HEYYYY I got a question, just genuinely curious!! but do you perhaps struggle with slow burn? From what I've read in your works, Skull always falls at first sight and kind of for the others

I get bored of writing slow burn, man.

I want pining.

I want idiot 1 to be absolutely head over heels for clueless idiot 2. I want idiot 1 to get lost in thought about how much they love 2, I want 1 and 2 to sit together watching a movie and when 1 looks at 2's face they subconsciously lean in for a kiss they only just manage to pull themselves back from at the last second. I want 2 to say something offhanded that makes 1 so flustered they have to hide their face to disguise the blushing, I want 1 and 2 to be best friends, but 1 gives lingering touches and stares that betray a much deeper adoration. I want 1's affections and devotion to be so obvious to anyone outside the 'friendship' that everyone is dumbfounded that 2 hasn't noticed yet. I want total commitment, a love that makes them a better and happier person, an unspoken 'I'll do anything to make you happy, even if that means I can't have you'.

With a slight pout, Olivia slouches against the reception desk and stomps her foot. Her eyes hadn't left Teo and Elanor's figures the moment she walked into the library — that is until you stepped out from the employee's lounge with a new tester product from Kiara in your hands.

Almost immediately, Olivia turns her attention towards you as she slams her hands on the counter in excitement.

"And you... That gloss looks way too good on you to go to waste!" You don't miss the way she eyes your lips curiously. The scowl on her face could've been mistaken for resentment, though her next words only seemed to contradict everything. "Wait... I know that tint— Is it Creston and Co? ...Could I try some? Please!"

With a grin, you gently cup Olivia's chin and lean in. Her eyes widen at your sudden proximity and a small gasp leaves her lips — clearly, she wasn't expecting you to do that — though she doesn't seem to move away. In fact, Olivia only seems to lean closer... Close enough to stand on her tip-toes and press her plush lips against yours.

Something sweet melds with the taste of your own fruity gloss, and you find yourself leaning in for more. Olivia happily obliges, tilting her head to the side with practised ease and gently reaching out to bury her hands in the front of your jacket.

The kiss deepens the moment you feel something warm against your lips, and just as you are about to reciprocate, you hear a deep grumble of someone clearing their throat behind you.

Conan.

Flushed, you pull back almost immediately while Olivia sends you an impish smile. You don't dare to look behind you, though you somehow know that Conan has already retreated into the very same staff lounge you emerged from previously.

"Hehe! Thanks for that!" With Teo now long forgotten, Olivia grabs one of your hands and gives it a gentle squeeze. "Hey... Wanna head to the pier after your shift? I think I'd like your attention all to myself now."

DMK (his mask pushed up to the side of his head, bits of curry stuck to his face) idly eats his meal with a fork as DR picks up and scrutinizes a small bottle of hot sauce the knight had set aside, a brow raised in disappointment.*

DR: “Ultra spicy,” huh? Blech. How can you stand this stuff, Dark? Like, can you even taste anythin’ anymore? (Besides pain?)

DMK: Aw, c’mon, it’s not that bad. Here, want a bite~?

*setting his fork upright in the curry, DMK pushes his plate aside and turns towards DR with the most mischievous expression, reaching up to grab the collar of his cape. DR turns his head sharply, dropping the bottle and the sandwich, as the knight starts tugging him towards him.*

DR: What’re you-? Hey! No! No! Don’t you friggin’ dare, Dark, I swear to Nova-

*DMK stands up and yanks DR down towards his face, a hand clasped on the back of the thief’s head to hold him there. DR flinches (VFX: two large exclamation points), knocked off his feet and holding his paws out in surprise. A wisp of steam rises from between them, curling into a little pink heart at the top. Text reading “*Face-to-Face SFX*” hovers behind DMK.*

Panel 4

*DR jerks away from DMK, red-faced and doubled over in pain, his eyes squeezed shut and his tongue hanging out with a fresh red burn on the end, steam emitting from his face in puffs. He frantically fans at his mouth with one paw while shoving DMK away with the other.*

What was Zack and Cloud 1st kiss like, where did it happen and when? Also, who did the 1st move?

I'm gonna be evil and say that they never got to have a real first kiss before Zack's death. He would give Cloud the occasional smooch on the forehead while he was in his coma, but he didn't want to overstep any boundaries despite knowing full well that he was stupidly in love with him.

As for a Zack lives au though... Cloud wakes up already acclimated to Zack's clinginess and takes Zack's smooch attacks like a champ. But seeing as he's dense as a tungsten cube, he fails to realize that Zack loves him??? Eventually the past few years catch up to him and Cloud has a little breakdown, which Zack gets to cure with a real kiss for once.
