a leftover from her Magic: The Gathering card, where she appears to be a cleric.
Last I checked, paladins start out with the ability to use one-handed maces, so it makes sense either way.
Anyways, Xyanade's lore. Infamously, drow (particularly drow nobles) have a tendency to enslave duergar. This doesn't necessarily mean Minthara obtained Xyanade by foul means, though, as drow and duergar have been known to trade.
"Duergar creations weren't flawed or subpar, and in fact were rather enduring, but were completely utilitarian, considered valuable only for their function and bereft of warmth and artistry. Appreciation of beauty had been erased from their minds, the aesthetics of their creation ignored."- Forgotten Realms Wiki
Not all her supplies are made by duergar, mind you- take the glass chalice she keeps in her tent as an example. "A smooth chalice fabricated by gnome artisans."
Xyanade also shows her status, as drow nobles have equipment of superior quality (remember it's 330 gp). It isn't specified what it's made out of, but adamantine is not unlikely.
The spiderweb engraved on it is, of course, a symbol of Lolth. Whether Minthara registers this in her brainwashed state, as she now worships the Absolute (or at least thinks she does), I'm not sure. If you speak to one of the spiders using Speak to Animals, it says Minthara has "forgotten" Lolth and been "forsaken", which suggests she hasn't been exactly subtle about her newfound dislike of the Spider Queen.
Armor
Minthara's Spidersilk Armor is fascinating- and confusing. Why is a paladin wearing light armor, which seems more suited to a rogue/caster? Perhaps because she may have been a cleric before a paladin in Menzoberranzan? One of Lolth's domains in Trickery, so it makes sense that a cleric of Lolth would be- like Shadowheart- Trickery Domain and therefore wear sneaky armor.
"In its refined state, spidersilk lost the inherit stickiness found on spider threads. Armor and clothing fashioned from it tended to be rather quiet and lightweight."- Forgotten Realms Wiki
At first glance, the emblem at the top may look like the Absolute's symbol, but it isn't.
Her title of "Nightwarden" and her statements when sneaking- i.e. "I belong in darkness" "The darkness is my home"- do suggest she has been known to operate like a rogue or a Trickery Domain cleric.
Anyways, here is her armor's description: "Tracings of glossy black spider-web mark this drow-made armour. It is supple, but strong - and made to blend in with the dark caves and crevices of the Underdark."
This, too, reflects her status, and is clearly from Menzoberranzan, at no less than 1150 gp. Spidersilk armor is typically made from specially treated spidersilk of aranea or driders, so Kar'niss had better watch his back around Minthara, I suppose.
Her Drow Leather Gloves, meanwhile, are 20 gp: "Fabricated from lizard hides in the depths of the Underdark, these gloves were never meant to see the light of day." An interesting reminder that Minthara is not equipped to be on the surface; she is equipped to be in Menzoberranzan, subtle and far from sunlight.
Subterranean lizards are the animals drow domesticate most often, used as steeds by nobles, so let's hope these gloves weren't a pet of hers at some point.
Her boots are Boots of Striding: "The metal of these greaves is comfortably warm against your shins, as though heated by your mere presence." 90 gp. They seem to be of the same material as her armor; namely, spidersilk.
And let's not forget her camp clothes. Minthara's At-Ease Clothes (note the use of 'at-ease'- a reference to her military background, perhaps?) are, surprisingly, 11 gp: "While there is little of the spidery Goddess Lolth's influence in this outfit, there is something of a spiney inflexible culture of the drow in it." This description is fitting, I think. Minthara may not worship Lolth anymore, but she has not left behind the practices, traits, and most of the beliefs of her kind. She is still deeply connected to her people, Lolth or no Lolth. I'm not sure what they're made of, but based off the texture, spidersilk isn't unlikely.
I find it interesting that all of these things are clearly from Minthara's life in Menzoberranzan, rather than provided by the cult of the Absolute. Does Minthara believe she is spurning Lolth by using them, in her magically influenced state, or is she not fully aware of the connection? And how long has she had all these things? Lots to ponder.
Some extra from @lutethebodies's post that I found very interesting and well-put:
"[...] And what I got thinking about was how ditching the maces upon recruitment is almost essential.
Personally I never retain them as her melee weapons, for both mechanical and RP reasons. For the first it's because I routinely respec her to a Dex-based build and of course maces are Str-based. The second reason is because (and forgive me if I’m late to the party here) that as a paladin she’s a blunt instrument for whatever deity she’s sworn to: Lolth, the Absolute, etc. And once she’s free of both, she’s free to choose how to defend herself and/or her friends/lovers among the companions."
[...] But representing this with maces feels specifically like a reductive and more brutish or ugly choice—and the perfect encapsulation for what she's become while enthralled.
[...] The mace is also a symbol of Minthara's pre-tadpoled hubris of privilege, arrogance, and elitism in that it's the deadweight of how her life up to that point had sculpted her to precisely this outcome. A symbol of her trauma. "How the mighty have fallen" is a cliché, sure, but it's a cliché precisely because it's true and happens so often. The schadenfreude that fellow envious Lolth-sworn might feel when encountering this manic, raving caricature of their own culture! The shock that anyone who knew her from her previous life might feel about how she's changed for the worse! She says as much when candidly later admitting that pride is one of her sins.
The mace is a great choice for an enthralled Minthara, but that makes it (for me) necessary to abandon when she's a companion. The mace helps further that convenient, simplistic, reactive, and reductive way of writing her off as just another male-hating Drow dominatrix. It helps any player confirm lazy priors about her, which might be why she's both blithely dismissed by some and jealously policed by others."

Both of them where building some crazy structure and as always creating some cunning brain-teaser or practical joke to have a laugh while at it. Still, when one day they were about to make their usual pranks and almost detonated each other in the attempt, Grain and Mumbo heard a voice: “Your aid… needed… someone important… lost… will you aid us?” Thinking it was a prank from another Hermit known for his Scars and his fancy Top Hats they went along and accepted only to find themselves transformed and transported into a completely different world. Now they have a mission on hand: Retrieve a lost entity from far away that bestowed part of his powers upon them.

Puppet Boy // Suguru Geto x M!Cursed!Reader
In which: Reader is a cursed ‘puppet’, a product of another Cursed User’s CT that happens to end up in Geto's grasp.
-!! M!Reader (usage of the word, 'boy'), -- AMAB --> Reader as a dick (creative liberties can be taken though for any non-dick havers 😋)
--------
-!! explicit warnings: oral / praise / degradation / dacryphilia / coming in pants / shoe grinding
——✩‧˚︶꒦꒷꒷
'You were created to be used as a puppet, a tool of mass destruction. The creation of the same people that were the higher ups of Jujutsu Tech, (a government bio weapon, essentially) You were a masterpiece, on the road to becoming the most powerful cursed entity in the modern day of Jujutsu. However, once ‘refinements’ were beginning to be made you couldn’t help but question yourself, — your masters. You began to question: ‘why?’ Why must you follow their orders? Why must you accept sleeping on the cold floor while they get the nice beds? Why do you eat only scraps while they massive feasts? Why must you go back in your cage once your need for use is up while they get nice houses, nice beds,— nice lives?
You despised: and just as you began to refine your sense of self, your human consciousness— did they make a move to destroy you. Scrap you. You were a failed prototype,— a being that got just a lil’ too human for their comfort.
But you had just gotten your consciousness, and you’d be damned if you’d just lie there and let them take it away from you.
So you ran, shattered your chains,— and sprinted as fast as you could from jujutsu society.
And you ran, and ran and ran and ran and ran and ran,— far, far away. So far, in fact, you managed to find yourself in the domain of the most wanted man alive; ‘The Most Dangerous Curse User’— Suguru Geto.
He was entranced, completely infatuated with your existence, and charmed by your burning hatred for the same higher ups as he had.
Geto had to have you,— and you were half certain he would turn you into a nice compacted orb and swallow you whole— he sure looked like he wanted to. Yet he didn’t.
He had other plans for you…
——✩‧˚︶꒦꒷꒷
You choke pathetically, letting out a strangled whimper. The noise only prompts Geto to grab your hair harder, yanking your head upwards to meet his smirking face, a smug look plastered.
“You’re doing so good pretty darling,” he cooed, rich saccharine voice pushing you closer and closer to the edge, “c’mon, isn’t this what you were made for? To be used for?” His tone turned slightly condescending, only making your raging erection throb if anything.
How did you get here: a shiny tool, made by the greatest sorcerers of the century, a weapon of mass destruction, turned into a fleshlight by the most wanted man in the world?
Your determination to live, despite being scrapped and left for dead by your masters, sparked something within Suguru Geto. Something he had only ever seen in himself. He had to admit, the moment he laid eyes on you he had been dreaming of this, and not just as a ‘fuck you’ to those insufferable, monkey sympathizing higher-ups, —(well, maybe a big part of it was that— for both him and you)— but that so similar look of pure hatred and malice that Geto had only ever seen in the mirror caused something to stir. It seemed his teenage hormones had finally caught up with him.
You were left in nothing but your boxers, grinding pathetically on the Cursed User’s shoe. You were already soaking, as he was very aware.
“Fuck, oh just like that….— ha…., good boy” he groaned, the praise going straight to your cock. You moaned in response, the vibrations of your throat against his dick were almost enough to send Geto flying over the edge.
He paused, his iron grip slightly loosening on your head. You look up questioningly through your teary lashes, his cock still hanging in your mouth, rock hard.
Geto inhales sharply, “ha… did.. I say you could stop..?” His glare sends a shiver down your spine, “useless puppet, can’t even do a simple task on his own without orders from his master” he sneers, fisting a handful of your hair once again, this time moving your head up and down himself.
Your body went slack, pure bliss pumping through you to be used in such an erotic way. You grind yourself harder against his sandaled foot, abs flexing as you strain to milk as much pleasure as possible. A wet spot already forming on your boxers.
Geto was so close, his cock twitched uncomfortably in your mouth, precum crying from his tip, pooling and dribbling down your chin. He groaned at the absolute filth of the act, only turning him on even more, his movements sped up.
“What a good little whore,” he huffed, “just imagine the look on your masters’ faces if they were to ever see their— fuck,... hah… — tool used as a mere pleasure toy for such a disgraced individual such as myself….” his movements grew rapid as dirty talk and filthy words continued to flow from his lips, “huff, — they would be absolutely .. revolted at you whoring yourself out to me,..-- hah… hah,.... - my good, — good, boy” he moved at a grueling pace, desperately fucking himself into your mouth.
Your moans were almost pornographic, nearly causing Geto to paint your throat white right there. He carefully angled his foot upwards, hitting your obsessive rutting right on your prostate. You gasp as you come, hard, – soaking his throbbing cock even more with your spit as you choke. You look up with worship through your hooded, lust clouded eyes, tears streaming down your face.
You might just be the most beautiful thing Geto has ever seen. He’s never wanted someone else in such a way, but now, it dawned that he wanted you so much more passionately and desperately than any other person or worldly possession.
“Holy fuck,... baby, my beautiful baby-,” the praises tumble from his mouth before he even knew what he was doing, his mind turning to mush from how fucking well you took him. You really were made just for him.
“God, you… gasp… you—“ Geto starts to slur like a drunk, “I didn’t even need to touch you, and you, - ha-... came– aha.. Ah~.. - all on your own… g-god you’re so fucking perfect… mmmhmmmm~... my perfect, perfect little — oooOOH~.”
Geto is sent over the edge, moaning lewder than a fucking pornstar, his white hot cum shooting down your throat and painting your mouth white. You take it all, eagerly lapping him down, milking him for every last drop. Geto can only watch you in awe as you swallow every drop, some dribbling out of your mouth and down to your chin, mixing with heaps of your drool.
He huffs in amusement, reaching out and wiping your chin with his thumb.
God, you really were made for him, almost like it was prophesied and written in the stars.
“Fuck,.... did they make the biggest mistake letting you go, .. my pretty puppet. You’re mine..
… all mine.”
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[A/N]: I had this is my drafts for a while so it's lowkey kinda old, -- still really like the idea of a cursed 'puppet' though: a curse that didn't stem from a human's negative emotions, -- but rather bioengineered by the higher-ups, -- who then went rogue / broke away after gaining consciousness. In this particular instance, the puppet was a very undercover top secret hush hush kinda thing, -- they didn't trust Gojo or really any of the other teachers -- but mainly Gojo, cuz well, he's a lil' goofball and who knows what kinda shenanigans he could get up to. (Plus, Geto would've been thinking of Gojo while smashing the puppet, you can't tell me otherwise 🥶
This was done at like 4am, -- I could definitely refine it a lot more -- lemme know if you want me to do more wit this. Like, have numerous characters x puppet!reader, -- I have a lot of ideas for Sukuna, Geto and Gojo (or even both, Satosugu).
( Srsly tho, i have a lot of ideas 🥶 just lmk :3 )
